The one‐dimensional structure of catena‐poly[[bis(2,2′‐bipyridyl‐1κ2N,N′)‐μ‐cyano‐1:2κ2N:C‐dicyano‐2κ2C‐dinickel(II)]‐μ‐cyano‐C:N], [Ni2(CN)4(C10H8N2)2]n, consists of infinite zigzag chains running parallel to the c axis. The chains are composed of paramagnetic [Ni(bipy)2]2+ cations (bricks; nickel on a twofold axis) linked by diamagnetic [Ni(CN)4]2? anions (mortar; nickel on an inversion center) via bridging cyano groups. The bridging cyano groups occupy cis positions in the cation and trans positions in the anion, giving rise to a new previously unknown CT‐type chain (i.e. cis–trans‐type) among square tetracyano complexes. The coordination polyhedron of the paramagnetic Ni atom (twofold symmetry) is a slightly deformed octahedron with the two Ni—N(bipy) bonds in cis positions being somewhat longer [2.112 (3) Å] than the remaining four Ni—N bonds with a mean value of 2.065 (6) Å. The bond distances and angles in the anion have typical values. 相似文献

From the 1:1 system of [Cu(dien)2](NO3)2 and K[Ag(CN)2] in water (dien is diethylenetriamine, C4H13N3), the novel compound catena‐poly[bis[[μ‐cyano‐1:2κ2C:N‐diethylenetriamine‐2κ3N‐copper(II)silver(I)]‐μ‐cyano‐1:2′κ2C:N] dicyanosilver(I) tricyanodisilver(I)], [CuAg(CN)2(dien)]2[Ag(CN)2][Ag2(CN)3], has been isolated. The structure is formed from positively charged [–Cu(dien)–NC–Ag–CN–]nn+ chains and two isolated centrosymmetric [Ag(CN)2]? and [Ag2(CN)3]? anions. In the cationic chains, the Cu atoms are linked by bridging dicyanoargentate groups, and the deformed square‐pyramidal coordination polyhedron of the CuII cation is formed from a tridentate chelate‐like bonded dien ligand and two N‐bonded bridging cyano groups. One of the bridging cyano groups occupies the apical (ap) position [mean Cu—Neq = 2.02 (2) Å, and Cu—Nap = 2.170 (3) Å; eq is equatorial]. Short argentophilic interactions in the range 3.16–3.30 Å are present in the crystal structure. 相似文献

The title compound, catena‐poly[[μ‐cyano‐1:2κ2C:N‐dicyano‐1κ2C‐trans‐bis[N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐2κ2N,N′]cadmium(II)nickel(II)]‐μ‐cyano‐1:2′κ2C:N], [CdNi(CN)4(C4H12N2O)2], consists of alternating square‐planar Ni(CN)4 fragments, formally dianionic, and Cd(hydet‐en)2 moieties [hydet‐en is N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine], with the two bridging cyanide ligands in a mutually trans disposition at the Ni atom and cis at the Cd atom. The resulting one‐dimensional zigzag chain structure has the Ni atom on an inversion center, while the distorted octahedron centered on the Cd atom lies on a twofold axis. The polymer chains are connected into undulating sheets by weak interchain N—H⋯N, N—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, which are also present between successive sheets. 相似文献

Gold(I) cyanide forms complexes with imidazolidine‐2‐thione (etu) and dimethylthiourea (dmtu) with the formula [Au2(CN)2L2], i.e. the title complexes dicyano‐1κC,2κC‐bis(imidazolidine‐2‐thione)‐1κS,2κS‐digold(I)(Au—Au), [Au2(CN)2(C3H6N2S)2], and dicyano‐1κ2C‐bis(N,N′‐dimethylthiourea)‐2κ2S‐digold(I)(Au—Au), [Au2(CN)2(C3H8N2S)2]. In the etu complex, two approximately linear (etu)AuCN groups are held together by a weak homopolar Au—Au bond [3.117 (1) Å], with a torsion angle of 61 (3)° between the two groups. In the dmtu complex, an approximately linear Au(dmtu)2 group is bound to an approximately linear Au(CN)2 group by a weak heteropolar Au—Au bond [3.091 (1) Å], with a torsion angle of 83 (5)° between the two groups. 相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

In the polymeric title complex, [CuCl2(C3H6N4)2]n, there are two ligands in the asymmetric unit. The Cu atom adopts an elongated octahedral geometry, with two 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands [Cu—N = 2.0037 (16) and 2.0136 (16) Å] and two Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2595 (6) and 2.2796 (6) Å] in equatorial positions. A Cl atom and a symmetry‐related 2‐ethyltetrazole molecule [Cu—Cl = 2.8845 (8) Å and Cu—N = 2.851 (2) Å] lie in the axial positions of the octahedron. One of the two 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands of the asymmetric unit exhibits bidentate binding to two Cu atoms through two N atoms of the tetrazole ring, whereas the other ligand is coordinated in a monodentate fashion via one tetrazole N atom. The Cu‐atom octahedra form dimer entities by sharing edges with equatorial and axial Cl atoms. The dimers are linked together through the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands to form one‐dimensional polymeric zigzag chains extending along the b axis. The chains are connected into infinite layers parallel to the (10) plane via the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands. 相似文献

The CuII ion in the title complex, [Cu(C5H10NO3)2] or [Cu(He‐ala)2] [He‐ala = N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐β‐alaninate], resides at the inversion centre of a square bipyramid comprised of two facially arranged tridentate He‐ala ligands. Each He‐ala ligand binds to a CuII ion by forming one six‐membered β‐alaninate chelate ring in a twist conformation and one five‐membered ethanolamine ring in an envelope conformation, with Cu—N = 2.017 (2) Å, Cu—OCOO = 1.968 (1) Å and Cu—OOH = 2.473 (2) Å. The [Cu(He‐ala)2] molecules are involved in a network of O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the (10) plane. The layers are connected into a three‐dimensional structure by van der Waals interactions, so that the molecular centres form pseudo‐face‐centered close packing. 相似文献

The title compound, {(C8H20N)[CdFe(CN)6(C2H8N2)2]·4H2O}n, was isolated from the aqueous system Cd2+/ethylenediamine (en)/[Fe(CN)6]3− in the presence of [Et4N]Br. The crystal structure is dominated by a one‐dimensional motif, viz. a negatively charged 2,2‐CT (cis–trans) [–Cd(en)2—NC—Fe(CN)4—CN–]nn− chain. The Cd and Fe atoms of the anion and the N atom of the cation all lie on twofold axes. The ethyl groups of the cation are equally disordered over two orientations. The cationic building block of the chain consists of a CdII atom coordinated by two chelating en ligands, and the distorted octahedral coordination is completed by two bridging cyano ligands in cis positions. The anionic building block is an [Fe(CN)6]3− anion in which the FeIII atom is octahedrally coordinated by six cyano ligands; two of the cyano ligands, in trans positions, are bridging. The uncoordinated water molecules link neighbouring chains through O—H⋯N and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu3Cl6(C4H6N4)4]n, there are three Cu atoms, six Cl atoms and four 2‐allyltetrazole ligands in the asymmetric unit. The polyhedron of one Cu atom adopts a flattened octahedral geometry, with two 2‐allyltetrazole ligands in the axial positions [Cu—N4 = 1.990 (2) and 1.991 (2) Å] and four Cl atoms in the equatorial positions [Cu—Cl = 2.4331 (9)–2.5426 (9) Å]. The polyhedra of the other two Cu atoms have a square‐pyramidal geometry, with three basal sites occupied by Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2487 (9)–2.3163 (8) and 2.2569 (9)–2.3034 (9) Å] and one basal site occupied by a 2‐allyltetrazole ligand [Cu—N4 = 2.028 (2) and 2.013 (2) Å]. A Cl atom lies in the apical position of either pyramid [Cu—Cl = 2.8360 (10) and 2.8046 (9) Å]. The possibility of including the tetrazole N3 atoms in the coordination sphere of the two Cu atoms is discussed. Neighbouring copper polyhedra share their edges with Cl atoms to form one‐dimensional polymeric chains running along the a axis. 相似文献

In the title compound, C4H12N22+·2C8H7O3?·2CH4O, the cations lie across centres of inversion and are disordered over two orientations with equal occupancy; there are equal numbers of (R)‐ and (S)‐mandelate anions present (mandelate is α‐hydroxybenzeneacetate). The anions and the neutral water molecules are linked by O—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.658 (3) and 2.682 (3) Å, and O—H?O 176 and 166°] into deeply folded zigzag chains. Each orientation of the cation forms two symmetry‐related two‐centre N—H?O hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.588 (4) and 2.678 (4) Å, and N—H?O 177 and 171°] and two asymmetric, but planar, three‐centre N—H?(O)2 hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.686 (4)–3.137 (4) Å and N—H?O 137–147°], and by means of these the cations link the anion/water chains into bilayers. 相似文献

In the title complex, poly[copper(II)‐di‐μ‐5‐carboxy‐1H‐imidazole‐4‐carboxylato], [Cu(C5H3N2O4)2]n or [Cu(H2Imda)2]n, each imidazole moiety is bonded to the Cu atom via O and N atoms to give a square‐planar coordination [Cu—O = 2.014 (2) and 2.016 (2) Å, and Cu—N = 1.982 (3) and 1.992 (2) Å]. The distorted square‐pyramidal geometry at the Cu atom results from coordination to an adjacent O atom [Cu—O = 2.305 (2) Å], which generates zigzag chains. There is a sixth, weaker, octahedral coordination to the Cu atom from an inversion‐related O atom [Cu—O = 3.090 (2) Å], which links the chains into sheets in the (100) plane. Imidazole moieties in the sheets are linked in the [100] direction by pairs of N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, thus generating a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

The title compound, {[CuCl2(PhTz)2]·0.5PhTz}n (PhTz is 1‐phenyltetrazole, C7H6N4), has a polymeric structure, with uncoordinated disordered PhTz molecules in the cavities. The coordination polyhedron of the Cu atom is a highly elongated octahedron. The equatorial positions are occupied by two Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2687 (9) and 2.2803 (7) Å] and two N atoms of the PhTz ligands [Cu—N = 2.0131 (19) and 2.0317 (18) Å]. The more distant axial positions are occupied by two Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 3.0307 (12) and 2.8768 (11) Å] that lie in the equatorial planes of two neighbouring Cu octahedra. The [CuCl2(PhTz)2] units are linked by Cu—Cl bridges into infinite chains extending parallel to the a axis. The chains are linked into two‐dimensional networks by intermolecular C—H⋯N interactions between the phenyl and tetrazole fragments, and by face‐to‐face π–π interactions between symmetry‐related phenyl rings. These two‐dimensional networks, which lie parallel to the ac plane, are connected by intermolecular π–π stacking interactions between phenyl rings, thus forming a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

The crystal structures of tris(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H8NO)3], (I), and aquabis(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)copper(II), [Cu(C10H8NO)2(H2O)], (II), have been determined. Compound (I) has a distorted octahedral configuration, in which the central Fe atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three 2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olate ligands. The three Fe—O bond distances are in the range 1.934 (2)–1.947 (2) Å, while the three Fe—N bond distances range from 2.204 (2) to 2.405 (2) Å. In compound (II), the central CuII atom and H2O group lie on the crystallographic twofold axis and the coordination geometry of the CuII atom is close to trigonal bipyramidal, with the three O atoms in the basal plane and the two N atoms in apical positions. The Cu—N bond length is 2.018 (5) Å. The Cu—O bond length in the basal positions is 1.991 (4) Å, while the Cu—O bond length in the apical position is 2.273 (6) Å. There is an intermolecular OW—H?O hydrogen bond which links the molecules into a linear chain along the b axis. 相似文献

In trans‐bis(5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)bis(methanol‐κO)copper(II), [Cu(C10H12NO2)2(CH4O)2], the Cu atom lies on a centre of symmetry and has a distorted octahedral coordination. The Cu—O(methanol) bond length in the axial direction is 2.596 (3) Å, which is much longer than the Cu—O(carboxylate) and Cu—N distances in the equatorial plane [1.952 (2) and 1.977 (2) Å, respectively]. In mer‐tris(5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H12NO2)3], the Fe atom also has a distorted octahedral geometry, with Fe—O and Fe—N bond‐length ranges of 1.949 (4)–1.970 (4) and 2.116 (5)–2.161 (5) Å, respectively. Both crystals are stabilized by stacking interactions of the 5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylate ligand, although hydrogen bonds also contribute to the stabilization of the copper(II) complex. 相似文献
