The title complex, [Cu4(C2H3O2)6(OH)2(C5H11N)4]·2H2O, possesses an unusual inversion‐symmetric tetranuclear copper framework, with each CuII atom displaying a square‐pyramidal geometry and one additional long Cu...O contact. The four piperidine ligands are terminal, one at each CuII atom, and the two hydroxide ligands are triply bridging. The six acetate ligands exhibit two distinct coordination modes, namely as two monodentate acetates and four bridging acetates that bridge the two inequivalent copper centres. The noncoordinating acetate O atom is involved in intramolecular hydrogen bonding with H atoms from the hydroxide and one piperidine ligand. In addition, extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonding involving the solvent water molecules is observed.  相似文献

The title compound, {(C6H14N2O2)[Cu2Cl6(H2O)]}n, consists of 1,4‐dihydroxy‐1,4‐diazoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane dications and one‐dimensional inorganic anionic {[Cu2Cl6(H2O)]2−}n chains in which both five‐coordinate [CuCl3(H2O)] and five‐coordinate [CuCl3] units exist. These two distinct type of unit are linked together by one chloride ion and are bridged across centres of inversion to further units of their own type through two chloride ions, giving rise to novel polymeric zigzag chains parallel to the c axis. The chains are connected by O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds to produce R24(16) ring motifs, resulting in two‐dimensional layers parallel to the ac plane. These layers are linked into a three‐dimensional framework with the organic cations via O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds. Hydrogen bonding between the chains, and between the chains and the organic cations, provides stability to the crystal structure.  相似文献

The compound [Cu42‐OH)23‐OH)2Cl2(bipy)4]Cl2 · 6H2O ( 1 ) was obtained by recrystallization of [Cu(HB)2(2, 2′‐bipy)] · H2O (H2B = diphenylglycolic acid) from EtOH/CH2Cl2 and their structure has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The cationic complex may be described as based on a Cu4(OH)4 core with a “stepped cubane” structure. The coordination polyhedron around each copper is a distorted square pyramid. The tetranuclear units are linked in the crystal by C‐H…Cl hydrogen bonds and by π‐π interactions between bipyridine rings. IR data are also presented.  相似文献

Two sulfato CuII complexes [Cu2(bpy)2(H2O)(OH)2(SO4)]· 4H2O ( 1 ) and [Cu(bpy)(H2O)2]SO4 ( 2 ) were synthesized and structurally characterized by single crystal X—ray diffraction. Complex 1 consists of the asymmetric dinuclear [Cu2(bpy)2(H2O)(OH)2(SO4)] complex molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. Within the dinuclear molecules, the Cu atoms are in square pyramidal geometries, where the equatorial sites are occupied by two N atoms of one bpy ligand and two O atoms of different μ2—OH groups and the apical position by one aqua ligand or one sulfato group. Through intermolecular O—H···O and C—H···O hydrogen bonds and intermolecular π—π stacking interactions, the dinuclear complex molecules are assembled into layers, between which the hydrogen bonded H2O molecules are located. The Cu atoms in 2 are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one bpy ligand and four O atoms of two H2O molecules and two sulfato groups with the sulfato O atoms at the trans positions and are bridged by sulfato groups into 1[Cu(bpy)(H2O)2(SO4)2/2] chains. Through the interchain π—π stacking interactions and interchain C—H···O hydrogen bonds, the resulting chains are assembled into bi—chains, which are further interlinked into layers by O—H···O hydrogen bonds between adjacent bichains.  相似文献

The title compund, [Cu2(OH)2(C22H25N3)2](ClO4)2, is a copper(II) dimer, with two [CuL]2+ units [L is bis(6‐methyl‐2‐pyridylmethyl)(2‐phenylethyl)amine] bridged by hydroxide groups to define the {[CuL](μ‐OH)2[CuL]}2+ cation. Charge balance is provided by perchlorate counter‐anions. The cation has a crystallographic inversion centre halfway between the CuII ions, which are separated by 3.0161 (8) Å. The central core of the cation is an almost regular Cu2O2 parallelogram of sides 1.931 (2) and 1.935 (2) Å, with a Cu—O—Cu angle of 102.55 (11)°. The coordination geometry around each CuII centre can be best described as a square‐based pyramid, with three N atoms from L ligands and two hydroxide O atoms completing the coordination environment. Each cationic unit is hydrogen bonded to two perchlorate anions by means of hydroxide–perchlorate O—H...O interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu4Cl6O(C12H14N2)4], is a new example of the well known [Cu44‐O)(μ‐X)6L4] class of complex (X is Cl, Br or I, and L is a monodentate ligand). The molecule has crystallographic C2 symmetry, with two Cl ions on each edge of a Cu4 tetrahedron. Two of these, on opposite edges of the tetrahedron, accept intramolecular hydrogen bonds from two of the pyrazole N—H donors.  相似文献

The title compound, (C24H24N7)2[Cd5Cl16(H2O)4]·H2O, contains a [Cd5Cl16(H2O)4]6− anion, two triply protonated tris[(1H‐benzimidazol‐3‐ium‐2‐yl)methyl]amine cations and one solvent water molecule. The structure of the anion is a novel chloride‐bridged pentanuclear cluster. The five unique CdII centres have quite different coordination environments. Two of the central hexacoordinated CdII cations have a CdOCl5 chromophore, in which each CdII cation is ligated by four bridging chloride ligands, one terminal chloride ligand and one water molecule, adopting a distorted octahedral environment. The third central CdII cation is octahedrally coordinated by four bridging chloride ligands and two water molecules. Finally, the two terminal CdII cations are pentacoordinated by two bridging and three terminal chloride ligands and adopt a trigonal–bipyramidal geometry. The title compound, [Cu2(C2H3O2)4(C11H9N)2] or [Cu2(MeCO2)4(phpy)2] (phpy is 4‐phenyl­pyridine), consists of centrosymmetric dimers in which the CuII atoms display a square‐pyramidal CuO4N coordination, with four acetate O atoms in the basal plane [Cu—O 1.975 (3)–1.987 (3) Å] and the phpy N atom in the apical position [Cu—N 2.150 (3) Å]. The Cu atoms are 2.654 (1) Å apart and are bridged by four acetate groups. The discrete dimers are extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular array through intermolecular π–π‐stacking interactions.  相似文献

In the title polymeric heterometallic compound, {[Cu3Gd(C6H4NO2)3Cl3(H2O)2]·0.5H2O}n, comprising copper(I) and gadolinium(III) cations bridged by nicotinate (nic) ligands and chloride anions, the GdIII centers display a bicapped trigonal prismatic geometry, defined by six carboxylate O atoms and two water molecules. For copper(I), one Cu center is three‐coordinated by three chloride ions and displays a trigonal–planar geometry; the other two Cu centers are four‐coordinated and display a very distorted tetrahedral geometry. The chloride anions act in μ2‐ and μ3‐bridging modes, linking the CuI ions into an infinite chain. The nic ligand exhibits a tridentate coordination mode, with the carboxylate O atoms linking to two GdIII ions and the N atom linking to one CuI ion. Thus, a novel three‐dimensional heterometallic coordination polymer is constructed from Gd–carboxylate subunits and Cu—Cl chains. In addition, intra‐ and intermolecular O—H...O and O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds are also observed within the three‐dimensional structure. Topologically, the framework represents an unusual 3,6‐connected (4.82)3(410.65) net.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title two‐dimensional metal–organic polymeric complex, [Cd2Cl4(C8H14N2O4)(H2O)2]n, the asymmetric unit contains a crystallographically independent CdII cation, two chloride ligands, an aqua ligand and half a 2,2′‐(piperazine‐1,4‐diium‐1,4‐diyl)diacetate (H2PDA) ligand, the piperazine ring centroid of which is located on a crystallographic inversion centre. Each CdII centre is six‐coordinated in an octahedral environment by an O atom from an H2PDA ligand and an O atom from an aqua ligand in a trans disposition, and by four chloride ligands arranged in the plane perpendicular to the O—Cd—O axis. The complex forms a two‐dimensional layer polymer containing [CdCl2]n chains, which are interconnected into an extensive three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network by C—H...O, C—H...Cl and O—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title bimolecular structure, [Cu4Cl6O(C4H8O)3(H2O)]2[Cu4Cl6O(C4H8O)4]·4C4H8O, at 100 K has monoclinic (P21/c) symmetry. The structure contains nine symmetry‐independent molecules expressed in simplest molecular form as 6[Cu4Cl6O(C4H8O)3(H2O)·2(C4H8O)]:3Cu4Cl6O(C4H8O)4. The compound exhibits a supercell (smaller than the unit cell based on weak reflections) structure due to pseudotranslational symmetry. The structure displays O—H...O hydrogen bonding between bound water ligands and tetrahydrofuran (THF) solvent molecules. The structure exhibits disorder for 12 of the THF molecules, of which seven are ligated to Cu and five are hydrogen bonded to H2O ligands.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C9H5N2O3)2(C2H6OS)2], consists of octahedrally coordinated CuII ions, with the 3‐oxo‐3,4‐dihydroquinoxaline‐2‐carboxylate ligands acting in a bidentate manner [Cu—O = 1.9116 (14) Å and Cu—N = 2.1191 (16) Å] and a dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) molecule coordinated axially via the O atom [Cu—O = 2.336 (5) and 2.418 (7) Å for the major and minor disorder components, respectively]. The whole DMSO molecule exhibits positional disorder [0.62 (1):0.38 (1)]. The octahedron around the CuII atom, which lies on an inversion centre, is elongated in the axial direction, exhibiting a Jahn–Teller effect. The ligand exhibits tautomerization by H‐atom transfer from the hydroxyl group at position 3 to the N atom at position 4 of the quinoxaline ring of the ligand. The complex molecules are linked through an intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond [N...O = 2.838 (2) Å] formed between the quinoxaline NH group and a carboxylate O atom, and by a weak intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.392 (11) Å] formed between a carboxylate O atom and a methyl C atom of the DMSO ligand. There is a weak intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.065 (3) Å] formed between a benzene CH group and a carboxylate O atom.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [U(C14H9N3O2)O2(CH3OH)2]·CH3OH, is the first to be reported for an actinide complex including triazole ligands. The UVI atom exhibits a pentagonal–bipyramidal NO6 coordination environment, involving two axial oxide ligands [U=O = 1.766 (3) and 1.789 (3) Å], four equatorial O atoms [U—O = 2.269 (3)–2.448 (3) Å] from the ligand and the two coordinated methanol molecules, and one equatorial N atom [U—N = 2.513 (4) Å] from the ligand. In the crystal structure, the complex molecules are linked via intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a two‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu2(C19H24N2O4)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, the asymmetric unit consists of one half of the bis{μ‐6,6′‐dimethoxy‐2,2′‐[propane‐1,2‐diylbis(iminomethylene)]diphenolato}bis[aquacopper(II)] complex and two water molecules. Two CuII centres are bridged through a pair of phenolate groups, resulting in a complex with a centrosymmetric structure, with the centre of inversion at the middle of the Cu2O2 plane. The Cu atoms are in a slightly distorted square‐pyramidal coordination environment (τ = 0.07). The average equatorial Cu—O bond length and the axial Cu—O bond length are 1.928 (3) and 2.486 (3) Å, respectively. The Cu—O(water) bond length is 2.865 (4) Å, so the compound could be described as having a weakly coordinating water molecule at each CuII ion and two solvent water molecules per dimetallic unit. The Cu...Cu distance and Cu—O—Cu angle are 3.0901 (10) Å and 87.56 (10)°, respectively. The molecules are linked into a sheet by O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds parallel to the [001] plane.  相似文献

The CuII ion resides on a centre of symmetry and is in an octahedral coordination environment comprising two pyridine N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two O atoms from water molecules. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds produce R22(4), R22(8) and R22(15) rings which lead to one‐dimensional polymeric chains. An extensive two‐dimensional network of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...π interactions are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C9H10NO3)2(NO3)2(C10H8N2)(H2O)2]n, contains CuII atoms and l ‐tyrosinate (l ‐tyr) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) ligands in a 2:2:1 ratio. Each Cu atom is coordinated by one amino N atom and two carboxylate O atoms from two l ‐tyr ligands, one N atom from a 4,4′‐bipy ligand, a monodentate nitrate ion and a water molecule in an elongated octahedral geometry. Adjacent Cu atoms are bridged by the bidentate carboxylate groups into a chain. These chains are further linked by the bridging 4,4′‐bipy ligands, forming an undulated chiral two‐dimensional sheet. O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds connect the sheets in the [100] direction. This study offers useful information for the engineering of chiral coordination polymers with amino acids and 4,4′‐bipy ligands by considering the ratios of the metal ion and organic components.  相似文献

The title racemic heterometallic dinuclear compound, [MnSn(C2H2O2S)3(H2O)5], (I), contains one main group SnIV metal centre and one transition metal MnII centre, and, by design, links the MnII centre to the building unit of the (Δ/Λ) [SnL3]2− complex anion (L is the 2‐sulfidoacetate dianion). In this cluster, the SnIV centre of the (Δ/Λ) [SnL3]2− unit is coordinated by three O atoms and three S atoms from three L ligands to form an [SnO3S3] octahedral coordination environment. The MnII centre is in an [MnO6] octahedral coordination environment, with five O atoms from five water molecules and the sixth from the μ2L ligand of the (Δ/Λ) [SnL3]2− unit. Between adjacent dinuclear molecules, there are many hydrogen‐bond interactions of O—H...O, O—H...S, C—H...O and C—H...S types. Of these, eight pairs of O—H...O hydrogen bonds fuse all the dinuclear molecules into two‐dimensional supramolecular sheets along the bc plane. Adjacent supramolecular sheets are further connected through O—H...S hydrogen bonds to give a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

A novel copper–niobium oxyfluoride, {[Cu2(C10H7N2O)2][NbOF4]}n, has been synthesized by a hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, EDS, IR, XPS and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The structural unit consists of one C2‐symmetric [NbOF4] anion and one centrosymmetric coordinated [Cu2(obpy)2]+ cation (obpy is 2,2′‐bipyridin‐6‐olate). In the [NbOF4] anion, each NbV metal centre is five‐coordinated by four F atoms and one O atom in the first coordination shell, forming a square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. These square pyramids are then further connected to each other via trans O atoms [Nb—O = 2.187 (3) Å], forming an infinite linear {[NbOF4]}n polyanion. In the coordinated [Cu2(obpy)2]+ cation, the oxidation state of each Cu site is disordered, which is confirmed by the XPS results. The disordered Cu sites are coordinated by two N atoms and one O atom from two different obpy ligands. The [NbOF4] and [Cu2(obpy)2]+ units are assembled via weak C—H...F hydrogen bonds, resulting in the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. π–π stacking interactions between the pyridine rings [centroid–centroid distance = 3.610 (2) Å] may further stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title bimetallic compound, [Yb43‐OH)4(C6H13NO2)7(H2O)7][ZnCl4][ZnCl3(OH)]Cl4·8H2O, was synthesized at near physiological pH (6.0). The compound exhibits some novel structural features, including an asymmetric [Yb43‐OH)4(l ‐leucine)7(H2O)7]8+ complex cation in which four OH groups act as bridging ligands, linking four Yb3+ cations into a Yb4O4 structural unit. Each pair of adjacent Yb3+ ions is further bridged by one carboxy group from a leucine ligand. Water mol­ecules and a monodentate leucine ligand also coordinate to Yb3+ ions, completing their eight‐coordinate square‐antiprismatic coordination. The Yb43‐OH)4(l ‐leu­cine)7(H2O)7]8+ cation, the [ZnCl4]2−, [ZnCl3OH]2− and Cl anions, and the lattice water mol­ecules are linked via hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
