We obtain new explicit formulas for the Bergman kernel function on two families of Hartogs domains. To do so, we first compute the Bergman kernels on the slices of these Hartogs domains with some coordinates fixed, evaluate these kernel functions at certain points off the diagonal, and then apply a first order differential operator to them. We find, for example, explicit formulas for the kernel function on
$$\begin{aligned} \left\{ (z_1,z_2,w)\in \mathbb {C}^3:e^{|w|^2}|z_1|^2+|z_2|^2<1\right\} \end{aligned}$$
and on
$$\begin{aligned} \left\{ (z_1,z_2,w)\in \mathbb {C}^3:|z_1|^2+|z_2|^2+|w|^2<1+|z_2w|^2\;\mathrm{and} \;|w|<1\right\} . \end{aligned}$$
We use our formulas to determine the boundary behavior of the kernel function of these domains on the diagonal.

In this paper we present some expressions for the canonical kernel function of a bounded symmetric domain. We show how it is related both to the reproducing kernel of a holomorphic discrete series representation and to the contravariant form on highest weight modules over semisimple Lie algebras of Hermitian type.  相似文献

This paper derives general analytical formulae for the conformal maps from multiply connected circular preimage domains to multiply connected quadrature domains by considering the Bergman kernel functions of the preimage and target domains. The new formulae are expressed in terms of the Schottky–Klein prime function. They generalize, to the case of arbitrary connectivity, a formula relevant to doubly connected domains derived by Y. A numerical method for the conformal mapping of simply-connecteddomains onto the unit disc is considered. The method is basedon the use of the Bergman kernel function of the domain. 多复变数空间Cn中有界域的Bergman核函数的零点问题集中表现为陆启铿猜想.陆启铿猜想是波兰数学家M.Skwarczynski对陆启铿1966年的一篇文章中关于Bergman核函数的零点问题而命名的,至今已经40年了.该猜想已写入了多复变函数论的多本专著,引起很多数学家的兴趣而研究之,已经成为多复变函数论中的一个活跃的研究方向.本文简述了陆启铿猜想的最初含意,综述了迄今为止关于有界域的Bergman核函数有无零点的各种研究成果以及所用的思想和方法.特别对近来出现的陆启铿猜想的新研究领域进行了较详细的阐述并在最后提出了关于陆启铿猜想的6个Open Problems,希望国内的年轻数学家对陆启铿猜想感到兴趣而研究之.  相似文献

Several different approaches to the multi-peg Tower of Hanoi problem are equivalent. One of them is Stewart's recursive formula ¶¶ S (n, p) = min {2S (n1, p) + S (n-n1, p-1) | n1, n-n1 ? \mathbbZ+}. S (n, p) = min \{2S (n_1, p) + S (n-n_1, p-1)\mid n_1, n-n_1 \in \mathbb{Z}^+\}. ¶¶In the present paper we significantly simplify the explicit calculation of the Frame-Stewart's numbers S(n, p) and give a short proof of the domain theorem that describes the set of all pairs (n, n1), such that the above minima are achieved at n1.  相似文献

This note studies the trace formula of a class of pure operators A with finite rank self-commutators satisfying the condition that there is a finite dimensional subspace containing the image of the self-commutator and invariant with respect to A *. Let D be a bounded logarithmically convex complete Reinhardt domain in centered at the origin. Generalizing a result for the one-dimensional case of the unit disk, we prove that the C *-algebra generated by Toeplitz operators with bounded measurable separately radial symbols (i.e., symbols depending only on is commutative. We show that the natural action of the n-dimensional torus defines (on a certain open full measure subset of D) a foliation which carries a transverse Riemannian structure having distinguished geometric features. Its leaves are equidistant with respect to the Bergman metric, and the orthogonal complement to the tangent bundle of such leaves is integrable to a totally geodesic foliation. Furthermore, these two foliations are proved to be Lagrangian. We specify then the obtained results for the unit ball.  相似文献

We describe GJMS-operators as linear combinations of compositions of natural second-order differential operators. These are defined in terms of Poincaré–Einstein metrics and renormalized volume coefficients. As special cases, we derive explicit formulas for conformally covariant third and fourth powers of the Laplacian. Moreover, we prove related formulas for all Branson’s Q-curvatures. The results settle and refine conjectural statements in earlier works. The proofs rest on the theory of residue families introduced in Juhl (Progress in Mathematics, vol. 275. Certain integral operators involving the Szegö, the Bergman and the Cauchy kernels are known to have the reproducing property. Both the Szegö and the Bergman kernels have series representations in terms of an orthonormal basis. In this paper we derive the Cauchy kernel by means of biorthogonality. The ideas involved are then applied to construct a non-Hermitian kernel admitting a reproducing property for a space associated with the Bergman kernel. The construction leads to a domain integral equation for the Bergman kernel.1 2  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a class of bounded Reinhardt domains Dα(m, n1,…,nm). The Bergman kernel function K(z,z), the Bergman metric matrix T(z,z), the Cauchy-Szego kernel function S(z,ζ) are obtained. Then we prove that the formal Poisson kernel function is not a Poisson kernel function. At last, we prove that Dαis a quasiconvex domain and Dαis a stronger quasiconvex domain if and only if Dαis a hypersphere.  相似文献
