The crystal structure of 1‐chloro‐2‐nitrobenzene, C6H4ClNO2, is made up of molecules which are linked by N—O⋯Cl halogen bonds. These molecular chains are involved in aromatic π–π stacking; the intermolecular O⋯Cl distance is 3.09 Å. Such short halogen bonds are not common. A rigid‐body analysis including the non‐rigidly attached rigid group provides the mean‐square amplitudes of the molecular translations and librations, and of the internal torsional vibrations of the nitro group. The results reveal the driving role of the torsional vibrations of the nitro group in the phase transition to the liquid phase.  相似文献

Molecules of the title compounds N2‐(benzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O2, (I), N2‐(2‐hydroxybenzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (II), and N2‐benzoyloxy‐2‐hydroxybenzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (III), all have extended chain conformations, with the aryl groups remote from one another. In (I), the molecules are linked into chains by a single N—H⋯N hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.15 Å, N⋯N = 3.029 (2) Å and N—H⋯N = 153°] and these chains are linked into sheets by means of aromatic π–π stacking interactions. There is one intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond in (II), and a combination of one three‐centre N—H⋯(N,O) hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.46 Å, H⋯O = 2.31 Å, N⋯N = 3.190 (2) Å, N⋯O = 3.146 (2) Å, N—H⋯N = 138° and N—H⋯O = 154°] and one two‐centre C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.46 Å, C⋯O = 3.405 (2) Å and C—H⋯O = 173°] links the molecules into sheets. In (III), an intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond and two N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 2.26 and 2.10 Å, N⋯O = 2.975 (2) and 2.954 (2) Å, and N—H⋯O = 138 and 163°] link the molecules into sheets.  相似文献

The molecule of the former title compound, C13H9ClN2O2, (I), is nearly planar, with an intramolecular O⋯O hydrogen bond of 2.692 (2) Å. The latter title compound, C17H18ClN3O4, (II), exists in the keto–amine tautomeric form, with a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond of 2.640 (2) Å between the O and N atoms, the H atom being bonded to the N atom. The azobenzene moieties of both molecules have trans configurations, and the dihedral angle between the planes of the two aromatic rings is 4.1 (1)° in (I) and 9.9 (1)° in (II). The N—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonded rings are almost planar and coupled with the cyclohexadiene rings in (II).  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, C14H12N4O3, shows that the stereochemistry about the N=N double bond of the N=N—N(H) moiety is trans. The whole molecule is almost planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.0654 Å), the interplanar angle between the phenyl rings being 0.7 (1)° and the largest interplanar angle being that between the phenyl ring and the nitro group of the 4‐nitrophenyl substituent [11.5 (2)°]. Intermolecular N—H⋯O interactions between molecules related by translation give rise to chains along the [110] and [10] directions, and these chains are held together by N⋯O π–π interactions. An unequal distribution of the double‐bond character among the N atoms suggests a delocalization of π electrons over the diazoamine group and the adjacent aryl substituents.  相似文献

Molecules of 2‐(2‐nitrophenylaminocarbonyl)benzoic acid, C14H10N2O5, are linked into centrosymmetric R(8) dimers by a single O—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 1.78 Å, O⋯O = 2.623 (2) Å and O—H⋯O = 178°] and these dimers are linked into sheets by a single aromatic π–π stacking interaction. The isomeric compound 2‐(4‐nitrophenylaminocarbonyl)benzoic acid crystallizes in two polymorphic forms. In the orthorhombic form (space group P212121 with Z′ = 1, crystallized from ethanol), the molecules are linked into sheets of R(22) rings by a combination of one N—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 1.96 Å, N⋯O = 2.833 (3) Å and N—H⋯O = 171°] and one O—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 1.78 Å, O⋯O = 2.614 (3) Å and O—H⋯O = 173°]. In the monoclinic form (space group P21/n with Z′ = 2, crystallized from acetone), the molecules are linked by a combination of two N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 2.09 and 2.16 Å, N⋯O = 2.873 (4) and 2.902 (3) Å, and N—H⋯O = 147 and 141°] and two O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 1.84 and 1.83 Å, O⋯O = 2.664 (3) and 2.666 (3) Å, and O—H⋯O = 166 and 174°] into sheets of some complexity. These sheets are linked into a three‐dimensional framework by a single C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.45 Å, C⋯O = 3.355 (4) Å and C—H⋯O = 160°].  相似文献

In the title neutral coordination polymer, [Cd(C6H3ClNO2)2(H2O)2]n, each CdII ion is coordinated by one N and four O atoms from three 2‐chloronicotinate ligands and by two aqua ligands, defining a distorted monocapped octahedral coordination geometry. Adjacent Cd atoms are linked by the pyridyl N atom and the bidentate carboxylate functional group of a 2‐chloronicotinate ligand, forming a one‐dimensional infinite chain along the b axis. The Cd⋯Cd distance is 8.112 (3) Å. These chains are linked by O—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Ni(CH5N3S)2(H2O)2](C4H3O4)2·2H2O, the Ni atom lies on a center of symmetry and is coordinated by N and S atoms from two thiosemicarbazide ligands and the O atoms of two water molecules in a distorted octahedral geometry. In the asymmetric unit, the three components are linked together by one O—H⋯O and two N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The packing is built from molecular ribbons parallel to the b direction, stabilized by intramolecular hydrogen bonds, and by one N—H⋯S and two N—H⋯O intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The ribbons are further connected into columns by N—H⋯O interactions and then into a three‐dimensional network by three O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)phenyl]carbamate, C11H13NO4, all of the non‐H atoms lie on a mirror plane in the space group Pnma; the molecules are linked into simple chains by a single C—H⋯O hydrogen bond. The molecules of ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)‐4‐iodophenyl]carbamate, C11H12INO4, are linked into sheets by a combination of O—H⋯I and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and a dipolar I⋯O contact. Ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)‐4‐methylphenyl]carbamate, C12H15NO4, crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P; pairs of molecules are weakly linked by an O—H⋯O hydrogen bond and these aggregates are linked into chains by two independent aromatic π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

In two closely related 1‐aryl‐2‐methyl‐4‐nitro‐5‐cyanoimidazoles, namely 2‐methyl‐4‐nitro‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐imidazole‐5‐carbonitrile, C11H8N4O2, and 1‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2‐methyl‐4‐nitro‐1H‐imidazole‐5‐carbonitrile, C11H7ClN4O2, different weak intermolecular interactions determine the crystal packing. In the 1‐phenyl derivative, dipole–dipole interactions between antiparallel cyano groups connect molecules into centrosymmetric dimers, while in the 1‐(4‐chlorophenyl) derivative, the dimers are connected by C≡N⋯Cl—C halogen bonds. These interactions, together with weak C—H⋯O(N) hydrogen bonds, connect molecules related by subsequent centres of inversion into infinite tapes.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2]·C10H8N2, the Co atom is trans‐coordinated by two pairs of N and O atoms from two monoanionic 4,5‐dicarboxyimidazole ligands, and by two O atoms from two coordinated water molecules, in a distorted octahedral geometry. The 4,4′‐bipyridine solvent molecule is not involved in coordination but is linked by an N—H⋯N hydrogen bond to the neutral [Co(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2] molecule. Both molecules are located on inversion centers. The crystal packing is stabilized by N—H⋯N and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, which produce a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network. Offset π–π stacking interactions between the pyridine rings of adjacent 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules were observed, with a face‐to‐face distance of 3.345 (1) Å.  相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound, (C6H14N2)[Cr3O10], consists of a diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane‐1,4‐diium cation and a discrete trichromate anion linked by an N—H⋯O hydrogen bond. Three CrO4 tetrahedra are joined via shared O atoms to form the trichromate anion. Supramolecular rings, which can be described by the graph‐set motif (26), are built via N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, and C—H⋯O interactions play lesser roles in forming the structure.  相似文献

The title compound, C8H8NO4+·Cl·H2O, is the chlorohydrated form of 2‐aminobenzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylic acid, the basic crystal structure of which is still not known. Molecules are linked by classical N—H⋯O, O—H⋯O, N—H⋯Cl and O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds, mainly along the molecular plane, into sheets built by unusual R64(26), R64(22) and R43(22) rings. The stacking between layers is stabilized by another N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bond and by π–π interactions between aromatic rings facing each other.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, tetrachloro[μ‐1,1,4,7,7‐pentakis(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐ylmethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazaheptane]dimanganese(II) methanol pentasolvate tetrahydrate, [Mn2Cl4(C44H43N13)]·5CH4O·4H2O, contains an asymmetric dinuclear MnII–DTPB [DTPB is 1,1,4,7,7‐pentakis(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐ylmethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazaheptane] complex with an intra‐ligand bridging group (–NCH2CH2N–), as well as several solvate molecules (methanol and water). Both MnII cations have similar distorted octahedral coordination geometries. One MnII cation is coordinated by a Cl anion and five N atoms from the ligand, and the other is coordinated by three Cl anions and three N atoms of the same ligand. The Mn⋯Mn distance is 7.94 Å. A Cl⋯H—O⋯H—O⋯H—N hydrogen‐bond chain is also observed, connecting the two parts of the complex.  相似文献

In 2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethoxy‐5‐nitropyrimidine, C6H8N4O4, the molecules are linked by one N—H⋯N and one N—H⋯O hydrogen bond to form sheets built from alternating R(8) and R(32) rings. In isomeric 4‐amino‐2,6‐dimethoxy‐5‐nitropyrimidine, C6H8N4O4, which crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in P, the two independent molecules are linked into a dimer by two independent N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. These dimers are linked into sheets by a combination of two‐centre C—H⋯O and three‐centre C—H⋯(O)2 hydrogen bonds, and the sheets are further linked by two independent aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions to form a three‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, C10H9N2+·C9H5INO4S·2H2O, the 4,4′‐bipyridine molecule is protonated at one of the pyridine N atoms. These moieties self‐assemble into a supramolecular chain along the a axis through N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. The quinolinol OH group acts as a donor with respect to a sulfonate O atom [O—H⋯O(sulfonate)] and acts as an acceptor with respect to a C—H group of ferron [C—H⋯O(hydroxy)], forming a supramolecular chain along the b axis. These two types of supramolecular chains (one type made up of bipyridine motifs and the other made up of sulfoxine motifs) interact viaπ–π stacking, generating a three‐dimensional framework. These chains are further crosslinked by C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds involving water molecules.  相似文献

Molecules of the title compound, C13H8I2N2O3, are linked into C(4) chains by a single N—H⋯O=C hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.10 Å, N⋯O = 2.832 (5) Å and N—H⋯O = 140°]. Two independent two‐centre iodo–nitro interactions, both involving the same O atom but different I atoms [I⋯O = 3.205 (3) and 3.400 (3) Å, and C—I⋯O = 160.4 (2) and 155.7 (2)°], link the hydrogen‐bonded chains into bilayers.  相似文献

The title compound, 1‐hydroxy‐1‐phosphono‐3‐(1‐pyrrolidinio)propylidene‐1‐phosphonate, C7H17NO7P2, is a member of the bisphosphonate class of drugs. As a zwitterion, it possesses a negative charge on one of the PO3 groups and a positive charge on the pyrrolidine N atom. A zwitterion makes a contact with a neighbouring ion through the hydroxyl O atom and two phosphonyl O atoms, one each from two different PO3 groups. Hydrogen bonding involves O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O interactions; the former are involved in the formation of head‐to‐head dimers, while the latter join the dimers into a chain running along the crystallographic b axis.  相似文献

The tris(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐ylmethyl)amine (ntb) molecule crystallizes in different solvent systems, resulting in two kinds of adduct, namely the monohydrate, C24H21N7·H2O or ntb·H2O, (I), and the acetonitrile–methanol–water (1/0.5/1.5) solvate, C24H21N7·C2H3N·0.5CH4O·1.5H2O or ntb·1.5H2O·0.5MeOH·MeCN, (II). In both cases, ntb adopts a tripodal mode to form hydrogen bonds with a solvent water molecule via two N—H⋯O and one O—H⋯N hydrogen bond. In (I), the ntb·H2O adduct is further assembled into a two‐dimensional network by N—H⋯N and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, while in (II), a double‐stranded one‐dimensional chain structure is assembled via N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, with the acetonitrile molecules located inside the cavities of the chain structure.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C9H9NO3, there are strong intramolecular O—H⋯N and intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds which, together with weak intermolecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, lead to the formation of infinite chains of molecules. The calculated intermolecular hydrogen‐bond energies are −11.3 and −2.7 kJ mol−1, respectively, showing the dominant role of the O—H⋯O hydrogen bonding. A natural bond orbital analysis revealed the electron contribution of the lone pairs of the oxazoline N and O atoms, and of the two hydroxy O atoms, to the order of the relevant bonds.  相似文献
