The title compound, [Co(C29H24N2O2)(C4H6N2)2]ClO4, contains an optically active tetradentate Schiff base ligand in an equatorial plane and two 1‐methyl­imidazole ligands at apical positions. The central N—C—C—N chelate ring of the Schiff base ligand has an envelope structure with a λ conformation, which is different from the solution structure predicted from circular dichroism and 1H NMR spectra.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C4H12N2)2(C3H6O)2](ClO4)2, is the first structurally characterized CuII complex having acetone as axial ligands. The complex adopts an elongated octahedral trans‐[CuN4O2] coordination geometry, with the Cu atom having 222 site symmetry. The axial Cu—O(acetone) and in‐plane Cu—N bond lengths are 2.507 (5) and 2.041 (3) Å, respectively.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ru(C13H11N4S)2(C15H8N2)2], has C2 symmetry, with bidentate 2,2′‐bipyridyl ligands dictating a cis geometry around the RuII center. The monodentate S‐bonded dithizone ligands are almost planar, except for one of the phenyl rings, which is twisted by 34.2 (4)° from the N/N/C(S)/N/N plane. The Ru—S bond length is 2.4140 (13) Å, and the Ru—N bond lengths are 2.048 (4) and 2.074 (4) Å.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [MnCl(C28H22N2O2)(C2H6O)], has been determined at 173 (2) K in the non‐centrosymmetric space group P212121. The asymmetric unit contains two molecular units. An intermolecular O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bond is formed between the OH group of an ethanol mol­ecule coordinated to the Mn atom and the coordinated Cl anion, and so polymeric chains of Mn‐containing fragments are formed [O—H⋯Cl = 3.1281 (16) and 3.1282 (15) Å]. The Mn atoms have a pseudo‐octahedral coordination sphere, with the four donor atoms of the Schiff base forming an equatorial plane [Mn—O distances are 1.8740 (13), 1.8717 (13), 1.8749 (13) and 1.8823 (13) Å, and Mn—N distances are 1.9868 (15), 1.9910 (14), 1.9828 (15) and 1.9979 (14) Å]. The axial positions are occupied by an ethanol mol­ecule [Mn—O distances of 2.3069 (15) and 2.3130 (15) Å] and a Cl ligand [Mn—Cl distances of 2.5732 (6) and 2.5509 (6) Å].  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Zn(C7H5O3)2(C10H8N2)], contains one monomeric zinc complex. The Zn atom is coordinated to one 2,2′‐bipyridyl ligand via both N atoms and to two salicyl­ate anions (Hsal) in a bidentate chelating manner involving carboxyl­ate O‐atom coordination. The complex exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry about the ZnII atom, with the `apical' positions occupied by one of the two N atoms of the bipyridyl ligand and an O atom from one Hsal ligand; the Zn atom is 0.168 (1) Å out of the `basal' plane. Two intramolecular six‐membered hydrogen‐bonded rings are present, generated from interactions between the carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of the salicyl­ate ligands. The crystal packing is governed by weak C—H⋯O and C—H⋯π interactions.  相似文献

The synthesis and the X‐ray structural analysis of the title compound, μ‐chloro‐1:2κ2Cl‐tri­chloro‐1κCl,2κ2Cl‐tetra­methyl‐1κ2C,2κ2C‐(N‐methyl­pyrrolidin‐2‐one)‐1κO‐ditin(IV), [Sn2Cl4(CH3)4(C5H9NO)], are described. The title compound is found to exhibit a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal geometry at both SnIV atoms. The Sn—Cl—Sn angle involving the bridging chlorine ligand is 135.56 (5)°, with the Sn—Cl bond lengths being 2.5704 (13) and 3.1159 (13) Å.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(C12H8N2)2(H2O)2](C4H4O4S)·[Mn(C4H4O4S)(C12H8N2)2]·13H2O, contains one dianion of thio­diglycolic acid (tdga2−) and two independent man­ganese(II) moieties, viz. [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ and [Mn(tdga)(phen)2], where phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline. The MnII atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate phen ligands [Mn—N = 2.240 (2)–2.3222 (19) Å] and either two water O atoms or two tdga carboxyl O atoms [Mn—O = 2.1214 (17)–2.1512 (17) Å]. The tdga ligand chelates as an O,O′‐bidentate ligand, forming an eight‐membered ring with one Mn atom. The free tdga2− dianion is hydrogen bonded to an [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ ion, with O⋯O distances of 2.606 (2) and 2.649 (2) Å. The crystal structure is further stabilized by an extensive network of hydrogen bonds involving 13 water mol­ecules.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Cu2(C12H24N4O2)(C3H4N2)2(CH4O)2](ClO4)2 or [Cu2(dmoxpn)(HIm)2(CH3OH)2](ClO4)2, where dmoxpn is the dianion of N,N′‐bis­[3‐(dimethyl­amino)prop­yl]oxamide and HIm is imidazole, consists of a centrosymmetric trans‐oxamidate‐bridged copper(II) binuclear cation, having an inversion centre at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond, and two perchlorate anions. The CuII atom has square‐pyramidal coordination geometry involving two N atoms and an O atom from the dmoxpn ligand, an N atom from an imidazole ring, and an O atom from a methanol mol­ecule. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and imidazole π–π stacking inter­actions to form a three‐dimensional supra­molecular array.  相似文献

The title compounds, C15H16ClN2O+·Br·1.5H2O and C15H16BrN2O+·Br·1.5H2O, are isomorphous. The benzene ring is oriented nearly normal to the pyridine ring in both compounds. The molecular packing is mainly influenced by intermolecular O—H⋯O and O—H⋯Br interactions, as well as weak intramolecular C—H⋯O interactions. The H2OBr units form an extended water–bromide chain, with a bridging water mol­ecule on a twofold axis.  相似文献

Crystals of the title compound, [Cr(C4H5NO4)(C6H6N4S2)(H2O)]Cl·H2O, consist of CrIII complex cations, Cl counter‐ions and lattice water mol­ecules. The complex cation assumes an octahedral coordination geometry, formed by a tridentate imino­di­acetate dianion (IDA), a di­amino­bi­thia­zole (DABT) mol­ecule and a water mol­ecule. The planar DABT group chelates the CrIII ion with normal Cr—N distances [2.0574 (17) and 2.0598 (17) Å], but the DABT mol­ecule is inclined to the coordination plane by a dihedral angle of 17.23 (7)°. In the monodentate carboxylate groups of the IDA ion, the coordinated C—O bonds [1.288 (3) and 1.284 (3) Å] are much longer than the uncoordinated C—O bonds [1.222 (3) and 1.225 (3) Å].  相似文献

The title compound, {[Ag(C6H16N2)](C9H7O2)·2H2O}n, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The Ag atom is coordinated in a linear configuration by two N atoms from two hexane‐1,6‐­diamine ligands, giving a zigzag polymeric chain with an [–Ag—N—C—C—C—C—C—C—N–]n backbone running parallel to the c axis. In the crystal packing, adjacent chains interact with the anions via the lattice water mol­ecules, thus forming layers parallel to the bc plane.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C4H6N2O3)(C8H8N2)]·3H2O, the CuII atom is coordinated in a square‐planar manner by one O atom and three N atoms from glycylglycinate and 2‐methyl­benzimidazole ligands. The ternary complexes assemble into one‐dimensional chains through C—H⋯π inter­actions and direct N—H⋯O hydrogen bonding, as well as into hydrogen‐bonded water helices with branches which also link the complex chains into a three‐dimensional supra­molecular structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C9H12N2O)], the CuII atom is coordinated by two Cl anions and two N atoms of one O‐ethyl 3‐methyl­pyridine‐2‐carboximidic acid mol­ecule in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—N distances of 2.0483 (17) and 1.9404 (18) Å, and Cu—Cl distances of 2.2805 (10) and 2.2275 (14) Å. In addition, each CuII atom is connected by one Cl anion and the CuII atom from a neighbouring mol­ecule, with Cu⋯Cl and Cu⋯Cu distances of 2.9098 (13) and 3.4022 (12) Å, respectively, and, therefore, a centrosymmetric dimer is formed. Adjacent mol­ecular dimers are connected by π–π stacking inter­actions between pyridine rings to form a zigzag mol­ecular chain. In the title compound, [Sn(C6H5)2(C12H19N2)]Br·H2O, the SnIV atom lies on a twofold axis and is coordinated by a C and two N atoms from the 2,6‐bis­[(di­methyl­amino)­methyl]­phenyl ligand in a tridentate fashion and by two phenyl groups. The resulting geometry is intermediate between square pyramidal and trigonal bipyramidal, with three C atoms in equatorial and the two N atoms in axial positions. The main deformation from ideal trigonal‐bipyramidal geometry is seen for the N—Sn—N angle [152.18 (7)°]. The Br? anion and the water solvate mol­ecule are on an inversion centre and twofold axis, respectively. They form an infinite chain of Br?H—O—H?Br hydrogen bonds [Br?O 3.529 (2) Å] without contributing to the primary coordination sphere of the Sn atom.  相似文献

The title complex, [Ag2(C7H5O2)2(C18H18F2N2)]n, is a dinuclear silver(I) compound with one inversion centre between pairs of Ag atoms and another at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond in the butane‐1,4‐diamine moiety. Each of the smallest repeat units consists of two silver(I) cations, two benzoate anions and one N,N′‐bis(2‐fluorobenzyl­idene)­butane‐1,4‐di­amine Schiff base ligand. Each AgI ion is three‐coordinated in a trigonal configuration by two O atoms from two benzoate anions and one N atom from a Schiff base ligand. The di‐μ‐benzoato‐disilver(I) moieties are linked by the bridging Schiff base ligand, giving zigzag polymeric chains with an [–Ag⋯Ag—N—C—C—C—C—N–]n backbone running along the b axis.  相似文献
