Brown crystals of [PMePh3]2[TeBr6(SeBr2)2] ( 1 ) were obtained when selenium and bromine (1:1) react in acetonitrile solution in the presence of tellurium(IV) bromide and methyltriphenylphosphonium bromide. The salt 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1¯ with the cell dimensions a = 10.3630(14)Å, b = 11.5140(12)Å, c = 11.7605(17)Å, α = 108.643(9)°, β = 106.171(10)° and γ = 99.077(9)° (296 K). In the solid state the [TeBr6(SeBr2)2]2— anion contains a nearly regular [TeBr6] octahedron where the four equatorial bromo ligands each have developed a bond to the SeII atom of a SeBr2 molecule. The contacts between the bridging bromo and the SeII atoms of the SeBr2 molecules are observed in the range 3.11—3.21Å, and can be interpreted as bonds of the donor‐acceptor type with the bridging bromo ligands as donors and the SeBr2 molecules as acceptors. The TeIV—Br distances are in the range 2.67—2.72Å, and the SeII—Br bond lengths in coordinated SeBr2 molecules in the range 2.33—2.34Å.  相似文献

The crystal structures of 1 and 2 has been determined by the X‐ray methods and refined to R = 0.0373 for 2397 reflections and 0.0397 for 3417 reflections, respectively. The salt 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with the cell dimensions a = 13.202(5) Å, b = 11.954(4) Å, c = 13.418(6) Å, β = 93.08(4)° (193(2)). The crystals of 2 are triclinic, space group with the cell dimensions a = 10.266(3) Å, b = 11.311(3) Å, c = 11.619(2) Å, α = 108.87(2)°, β = 105.72(2)°, γ = 99.40(2)° (193(2) K). In the solid state structure of 1 the dinuclear hexabromo‐diselenate(II) anion is centrosymmetric and consists of two distorted almost square planar SeBr4 units sharing a common edge through two μ‐bridging Br atoms. In the solid state the trinuclear [SeBr6(SeBr2)2]2? anion of 2 is centrosymmetric too and contains a nearly regular [SeBr6] octahedron where the four equatorial bromo ligands each have developed bonds to the SeII atoms of the SeBr2 molecules. The contacts between the bridging bromo and the SeII atoms of the SeBr2 molecules are 3.0603(15) and 3.1043(12) Å, and can be interpreted as bonds of the donor‐acceptor type with the bridging bromo ligands as donors and the SeBr2 molecules as acceptors. The SeIV–Br distances are in the range 2.5570(9)–2.5773(11) Å and the SeII–Br bond lengths in coordinated SeBr2 molecules – 2.3411(12) and 2.3421(10) Å.  相似文献

Brown crystals of [NMe4]4[(Se4Br10)2(Se2Br2)2] ( 1 ) were obtained from the reaction of selenium and bromine in acetonitrile in the presence of tetramethylammonium bromide. The crystal structure of 1 was determined by X‐ray diffraction and refined to R = 0.0297 for 8401 reflections. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P21/c with Z = 4 and a = 12.646(3) Å, b = 16.499(3) Å, c = 16.844(3) Å, β = 101.70(3)° (123 K). In the solid‐state structure, the anion of 1 is built up of two [Se4Br10]2– ions. Each shows a triangular arrangement of three planar SeBr4 units sharing a common edge through two μ3‐bridging bromine atoms, and one SeBr2 molecule, which is linked to the SeII atoms of two SeBr4 units; between the Se4Br102– ions a dimerized Se2Br2 molecule (Se4Br4) is situated and one SeI atom of each Se2Br2 molecule has two weak contacts [3.3514(14) Å and 3.3952(11) Å] to two bromine atoms of one SeBr4 unit. Four SeI atoms of a dimerized Se2Br2 molecule are in a almost regular planar tetraangular arrangement. Contacts between the SeII atom of the SeBr2 molecule and the SeII atoms of two SeBr4 units are 3.035(1) Å and 3.115(1) Å, and can be interpreted as donor‐acceptor type bonds with the SeII atoms of SeBr4 units as donors and the SeBr2 molecule as acceptor. The terminal SeII–Br and μ3‐Br–SeII bond lengths are in the ranges 2.3376(10) to 2.4384(8) Å and 2.8036(9) to 3.3183(13) Å, respectively. New Oxonium Bromochalcogenates(IV) — Synthesis, Structure, and Properties of [H3O][TeBr5] · 3 C4H8O2 and [H3O]2[SeBr6] Dark red crystals of the composition [H3O][TeBr5] · 3 C4H8O2 ( 1 ) were isolated from a saturated solution of TeBr4 in 1,4-dioxane containing a small amount of water. In this compound (space group P21/m, a = 8.922(4) Å, b = 13.204(7) Å, c = 9.853(5) Å, β = 91.82(4)° at 150 K) a square pyramidal [TeBr5]? anion has been isolated for the first time. The coordination sphere of the anion is completed to a distorted octahedron by weak interaction with a dioxane molecule of the cationic system. The [H3O]+ cations are connected to chains by dioxane molecules. At room temperature the compound is stable only in its mother liquor. Crystalline [H3O]2[SeBr6] ( 2 ) (space group Fm3m, a = 10.421(1) Å at 170 K) is a bromoselenous acid of high symmetry. The [H3O]+ ion is only weakly coordinated by Br atoms of the anion. The anions are isolated octahedral [SeBr6]2? units. The structure is isotypic to the K2[PtCl6] structure. Despite being a halogenochalcogen(IV) acid, 2 exhibits a remarkable thermal stability. Both oxonium compounds were characterized by single-crystal X-ray structure analyses. Vibrational spectra of 2 are reported.  相似文献

Novel Oxonium Halogenochalcogenates Stabilized by Crown Ethers: [H3O(Dibromo‐benzo‐18‐crown‐6)]2[Se3Br10] and [H5O2(Bis‐dibromo‐dibenzo‐24‐crown‐8]2[Se3Br8] Two novel complex oxonium bromoselenates(II,IV) and –(II) are reported containing [H3O]+ and [H5O2]+ cations coordinated by crown ether ligands. [H3O(dibromo‐benzo‐18‐crown‐6)]2[Se3Br10] ( 1 ) and [H5O2(bis‐dibromo‐dibenzo‐24‐crown‐8]2[Se3Br8] ( 2 ) were prepared as dark red crystals from dichloromethane or acetonitrile solutions of selenium tetrabromide, the corresponding unsubstituted crown ethers, and aqueous hydrogen bromide. The products were characterized by their crystal structures and by vibrational spectra. 1 is triclinic, space group (Nr. 2) with a = 8.609(2) Å, b = 13.391(3) Å, c = 13.928(3) Å, α = 64.60(2)°, β = 76.18(2)°, γ = 87.78(2)°, V = 1404.7(5) Å3, Z = 1. 2 is also triclinic, space group with a = 10.499(2) Å, b = 13.033(3) Å, c = 14.756(3) Å, α = 113.77(3)°, β = 98.17(3)°, γ = 93.55(3)°. V = 1813.2(7) Å3, Z = 1. In the reaction mixture complex redox reactions take place, resulting in (partial) reduction of selenium and bromination of the crown ether molecules. In 1 the centrosymmetric trinuclear [Se3Br10]2? consists of a central SeIVBr6 octahedron sharing trans edges with two square planar SeIIBr4 groups. The novel [Se3Br8]2? in 2 is composed of three planar trans‐edge sharing SeIIBr4 squares in a linear arrangement. The internal structure of the oxonium‐crown ether complexes is largely determined by the steric restrictions imposed by the aromatic rings in the crown ether molecules, as compared to complexes with more flexible unsubstituted crown ether ligands.  相似文献

A Contribution to Rhenium(II)‐, Osmium(II)‐, and Technetium(II)‐Thionitrosyl‐Complexes: Preparation, Structures, and EPR‐Spectra The reaction of [ReVINCl4] and [OsVINCl4] with S2Cl2 leads to the formation of the thionitrosyl complexes [MII(NS)Cl4] (M = Re, Os) which could not be isolated as pure compounds. Addition of pyridine to the reaction mixture results in the formation of the stable compounds trans‐(Ph4P)[OsII(NS)Cl4py], trans‐(Hpy)[OsII(NS)Cl4py], trans‐(Ph4P)[ReII(NS)Cl4py], and cis‐(Ph4P)[ReII(NS)Cl4py]. The crystal structure analyses show for trans‐(Ph4P)[OsII(NS)Cl4py] (monoclinic, P21/n, a = 12.430(3)Å, b = 18.320(4)Å, c = 15.000(3)Å, β = 114.20(3)°, Z = 4), trans‐(Hpy)[OsII(NS)Cl4py] (monoclinic, P21/n, a = 7.689(1)Å, b = 10.202(2)Å, c = 20.485(5)Å, β = 92.878(4)°, Z = 4), trans‐(Ph4P)[ReII(NS)Cl4py] (triclinic, P1¯, a = 9.331(5)Å, b = 12.068(5)Å, c = 15.411(5)Å, α = 105.25(1)°, β = 90.23(1)°, γ = 91.62(1)°, Z = 2), and cis‐(Ph4P)[ReII(NS)Cl4py] (monoclinic, P21/c, a = 10.361(1)Å, b = 16.091(2)Å, c = 17.835(2)Å, β = 90.524(2)°, Z = 4) M‐N‐S angles in the range 168‐175°. This indicates a nearly linear coordination of the NS ligand. The metal atom is octahedrally coordinated in all cases. The rhenium(II) thionitrosyl complexes (5d5 “low‐spin” configuration, S = 1/2) are studied by EPR in the temperature range 295 > T > 130 K. In addition to the detection of the complexes formed during the reaction of [ReVINCl4] with S2Cl2 EPR investigations on diamagnetically diluted powders and single crystals of the system (Ph4P)[ReII/OsII(NS)Cl4py] are reported. The 185, 187Re hyperfine parameters are used to get information about the spin‐density distribution of the unpaired electron in the complexes under study. [TcVINCl4] reacts with S2Cl2 under formation of [TcII(NS)Cl4] which is not stable and decomposes under S8 elimination and rebuilding of [TcVINCl4] as found by EPR monitoring of the reaction.  相似文献

Reaction of copper(II) bromide with the dpp ligand in dichloromethane at room temperature afforded 1 , which is a rare example of non‐square planar four‐coordinate copper(II) complexes. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 15.352(3), b = 13.192(3), c = 11.358(2) Å, β = 120.61(3)°, V = 1979.6(7) Å3, Z = 4, Dcalc = 1.865 g cm?3. The coordination geometry about the copper center is distorted about halfway between square planar and tetrahedral. The Cu‐N distance is 2.032(2) Å and the Cu‐Br distance 2.3521(5) Å. Heating a CH2Cl2 or acetone solution of 1 resulted in complex 2 , which consists of a slightly distorted tetrahedral [Cu(dpp)2]+ cation and a linear two‐coordinate [CuBr2]? anion. 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group with a = 10.445(2), b = 11.009(2), c = 18.458(4) Å, α = 104.72(3), β = 94.71(3), γ = 103.50(3)°, V = 1973.3(7) Å3, Z = 2, Dcalc = 1.602 g cm?3. The four Cu(1)‐N distances are between 2.042(3) and 2.067(3) Å, the distance of Cu(2)‐Br(1) 2.2268(8) Å, and the disordered Cu(3)‐Br(2) distances are 2.139(7) and 2.237(4) Å, respectively. Complex 2 could also be prepared by directly reacting CuBr with dpp in CH2Cl2.  相似文献

Solvothermal reaction of [MnCl2(terpy)] with elemental As and Se at a 1:1:2 molar ratio in H2O/trien (10:1) at 150 °C affords the linear trimanganese(II) complex [{Mn(terpy)}3(μ‐AsSe4)2] ( 1 ). The tridentate [AsSe2(Se2)]3? anions of 1 chelate the terminal {Mn(terpy)}2+ fragments and bridge these through their remaining Se atom to the central {Mn(terpy)}2+ moiety. Weak interactions of Mn1···Se and Mn3···Se bonds with length 2.914(7) and 3.000(7) Å link the molecules of 1 into infinite chains. Treatment of [MnCl2(cyclam)]Cl with As and Se at a 1:1:2 molar ratio in superheated H2O/CH3OH (1:1) at 150 °C yields the dinuclear complex [{Mn(cyclam)}2 (μ‐As2Se6)] ( 2 ), whose novel [(AsSe2)2(μ‐Se2)]4? ligands bridge the MnII atoms in a μ‐1κ2Se1, Se2: 2κ2Se5,Se6 manner.  相似文献

The title compound, [Th(C12H15O4)4]n, is the first homoleptic thorium–carboxylate coordination polymer. It has a one‐dimensional structure supported by the bidentate bridging coordination of the singly charged 3‐carboxyadamantane‐1‐carboxylate (HADC) anions. The metal ion is situated on a fourfold axis (site symmetry 4) and possesses a square‐antiprismatic ThO8 coordination, including four bonds to anionic carboxylate groups [Th—O = 2.359 (2) Å] and four to neutral carboxyl groups [Th—O = 2.426 (2) Å], while a strong hydrogen bond between these two kinds of O‐atom donor [O...O = 2.494 (3) Å] affords planar pseudo‐chelated Th{CO2...HO2C} cycles. This combination of coordination and hydrogen bonding is responsible for the generation of quadruple helical strands of HADC ligands, which are wrapped around a linear chain of ThIV ions [Th...Th = 7.5240 (4) Å] defining the helical axis.  相似文献

The title compound, poly[[diaquadibromocadmium‐μ‐(1,3,5,7‐tetraazatricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]decane‐N1:N5)‐aquacadmium‐di‐μ‐bromo‐aquacadmium‐μ‐(1,3,5,7‐tetraazatricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]decane‐N1:N5)‐di‐μ‐bromo] dihydrate], [Cd3Br6(C6H12N4)2(H2O)4]·2H2O, is made up of two‐dimensional neutral rectangular coordination layers. Each rectangular subunit is enclosed by a pair of Cd32‐Br)6(H2O)3 fragments and a pair of (μ2‐hmt)Cd(H2O)2Br22‐hmt) fragments as sides (hmt is hexamethylenetetramine). The unique CdII atom in the Cd2Br2 ring in the Cd32‐Br)6(H2O)3 fragment is in a slightly distorted octahedral CdNOBr4 geometry, surrounded by one hmt ligand [2.433 (5) Å], one aqua ligand [2.273 (4) Å] and four Br atoms [2.6409 (11)–3.0270 (14) Å]. The CdII atom in the (μ2‐hmt)Cd(H2O)2Br22‐hmt) fragment lies on an inversion center and is in a highly distorted octahedral CdN2O2Br2 geometry, surrounded by two trans‐related N atoms of two hmt ligands [2.479 (5) Å], two trans‐related aqua ligands [2.294 (4) Å] and two trans‐related Br atoms [2.6755 (12) Å]. Adjacent two‐dimensional coordination sheets are connected into a three‐dimensional network by hydrogen bonds involving lattice water molecules, and the aqua, bromo and hmt ligands belonging to different layers.  相似文献

Two manganese(II) bipyridine carboxylate complexes, [(bipy)2MnII(μ‐C2H5CO2)2MnII(bipy)2}2](ClO4)2 ( 1 ), and [MnII(ClCH2CO2)(H2O)(bipy)2]ClO4 · H2O ( 2 ) were prepared. 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with a = 8.604(3), b = 12.062(3), c = 13.471(3) Å, α = 112.47(2), β = 93.86(2), γ = 92.87(3)°, V = 1211.1(6) Å3 and Z = 1. In the dimeric, cationic complex with a crystallographic center of symmetry two 2,2′‐bipyridine molecules chelate each manganese atom. These two metal fragments are then bridged by two propionato groups in a syn‐anti conformation. The Mn…Mn distance is 4.653 Å. 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 9.042(1), b = 13.891(1), c = 21.022(3) Å, β = 102.00(1)°, V = 2569.3(5) Å3 and Z = 4. 2  is a monomeric cationic complex in which two bipyridine ligands chelate the manganese atom in a cis fashion. A chloroacetato and an aqua ligand complete the six‐coordination. Only in 2 is the intermolecular packing controlled by weak π‐stacking besides C–H…π contacts between the bipyridine ligands.  相似文献
