对非晶合金Fe78Si9B13进行了超短脉冲电流处理,实现了晶化时α-Fe(Si)单相结构析出.可以认为,脉冲电流作用时,电子运动与非晶中空位型结构缺陷间的周期性排斥效应促进了类金属原子从非晶结构单元中析出,使Fe(Si)原子局部富集,导致基体金属相在较低温度下优先成核.而在空位的定向迁移的同时,将伴随B原子的扩散,则B原子局域富集,Fe-B化合物的形核析出就要受到这两个因素的抑制 关键词:  相似文献

A detailed study on the weak localization phenomenon vis-a-vis electron-electron interaction effects in magnetic metallic glasses has been carried out. We measured the electrical conductivity and magnetoconductivity within the temperature range 1.8≤T≤300K. A maximum on the conductivity versus temperature curve exists atT=T m. The conductivity was observed to follow aT 1/2 law forT<T m andT 2 law forT>T m. Magnetoconductivity data of these alloys indicate the prominence of electron-electron interaction at low temperatures. The authors have determined the inelastic scattering field and spin-orbit scattering field from the magnetoconductivity data. The inelastic scattering field obeys aT p law (p=2) at low temperatures.  相似文献

The magnetic properties of polycrystalline PrRh2Si2 sample have been investigated by neutron diffraction measurements. Antiferromagnetic transition with an anomalously high ordering temperature (TN∼68 K) is clearly observed in magnetic susceptibility, specific heat, electrical resistivity and neutron diffraction measurements. Neutron diffraction study shows that Pr3+ ions carry an ordered moment of 2.99(7)μB/Pr3+ and align along the crystallographic±c-directions for the ions located at the (0,0,0) and positions. The magnetoresistance at 2 K and 10 T is rather large (∼35%).  相似文献

We have investigated the crystal structure, magnetization and magnetoresistance of the double perovskite compounds Sr2(Fe1−xVx)MoO6 (0≤x≤0.1). The lattice constants and the cation ordering decrease monotonously with the V content. The Curie temperature, saturation magnetization and low field magnetoresistance of the compounds decrease with increasing x due to the reduced degree of ordering. The resistivity of Sr2FeMoO6 and lightly doped samples shows semiconductive behavior, while the samples with higher doping levels exhibit a semiconductor-metal transition around 80 K.  相似文献

The present work shows the applicability of Meyer-Neldel relation between the pre-exponential factor and activation energy of non-isothermal crystallization of Fe78B13Si9 metallic glass. Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) technique is used to observe the variation in the above two kinetic parameters of the non-isothermal crystallization due to ionic irradiation at three different fluences with high-energy heavy ion Ni11+ having energy 150 MeV.  相似文献

Chalcogenide bulk alloys of Agx (As0.4Se0.6) 100−x (x=5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15 and 17.5) system were prepared by the conventional melt-quench technique. The d.c. electrical conductivity (σ) and thermoelectric power (TEP) measurements were carried out in the temperature range from 83 to 373 K and from 253 to 373 K, respectively. Variations of both σ and TEP with ambient temperature proved the p-type semiconducting behaviour of these materials. The current density-electric field characteristics were found to be linear. The activation energies, calculated from both the electrical conductivity Eσ and thermoelectric power Es, were found to be dependent on composition.  相似文献

在0—300℃范围内考查了非晶Fe82Si5B13合金的磁导率等温弛豫动力学行为,给出了等时弛豫谱,观察到四个弛豫峰。测量表明,总的磁导率弛豫由两种弛豫过程组成,即对于退磁可逆的普通减落和对于退磁不可逆的磁导率连续衰减。计算了弛豫时间和激活能的分布,表明弛豫时间和激活能有宽的分布。普通减落和磁导率衰减过程的最可几激活能分别为1.0eV和1.4eV。对退火的样品,观察到磁导率先是增大而后是衰减的广义cross-over效应。 关键词:  相似文献

A planar optical waveguide has been formed in a LiB3O5 crystal using 6.0 MeV Cu+-ions with a dose of 1 × 1015 ions/cm2 at room temperature. Possible propagating modes were measured at a wavelength of 633 nm using the prism-coupling method. The refractive index profiles of the waveguide were reconstructed by an effective refractive index method and the beam propagation method was used to investigate the properties of the propagation modes in the formed waveguide. The results suggest that the fundamental TE0 and TM0 modes may be well-confined and propagate a longer distance inside the waveguide. The implantation process was also simulated using the transport of ions in matter code (TRIM), which indicates that the nuclear energy deposition may be the main factor for the refractive index change.  相似文献

The compounds U4Rh13Si9 and U4Ir13Si9 crystallize with the orthorhombic Er4Ir13Si9-type structure that contains three non-equivalent positions of uranium atoms. Their magnetic, electrical transport and thermal properties were studied down to liquid helium temperature in magnetic fields up to 9 T. Both compounds have been found to order antiferromagnetically at low temperatures and to exhibit complex magnetic behavior in the ordered state. Some features characteristic of spin fluctuators (U4Rh13Si9) and Kondo lattices (U4Ir13Si9) indicate that the two ternaries studied are novel strongly correlated electron systems.  相似文献

The machining response of amorphous and crystalline Ni78B14Si8 was investigated when structuring substrates using focused-ion-beam (FIB) milling. In particular, the sputtering yield as a function of the scan speed, and the effects of ion fluence and scan speed on the milled depth were studied. The ion fluence dependent evolution of the cross-sectional profiles of trenches was examined by atomic force microscopy (AFM). When milling amorphous Ni78B14Si8, it was found that the sputtering yield first decreased with increasing the beam scan speed, then kept constant within the scan speed range, up to 710 nm/s, investigated in this work; it was also found that the milled depth was almost proportional to the ion beam fluence. The patterning of polycrystalline Ni78B14Si8 resulted in anisotropic milling-rates due to the varying orientation of the grains in the material. The analysis of the profile evolution in both materials indicated that the surface finish of trenches was scan speed, ion beam fluence and scan strategy dependent. The study demonstrated that direct patterning by FIB could be used for producing masters in amorphous Ni-based alloys for injection moulding and hot embossing.  相似文献

Both magnetic ordering temperatures and lattice constants were observed to be a function of preparation temperature for single-phase CaCuMn6O12 CMR ceramics of the same cation, oxygen composition and crystal structure. It was found for the first time that higher preparation temperatures result in a linear increase of a cubic cell parameter a, , and in a sharp decrease of magnetic ordering temperatures , by about , for quenched samples. High resolution NPD experiments have shown the presence of antisite defects resulting in partial occupation of octahedral (8c) sites by Cu2+ at higher preparation temperatures as never assumed for an ideal structure. The data obtained give a new insight to the problem of functional properties reproducibility suggesting stronger requirements for the production control of CMR materials.  相似文献

本文研究了金属玻璃(Fe1-xCOx)78Si10B12的磁化感生各向异性、应变感生各向异性随成分和温度的变化。磁化感生各向异性常数Kum为正值,x=0.7时为最大;不可逆的应变感生各向异性常数Kusi为正值,x=0.5时为最大;可逆的应变感生各向异性常数Kusr除了x>0.975区均为负值,在x=0.7时为最大;感生各向异性常数在温度变化时与Msα成正比,α在3.4和7.5之间随成分和退火工艺而变化。用短程有序模型解释了部分实验结果。 关键词:  相似文献

Electrical resistivity (ρ) of amorphous Fe80B20 and Fe78Mo2B20 have been studied as a function of temperature (T) between 78 and 1000 K. The ρ vs T curves, obtained with specified warming and cooling rates, show that such curves are sensitive probes of the crystallization process. Within the experimental error, no anomalies in the ρ behavior can be seen at the Curie temperature of each amorphous alloy.  相似文献

用转靶X射线源及弯晶EXAFS谱仪测定了Fe80B20及Fe80Si6B14金属玻璃中铁的X射线K吸收谱。由EXAFS谱确定了两种金属玻璃的近邻结构参量。此外,通过测定XANES谱并与纯铁及其有关的化合物Fe2B,FeB中铁的XANES比较发现:吸收边能量、“白线”结构等均出现一些变化,表明两种金属玻璃的近邻原子Fe-B,Fe-Si以及Fe-Fe之间的相互作用比铁与硼所形成的稳定化合物中要强,这对于决定金属玻璃的短程序结构具有重要的作用。 关键词:  相似文献

The nanostructure of a nanocrystalline Fe73.5Si13.5B9Nb3Cu alloy has been studied by means of Mössbauer spectroscopy, 1D and 3D atom probes. After 6 h at 520 °C, the crystallized fraction of the alloy is about 53%. αα-Fe(Si) nanocrystals, 10–20 nm in diameter, are embedded in a retained amorphous matrix. They have a near Fe80Si20 composition and exhibit a DO3 structure. The very low number density of Cu-rich particles does not match with the hypothesis of a systematic heterogeneous precipitation of αα-Fe close to Cu-rich particles. A detailed analysis of the distribution of alloying elements in the retained amorphous matrix reveals the formation of a Nb-rich shell around αα-Fe(Si) nanocrystals. It is proposed that this shell is formed during the growth of nanocrystals and the decomposition of the matrix, which tends toward a Fe3B composition. The Nb-rich shell behaves as a diffusion barrier which inhibits the growth of nanocrystals. However, despite the presence of a Nb-rich shell, the junction between adjacent nanocrystals may occur, even if this phenomenon is rare.  相似文献

Mössbauer spectra of amorphous Fe81B13.5Si3.5C2 ribbons (METGLAS 2605 SC) annealed in transverse magnetic field at 594 and 654 K were recorded for various orientations of the ribbons. It is determined that the in-plane projection of the anisotropy is 17° off the transverse axis for the 594 K annealed specimen and 10° off the transverse axis for the 654 K specimen.  相似文献

Effect of annealing on the soft magnetic properties of Fe73.5Si13.5B9Nb3Au1 amorphous ribbon has been investigated by means of structure examination, magnetoimpedance ratio (MIR) and incremental permeability ratio (PR) spectra measured in the frequency range of 1–10 MHz at a fixed current of 10 mA X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the as-cast sample was amorphous and it became nanocrystalline under a proper heat treatment. When annealing amorphous alloy at 530 °C for 30, 60, 90 min, soft magnetic properties have been improved drastically. Among the samples investigated, the sample annealed at 530 °C for 90 min showed the softest magnetic behavior. The MIR and PR curves revealed the desirable changes in anisotropy field depending upon annealing.  相似文献

Thermal stability and crystallization of the Fe81B12Si4C2 alloy were investigated in the temperature range 25-700 °C by the XRD and Mössbauer analysis. It was shown that on heating the as-prepared amorphous Fe81B12Si4C2 alloy undergoes thermal stabilization through a series of structural transformations involving the process of stress-relieving (temperature range 200-400 °C), followed by a loss of ferromagnetic properties (Curie temperature at 420 °C) and finally crystallization (temperature range 450-530 °C). The process of crystallization begins by formation of two crystal phases: Fe3B and subsequently Fe2B, as well as a solid solution α-Fe(Si). With increase in annealing temperature, the completely crystallized alloy involved only two phases, Fe2B and solid solution α-Fe(Si).XRD patterns established a difference in phase composition and size of the formed crystallites during crystallization depending on the side (fishy or shiny) of the ribbon. The first nuclei of the phase α-Fe3Si were found on the shiny side by XRD after heat treatment even at 200 °C but the same phase on the fishy side of ribbon was noticed after heat treatment at 450 °C. The largest difference between the contact and free surface was found for the Fe2B phase crystallized by heating at 700 °C, showing the largest size of crystallites of about 130 nm at 700 °C on the free (shiny) surface.  相似文献

The magnetic domain structures of Fe78.8−xCoxCu0.6Nb2.6Si9B9 (x=0, 20, 40, 60) alloys are investigated by Lorentz microscopy coupled with the focused ion beam method. The specimen prepared using the FIB method is found to have a considerably more uniform thickness compared to that prepared using the ion-milling method. In Fe38.8Co40Cu0.6Nb2.6Si9B9 and Fe18.8Co60Cu0.6Nb2.6Si9B9 alloys, 180° domain walls extending in the direction of the induced magnetic anisotropy are observed. Analysis with Lorentz microscopy reveals that the width of the magnetic domains decreases with an increase in the cobalt content or the induced magnetic anisotropy Ku, that is, the domain width d is proportional to the induced magnetic anisotropy (Ku)−1/4. On the other hand, in the in situ Lorentz microscopy observation as a function of temperature, magnetic ripple structures are found to appear in a localized area due to the fluctuation of magnetization vectors from 423 K. It is observed that the induced magnetic anisotropy caused by the applied magnetic field at 803 K is not suppressed by the magnetic ripple structures observed at 423–443 K.  相似文献
