The title compound, C6HCl3N2O4, is an intermediate in the synthesis of 1,3,5‐trichloro‐2,4,6‐trinitrobenzene. The crystal structure at 153 K shows no major deviations from the previously reported structure at 295 K other than the expected contraction of the a and c axes and, correspondingly, the β angle. 相似文献

The molecules of 2‐chloro‐4,6‐dimethoxy‐1,3,5‐triazine, C5H6ClN3O2, lie on a crystallographic mirror plane. There is a close contact of 3.180 (3) Å between one of the methyl C atoms and the N atom of a neighboring molecule. Differential scanning calorimetry measurements show that methyl rearrangement does not take place in the solid state, despite the close proximity of the methyl group to the N atom. 相似文献

In the title compound, C19H20O8, the benzene rings are nearly perpendicular to each other [dihedral angle 80.2 (2)°]. The carboxy group is twisted out while both the methoxy and acetyl groups are almost coplanar with their attached benzene rings. The hydroxy group is involved in an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond with the acetyl O atom and the compound is connected through an intermolecular O—H?O contact to form a dimer. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

In the title compound, [ZrCl2(C14H12N)2(C4H8O)2]·1.5C6H6, the Zr atom is pseudo‐octahedral, with two Cl atoms in trans positions and two tetrahydrofuran molecules in cis positions. The two 3,6‐dimethylcarbazolyl ligands are in cis positions and are canted with respect to one another. The two Zr—N distances are 2.1148 (18) and 2.1236 (18) Å, and the N—Zr—N angle is 95.08 (7)°. The title compound crystallizes as the benzene solvate, with one of the benzene molecules positioned on an inversion center. 相似文献

The morpholine ring of the title dione, C13H15NO3, shows a boat conformation that is distorted towards a twist‐boat, with the boat ends being the two Csp3 atoms of the ring. The benzyl substituent is in the favoured `exo' position. In the monothione derivative, (±)‐6‐benzyl‐3,3‐dimethyl‐5‐thioxomorpholin‐2‐one, C13H15NO2S, this ring has a much flatter conformation that is midway between a boat and an envelope, with the dimethyl end being almost planar. The orientation of the benzyl group is `endo'. The dithione derivative, (±)‐6‐benzyl‐3,3‐dimethylmorpholine‐2,5‐dithione, C13H15NOS2, has two symmetry‐independent molecules, which show different puckering of the morpholine ring. One molecule has a flattened envelope conformation distorted towards a screw‐boat, while the conformation in the other molecule is similar to that in the monothione derivative. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds link the molecules in the three compounds, respectively, into centrosymmetric dimers, infinite chains, and dimers made up of one of each of the symmetry‐independent molecules. 相似文献

The synthesis and the X‐ray structural analysis of the title compound, μ‐chloro‐1:2κ2Cl‐trichloro‐1κCl,2κ2Cl‐tetramethyl‐1κ2C,2κ2C‐(N‐methylpyrrolidin‐2‐one)‐1κO‐ditin(IV), [Sn2Cl4(CH3)4(C5H9NO)], are described. The title compound is found to exhibit a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal geometry at both SnIV atoms. The Sn—Cl—Sn angle involving the bridging chlorine ligand is 135.56 (5)°, with the Sn—Cl bond lengths being 2.5704 (13) and 3.1159 (13) Å. 相似文献

The structure of the title compound, 2,4‐bis(1‐methyl‐1‐phenylethyl)phenol, C24H26O, was found to have a torsion angle of 129.95 (13)° for the C—C bond that connects the benzyl carbon to the phenol ring ortho to the OH group. A value of ~50° was expected from molecular mechanics calculations. Intermolecular interactions, in particular O—H?O and edge–face π bonding, may contribute to this discrepancy. Intramolecular O—H?π bonding is also observed. 相似文献

The principal determinants of packing in crystals of the title compound, C12H10O2, which has crystallographically imposed inversion symmetry, are interactions between the alkyne H atoms and the methoxy O atoms [H⋯O = 2.39 (1) Å]. 相似文献

The crystal structures of the title compounds (both C7H7ClO) are characterized by two independent molecules in each of the asymmetric units and feature O—H...O, C—H...π and π–π interactions. In addition, intermolecular C—H...Cl and intramolecular O—H...Cl interactions are present in 2‐chloro‐5‐methylphenol. For each crystal, the non‐covalent interactions emphasize the different spatial environments for the two independent molecules. 相似文献

In both of the title compounds, C23H19ClN2O, (I), and C23H18Cl2N2O, (II), the molecular packing is influenced by weak intermolecular C—H⋯O and C—H⋯π interactions, but despite the chemical similarity of the compounds, the packing in (II) is entirely different from that observed in (I). 相似文献

The title compounds (both C9H10O4) have nearly planar structures, and the methyl and/or carboxylic acid groups lie out of the molecular plane, as dictated by steric interactions. 2,5‐Dimethoxybenzoic acid (2,5‐DMBA) forms an unusual intramolecular hydrogen bond between the carboxylic acid group and the O atom of the methoxy group in the 2‐position [O⋯O = 2.547 (2) Å and O—H⋯O = 154 (3)°]. 2,4‐DMBA forms a typical hydrogen‐bond dimer with a neighboring molecule. 相似文献

In each case, the hydrazone skeleton is fairly planar, facilitated by the presence of two intramolecular hydrogen bonds and some partial N—N double‐bond character. Each molecule is hydrogen bonded to one solvent molecule. 相似文献

In the three title crystal structures 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium 2,4‐dinitrobenzoate, (I), 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium 3,4‐dinitrobenzoate, (II), and 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridinium 3,5‐dinitrobenzoate, (III), all C7H11N2+·C7H3N2O6?, the ions are connected by an N—H?O hydrogen bond. Dihedral angles between the pyridine and phenyl rings are 69.9 (1), 26.7 (1) and 56.2 (1)° in (I), (II) and (III), respectively. Donor–acceptor π–π stacking is observed in (II) and (III), but not in (I). 相似文献

Crystal structure analysis of the title compound, C13H12ClNO, reveals three crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. The main conformational difference between these molecules is the orientation of the phenyl rings with respect to the pyrrole rings. The coplanar arrangement of the aldehyde groups attached to the pyrrole rings influences the pyrrole‐ring geometry. The C2—C3 and N1—C5 bonds are noticeably longer than the C4—C5 and N1—C2 bonds. Two independent molecules of the title compound form dimers via intermolecular C—H⃛O hydrogen bonds [D⃛A = 3.400 (3) Å and D—H⃛A = 157°]. The perpendicular orientation of the phenyl and pyrrole rings of one independent molecule and its symmetry‐related molecule allows C—H⃛π interactions, with an H⃛centroid distance of 2.85 Å and a C—H⃛π angle of 155°. The distances between the H atom and the pyrrole‐ring atoms indicate that the C—H bond points towards one of the bonds in the pyrrole ring. 相似文献

The title compound, C22H24N4O4, was prepared from propyl chloroformate and 3,6‐diphenyl‐1,2‐dihydro‐s‐tetrazine. This reaction yields the title compound rather than dipropyl 3,6‐diphenyl‐1,4‐dihydro‐s‐tetrazine‐1,4‐dicarboxylate. The 2,3‐diazabutadiene group in the central six‐membered ring is not planar; the C=N double‐bond length is 1.285 (2) Å, and the average N—N single‐bond length is 1.401 (3) Å, indicating a lack of conjugation. The ring has a twist conformation, in which adjacent N atoms lie 0.3268 (17) Å from the plane of the ring. The molecule has twofold crystallographic symmetry. 相似文献

The crystal structures of 3,3‐dimethyl‐3‐(trichlorogermyl)propionic acid, [Ge(C5H9O2)Cl3], 3,3‐dimethyl‐3‐(triphenylgermyl)propionic acid, [Ge(C6H5)3(C5H9O2)], and 3,3‐dimethyl‐3‐(tri‐p‐tolylgermyl)propionic acid, [Ge(C7H7)3(C5H9O2)], have slightly distorted tetrahedral geometries about the Ge atoms. All the structures form dimers via strong O—H·O hydrogen bonds, resulting in eight‐membered rings that can be best described in terms of graph‐set notation (8). 相似文献
