The reaction of Cu(AcO)2 · H2O and tridentate β-iminoketone ligands yielded four new copper complexes: acetato{4-{[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]amino}pent-3-en-2-onato}copper(II) ( 1 ), triacetato{4-{[3-(dimethylamino)-propyl]amino}pent-3-en-2-onato}dicopper(II) ( 2 ), {4-{[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]amino}-1,1,1-trifluoropent-3-en-2-onato}( trifluoroacetato)copper(II) ( 3 ), and pentaacetato{4-{[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]amino}-1,1,1-trifluoropent-3-en-2- onato}tricopper(II) ( 4 ). All compounds were coloured and air-stable solids. The crystal structures of 1 and the dioxane adduct of 3 , μ-(1,4-dioxane)bis{{4-{[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]amino}-1,1,1-trifluoropent-3- en-2-onato}(trifluoroacetato)copper(II)} ( 3a ), were determined. Complex 1 consists of dimeric units [{Cu(AcO)L}2] in the solid state (L = β-iminoketonato ligand). In 3a , two [Cu(CF3COO)L] are linked via the O-atoms of the coordinated solvent 1,4-dioxane. Compound 1 crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a formula unit in a cell having the dimensions a = 11.152(6)Å, b = 10.104(3)Å, c = 11.805(7)Å, and β = 99.02(4)Å, and compound 3a crystallized in the triclinic space group P1 with a formula unit in a cell having the dimensions a = 8.709(3)Å, b = 9.439(4)Å, c = 12.395(3)Å, α = 67.57(3)°, β = 77.01(2)°, and β = 84.17(3)°. Mass spectra (MS), thermal analysis (DTA/TG), and evaporation-rate measurements are reported for all compounds. The influence of fluorination on the structure and volatility will be discussed.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of d-pinitol and l-quebrachitol were determined from low temperature x-ray diffraction data. Pinitol crystallizes in an orthorhombic system, P212121 (Z=4), with unit cell dimensions of a=6.8345(8) Å, b=9.3233(10) Å, and c=12.8911(14) Å. Quebrachitol crystallizes in a monoclinic system, P21 (Z=2), with unit cell dimensions of a=6.6289(4) Å, b=7.1895(4) Å, c=8.6843(5) Å, and β=90.5690(10)°. No unusual bond lengths or valence angles are present within either structure. Both rings are in chair conformations, with the majority of the pendent groups in equatorial orientations. As found for many compounds with multiple hydroxyl groups, the structures have extensive networks of hydrogen bonds. Both structures have infinite chain sequences of hydrogen bonds incorporating the O-1 and O-4 hydroxyl groups and finite chain sequences incorporating the other hydroxyl groups.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of three sydnone derivatives are reported. The compound 3-cyclohexylsydnone crystallizes in space group C2/c of the monoclinic system with sixteen molecules in a cell of dimensions a = 19.326 (3), b = 9.471 (2), c = 20.005 (4)Å, β = 106.85(1)°. The structure has been refined to a final value of 0.0581 for the conventional R-factor based on 2222 independent observed intensities. Form I of 3-(3-pyridyl)sydnone crystallizes in space group P2/n of the monoclinic system with eight molecules in a cell of dimensions a = 7.317(2), b = 9.283 (2), c = 20.891 (6) Å, β = 99.61(2)°. The structure has been refined to a final value of 0.0514 for the conventional R-factor based on 1208 independent observed intensities. Form II of 3-(3-pyridyl)sydnone crystallizes in space group P21/c of the monoclinic system with eight molecules in a cell of dimensions a=9.073 (2), b = 22.267 (5). c = 7.494(2)Å, β = 112.15 (2)°. The structure has been refined to a final value of 0.0462 for the conventional R-factor based on 1330 independent observed intensities. Each of the three structures contains two crystallographically independent molecules in the cell. In the case of 3-cyclohexylsydnone, one of the independent molecules exhibits disorder around the exocyclic bond at N(3). A comparison of bond lengths indicates that the (electron donating) cyclohexyl group brings about enhanced electron density in the N(3)-C(4) bond, and possibly in the N(3)-N(2) bond. All three structures studied here exhibit intermolecular hydrogen bonding involving C(4)-H(4)…O(6) interactions. Although there are no stacking interactions in the cyclohexyl derivative, there is evidence for such interactions in the 3-pyridyl derivatives.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the liquid crystal dimer α,ω-bis(4-cyanobiphenyl-4'-yloxy)octane has been determined from diffraction data obtained with synchrotron radiation. The structure is triclinic, with the space group P-1 with Z = 2 and the unit cell parameters are a= 7.135(5) Å, b= 12.811(5) Å, c= 15.639(5) Å, α= 75.800(5)°, β= 84.690(5)°, γ= 77.930(5)°. The flexible spacer linking the mesogenic groups is in the all-trans-conformation. Although the molecule has a potential centre of symmetry, it occupies a general position in the cell; this unusual behaviour has been investigated with the aid of a theoretical evaluation of the packing energy.  相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized and its crystal structure determined by X-ray crystallographic method. The crystal is monoclinic, space group C2/c, with unit cell dimensions a=19.260 (3), b=11.217 (1), c=15.997 (1) Å; β=92.08 (2)° and Z=8. This is the first crystal structure determined in the series of bicyclo[10.3.0]pentadec-1(12)-en-13-one derivatives. The structure and the conformation of the cis-cyclododecene moiety in this compound is demonstrated to be closely similar to the lowest energy conformer [lene 2333].  相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized by the reaction of α-dithionaphthoic acid with CuCl2 in pyridine or by recrystallizing Cu4(α-C10H7CSS2)4 ? 1/2CS2 in a mixture of pyridine and alcohol. The structure of the title compound is determined by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic space group with unit cell parameters: a=7.085(2)Å, b= 8.672(3)Å and c=13.598(5)Å; a=92.40(3)°, β=102.59(4)° and γ=105.67(4)°; V=780.6Å2; Z=1. The structure was refined to R=0.058 for 2390 reflections. The molecule of the title compound sits on a center of symmetry. The shorter Cu—Cu bond length (2.606Å) shows considerable interaction between copper atoms. If the Cu—Cu interaction is ignored, the neighbouring S and N atoms are coordinated to copper atom in a configuration of distorted tetrahedron.  相似文献

Abstract

The crystal structures of two Ag(I) salts, [Ag(LH)2(EtOH)2](NO3) (1) and [Ag(LH)3](NO3).H2O (2) where LH is (2-aminophenyl)diphenylphosphine, have been determined at room temperature. In 1 the Ag atom is coordinated by two P atoms derived from the phosphine ligands (Ag-P(1) 2.433(3) and Ag-P(2) 2.439(3) Å and P(1)-Ag-P(2) 160.1(1)°) and two O atoms derived from two weakly coordinating ethanol molecules (Ag-O(1a) 2.49(1) and Ag-O(2a) 2.75(1) Å). In 2 the three phosphine ligands coordinate via the P atoms (Ag-P 2.455(2), 2.462(2) and 2.484(2) Å) which define a trigonal planar geometry about the Ag atom. In neither case was any evidence found for a bonding interaction between the amino-N atom and the Ag atom. Crystals of 1 are monoclinic, space group P21/n with unit cell dimensions: a=10.272(4), b=16.358(2), c=23.709(3) Å, β=101.01(2)° and Z=4 and crystals of 2 are triclinic, space group P 1 with a=11.857(2), b=21.285(2), c=11.190(4) Å, α=91.77(1), β=104.50(2), γ=97.93(1)° and Z=2. The structures were each refined by a full-matrix least-squares procedure to final R=0.058 using 2433 reflections for 1 and to R=0.069 using 4428 reflections for 2.  相似文献

Abstract

The structures of the inclusion compounds of 2,2′-bis(9-hydroxy-9-fluorenyl)biphenyl (H) with acetonitrile (1) (1:1), cyclohexanone (2) (1:2), di-n-propylamine (3) (1:1) and dimethylformamide (4) (1:2) are reported. Crystal data: (1) monoclinic, P21/c with a=10.500(3), b=15.598(3), c=18.344(3) Å, β=96.66(2)°, Z=4, D C=1.24 g cm?3. (2) monoclinic, P21/c with a=13.980(3), b=11.768(5), c=23.49(1) Å, β=98.77(3)°, Z=4, Dc =1.24 g cm?3. (3) monoclinic, C2/c with a=29.57(1), b=13.485(4), c=18.17(1) Å, β=107.94(4)°, Z=8, D C=1.16 g cm?3. (4) monoclinic, C2/c with a=30.123(9), b=13.391(6), c=19.177(6) Å, β=111.23(4)°, Z=8, D C=1.22 g cm?3. Final R values for the four structures were 0.065, 0.120, 0.084 and 0.107 for 2937, 2830, 2071 and 3769 reflections, respectively. The host conformation is quite rigid and does not appear to be influenced by the shape and size of the guests studied. The host is held in a spiral conformation by means of an intramolecular hydrogen bond. In addition, host-guest hydrogen bonds are observed in all structures. Thermal analysis was used to evaluate the strength of binding of the guest molecules and confirmed that (1) is the most stable of the four compounds studied.  相似文献

The crystal structures of [4.4.4]propellane (monoclinic, a=12.053, b=7.832, c=13.001 Å, β=104.89°, space group C2/c, Z=4) and [4.4.4]propellatriene (monoclinic, a=7.876, b=12.651, c=13.164 Å, β=122.81°, space group P21/c,Z=4) have been determined by X-ray analysis. In propellane the six-membered rings are in the chair conformation, in propellatriene they adopt the ‘half-chair’ conformation with a twofold axis passing through the centre of each double bond. In both cases the observed parameters correspond to virtual D3(32) molecular symmetry. Corrections have been applied for the effect of molecular libration. Strain-minimization calculations based on semi-empirical potential functions have been carried out and the molecular parameters so derived are compared with the experimental values.  相似文献

Abstract

Crystals of [Zn(trien)I]I (trien=triethylenetetramine C6N4H18) are orthorhombic. The space group is P212121, with four molecules in the unit cell of dimensions a=11.97(1), b=13.72(1), c=8.12(1)Å. A total of 2029 independent reflections was measured with a Siemens A.E.D. automatic diffractometer using MoKα radiation. The structure was refined by full-matrix least-squares to a conventional R factor of 0.041 for 1435 observed reflections. The coordination around the central zinc atom is square pyramidal with the zinc atom 0.71 Å above the plane of the four nitrogen atoms of the ligand molecule. The values of coordination bond lengths, Zn-N(prim) 2.13 Å, Zn-N(sec) 2.19 Å, Zn-I 2.59 Å fall all in the range expected for covalent bonds. The molecular structure is discussed in comparison with that of [Cu(trien)SCN]CNS.  相似文献

The title compound, Cp2TiR (Cp=C5H5; R=2,6-(4-MeC6H4)2C6H3), 1, was prepared by reaction of RLi with [Cp2TiCl]2. Compound 1 was characterized by elemental analysis, EPR, and single crystal X-ray crystallography. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with the following unit cell dimensions: a=11.1466(7) Å, b=16.4429(11) Å, c=13.0786(8) Å; b=106.2040(10)°;V=2301.9(3) Å3. The EPR spectrum of 1 displays two signals, a high field signal at g=1.979 and a lower field signal at g=1.959. Significantly, 1 is a sterically encumbered m-terphenyl-stabilized trivalent titanocene paramagnetic complex and may be a practical one-electron reducing reagent.  相似文献

Abstract

The synthesis and structure of the indium dithiocarbamate, In[S2CN(CH3)2]3·(1/2) 4-mepy (4-mepy=4-methylpyridine), is described. Indium metal was oxidized by tetramethylthiuram disulfide in 4-methylpyridine at 25°C to form a new, homoleptic indium(III) dithiocarbamate in yields exceeding 60%. In[S2CN(CH3)2]3 exists as a discrete molecule with a distorted-octahedral geometry. The compound crystallizes in the P 1 (No. 2) space group with a=9.282(1)Å, b=10.081(1)Å, c=12.502Å, α=73.91(1)°, β=70.21(1)°, γ=85.84(1)°, Z=2, V(Å)=1057.3(3), R=0.046 and Rw =0.061.  相似文献

The diiron ynamine complexes [Fe2(CO)7{μ-C(R)C(NEt2)}] (1) (R=Me, Ph, C3H5, SiMe3) react with theN-sulfinylaniline, PhNSO, in refluxing hexane to yield the complexes [Fe2(CO)6{μ-N(Ph)C(Me)S}] (2), [Fe2(CO)6{μ-N(Ph)C(NEt2)C(Ph)S}] · 0.5C6H12 (3), [Fe2(CO)6{μ-C(C3H5)C(NEt2)N(Ph)SO}] · 0.5CH2Cl2 (4), and [Fe2(CO)6{μ-C(SiMe3)C(NEt2)S)}] (5). Compound 5 was found to be identical to the previously reported product obtained from the reaction of 1 with sulfur. Compounds 2, 3, and 4 were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Crystal data: for 2: space group = P21/n,a=9.533(1) Å,b=18.830(4) Å,c=12.705(4) Å, β=107.01(2)°,Z=4, 2687 reflections,R=0.027; for 3: space group=P21/n,a=13.660(2) Å,b=19.096(8) Å,c=10.972(2) Å, β=90.62(1)°,Z=4, 2821 reflections,R=0.036; for 4: space group=P21/a,a=18.098(5) Å,b=16.564(4) Å,c=18.548(2) Å, β=115.44(2)°,Z=4, 3569 reflections,R=0.041. Complexes 2 and 3 result from fragmentation of theN-sulfinylaniline ligand and insertion of the nitrene grouping into the Fe=C(aminocarbene) bond, whereas the sulfur atom inserts into one Fe-C bond of the bridging carbene. Compound 4 is formed by insertion of the entireN-sulfinyl aniline ligand into the Fe=C(aminocarbene) bond. All three complexes have basket-like arachno structure isolobal to the benzvalene one.  相似文献

X-ray diffraction studies of fibers of the polyester/ether poly(ethylene-1,2-diphenoxyethane-p,p′ -dicarboxylate) (PEET) produced by high-speed melt spinning show the existence of two polymorphic forms, designated α and β, in the solid state. The α form is obtained by annealing filaments melt spun at takeup speeds below 3000 m/min and is also found in samples crystallized from the melt and from dilute solutions. The α form has a monoclinic unit cell with dimensions a = 7.83, b = 10.33, c = 18.68 Å, and β = 83.1°. The equilibrium melting temperature and heat of fusion of the α form are 288.3°C and 19.1 cal/g, respectively. The β form predominates in highly oriented filaments obtained at takeup velocities above 6000 m/min. The unit cell is orthorhombic with dimensions a = 7.28, b = 5.65, and c = 18.64 Å. The β form does not transform to the α form on annealing.  相似文献
