The title compounds, C15H16ClN2O+·Br·1.5H2O and C15H16BrN2O+·Br·1.5H2O, are isomorphous. The benzene ring is oriented nearly normal to the pyridine ring in both compounds. The molecular packing is mainly influenced by intermolecular O—H⋯O and O—H⋯Br interactions, as well as weak intramolecular C—H⋯O interactions. The H2OBr units form an extended water–bromide chain, with a bridging water molecule on a twofold axis.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the two title (E)‐stilbazolium halogenates, C20H17ClNO+·Cl and C20H17BrNO+·Br, are isomorphous, with an isostructurality index of 0.985. The azastyryl fragments are almost planar, with dihedral angles between the benzene and pyridine rings of ca 4.5°. The rings of the benzyl groups are, in turn, almost perpendicular to the azastyryl planes, with dihedral angles larger than 80°. The cations and anions are connected by O—H...X (X = halogen) hydrogen bonds. The halide anions are `sandwiched' between the charged pyridinium rings of neighbouring molecules, and weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...X and C—H...π interactions also contribute to the crystal structures.  相似文献

The title compound, C16H16N5+·Cl (nbbH+·Cl), displays N—H⋯N, N—H⋯Cl and π–π interactions in the crystal packing. The Cl anion is chelated by the nbbH+ cation via two N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds. Inter‐ion N—H⋯N and N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds link ions related by 21 screw axes into chains along the c axis. These chains are further linked by glide‐plane operations to generate a three‐dimensional network, which is additionally stabilized by interchain π–π interactions.  相似文献

Subject to packing with different anions, the title cation undergoes various conformational changes with significantly different N—C—C—C torsion angles, as well as different angles between the NCN2 guanidine planes. The 2,2‐(propane‐1,3‐diyl)bis(1,1,3,3‐tetramethylguanidinium) salts reported here, viz. the dibromide, C13H32N62+·2Br, the tetraphenylborate chloride, C13H32N62+·C24H20B·Cl, the tetrachloromercurate, (C13H32N6)[HgCl4], and the bis(trifluoromethanesulfonate), C13H32N62+·2CF3SO3, are dominated by strong intermolecular N—H⋯X hydrogen bonds, which form different packing patterns.  相似文献

In strychninium 4‐chlorobenzoate, C21H23N2O2+·C7H4ClO2, (I), and strychninium 4‐nitrobenzoate, C21H23N2O2+·C7H4NO4, (II), the strychninium cations form pillars stabilized by C—H⋯O and C—H⋯π hydrogen bonds. Channels between the pillars are occupied by anions linked to one another by C—H⋯π hydrogen bonds. The cations and anions are linked by ionic N—H+⋯O and C—H⋯X hydrogen bonds, where X = O, π and Cl in (I), and O and π in (II).  相似文献

In the title compound, C18H27F3N5O3S+·Cl, the guanidine group forms N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds, with four N⋯Cl distances in the range 3.164 (3)–3.337 (4) Å. In the crystal packing, the cations are further linked by N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O interactions. The structure is compared with that of argatroban complexed with thrombin and is the subject of docking studies in the active site of thrombin.  相似文献

The structure of title compound, C6H16N+·C14H8N3O7S, comprises discrete ions which are interconnected by N—H⋯O and N—H+⋯O hydrogen bonds, leading to a neutral one‐dimensional network along [100]. These hydrogen bonds appear to complement the Coulombic interaction and help to stabilize the structure further.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, C2H10N2O2+·2Cl, is built up from one 2‐hydroxyethylhydrazinium(2+) cation and two Cl anions. The molecular structure is stabilized by O—H⋯Cl and N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds. The crystal structure is stabilized by one N—H⋯O and three N—H⋯Cl interactions, and the three‐dimensional network of hydrogen bonds stabilizes the crystal packing. All five hydrazinium H atoms are involved in hydrogen bonds to Cl anions. The Cl⋯H contact distances range from 2.122 (15) to 2.809 (14) Å.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of 2,2′‐bipyridinium(1+) bromide monohydrate, C10H9N2+·Br·H2O, the cation has a cisoid conformation with an intramolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bond. The cation also forms an N—H⋯O hydrogen bond to an adjacent water molecule, which in turn forms O—H⋯Br hydrogen bonds to adjacent Br anions. In this way, a chain is formed extending along the b axis. Additional interactions (C—H⋯Br and π–π) serve to stabilize the structure further.  相似文献

In the title compounds, C6H7N2O+·ClO4, (I), and C6H7N2O+·C2HO4, (II), the carboxamide plane is twisted from the plane of the protonated pyridine ring. Lamellar or sheet‐like structural features are observed through N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonded motifs of cations and anions in (I) and (II), respectively. These sheets are aggregated through C(4) and C(5) chain motifs in (I) and (II), respectively. R12(4) ring motifs in (I) and R12(5) motifs in (II) are formed via pyridine–anion bifurcated N—H⋯O interactions. In (II), carboxamide groups form N—H⋯O dimers around the inversion centres of the unit cell, with R22(8) ring motifs. A 21 screw‐related helical or ribbon‐like structure along the b axis is formed in (II) through carboxamide and pyridinium N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds with the oxalate anions.  相似文献

In the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C10H15N4O2+·H2PO4, there are two protonated aminoguanidinium cations and two dihydrogenphosphate anions. The positive charge on the protonated amidine group is delocalized over the three C—N bonds in a manner similar to that found in guanidinium salts. The aminoguanidinium cations are found to be the E‐isomer structures. Intramolecular interactions of the N—H⋯N type are observed, leading to the formation of five‐membered rings. Extensive networks of O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds stabilize the three‐dimensional network. In the crystal structure, π–π interactions between the benzene rings, with a distance of 3.778 (2) Å between the ring centroids, also affect the packing of the molecules.  相似文献

The title compound, C6H8NO+·H2PO4, consists of 2‐(hydroxymethyl)pyridinium and dihydrogenphosphate ions. The dihydrogenphosphate moieties are linked into chains by pairs of P—O—H⃛O—P hydrogen bonds. The 2‐(hydroxymethyl)pyridinium cations are connected to the dihydrogenphosphate units by O—H⃛O and N—H⃛O hydrogen bonds. Weak π–π interactions help to determine the interchain packing.  相似文献

The title compound, C5H5BrN+·C2Br3O2, crystallizes with Z′ = 2. The residues pack in two distinct (but interconnected) types of layer, namely, layers parallel to (102), in which the residues are connected by classical N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, C—H⋯O interactions and Br⋯Br contacts, and anion layers parallel to the ab plane, connected by Br⋯O interactions. The two formula units are topologically equivalent with respect to all these contacts.  相似文献

In the title compound, 2C5H6N5+·C8H4O42−·C8H6O4·1.45H2O, the asymmetric unit comprises two adeninium cations, two half phthalate anions with crystallographic C2 symmetry, one neutral phthalic acid molecule, and one fully occupied and one partially occupied site (0.45) for water molecules. The adeninium cations form N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds with the phthalate anions. The cations also form infinite one‐dimensional polymeric ribbons via N—H⋯N interactions. In the crystal packing, hydrogen‐bonded columns of cations, anions and phthalate anions extend parallel to the c axis. The water molecules crosslink adjacent columns into hydrogen‐bonded layers.  相似文献

The title compound, C21H24FN2O2+·Cl·C3H8O, is a potential drug designed as a hybrid compound with antihypertensive, antioxidant and β‐adrenolytic activity. The cation contains nearly planar benzofuran and fluorophenyl ring systems, as well as a piperazine ring adopting an almost perfect chair conformation. The benzofuran and piperazine moieties are connected by an ethyl chain, the moieties forming a dihedral angle of 163.12 (13)°. In the crystal structure, ions and propanol solvent molecules are linked via N—H⋯Cl and O—H⋯Cl bonds into linear (010) chains.  相似文献

In the title compound, C15H13N2+·C24H20B, the pyridyl ring of the cation makes a dihedral angle of 1.6° with the benzene ring. Each is rotated in the same direction with respect to the central –C—CH=CH—C– linkage, by 3.8 and 5.3°, respectively. The anions have a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry. Molecular packing analysis was carried out using the packing energy portioning scheme in the program OPEC. Around each anion in the crystal structure there are eight anions, which interact with the central anion through C—H⋯π interactions. The cations are hydrogen bonded in a head‐to‐tail fashion, forming chains along [10].  相似文献

The title compound, C13H14N5O+·Cl, belongs to the group of aromatic cytokinins. These compounds affect a variety of important physiological processes in plants and animals as well as in bacteria, including cell division, differentiation and senescence. The structure consists of a 6‐(4‐methoxybenzylamino)purinium cation and a Cl anion. The cation moiety exists as the N3‐protonated N7 tautomer. The cation contains nearly planar benzene and purine ring systems, with a dihedral angle of 77.46 (5)°. The crystal structure is stabilized by Namino—H⋯Npurine hydrogen bonds connecting two adjacent molecules, thus forming centrosymmetric dimers.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title salt, C7H7Cl2N2O2+·Cl, the chloride anions participate in extensive hydrogen bonding with the aminium cations and indirectly link the molecules through multiple N+—H⋯Cl salt bridges. There are two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit, related by a pseudo‐inversion center. The direct intermolecular coupling is established by C—H⋯O, C—H⋯Cl and C—Cl⋯Cl interactions. A rare three‐center (donor bifurcated) C—H⋯(O,O) hydrogen bond is observed between the methylene and nitro groups, with a side‐on intramolecular component of closed‐ring type and a head‐on intermolecular component.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C12H9N4O+·ClO4, the protonated cation adopts a cis‐I conformation and approximately planar geometry. Each perchlorate anion acts as the acceptor of three C—H⋯O weak interactions, which, together with N—H⋯N and C—H⋯N hydrogen bonds between the protonated cations, extend this structure into a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network.  相似文献

In the title compound, C25H30NO+·Cl, the molecules are linked by a combination of intermolecular N—H⋯Cl and O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The absolute configuration of the new stereogenic centre (the C atom adjacent to the N atom on the phenol side) is determined to have an R configuration.  相似文献
