基于预放大数字全息显微系统的全息图记录与再现过程及其点扩散函数的分析, 从成像分辨率、成像质量及实现的难易程度等方面对数字全息显微中六种常见记录光路系统的成像性能进行了对比研究. 结果表明, 像面数字全息术具有最高的成像分辨率及成像质量, 其成像分辨率与记录器件的光敏面尺寸无关, 该系统对信息的记录是完整的, 而且记录过程不必考虑物体被照亮区域的大小, 再现过程非常简单, 是优化的数字全息显微成像系统. 等波面弯曲的物参光像面数字全息术非常有利于位相解包裹及位相畸变补偿的正确进行, 该系统更适合于位相显微. 实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性.

Reflection configured digital holographic microscopy (DHM) can perform accurate optical topography measurements of reflecting objects, such as MEMs, MOEMs, and semiconductor wafer. It can provide non-destructive quantitative measurements of surface roughness and geometric pattern characterization with nanometric axial resolution in real-time. However, the measurement results may be affected by an additional phase curvature introduced by the microscope objective (MO) used in DHM. It needs to be removed either by numerical compensation or by physical compensation.We present a method of physical spherical phase compensation for reflection DHM in the Michelson configuration. In the object arm, collimated light is used for illumination. Due to the use of the MO, the object wavefront may have a spherical phase curvature. In the reference arm, a lens and mirror combination is used to generate a spherical recording reference wave in order to physically compensate the spherical phase curvature of the object wavefront. By controlling the position of the mirror and the sample stage, the compensation process has been demonstrated. The relative positions of the test specimen and the reference mirror must be fixed for the physical spherical phase to be totally compensated. A numerical plane reference wave is preferred for the numerical reconstruction of the phase introduced by the test specimen. Experimental results on wafer pattern recognition are also given. 相似文献

在超声探伤系统中,通常要求回波幅度的垂直线性误差小于±5%,通常采样率需10倍于原始信号频率以上,对于高频探头来说对仪器的A/D性能要求较高。该文提出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列的对探伤信号恢复幅值方法,采用高效的级联积分梳状滤波器(CIC滤波器)及其FIR补偿滤波器进行滤波插值,在有限的采样频率下实现了高频信号的幅值恢复,并通过MATLAB和自研硬件平台进行了仿真、架构和实验,验证了CIC插值滤波器的滤波误差小于2.2%且效率高于具有同等插值效果的FIR插值滤波器,具备很好的工程应用价值。 相似文献

针对60 mm×45 mm尺寸碘化铯荧光屏,设计一个用于牙科诊断的X射线数字化成像光学系统。选用有效尺寸4.8 mm ×3.6 mm的CCD作为接受器件,光学系统结构型式为复杂化双高斯型,相对孔径和全视场角分别达到F/0.9和35°,有效焦距9 mm。全视场MTF 在空间频率56 lp/mm时高于0.75,全视场畸变为1.8%, 边缘视场照度与中心视场照度之百分比达到80%。从设计结果可以看出,整个系统的像差得到了较好的校正,满足数字化X射线成像系统的使用要求。 相似文献

针对HL-2A装置极向场电源晶闸管触发器系统同步信号波形畸变严重、频率不断变化的特点,通过分析和比较各种滤波器的滤波效果,提出了一个多级数字滤波器联合滤波的方案。利用MATLAB软件搭建了该滤波器的仿真模型,并对其进行了仿真分析,理论上证明了该方案的可行性。通过估计算法的延时,证明了该数字滤波器满足实时信号处理的要求。 相似文献

This paper presents a new method to speech enhancement based on time-frequency analysis and adaptive digital filtering. The proposed method for dual-channel speech enhancement was developed by tracking frequencies of corrupting signal by the discrete Gabor transform (DGT) and implementing multi-notch adaptive digital filter (MNADF) at those frequencies. Since no a priori knowledge of the noise source statistics is required this method differs from traditional speech enhancement methods. Specifically, the proposed method was applied to the case where speech quality and intelligibility deteriorate in the presence of background noise. Speech coders and automatic speech recognition (ASR) systems are designed to act on clean speech signals. Therefore, corrupted speech signals by the noise must be enhanced before their processing. The method uses a primary input containing the corrupted speech signal while a reference input containing the noise only. In this paper, we designed MNADF instead of single-notch adaptive digital filter and used DGT to track frequencies of corrupting signal because fast filtering process and fast measure of the time-dependent noise frequency are of great importance in speech enhancement process. Therefore, MNADF was implemented to take advantage of fast filtering process. Different types of noises from Noisex-92 database were used to degrade real speech signals. Objective measures, the study of the speech spectrograms and global signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), segmental SNR (segSNR), Itakura-Saito distance measure as well as subjective listing test demonstrated consistently superior enhancement performance of the proposed method over traditional speech enhancement method such as spectral subtraction. 气象数值预报中,由于分析过程引入初始非平衡,从而引起虚假快波振荡,重力波控制弱约束把资料分析过程和初始化过程结合在一起,通过数字滤波弱约束在极小化过程中实现对分析场的平衡约束,克服非平衡问题. 以2008年初的一次南方雨雪天气为研究个例,进行了数字滤波弱约束的同化试验和预报试验,结果表明,数字滤波弱约束4D-Var能充分控制快波振荡的出现和初始调整现象,使得到的分析场不仅能更好的逼近观测,而且能更好地与模式动力相协调. 预报检验的结果表明,在同化过程中施加数字滤波弱约束,能有效滤除由于地形或观测资料等因素

为适应市场上对结构简洁、成像品质高且生产成本低的数码相机镜头的需要,运用光学设计软件CODE V,在传统数码相机定焦镜头的基础上,结合非球面塑料透镜理论,模拟出了生产成本较低的三片式数码相机定焦镜头。该数码相机镜头结构的特点是:模块仅包括3块透镜;选择塑料镜头代替玻璃/塑料混合镜头或者全玻璃镜头,降低了系统的生产成本;系统的后焦距增大到0.8116mm,能够确保良好的远心光路性能;透镜表面完全采用非球面设计,较好地校正了球差等各种像差,使透镜具有良好的光学成像性能。 相似文献

介绍了兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环上采用高级RISC微处理器(ARM)+现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)+DA/AD技术、状态空间方程方法实现对磁铁电源系统数字调节器的设计,它可以实现5阶及以下各阶的调节控制。运用ARM作为调节控制系统的核心处理器,完成系统的多线程任务处理。电源的精度调节通过FPGA和DA/AD相结合的技术来实现,通过千兆光纤接口实现外接数字信号处理器输入信号的直接传输。同时通过光电隔离器对叠加在输入/输出32 bit数字状态量的干扰脉冲进行抑制。经现场测试该调节器达到了加速器电源系统1×10-4量级的精度要求,并减少了电源系统的故障恢复时间。 相似文献

In the wayside Acoustic Defective Bearing Detector (ADBD) system, the recorded signal usually includes both the sound from train bearings and the other disturbance sources. The fact of heavy noise corruption and the Doppler Effect of multi-source acoustic signals would badly reduce the effectiveness of online defect detection of the ADBD system. In order to extract useful information from the multi-source signal with Doppler Effect, this paper proposes an effective de-noising method based on the variable digital filter (VDF) for the ADBD system. Specifically, the ridge extraction based on Short-Time Fourier Transform (STFT) is applied to estimate the instantaneous frequencies (IFs), with which the fitting IF curves based on the Morse theory of theoretical acoustics could be achieved by using the nonlinear curve-fitting so that the parameters of the initial position of the acoustic sources could be calculated. By the aid of these parameters, the IFs according to the target train bearing could be then extracted. After that, the FIR variable digital filters could be designed with all the IFs which match the Morse theory with Doppler Shift so that the noise from the other parts could be effectively restrained after filtering the original signal. The effectiveness of this method is verified by means of a simulation with multi-frequency signals and applications to diagnosis of train roller bearing defects.
