The structure of the title compound, [Cu2(C12H24N4O2)(C3H4N2)2(CH4O)2](ClO4)2 or [Cu2(dmoxpn)(HIm)2(CH3OH)2](ClO4)2, where dmoxpn is the dianion of N,N′‐bis[3‐(dimethylamino)propyl]oxamide and HIm is imidazole, consists of a centrosymmetric trans‐oxamidate‐bridged copper(II) binuclear cation, having an inversion centre at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond, and two perchlorate anions. The CuII atom has square‐pyramidal coordination geometry involving two N atoms and an O atom from the dmoxpn ligand, an N atom from an imidazole ring, and an O atom from a methanol molecule. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and imidazole π–π stacking interactions to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular array. 相似文献

The reaction of the diazine ligand 3,5‐bis(2‐pyridinyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole (pod, C12H8N4O), with Cu(CF3SO3)2 or Ni(ClO4)2 afforded the title complexes diaquabis[3,5‐bis(2‐pyridinyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole‐N2,N3]copper(II) bis(trifluoromethanesulfonate), [Cu(pod)2(H2O)2](CF3SO3)2, and diaquabis[3,5‐bis(2‐pyridinyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole‐N2,N3]nickel(II) diperchlorate, [Ni(pod)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2. Both complexes present a crystallographically centrosymmetric mononuclear cation structure which consists of a six‐coordinated CuII or NiII ion with two pod molecules acting as bidentate ligands and two axially coordinated water molecules. 相似文献

In the title complex, poly[copper(II)‐di‐μ2‐thiocyanato‐μ2‐1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene], [Cu(NCS)2(C12H12N6)]n, the CuII atom lies on an inversion centre in a tetragonally distorted octahedral environment. Four N atoms from thiocyanate and 1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (bbtz) ligands fill the equatorial positions, and S atoms from symmetry‐related thiocyanate ligands fill the axial positions. The benzene ring of the bbtz ligand lies about an inversion centre. Single thiocyanate bridges link the CuII atoms into two‐dimensional sheets containing an unprecedented 16‐membered [Cu4(μ‐NCS‐N:S)4] ring. The bbtz ligands further link the two‐dimensional sheets into a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C14H23N5)2(CH3O)2](PF6)2, has a doubly methoxo‐bridged centrosymmetric copper dimer cation involving two tridentate bis(pyrazolyl)amine ligands. The geometry of each CuII atom is a distorted square pyramid with two N atoms of the pyrazole in bis[2‐(3,5‐dimethyl‐1‐pyrazolyl)ethyl]amine (bpea) and two μ2‐bridging O atoms of the methoxo ligands forming the basal plane, and the amine N atom occupying the axial position. In the bridging plane, the Cu—O bond lengths are 1.940 (4) and 1.942 (4) Å, and the bond angles for O—Cu—O and Cu—O—Cu are 76.1 (2) and 103.9 (2)°, respectively. The Cu?Cu distance is 3.058 (1) Å. In the title compounds, {2,2′‐[2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}nickel(II), [Ni(C19H20N2O2)], and {2,2′‐[2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}copper(II), [Cu(C19H20N2O2)], the NiII and CuII atoms are coordinated by two iminic N and two phenolic O atoms of the N,N′‐bis(salicylidene)‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediaminate (SALPD2?, C17H16N2O22?) ligand. The geometry of the coordination sphere is planar in the case of the NiII complex and distorted towards tetrahedral for the CuII complex. Both complexes have a cis configuration imposed by the chelate ligand. The dihedral angles between the N/Ni/O and N/Cu/O coordination planes are 17.20 (6) and 35.13 (7)°, respectively. 相似文献

Bis[μ‐1‐(3‐pyridyl)ethanone oxime‐κ2N:N′]bis[nitratosilver(I)], [Ag2(NO3)2(C7H8N2O)2], crystallizes as a centrosymmetric binuclear macrocylic complex containing silver(I) ions bridged by the organic 1‐(3‐pyridyl)ethanone oxime ligand. The ligand coordinates via the pyridine and the oxime N atoms. A similar metal–ligand arrangement was found in the copper(I) complex catena‐poly[[bis[μ‐1‐(3‐pyridyl)ethanone oxime‐κ2N:N′]dicopper(I)]‐di‐μ‐iodo], [Cu2I2(C7H8N2O)2]n, but here the centrosymmetric macrocycles are connected by double anion bridges, resulting in the formation of a one‐dimensional coordination polymer. 相似文献

The title compund, [Cu2(OH)2(C22H25N3)2](ClO4)2, is a copper(II) dimer, with two [CuL]2+ units [L is bis(6‐methyl‐2‐pyridylmethyl)(2‐phenylethyl)amine] bridged by hydroxide groups to define the {[CuL](μ‐OH)2[CuL]}2+ cation. Charge balance is provided by perchlorate counter‐anions. The cation has a crystallographic inversion centre halfway between the CuII ions, which are separated by 3.0161 (8) Å. The central core of the cation is an almost regular Cu2O2 parallelogram of sides 1.931 (2) and 1.935 (2) Å, with a Cu—O—Cu angle of 102.55 (11)°. The coordination geometry around each CuII centre can be best described as a square‐based pyramid, with three N atoms from L ligands and two hydroxide O atoms completing the coordination environment. Each cationic unit is hydrogen bonded to two perchlorate anions by means of hydroxide–perchlorate O—H...O interactions. 相似文献

The syntheses and crystal structures of the title Pt2II and Pt2III dimers doubly bridged with N,N‐dimethylguanidinate ligands, namely bis(μ‐N,N‐dimethylguanidinato)bis[(2,2′‐bipyridine)platinum(II)](Pt—Pt) bis(hexafluorophosphate) acetonitrile disolvate, [Pt2II(C3H8N3)2(C10H8N2)2](PF6)2·2CH3CN, (I), and guanidinium bis(μ‐N,N‐dimethylguanidinato)bis[(2,2′‐bipyridine)sulfatoplatinum(III)](Pt—Pt) bis(hexafluorophosphate) nitrate hexahydrate, (C3H10N3)[PtIII2(C3H8N3)2(SO4)2(C10H8N2)2]NO3·6H2O, (II), are reported. The oxidation of the Pt2II dimer into the Pt2III dimer results in a marked shortening of the Pt—Pt distance from 2.8512 (6) to 2.5656 (4) Å. The change is mainly compensated for by the change in the dihedral angle between the two Pt coordination planes upon oxidation, from 21.9 (2) to 16.9 (3)°. We attribute the relatively strong one‐dimensional stack of dimers achieved in the Pt2II compound in part to the strong PtII⋯C(bpy) associations (bpy is 2,2′‐bipyridine) in the crystal structure [Pt⋯C = 3.416 (10) and 3.361 (12) Å]. 相似文献

2‐(2‐Aminoethyl)pyridine (2‐aep, C7H10N2) acts as a bridging ligand in bis[μ‐2‐(2‐aminoethyl)pyridine‐κ2N:N′]disilver(I) dinitrate, [Ag2(2‐aep)2](NO3)2, and bis[μ‐2‐(2‐aminoethyl)pyridine‐κ2N:N′]disilver(I) diperchlorate, [Ag2(2‐aep)2](ClO4)2. Both salts contain the dinuclear [Ag2(2‐aep)2]2+ cation, which possesses a crystallographic inversion center. The Ag⋯Ag distance is 3.1163 (5) Å for the nitrate and 3.0923 (3) Å for the perchlorate salt, and may indicate a weak d10–d10 interaction in each case. Essentially linear coordination of the AgI atom is perturbed by weak coordination to the anionic O atoms. These latter interactions organize the dinuclear cations into one‐dimensional polymeric chains in the crystals of the two salts. 相似文献

Two new salts of the cation [CuI(dmp)2]+ (dmp is 2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline, C14H12N2), namely bis[bis(2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(I)] bis(hexafluorophosphate) hemi[bis(4‐pyridylmethylidene)hydrazine] acetonitrile solvate, [Cu(C14H12N2)2]2(PF6)2·0.5C12H10N4·C2H3N or [Cu(dmp)2]2(PF6)2·0.5(bpmh)·CH3CN [bpmh is bis(4‐pyridylmethylidene)hydrazine, C12H10N4], (I), and bis(2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(I) dicyanamide, [Cu(C14H12N2)2](C2N3) or [Cu(dmp)2][N(CN)2], (II), are reported. The Cu—N bond lengths and the distortion from idealized tetrahedral geometry of the dmp ligands are discussed and compared with related compounds. The bpmh molecule in (I) is π–π stacked with a dmp ligand at a distance of 3.4 Å, rather than coordinated to the metal atom. The molecule lies across an inversion center in the crystal. In (II), the normally coordinated dicyanamide molecule is present as an uncoordinated counter‐ion. 相似文献

The title compound {systematic name: tetrakis(μ‐3,5‐dinitrobenzoato‐κ2O:O′)bis[(3,7‐dihydro‐1,3,7‐trimethyl‐1H‐purine‐2,6‐dione‐κO2)copper(II)]}, [Cu2(C7H3N2O6)4(C8H10N4O2)2], consists of paddle‐wheel dimeric tetrakis(μ‐3,5‐dinitrobenzoato‐κ2O:O′)dicopper(II) units with O‐coordinated caffeine molecules in both apical positions. The entire dimeric molecule lies on a tetragonal inversion axis, and thus one nitrobenzoate anion with one Cu atom in a special position belong to the independent part of the molecule. The caffeine ligand bonded to the Cu atom is disordered on a local twofold non‐crystallographic axis coincident with the axis. A π–π stacking interaction is observed between the caffeine rings and adjacent symmetry‐related benzene rings of the 3,5‐dinitrobenzoate anions. 相似文献

The crystal structures of the title complexes, namely trans‐bis(isoquinoline‐3‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)bis(methanol‐κO)cobalt(II), [Co(C10H6NO2)2(CH3OH)2], and the corresponding nickel(II) and copper(II) complexes, [Ni(C10H6NO2)2(CH3OH)2] and [Cu(C10H6NO2)2(CH3OH)2], are isomorphous and contain metal ions at centres of inversion. The three compounds have the same distorted octahedral coordination geometry, and each metal ion is bonded by two quinoline N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two methanol O atoms. Two isoquinoline‐3‐carboxylate ligands lie in trans positions, forming the equatorial plane, and the two methanol ligands occupy the axial positions. The crystal structure of the title complex, {[Cu3(C2H3O2)2(OH)2(H2O)4](C10H6O6S2)}n, is built of infinite polymeric cationic {[Cu3(C2H3O2)2(H2O)4(OH)2]2+}n chains stretching along the a axis, with naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonate (1,5‐nds) anions in between. One independent CuII cation and the 1,5‐nds anion occupy special positions on crystallographic inversion centres. Each CuII cation has an octahedral coordination environment formed by two carboxyl O atoms, two hydroxo O atoms and two water molecules. The carboxylate and hydroxo groups perform a bridging function, linking adjacent Cu atoms in the chain, with a shortest Cu⋯Cu distance of 2.990 (3) Å. The chains are further linked into a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework via hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the sulfonate groups of the 1,5‐nds dianions. 相似文献
