2‐Amino‐5‐nitrothiazole crystallizes from solution in ethanol as a monosolvate, C3H3N3O2S·C2H6O, in which the thiazole component has a strongly polarized molecular–electronic structure. The thiazole molecules are linked into centrosymmetric dimers by paired N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds [H⋯N = 2.09 Å, N⋯N = 2.960 (6) Å and N—H⋯N = 169°], and these dimers are linked by the ethanol molecules, via a two‐centred N—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 1.98 Å, N⋯O = 2.838 (5) Å and N—H⋯O = 164°] and a planar asymmetric three‐centred O—H⋯(O)2 hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.07 and 2.53 Å, O⋯O = 2.900 (5) and 3.188 (5) Å, O—H⋯O = 169 and 136°, and O⋯H⋯O = 55°], into sheets built from alternating (8) and (38) rings. In ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)phenyl]carbamate, C11H13NO4, all of the non‐H atoms lie on a mirror plane in the space group Pnma; the molecules are linked into simple chains by a single C—H⋯O hydrogen bond. The molecules of ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)‐4‐iodophenyl]carbamate, C11H12INO4, are linked into sheets by a combination of O—H⋯I and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and a dipolar I⋯O contact. Ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)‐4‐methylphenyl]carbamate, C12H15NO4, crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P; pairs of molecules are weakly linked by an O—H⋯O hydrogen bond and these aggregates are linked into chains by two independent aromatic π–π stacking interactions. 相似文献

The title compound {alternatively, 3‐methyl‐2‐[oxido(oxo)hydrazono]‐2,3‐dihydro‐1,3‐thiazole}, C4H5N3O2S, was obtained by methylation of N‐(2‐thiazolyl)nitramine. The molecule lies on a mirror plane and the thiazole ring is planar, regular in shape and aromatic. The S atom participates in the aromatic sextet via an electron pair on the 3pz orbital. In the crystal, the molecules are arranged in parallel layers, bound to each other by weak C—H?O and C—H?N hydrogen bonds and by S?O dipolar interactions, with an interlayer separation of 3.23 Å. 相似文献

The tris(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐ylmethyl)amine (ntb) molecule crystallizes in different solvent systems, resulting in two kinds of adduct, namely the monohydrate, C24H21N7·H2O or ntb·H2O, (I), and the acetonitrile–methanol–water (1/0.5/1.5) solvate, C24H21N7·C2H3N·0.5CH4O·1.5H2O or ntb·1.5H2O·0.5MeOH·MeCN, (II). In both cases, ntb adopts a tripodal mode to form hydrogen bonds with a solvent water molecule via two N—H⋯O and one O—H⋯N hydrogen bond. In (I), the ntb·H2O adduct is further assembled into a two‐dimensional network by N—H⋯N and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, while in (II), a double‐stranded one‐dimensional chain structure is assembled via N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, with the acetonitrile molecules located inside the cavities of the chain structure. 相似文献

A new type of benzothiazolinone derivative with potential pharmacological activity, viz. 6‐(3,4‐difluorobenzoyl)‐3‐[2‐(4‐pyridyl)ethyl]‐1,3‐benzothiazol‐2(3H)‐one, C21H14F2N2O2S, has been prepared and studied by NMR, IR and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction techniques. The molecule is not planar, the pyridine and difluorobenzene moieties being located above and below the benzothiazole ring system. The crystals of the title compound, [Mg(C32H16N8)(H2O)]·2C3H9N, are built up from MgPc(H2O) [Pc is phthalocyaninate(2−)] and n‐propylamine molecules that interact via O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. The MgPc(H2O) molecule is non‐planar. The central Mg atom is coordinated by the four equatorial isoindole N atoms of the Pc ring system and by the O atom of an axial water molecule. The Mg atom is displaced by 0.509 (1) Å from the N4 plane towards the water O atom. MgPc(H2O)·2(n‐propylamine) molecules related by the inversion centre are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form a dimeric aggregate. 相似文献

The structure of the title compound, C18H20ClN3O5, displays the characteristic features of azobenzene derivatives. Intramolecular N—H⋯O, weak intramolecular C—H⋯O, and intermolecular O—H⋯O and C—H⋯O interactions influence the conformation of the molecules and the crystal packing. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds link the molecules into infinite chains, and the title compound adopts the keto–amine tautomeric form. The azobenzene moiety of the molecule has a trans configuration. The molecule is not planar, and the dihedral angle between the two phenyl rings is 35.6 (2)°. 相似文献

The title compound, C22H19N3O2S, crystallizes in two polymorphic forms having the same space group, viz. P, with Z′ = 2 and Z′ = 1. In both polymorphs, the planar thiazole ring is fused cis with the dihydropyrimidine ring, the carbamoyl group is in an extended conformation with an anticlinal orientation with respect to the pyrimidine ring, and the phenyl ring is attached to the pyrimidine ring approximately at a right angle. The two polymorphs have different interplanar angles between the phenyl and thiazole rings. The molecules are linked by N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

The title compounds, both C13H11NO3, exist as the keto–amine tautomers, and the formal hydroxyl H atoms, which display strong intramolecular hydrogen bonds, are located on the N atoms. This is a verification of the preference for the keto–amine tautomeric form in the solid state. The structures of the three title isomers, namely 4‐(2‐methylanilino)pyridine‐3‐sulfonamide, (I), 4‐(3‐methylanilino)pyridine‐3‐sulfonamide, (II), and 4‐(4‐methylanilino)pyridine‐3‐sulfonamide, (III), all C12H13N3O2S, differ in their hydrogen‐bonding arrangements. In all three molecules, the conformation of the 4‐aminopyridine‐3‐sulfonamide moiety is conserved by an intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond and a C—H⋯O interaction. In the supramolecular structures of all three isomers, similar C(6) chains are formed via intermolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds lead to C(4) chains in (I), and to R22(8) centrosymmetric dimers in (II) and (III). In each isomer, the overall effect of all hydrogen bonds is to form layer structures. 相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C25H30FN3O·0.5CH3OH, contains four symmetry‐independent steroid and two methanol molecules. The conformations of the independent steroid molecules are very similar. Intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds create two independent chains, each of which links two of the independent steroid molecules plus one methanol molecule via a co‐operative O—H⋯O—H⋯O—H pattern. In the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C10H15N4O2+·H2PO4−, there are two protonated aminoguanidinium cations and two dihydrogenphosphate anions. The positive charge on the protonated amidine group is delocalized over the three C—N bonds in a manner similar to that found in guanidinium salts. The aminoguanidinium cations are found to be the E‐isomer structures. Intramolecular interactions of the N—H⋯N type are observed, leading to the formation of five‐membered rings. Extensive networks of O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds stabilize the three‐dimensional network. In the crystal structure, π–π interactions between the benzene rings, with a distance of 3.778 (2) Å between the ring centroids, also affect the packing of the molecules. 相似文献

The two title complexes, [ZnCl2(C11H15N3O3)], (I), and [ZnCl2(C11H15N3O3)]·0.5H2O, (II), are mononuclear zinc(II) compounds. In both structures, the ZnII atom is four‐coordinated in a tetrahedral configuration by one imine N atom and one phenolate O atom of a Schiff base, and by two Cl atoms. The structure of each of the two zinc(II) complex molecules of (II) is similar to that of (I). In (I), the molecules are linked through intermolecular hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional framework. In (II), the solvent water molecules are linked to the zinc(II) moieties through intermolecular O—H⋯O and O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds. The crystal structure of the title compound, C14H12N4O3, shows that the stereochemistry about the N=N double bond of the N=N—N(H) moiety is trans. The whole molecule is almost planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.0654 Å), the interplanar angle between the phenyl rings being 0.7 (1)° and the largest interplanar angle being that between the phenyl ring and the nitro group of the 4‐nitrophenyl substituent [11.5 (2)°]. Intermolecular N—H⋯O interactions between molecules related by translation give rise to chains along the [110] and [10] directions, and these chains are held together by N⋯O π–π interactions. An unequal distribution of the double‐bond character among the N atoms suggests a delocalization of π electrons over the diazoamine group and the adjacent aryl substituents. 相似文献
