A new monomer of 4,4′-biphenyl-bis[4-phthalazin-1(2H)-one] was synthesized from biphenly and phthalic anhydride,and a novel copoly(aryl ether ketone)(PPEK) was synthesized from 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-propane(BPA),4,4′-biphenyl-bis-[4-phthalazin-1(2H)pne],4,4′-difluorodiphenylketone(DFK).The monomer and copolymer were characterized by FT-IR and ^1H-NMR.DSC and TGA were used to the novel polymer.  相似文献

The reaction of [HN(n-C4H9)3]3[WV(CN)8]·4H2O, 4,4′-bipyridine dioxide(4,4′-dpdo), and MnCl2·4H2O or CuCl2·2H2O gives two new three-dimensional octacyanometalate-based bimetallic assemblies, {[Mn2 (4,4′-dpdo)(H2O)4] [WIV(CN)8]}·6H2O (1) and {[Cu2(4,4′-dpdo)(H2O)][W(CN)8]}·CH3OH·H2O (2). A facile procedure for the synthesis of 3-(2′-amino-3′-cyano-4′-arylpyrid-6′-yl)coumarins are being reported starting from 3- acetylcoumarin,aromatic aldehydes and malononitrile.The reactions were carded out on microwave irradiation in good yield with short time and easy work-up.The structures of all the compounds have been confirmed on the basis of their analytical,IR,~1H NMR, and mass spectral data.  相似文献

A D-A copolymer, P2FBTTPTI, was developed by copolymerizing a pentacyclic acceptor unit, thieno[2′,3′:5,6]pyrido[3,4-g]thieno[3,2-c]isoquinoline-5,11(4 H,10 H)-dione(TPTI), with 3,3′-difluoro-2,2′-bithiophene(2 FBT). P2 FBTTPTI possessed a low highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) energy level(-5.50 e V) and a good hole mobility(4.14 × 10~(-4) cm~2·V~(-1)·s~(-1)). P2FBTTPTI:PC_(71)BM solar cells gave a decent power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 7.64% and a high open-circuit voltage(V_(oc)) of 0.95 V.  相似文献

The mono- and binuclear Cu(Ⅰ) complexes with substituted 2,2′-bipyridine and iodide ligands, [CuL2]BF4(L=4-methoxycarbonyl-6-(4-methylphenyl)-2,2′-bipyridine (a), 6-(4-hydroxymethylphenyl)-2,2′-bipyridine (b) and 6-(4-methoxylphenyl)-2,2′-bipyridine (c)) and [Cu2(μ-I)2L2] were prepared, and the crystal structures of the complexes were obtained from signal-crystal X-ray diffractional analysis. The spectroscopic properties of the complexes in dichloromethane are dominated by low energy MLCT bands from 360 to 650 nrn. The electrochemical studies of mononuclear complexes reveal that the complexes have stable copper(Ⅰ) state.  相似文献

The first example of fused phosphorus heterocyclic 4-[1′-(β-bromoethyl)-4′-oxo-3′-propyl-1′,2′,3′,4′-tetrahydro-1,3,2-benzodiazaphosphorin-2′-sulfide]-1,2,3,4,4a,4b,5,6-octahydro-6-oxo-5-propyl-3,4b,4a-thiazphosphaphenanthridine 4a,2′-dioxide was synthesized in excellent yield by refluxing a mixture of 1-(2-bromoethyl)-2,3-dihydro-3-propyl-1,3,2-benzodiazaphos phorin-4(1H)-one 2-oxide with carbon disulfide in benzene in the presence of triethylamine.  相似文献

A stereoselective and economic synthesis of the carbapenem sidechain (2S, 4S)-4-ace-tylsulphanyl-2- [ (S) 1-phenylethyl-carbamoyl] pyrrolidine-l-carboxylic acid 4-nitrobenzyl ester was developed. A series of C2-symmetrical chiral 2,5-bis (4′-alkyloxazolin-2-yl) thiophenes (thiobox) have been synthesized from thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic acid by sequential amidation with a chiral ethanolamine,conversion of hydroxyl to chloro group, and base-promoted oxazoline ring formation.As demonstrated by (-)-2,5-bis[4′-(S)-isopropyloxazolin-2′-yl] thiophene,these thiobox systems exhibited remarkable chirality recognition of 1,1′-bi-2-naphthol giving rise to pronounced shifts in the ^1H NMR signals of the latter axial chiral compound at the positions of C-3,C-4,C-5,and C-8.  相似文献

A convenient synthetic approach to 2-[1-(dialkylamino)alkyl]-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-4-ones has been developed. Thus, 1,1-dimethylethyl 2-isocyanobenzoates, which can be readily prepared from 2-nitrobenzoic acids by a simple four-step sequence, react with N,N-dialkyliminium iodides without using any catalysts under mild conditions to give the desired products in generally fair-to-good yields.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-(dialkylamino)-7-methoxychromones with malononitrile in the presence of acetic anhydride afforded [2-(dialkylamino)-7-methoxy-4H-chromen-4-ylidene]malononitriles. When these compounds were refluxed with concentrated hydrochloric (or hydroiodic) acid, 2-(dialkylamino)-7-methoxy(or hydroxy)-4-methylchromenylium salts were obtained. The use of concentrated sulfuric acid or polyphosphoric acid in the hydrolysis was also investigated. The preparation of ethyl [2-(dialkylamino)-7-methoxy-4H-chromen-4-ylidene]cyanoacetates and their behavior when treated with acids are also described, as well as the synthesis of some 3-(dialkylamino)-1-methylnaphtho[2,1-b]pyrylium salts.  相似文献

A synthesis of novel derivatives of 6-methyluracil, 6-methyl-2-thioxo-, and 2-imino-6-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrimidin-4-one containing a 2-(phenoxy)ethyl substituent at position 5 of the pyrimidine ring has been carried out. It was found that 5-[2-(phenoxy)ethyl] derivatives of 6-methyl-2-thioxo- and 2-imino-6-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrimidin-4-one are obtained by the condensation of the corresponding ethyl 3-oxo-2-(2-phenoxyethyl)butanoates with thiourea or guanidine. 6-Methyl-5-[2-(phenoxy)ethyl]uracils can be prepared by treating 6-methyl-5-[2-(phenoxy)ethyl]-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrimidin-4-ones with an excess of aqueous monochloroacetic acid solution. __________ Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 8, pp. 1213–1217, August, 2005.  相似文献

<正>A series of some new 2-imino-5-[(Z)-1-(4-methylphenyl)methylidene]-3-[5-(2-oxo-2H-3-chromenyl)-1,3-oxazol-2-yl]-1,3- thiazolan-4-ones 5a-j has been synthesized and assayed for their antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria viz.Bacillus subtilis(ATCC 6633),Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC 6538p) and Micrococcus luteus(IFC 12708),and Gram-negative bacteria viz. Proteus vulgaris(ATCC 3851).Salmonella typhimurium(ATCC 14028) and Escherichia coli(ATCC 25922).Among the screened compounds,5d,5e,5f,5g,and 5j exhibited potent inhibitory activity compared to standard drug,and emerged as potential molecules for further development.  相似文献

Photochemical and thermal cyclization of 4-(2-azidophenyl)-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-ones could afford fused indoles, such as 1,2,3a,9b-tetrahydro-4-methylenepyrimidino[5,4-b]indol-2-ones and 1,3,5,6,7a,12b-hexahydroquinazolino[9,4-b]indol-2,7-dione in high yields via nitrene electrophilic addition and rearrangement reactions.  相似文献

Two series of 5-[[4-[4-(dialkylamino)butyl]-l-cyclohexyl]acetyl], and 5-[(dialkylamino)acyl]-10,11-dihydro-5H- dibenzo[b,e][1,4]diazepin-11-ones were synthesized as potential m2-selective ligands 1,2. Their affinity and selectivity for the muscarinic cholinergic receptor m-AChR subtypes were determined. Replacing a nitrogen with CH in the piperidine ring of 5-[[4-[4-(dialkylamino)butyl]-l-piperidinyl]acetyl]-10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo-[b,e][1,4]diazepin-11-ones 3 significantly altered the affinity and selectivity to the muscarinic receptor subtypes.  相似文献

New methods for the synthesis of (E)-3-halo-2-styryl-4H-chromen-4-ones were established. The reaction of these compounds with hydrazine hydrate afforded new and unexpected 3(5)-aryl-5(3)-[2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2-hydrazonoethyl]-1H-pyrazoles, which upon acid hydrolysis gave 3(5)-aryl-5(3)-[2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2-oxoethyl]-1H-pyrazoles. The reaction mechanisms for these transformations, involving 1,6- followed by 1,4-conjugate additions, are discussed and the structures of all new compounds were established by NMR studies.  相似文献

The interaction of 3-formyl-4-coumarin with arylhydrazine hydrochlorides in the presence of sodium acetate gave the corresponding 3-arylhydrazonomethyl-4-chlorocoumarin, and with phenylhydrazine, 4-bromo- and 4-chlorophenylhydrazine hydrochlorides in the presence of two equivalents of triethylamine gave either 1-aryl- or 2-aryl[1]benzopyrano[4,3-c]pyrazol-4-ones depending on the reaction conditions. In reactions of 4-chloro-3-formylcoumarin with 2,4-dichloro-, 2,4-difluoro-, 2-hydroycarbonyl-, 4-nitro- and 3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenylhydrazine, 2-pyridyl- and 2-quinoxalylhydrazine in the presence of excess of triethylamine the 2-aryl[1]benzopyrano[4,3-c]pyrazol-4(2H)-ones were obtained exclusively. The structures of 1-phenyl- and 2-(2-pyridyl)[1]benzopyrano[4,3-c]pyrazolo-4(1H)ones were confirmed by X-ray crystallography. A simple method is proposed to distinguish between 1- and 2-substituted [1]benzopyrano[4,3-c]pyrazolo-4-ones on the basis of the 1H NMR chemical shifts of the C(3)-H proton in two solvents - DMSO-d6 and CDCl3.  相似文献

In the reaction of thiazole‐2,4‐diamines 8 with isothiocyanates 1 , 2,4‐diaminothiazole‐5‐carbothioamides 9, 10, 18 , and 19 as well as thiazolo[4,5‐d]pyrimidine‐7(6H)‐thiones 21 were formed. The carbothioamides 9, 10 , and 18 were transformed by reaction with different types of monofunctional and bifunctional electrophiles into hitherto unknown acceptor‐substituted 4,4′‐([2,5′‐bithiazole]‐2′,4′‐diyl)bis[morpholines] 24 and 29 , the 2′,4′‐bis(dialkylamino)[2,5′‐bithiazol]‐4‐(5H)‐ones 30 , and the 4‐substituted 2′,4′‐bis(dialkylamino)‐2,5′‐bithiazoles 31 . From 30 and 31 new 4‐mono‐ or 4,5‐disubstituted 2′,4′‐bis(dialkylamino)‐2,5′‐bithiazoles 34, 35, 38 , and 39 as well as 5‐substituted 2′,4′‐bis(dialkylamino)[2,5′‐bithiazol]‐4(5H)‐ones 33, 36 , and 37 were prepared.  相似文献
