The asymmetric unit of the title compound, {[Cu(C4O4)(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, consists of one pyridine‐4‐carboxamide (isonicotinamide or ina) ligand, one‐half of a squarate dianion, a coordinated aqua ligand and a solvent water molecule. Both the CuII and the squarate ions are located on inversion centers. The CuII ions are octahedrally surrounded by four O atoms of two water molecules and two squarate anions, and by two N atoms of the isonicotinamide ligands. The crystal structure contains chains of squarate‐1,3‐bridged CuII ions. These chains are held together by N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions, forming an extensive three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

The title complex, {[Cd(C8H11O4)2(C10H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O}n, consists of linear chains formed through 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands linking seven‐coordinated CdII ions. Each CdII ion is in a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal environment, coordinated by one water ligand, two 4‐carboxycyclohexane‐1‐carboxylate ligands and one bridging 4,4′‐bipyridine ligand to generate linear chains. The water molecules and the Cd atom on one side, and the 4,4′‐bipyridine unit on the other, are bisected by two sets of twofold axes. The carboxylate group of the 4‐carboxycyclohexane‐1‐carboxyl ligand chelates a CdII ion, while the (protonated) carboxyl group forms hydrogen bonds with adjacent chains, resulting in a layered structure. This is the first reported occurrence of a dicarboxycyclohexane ligand exhibiting a non‐bridging coordination mode. 相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, {[Pb(C4O4)(C12H8N2)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n, contains one squarate dianion, two phenanthroline (phen) ligands and one aqua ligand all coordinated to Pb, and two solvent water molecules. The eight‐coordinate Pb metal ion displays a distorted bicapped trigonal–prismatic coordination environment, defined by three squarate O atoms, four N atoms from two chelating phen ligands and one O atom from the coordinated water molecule. The crystal structure contains chains of squarate‐1,2,3‐bridged PbII ions running in the [010] direction. These polymeric chains are linked to one another via offset face‐to‐face π–π interactions between the phen ligands, which lead to a two‐dimensional network extending along the (001) plane. The crystal structure is also stabilized by O—H⋯O intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions, forming a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

In the title neutral coordination polymer, [Cd(C6H3ClNO2)2(H2O)2]n, each CdII ion is coordinated by one N and four O atoms from three 2‐chloronicotinate ligands and by two aqua ligands, defining a distorted monocapped octahedral coordination geometry. Adjacent Cd atoms are linked by the pyridyl N atom and the bidentate carboxylate functional group of a 2‐chloronicotinate ligand, forming a one‐dimensional infinite chain along the b axis. The Cd⋯Cd distance is 8.112 (3) Å. These chains are linked by O—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network structure. 相似文献

In the title complex, {[Mn(C4O4)(C10H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O}n, each MnII ion has a distorted octahedral coordination formed by two N atoms of a 2,2′‐bipyridine ligand, three carboxyl O atoms of three different acetylenedicarboxylate ligands and one coordinated water molecule. The acetylenedicarboxylate ligands act in a tridentate mode connecting adjacent MnII ions and constructing a two‐dimensional structure which can be regarded as an unusual plywood‐like stacked network. 相似文献

In the title polymeric complex, [Mn(C7H5O3)2(C12H8N2)]n, the MnII atom is located on a twofold axis and displays a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, formed by four salicylate anions and one 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) molecule. The salicylate anions doubly bridge the MnII atoms to form one‐dimensional polymeric chains. A comparison of Mn—O bond distances with the corresponding Mn—O—C angles suggests a significant electrostatic content in the Mn—O bonds. A face‐to‐face distance of 3.352 (7) Å between neighbouring parallel phen planes indicates π–π stacking interactions between polymeric chains. 相似文献

The title mononuclear [Cu(sq)(phen)2]·3H2O complex [sq is squarate (C4O4) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)] has been synthesized and the structure consists of a neutral mononuclear [Cu(sq)(phen)2] unit and three solvate water molecules. The CuII ion has distorted square‐pyramidal coordination geometry, comprised of one carboxylate O atom from a monodentate squarate ligand and four N atoms from two chelating phen ligands. An extensive three‐dimensional network of OW—H⋯O/OW hydrogen bonds, face‐to‐face π–π interactions between the 1,10‐phenanthroline aromatic rings and a weak π–ring interaction are responsible for crystal stabilization. 相似文献

The title complex, [Mn(C8H4O4)(C10H8N2)(H2O)]n, takes the form of a zigzag chain, with the terephthalate dianion (tp) acting as a tridentate ligand. The MnII center is surrounded by two tp ligands, one water molecule and one 2,2′‐bipyridine (bipy) ligand and exhibits a severely distorted octahedral coordination environment, with cis angles ranging from 57.31 (8) to 123.97 (11)°. The complete solid‐state structure can be described as a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework stabilized by hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the coordinated water molecule and the carboxy O atoms of the tp ligands, and by π–π stacking interactions involving the bipy rings and the benzene ring of the tp ligand. 相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C9H12N2O)], the CuII atom is coordinated by two Cl− anions and two N atoms of one O‐ethyl 3‐methylpyridine‐2‐carboximidic acid molecule in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—N distances of 2.0483 (17) and 1.9404 (18) Å, and Cu—Cl distances of 2.2805 (10) and 2.2275 (14) Å. In addition, each CuII atom is connected by one Cl− anion and the CuII atom from a neighbouring molecule, with Cu⋯Cl and Cu⋯Cu distances of 2.9098 (13) and 3.4022 (12) Å, respectively, and, therefore, a centrosymmetric dimer is formed. Adjacent molecular dimers are connected by π–π stacking interactions between pyridine rings to form a zigzag molecular chain. The succinate dianion, located on another inversion centre, bridges adjacent Cd atoms to form succinate‐bridged polymeric chains. A new cadmium coordination polymer, [Cd(C5H2N2O4)(H2O)2]n, possesses a one‐dimensional zigzag chain structure built from CdII centers bridged sequentially by pairs of O and N atoms of the 5‐carboxyimidazole‐4‐carboxylate ligand. The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Cd(C8H4O4)(C17H8ClN5)(H2O)]n, contains one CdII atom, two half benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate (1,4‐bdc) anions, one 11‐chloropyrido[2′,3′:2,3]pyrimidino[5,6‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligand and one coordination water molecule. The 1,4‐bdc ligands are on inversion centers at the centroids of the arene rings. The CdII atom is six‐coordinated by two N atoms from one L ligand, three carboxylate O atoms from two different 1,4‐bdc ligands and one water O atom in a distorted octahedral coordination sphere. Each CdII center is bridged by the 1,4‐bdc dianions to give a one‐dimensional chain. π–π stacking interactions between L ligands of neighboring chains extend adjacent chains into a two‐dimensional supramolecular (6,3) network. Neighboring (6,3) networks are interpenetrated in an unusual inclined mode, resulting in a three‐dimensional framework. Additionally, the water–carboxylate O—H...O hydrogen bonds observed in the network consolidate the interpenetrating nets. 相似文献

The Cd atom and the water molecules both lie on the same twofold axis and the central O atom of the 4,4′‐oxydibenzoate moiety lies on another twofold axis. The structure of the title complex consists of isolated [Cd(C7H4NO3S)2(C4H11NO2)2] units. The Cd2+ cation lies on an inversion centre and is octahedrally coordinated by two N,O‐bidentate diethanolamine (dea) and two N‐bonded saccharinate (sac) ligands [saccharin is 1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐one 1,1‐dioxide]. The dea ligands constitute the equatorial plane of the octahedron, forming two five‐membered chelate rings around the CdII ion, while the sac ligands are localized at the axial positions. The Cd—Nsac, Cd—Ndea and Cd—Odea bond distances are 2.3879 (12), 2.3544 (14) and 2.3702 (13) Å, respectively. The H atoms of the free and coordinated hydroxyl groups of the dea ligands are involved in hydrogen bonding with the carbonyl and sulfonyl O atoms of the neighbouring sac ions, while the amine H atom forms a hydrogen bond with the free hydroxyl O atom. The individual molecules are held together by strong hydrogen bonds, forming an infinite three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

In the title cadmium(II) complex, [Cd(C8H4O5)(C14H14N4)(H2O)]n, the 5‐hydroxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (5‐OH‐1,3‐bdc) and 1,4‐bis(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (1,4,‐bix) ligands bridge water‐coordinated CdII atoms to generate a three‐dimensional network. Two carboxylate groups from different ligands function as O,O′‐chelates, while two imidazole N atoms from different ligands coordinate in a monodentate fashion, and one water molecule completes the seven‐coordinate pentagonal bipyramid around the CdII atom, in which the N atoms occupy the axial sites and the O atoms occupy the equatorial sites. The overall architecture is a twofold interpenetrated CdSO4‐type framework. In catena‐poly[[[triaquacadmium(II)]‐μ‐acetylenedicarboxylato‐κ4O,O′:O′′,O′′′] hydrate], {[Cd(C4O4)(H2O)3]·H2O}n, the CdII atom is coordinated by two bidentate carboxylate groups and three water molecules, thus forming a sevenfold coordination polyhedron with all atoms located on general sites. These polyhedra are connected by the bifunctional acetylenedicarboxylate ligands, forming zigzag chains running parallel to [120].
