In the title compound, [Cu(C8H4O5)(C5H5N)2]n or [Cu(OH‐BDC)(py)2]n (where OH‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and py is pyridine), the Cu atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the pyridine ligands and by three O atoms from hydroxyisophthalate ligands in a highly distorted triangular bipyramidal environment, with Cu—O distances in the range 1.941 (4)–2.225 (5) Å and Cu—N distances of 2.014 (6) and 2.046 (6) Å. The [Cu(OH‐BDC)]n two‐dimensional network is built up from interlocking 22‐, 15‐ and eight‐membered rings via sharing of Cu atoms and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Consolidation of the packing structure is achieved by edge‐ or point‐to‐face C—H⋯π interactions and offset or slipped π–π stacking interactions. 相似文献

In the title complex, {[Mn(C4O4)(C10H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O}n, each MnII ion has a distorted octahedral coordination formed by two N atoms of a 2,2′‐bipyridine ligand, three carboxyl O atoms of three different acetylenedicarboxylate ligands and one coordinated water molecule. The acetylenedicarboxylate ligands act in a tridentate mode connecting adjacent MnII ions and constructing a two‐dimensional structure which can be regarded as an unusual plywood‐like stacked network. 相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, {[Pb(C4O4)(C12H8N2)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n, contains one squarate dianion, two phenanthroline (phen) ligands and one aqua ligand all coordinated to Pb, and two solvent water molecules. The eight‐coordinate Pb metal ion displays a distorted bicapped trigonal–prismatic coordination environment, defined by three squarate O atoms, four N atoms from two chelating phen ligands and one O atom from the coordinated water molecule. The crystal structure contains chains of squarate‐1,2,3‐bridged PbII ions running in the [010] direction. These polymeric chains are linked to one another via offset face‐to‐face π–π interactions between the phen ligands, which lead to a two‐dimensional network extending along the (001) plane. The crystal structure is also stabilized by O—H⋯O intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions, forming a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

In polymeric {[Eu(pzdc)(NO3)(phen)(H2O)]·H2O}n [pzdc is 2,3‐pyrazinedicarboxylate (C6H2O4) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)], each europium(III) ion is coordinated by seven O atoms (from three pzdc anions, a nitrate anion and a water molecule) and the two N atoms of the phen ligand, resulting in a nine‐coordinated europium(III) center with a distorted monocapped square‐antiprismatic coordination polyhedron. Four pzdc anions bridge four europium(III) ions, forming a parallelogram unit, the four vertices of which are occupied by the four pzdc anions. Moreover, each parallelogram unit links six other adjacent parallelogram units, forming a two‐dimensional network with disordered lattice water molecules. 相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C8H5O4)2(C10H8N2)2], was obtained by the hydrothermal reaction of ZnSO4·7H2O with phthalic acid (H2pht) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy). Crystallographic analysis shows that it has a one‐dimensional double‐chain structure via hydrogen‐bonding interactions. Each ZnII atom, adopting a distorted tetrahedral geometry, is coordinated by two N atoms from two 4,4′‐bipy ligands, with Zn—N distances of 2.054 (4) and 2.104 (4) Å, and by two O atoms from symmetry‐related Hpht− ligands, with Zn—O distances of 1.921 (4) and 2.019 (4) Å. 相似文献

In the title polymeric complex, [Mn(C7H5O3)2(C12H8N2)]n, the MnII atom is located on a twofold axis and displays a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, formed by four salicylate anions and one 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) molecule. The salicylate anions doubly bridge the MnII atoms to form one‐dimensional polymeric chains. A comparison of Mn—O bond distances with the corresponding Mn—O—C angles suggests a significant electrostatic content in the Mn—O bonds. A face‐to‐face distance of 3.352 (7) Å between neighbouring parallel phen planes indicates π–π stacking interactions between polymeric chains. 相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C8H4O5)(C12H10N2)]·0.5C12H10N2}n or {[Zn(HO‐BDC)(bpe)]·0.5bpe}n [HO‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and bpe is 1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethene], the asymmetric unit contains a ZnII atom, one HO‐BDC ligand, one coordinated bpe ligand and half a noncoordinating bpe molecule with crystallographic inversion symmetry. Each ZnII centre is four‐coordinated by two O atoms from two distinct HO‐BDC ligands and two N atoms from two different bpe ligands in a ZnO2N2 coordination environment. The three‐dimensional topology of the title compound corresponds to a fourfold interpenetrating diamondoid coordination polymer network, with the uncoordinated bpe ligands located in the cavities, hydrogen bonded to the main network via the hydroxy group of the HO‐H2BDC ligand. 相似文献

The title compound, {[Mn(C4H4O6)(C12H8N2)]·6H2O}n, has a linear chain structure containing monomeric [Mn(C4H4O6)(C12H8N2)] repeat units. Each manganese ion is six‐coordinate, with the two phenanthroline N atoms [Mn—N = 2.229 (2) and 2.235 (2) Å] and four O atoms from two tartrate anions [Mn—OCOO = 2.1252 (19) and 2.1310 (19) Å, and Mn—OOH = 2.2404 (19) and 2.2424 (19) Å] forming a seriously distorted octahedral coordination environment. Six water molecules exist outside every repeat unit as solvate molecules. Extensive hydrogen‐bonding interactions and π–π stacking of the phenanthroline moieties exist between the chains. 相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(C12H8N2)2(H2O)2](C4H4O4S)·[Mn(C4H4O4S)(C12H8N2)2]·13H2O, contains one dianion of thiodiglycolic acid (tdga2−) and two independent manganese(II) moieties, viz. [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ and [Mn(tdga)(phen)2], where phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline. The tdga ligand chelates as an O,O′‐bidentate ligand, forming an eight‐membered ring with one Mn atom. The free tdga2− dianion is hydrogen bonded to an [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ ion, with O⋯O distances of 2.606 (2) and 2.649 (2) Å. The title compound, [Zn(C14H8O6S)(H2O)2]n, is the first reported metal complex of the 4,4′‐sulfonyldibenzoate anion. The structure comprises zigzag chains of alternating [Zn(H2O)2]2+ and sulfonyldibenzoate units, the central Zn and S atoms of which lie on crystallographic twofold axes. The ZnII centre occupies a strongly distorted tetrahedral environment [O—Zn—O = 83.30 (7)–136.19 (8)°], coordinated by the two water O atoms [Zn—O = 1.986 (2) Å] and one O atom from each of two carboxylate groups [Zn—O = 1.9942 (19) Å], with much longer contacts to the other O atoms of these carboxylates [Zn—O = 2.528 (2) Å]. Hydrogen bonds between carboxylate O atoms and coordinated water molecules in adjacent chains lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional network structure. 相似文献

The title compound, {[Zn(C8H4O5)(C3H7NO)2]·0.5C7H8}n, is a one‐dimensional coordination polymer in which the Zn atoms are linked by bridging 5‐hydroxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate ligands. These polymeric chains form two‐dimensional sheets via interchain hydrogen bonds, and these sheets, in turn, are stacked tightly with solvent toluene molecules in the interlayer space. The N,N′‐dimethylformamide ligands, coordinated axially to the Zn atoms, form van der Waals contacts with ligands in neighboring sheets, and enclose the guest molecules. 相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C10H8N2)(H2O)4](C6H5O4S)2·3H2O}n, the Zn atom, the bipyridine ligand and one of water molecules are located on twofold rotation axes. The Zn atom is coordinated by four O atoms from four water molecules and two N atoms from two 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules in a distorted octahedral geometry. The Zn2+ ions are linked by the 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules to form a one‐dimensional straight chain propagating along the c axis. The 4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate counter‐ions are bridged by the solvent water molecules through hydrogen bonds to generate a two‐dimensional layer featuring large pores. In the crystal packing, the intralayer pores form one‐dimensional channels along the c axis, in which the one‐dimensional [Zn(C10H8N2)(H2O)4]2+ chains are encapsulated. Electrostatic interactions between cations and anions and extensive hydrogen bonds result in a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. 相似文献

In the title dimeric complex, [Cu2(C4H4O4)2(C7H6N2S)4], which possesses a centre of symmetry, the Cu atoms are enclosed in a 14‐membered ring. They adopt a distorted square‐bipyramidal (4+2) coordination. The four closest donor atoms are two N atoms of 2‐aminobenzothiazole ligands and two O atoms of the succinate carboxylate groups. They form a square‐planar cis arrangement, with an average Cu—N distance of 2.003 (3) Å and Cu—O distances of 1.949 (3) and 1.965 (3) Å. Two longer Cu—O bonds of 2.709 (3) and 2.613 (3) Å involving the remaining O atoms of the carboxylate groups complete the sixfold coordination of the Cu atoms. The H atoms of each amino group of the 2‐aminobenzothiazole molecules form intra‐ and intermolecular N—H?O hydrogen bonds. A nearly perpendicular intermolecular C—H?Cg interaction (Cg is the centroid of the imidazole ring) is observed. The intramolecular Cu?Cu distance is 6.384 (2) Å. 相似文献
