Single crystals of the title compound, [Co(C2O4)(H2O)2]n, have been prepared by hydrothermal methods and characterized by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The crystal structure consists of infinite one‐dimensional chains of diaquacobalt(II) units bridged by oxalate groups. These chains lie on twofold symmetry axes parallel to the b axis, and the [Co(C2O4)]n system is nearly planar within experimental error. The cobalt(II) coordination polyhedra are irregular octahedra, with oxalate O atoms at the equatorial positions and water molecules at the axial positions. The chains are linked by hydrogen bonds via the water molecules. 相似文献

The title complex, [Eu(C6H4O2)3(H2O)2], has a double carboxylate‐bridged infinite‐chain structure, with one chelating carboxylate group on each Eu ion centre, which also binds to two water molecules to yield an eight‐coordinate square‐antiprismatic geometry, with Eu—O bond lengths in the range 2.338 (3)–2.594 (3) Å. The pyridine N atoms of the isonicotinate groups do not coordinate to the Eu ions; instead, they direct the formation of EuIII coordination polymers via hydrogen bonding with coordinated water molecules. 相似文献

The CdII ion in the title complex, [Cd(SCN)2{SC(NH2)2}2]∞, is situated at a centre of symmetry, and is bound to two N atoms belonging to thiocyanate groups and to four S atoms of bridging thiourea ligands. The structure consists of infinite chains of slightly distorted edge‐shared Cd‐centred octahedra. The bridging S atoms of two thiourea ligands comprise the common edge. The title compound, {[Ba3(CHCl2O6P2)2(H2O)4]·H2O}n or {[Ba3(Cl2CP2O6H)(H2O)4]·H2O}n, is two‐dimensional. The asymmetric unit contains three independent Ba2+ atoms, two chelating and bridging Cl2CP2O6H3− ligands and four aqua ligands, connected in layers parallel to the (100) plane. The title compound, [Cd(C6H4NO2)2(H2O)2]n, forms a one‐dimensional chain structure based on a Cd atom with approximate pentagonal bipyramidal coordination geometry and two nicotinate ligands in different coordination modes. One acts as a tridentate ligand, chelating one Cd atom through the carboxylate group while simultaneously binding to a second symmetry‐related Cd atom through the pyridine N atom; the other acts only as a bidentate ligand through its carboxylate group. Hydrogen bonds utilizing the coordinated water molecules, uncoordinated nitrogen and carboxylate O atoms as acceptors link the chains. 相似文献

The structure of the title compound, {(CH6N)[Co(CHO2)3]}n, consists of a three‐dimensional net of central CoII ions connected via formate (methanediolate) bridges. The negative charge is compensated by protonated methylamine cations. The CoO6 chromophores form slightly distorted octahedra, which are bridged by C atoms of formate groups. In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu3Cl6(C4H6N4)4]n, there are three Cu atoms, six Cl atoms and four 2‐allyltetrazole ligands in the asymmetric unit. The polyhedron of one Cu atom adopts a flattened octahedral geometry, with two 2‐allyltetrazole ligands in the axial positions [Cu—N4 = 1.990 (2) and 1.991 (2) Å] and four Cl atoms in the equatorial positions [Cu—Cl = 2.4331 (9)–2.5426 (9) Å]. The polyhedra of the other two Cu atoms have a square‐pyramidal geometry, with three basal sites occupied by Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2487 (9)–2.3163 (8) and 2.2569 (9)–2.3034 (9) Å] and one basal site occupied by a 2‐allyltetrazole ligand [Cu—N4 = 2.028 (2) and 2.013 (2) Å]. A Cl atom lies in the apical position of either pyramid [Cu—Cl = 2.8360 (10) and 2.8046 (9) Å]. The possibility of including the tetrazole N3 atoms in the coordination sphere of the two Cu atoms is discussed. Neighbouring copper polyhedra share their edges with Cl atoms to form one‐dimensional polymeric chains running along the a axis. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [FeCl2(C4H8O2)(H2O)2]n, contains six‐coordinate FeII atoms in approximately octahedral environments. The FeII atoms have symmetry, i.e. all pairs of identical ligands are trans. The title compound, [ZnCl2(bpp)]n (where bpp is 1,3‐di‐4‐pyridylpropane, C13H14N2), has been prepared by the hydrothermal reaction of ZnCl2 and bpp at 433 K. The Zn, Cl and central propyl C atom lie on the mirrors of the P21/m space group. The molecular structure shows a weave‐like polymeric chain. Each Zn atom is coordinated by two N atoms and two Cl atoms in a distorted tetrahedral geometry, with the Zn—N distance being 2.055 (5) Å and the Zn—Cl distances being 2.239 (3) and 2.247 (2) Å. 相似文献

Two new complexes, [Co(C2N3)2(C8H6N2)2], (I), and [Cu(C2N3)2(C8H6N2)2], (II), are reported. They are essentially isomorphous. Complex (I) displays distorted octahedral geometry, with the Co atom coordinated by four dicyanamide nitrile N atoms [Co—N = 2.098 (3) and 2.104 (3) Å] in the basal plane, along with two monodentate quinoxaline N atoms [Co—N = 2.257 (2) Å] in the apical positions. In complex (II), the Cu atom is surrounded by four dicyanamide nitrile N atoms [Cu—N = 2.003 (3) and 2.005 (3) Å] in the equatorial plane and two monodentate quinoxaline N atoms [Cu—N = 2.479 (3) Å] in the axial sites, to form a distorted tetragonal–bipyramidal geometry. The metal atoms reside on twofold axes of rotation. Neighbouring metal atoms are connected via double dicyanamide bridges to form one‐dimensional infinite chains. Adjacent chains are then linked by π–π stacking interactions of the quinoxaline molecules, resulting in the formation of a three‐dimensional structure. 相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C8H4NO2)2(H2O)2]n, which was obtained by the reaction of CoCl2·6H2O with 4‐cyanobenzoic acid, is the first two‐dimensional 4‐cyanobenzoate cobalt(II) polymer. The Co atom lies on a centre of symmetry and its coordination polyhedron is a slightly distorted octahedron, defined by two water and four carboxylate O atoms. The 4‐cyanobenzoate (cba) anion is bridging in a syn‐skew coordination mode, which ensures a two‐dimensional architecture with the building block Co4(cba)4. 相似文献

The structure of the title compound, catena‐poly[[bis(1,1,1,5,5,5‐hexafluoropentane‐2,4‐dionato‐κ2O,O′)zinc(III)]‐μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐κ2N:N′], [Zn(C5HF6O2)2(C10H8N2)]n, consists of polymeric chains, running in two perpendicular directions, organized as planes normal to the tetragonal axis. The elemental unit of the chains is the zinc(II) coordination polyhedron bisected by a twofold symmetry axis, and thus only half of the unit is independent. The octahedral coordination geometry of the metal centre is composed of two oxygen‐chelating (symmetry‐related) hexafluoroacetylacetonate groups and two translationally related 4,4′‐bipyridine groups, which act as connecting agents in the polymer structure. The stabilization of this architecture of chains and planes is associated with a number of weak C—H⋯O and C—H⋯F hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

The title complex, {[Fe(C4H4O4)(H2O)4]}n, is an infinite polymeric compound bridged by the succinate dianion. Two carboxylate groups coordinate in a monodentate manner to the FeII atom, in a trans fashion, with an O—Fe—O bond angle of 175.72 (6)° and Fe—O distances of 2.0886 (14) and 2.1008 (15) Å. One of the uncoordinated carboxylate O atom forms an intramolecular hydrogen bond with a coordinated water molecule. Extensive hydrogen bonding between parallel polymeric complex chains results in a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. 相似文献

The title compound, [Sn4(CH3)8(C13H8Cl2NO2)2(C2H5O)2O2], is a centrosymmetric dimer, with three linearly fused four‐membered Sn—O—Sn—O rings. The coordination polyhedron of the Sn atom bonded to the carboxylate can be described as trigonal–bipyramidal distorted toward square‐pyramidal. That of the second Sn atom is similar, but the distortion towards square‐pyramidal geometry is greater. The Sn—O and Sn—C distances are 2.020 (2)–2.226 (2) and 2.096 (4)–2.114 (4) Å, respectively. The benzene rings of the 2‐[(2,3‐dichlorophenyl)amino]benzoate ligand subtend an angle of 50.49 (17)°; the conformation of the ligand is stabilized by intramolecular N—H⋯Cl and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The title compound, [UO2(OH)2(C10H8N2)]n, was obtained under hydrothermal conditions. The U atom is seven‐coordinated and its environment is pentagonal bipyramidal, with the oxo atoms in axial positions, and one N atom and four hydroxide groups in the equatorial plane. The hydroxide ions are bridging, which results in the formation of infinite chains with the bipyridine molecules alternately located on either side. Neighbouring chains interpenetrate so that each bipyridine ligand is involved both in hydrogen bonds with two hydroxide ions and in π‐stacking with its two neighbours from the next chain. 相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

The crystal structure of catena‐poly[[tri‐n‐butyltin]‐μ‐3‐(1‐naphthylaminocarbonyl)acrylato‐κ2O1:O3], [Sn(C4H9)3(C14H10NO3)]n, is composed of polymeric chains wherein the metal center exhibits a distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal geometry, with three n‐butyl groups defining the trigonal plane [mean Sn—C 2.133 (7) Å] and the axial positions being occupied by the carboxylate O atoms of two different N‐(1‐naphthyl)maleamate ligands with inequivalent Sn—O distances [2.167 (4) and 2.457 (4) Å]. The hydrothermal reaction of an aqueous solution of Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O, 1,2,4,5‐benzenetetracarboxylic acid and 4,4′‐bipyridine gave rise to the interesting title three‐dimensional polymer {[Cu6(btec)3(4,4′‐bpy)3(H2O)2]·2H2O}n (btec is 1,2,4,5‐benzenetetracarboxylate, C10H2O84−, and 4,4′‐bpy is 4,4′‐bipyridine, C10H8N2), in which each btec ligand links six copper(II) cations into a lamellar [Cu6(btec)3(H2O)2]n subpolymer framework. There are two distinct diamine units and two distinct carboxylate units, with one of each lying across an inversion centre. 相似文献
