The title complex, [Cu(C12H9N2O)(C2H3O2)(C12H10N2O)], is a neutral CuII complex with a primary N3O2 coordination sphere. The Cu centre coordinates to both a deprotonated and a neutral molecule of N‐phenylpyridine‐2‐carboxamide and also to an acetate anion. The coordination around the metal centre is asymmetric, the deprotonated ligand providing two N donor atoms [Cu—N = 1.995 (2) and 2.013 (2) Å] and the neutral ligand providing one N and one O donor atom to the coordination environment [Cu—N = 2.042 (2) Å and Cu—O = 2.2557 (19) Å], the fifth donor being an O atom of the acetate ion [Cu—O = 1.9534 (19) Å]. The remaining O atom from the acetate ion can be considered as a weak donor atom [Cu—O = 2.789 (2) Å], conferring to the Cu complex an asymmetric octahedral geometry. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular N—H...O, C—H...O and C—H...π interactions. 相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl(C7H7O3S)(C12H8N2)(H2O)], the central Cu atom is coordinated by a water molecule, a chloride ion, an O‐monodentate p‐toluenesulfonate anion and an N,N′‐bidentate 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand. The copper environment is best described as a slightly distorted square pyramid, with bond distances Cu—Cl 2.2282 (9) Å, Cu—OW 1.984 (3) Å, and Cu—N 2.006 (3) and 2.028 (3) Å; the apical Cu—O distance is 2.281 (2) Å. In the supramolecular structure, π–π‐stacking stabilization is observed, and classical and non‐classical hydrogen bonds also play an important role. 相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C4H6N2O3)(C8H8N2)]·3H2O, the CuII atom is coordinated in a square‐planar manner by one O atom and three N atoms from glycylglycinate and 2‐methylbenzimidazole ligands. Two new complexes, [Cu(C2N3)2(dien)] (dien is diethylenetriamine, C4H13N3), (I), and [Cu(C2N3)(trien)](C2N3) (trien is triethylenetetramine, C6H18N4), (II), have been characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Both complexes display a distorted tetragonal–pyramidal geometry. In (I), the Cu atom is coordinated in the basal plane by three diethylenetriamine N atoms [Cu—N = 2.000 (2), 2.004 (2) and 2.025 (2) Å] and one terminal N atom [Cu—N = 1.974 (2) Å] from one monodentate dicyanamide group, and in the apical position by one terminal N atom [Cu—N = 2.280 (2) Å] from the other monodentate dicyanamide group. In (II), the Cu atom is surrounded by four triethylenetetramine N atoms [Cu—N = 2.012 (2), 2.014 (2), 2.019 (2) and 2.031 (2) Å in the basal plane] and a terminal N atom [Cu—N = 2.130 (2) Å in the apical site] from one monodentate dicyanamide group. The other dicyanamide anion is not directly coordinated to the metal atom. In both (I) and (II), hydrogen‐bond interactions between the uncoordinated terminal N atoms of two dicyanamide ions and the amine H atoms lead to the formation of three‐dimensional networks. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C4H10N5)2]·H2O, contains two independent copper N,N‐dimethylbiguanide complex units, each with square‐planar coordination of the Cu atom by four N atoms. The two complexes have different symmetry, with one Cu atom lying on an inversion centre and the other on a twofold rotation axis. The Cu—N bond lengths are 1.923 (2) and 1.950 (2) Å in the centrosymmetric complex, and 1.928 (2) and 1.938 (2) Å in the non‐centrosymmetric complex. The crystal structure is stabilized by N—H⋯O, O—H⋯N and N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds; each water molecule forms four hydrogen bonds involving three different Cu complexes. 相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C9H12N2O)], the CuII atom is coordinated by two Cl− anions and two N atoms of one O‐ethyl 3‐methylpyridine‐2‐carboximidic acid molecule in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—N distances of 2.0483 (17) and 1.9404 (18) Å, and Cu—Cl distances of 2.2805 (10) and 2.2275 (14) Å. In addition, each CuII atom is connected by one Cl− anion and the CuII atom from a neighbouring molecule, with Cu⋯Cl and Cu⋯Cu distances of 2.9098 (13) and 3.4022 (12) Å, respectively, and, therefore, a centrosymmetric dimer is formed. Adjacent molecular dimers are connected by π–π stacking interactions between pyridine rings to form a zigzag molecular chain. In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C2N3)2(C12H12N2)]n, the CuII atom adopts a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry, the basal plane of which is formed by two N atoms of the bipyridine ligand, one N atom of a bidentate dicyanamide anion and one N atom of a monodentate dicyanamide anion [Cu—N = 1.9760 (15)–2.0157 (15) Å]. In the title compound, [Co(C6H15N3)(C7H15N2S)]S2O6·H2O, the Co—C bond distance is 1.9930 (13) Å, which is shorter than for related compounds with the linear 1,6‐diamino‐3‐thiahexan‐4‐ide anion in place of the macrocyclic 1‐thia‐4,7‐diazacyclodecan‐8‐ide anion. The coordinated carbanion produces an elongation of 0.102 (7) Å of the Co—N bond to the 1,4,7‐triazacyclononane N atom in the trans position. This relatively small trans influence is presumably a result of the triamine ligand forming strong bonds to the CoIII atom. 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C2H6NO4S2)(C6H7N)2], consists of monomeric molecules in which the Cu atom displays planar but irregular coordination by three N‐atom donors; Cu—N = 2.1054 (12) (amide N), 1.9514 (12) and 1.9589 (12) Å, and N—Cu—N = 141.24 (5), 111.54 (5) and 107.20 (5)°. Intramolecular Cu⋯O contacts are observed. The packing involves (interconnected) layer formation via C—H⋯O interactions in two directions, three hydrogen bonds combining to form layers parallel to (101) and five to form layers parallel to (10). 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(ClO4)(C5H6N2)2(C12H12N2)]ClO4, was prepared by in situ partial ligand substitution between 3‐aminopyridine and 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine at room temperature. The central copper(II) ion is five‐coordinated by one bidentate 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine molecule, two monodentate pyridine‐coordinated 3‐aminopyridine molecules and one apical O atom from the perchlorate counter‐ion. The crystal structure of the title compound, [MnCl(C28H22N2O2)(C2H6O)], has been determined at 173 (2) K in the non‐centrosymmetric space group P212121. The asymmetric unit contains two molecular units. An intermolecular O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bond is formed between the OH group of an ethanol molecule coordinated to the Mn atom and the coordinated Cl− anion, and so polymeric chains of Mn‐containing fragments are formed [O—H⋯Cl = 3.1281 (16) and 3.1282 (15) Å]. The Mn atoms have a pseudo‐octahedral coordination sphere, with the four donor atoms of the Schiff base forming an equatorial plane [Mn—O distances are 1.8740 (13), 1.8717 (13), 1.8749 (13) and 1.8823 (13) Å, and Mn—N distances are 1.9868 (15), 1.9910 (14), 1.9828 (15) and 1.9979 (14) Å]. The axial positions are occupied by an ethanol molecule [Mn—O distances of 2.3069 (15) and 2.3130 (15) Å] and a Cl− ligand [Mn—Cl distances of 2.5732 (6) and 2.5509 (6) Å]. 相似文献

In the title molecular complex, [Cu4Cl6O(2‐EtTz)4], where 2‐EtTz is 2‐ethyltetrazole (C3H6N4), the central O atom is located on the symmetry site and is tetrahedrally coordinated to four Cu atoms, with Cu—O distances of 1.8966 (4) Å. A very slight distortion of Cu4O from a regular tetrahedron is observed [two Cu—O—Cu angles are 108.76 (3)° and four others are 109.828 (13)°]. Each Cu atom is connected to three others via the Cl atoms, forming a slightly distorted Cl octahedron around the O atom, with O⋯Cl distances of 2.9265 (7) Å for Cl atoms lying on the twofold axis and 2.9441 (13) Å for those in general positions. The Cu atom has a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment, with three Cl atoms in the equatorial plane, and with the N atom of the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligand and the μ4‐O atom in axial positions. The Cu atom is displaced out of the equatorial plane by ca 0.91 Å towards the coordinated N atom of the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligand. 相似文献

The Ru—N bond distances in the title complex, [Ru(NO2)(C11H9N3)(C15H11N3)]BF4 or [Ru(NO2)(tpy)(azpy)]BF4, [tpy is 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine and azpy is 2‐(phenylazo)pyridine], are Ru—Npy 2.063 (4), Ru—Nazo 2.036 (4), Ru—Nnitro 2.066 (3) Å, and Ru—Ntpy 2.082 (4), 1.982 (3) and 2.074 (4) Å. The azo N atom is trans to the nitro group. The azo N=N bond length is 1.265 (5) Å, which is the shortest found in such complexes to date. This indicates a multiple bond between Ru and the N atom of the nitro group, and π‐backbonding [dπ(Ru) π*(azo)] is decreased. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C7H3NO4)(C3H4N2)(C12H8N2)(H2O)], the MnII centre is surrounded by one bidentate phenanthroline ligand [Mn—N = 2.383 (3) and 2.421 (3) Å], one tridentate dipicolinate ligand [Mn—N = 2.300 (3) Å, and Mn—O = 2.300 (2) and 2.357 (2) Å], one monodentate imidazole ligand [Mn—N = 2.238 (3) Å] and one water molecule [Mn—O = 2.157 (3) Å]. It displays a distorted pentagonal‐bipyramidal geometry, with neighbouring angles within the equatorial plane ranging from 68.05 (9) to 77.48 (10)°. Intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into infinite chains. The chains are crosslinked by hydrogen bonds involving the carboxyl O atoms of the dipicolinate ligand and the protonated imidazole N atom, leading to an infinite two‐dimensional network sheet packing mode. The complete solid‐state structure can be described as a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework, stabilized by these intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions and π–π stacking interactions involving the phenanthroline rings. 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C2N3)(C12H8N2)2]ClO4, represents a relatively rare class of compounds with dicyanamide coordinated in a monodentate manner. The structure is formed by the [Cu{N(CN)2}(phen)2]+ complex cation (phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline) and an uncoordinated ClO4− anion. The Cu atom is five‐coordinate, with a slightly distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment. The dicyanamide ligand is coordinated through one nitrile N atom in the equatorial plane, at a distance of 2.033 (6) Å from the metal. The two axial Cu—N distances are similar [mean 1.999 (4) Å] and are substantially shorter than the remaining two equatorial Cu—N bonds [mean 2.087 (1) Å]. 相似文献

Molecules of the title compounds N2‐(benzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O2, (I), N2‐(2‐hydroxybenzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (II), and N2‐benzoyloxy‐2‐hydroxybenzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (III), all have extended chain conformations, with the aryl groups remote from one another. In (I), the molecules are linked into chains by a single N—H⋯N hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.15 Å, N⋯N = 3.029 (2) Å and N—H⋯N = 153°] and these chains are linked into sheets by means of aromatic π–π stacking interactions. There is one intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond in (II), and a combination of one three‐centre N—H⋯(N,O) hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.46 Å, H⋯O = 2.31 Å, N⋯N = 3.190 (2) Å, N⋯O = 3.146 (2) Å, N—H⋯N = 138° and N—H⋯O = 154°] and one two‐centre C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.46 Å, C⋯O = 3.405 (2) Å and C—H⋯O = 173°] links the molecules into sheets. In (III), an intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond and two N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 2.26 and 2.10 Å, N⋯O = 2.975 (2) and 2.954 (2) Å, and N—H⋯O = 138 and 163°] link the molecules into sheets. 相似文献

The title mononuclear complex, [Ni(C5H2N2O4)(C3H4N2)2(H2O)2] or [Ni(HOr)(im)2(H2O)2] (im is imidazole and H3Or is orotic acid, or 2,6‐dioxo‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydropyrimidine‐4‐carboxylic acid), has been synthesized and the crystal structure determination is reported. The NiII ion in the complex has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry comprised of one deprotonated pyrimidine N atom and the adjacent carboxylate O atom of the orotate ligand, two tertiary imidazole N atoms and two aqua ligands. An extensive three‐dimensional network of OW—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, and π–π and π–ring interactions are responsible for crystal stabilization. 相似文献
