The synthesis of a series of optically active N‐acetyl butenoates 3–5 is described using a facile methodology. These butenoates undergo cyclization to the corresponding N‐acetyl‐2‐alkyl‐pyrrolin‐4‐ones 6,7 retaining their stereochemical integrity. The structure of the newly synthesized compounds has been elucidated through 1H‐13C NMR, IR spectroscopy and their enantiomeric excesses have been measured by chiral HPLC analysis. 相似文献

The molecules of racemic 3‐benzoylmethyl‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H13NO3, (I), are linked by a combination of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds into a chain of centrosymmetric edge‐fused R22(10) and R44(12) rings. Five monosubstituted analogues of (I), namely racemic 3‐hydroxy‐3‐[(4‐methylbenzoyl)methyl]indolin‐2‐one, C17H15NO3, (II), racemic 3‐[(4‐fluorobenzoyl)methyl]‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H12FNO3, (III), racemic 3‐[(4‐chlorobenzoyl)methyl]‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H12ClNO3, (IV), racemic 3‐[(4‐bromobenzoyl)methyl]‐3‐hydroxyindolin‐2‐one, C16H12BrNO3, (V), and racemic 3‐hydroxy‐3‐[(4‐nitrobenzoyl)methyl]indolin‐2‐one, C16H12N2O5, (VI), are isomorphous in space group P. In each of compounds (II)–(VI), a combination of N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds generates a chain of centrosymmetric edge‐fused R22(8) and R22(10) rings, and these chains are linked into sheets by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. No two of the structures of (II)–(VI) exhibit the same combination of weak hydrogen bonds of C—H...O and C—H...π(arene) types. The molecules of racemic 3‐hydroxy‐3‐(2‐thienylcarbonylmethyl)indolin‐2‐one, C14H11NO3S, (VII), form hydrogen‐bonded chains very similar to those in (II)–(VI), but here the sheet formation depends upon a weak π–π stacking interaction between thienyl rings. Comparisons are drawn between the crystal structures of compounds (I)–(VII) and those of some recently reported analogues having no aromatic group in the side chain. 相似文献

N‐Substituted isothiazol‐3(2H)‐ones can be easily prepared from N‐substituted 3‐benzoylpropi‐onamides in two experimentally simple steps, in satisfactory overall yields. Reaction of the amides with excess thionyl chloride results in the formation of N‐substituted 5‐benzoylisothiazol‐3(2H)‐ones, which are readily debenzoylated with alkali to the corresponding N‐substituted isothiazol‐3(2H)‐ones. This method has now been successfully applied to the synthesis of isothiazolones N‐substituted with a bulky alkyl group, such as the tert‐butyl group, and with a phenyl group bearing either a strong electron‐withdrawing substituent, such as the 3‐nitrophenyl and 4‐nitrophenyl group, or an electron‐releasing substituent, such as the 4‐methylphenyl and 4‐methoxyphenyl group. 相似文献

Two isoindolin‐1‐one derivatives, (Z)‐3‐benzylidene‐N‐phenylisoindolin‐1‐one, C21H15NO, (II), and (Z)‐3‐benzylidene‐N‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)isoindolin‐1‐one, C22H17NO2, (III), were synthesized by the palladium‐catalysed heteroannulation. The molecules of both compounds have a Z configuration. The interplanar angles between the five‐ and six‐membered rings of the isoindolinone moiety in (II) and (III) are 1.66 (11) and 2.26 (7)°, respectively. The phenyl rings at the N‐position in (II) and (III) are twisted out of the C4N ring plane by 62.77 (11) and 67.10 (7)°, respectively. The substitutions at the N and C‐3 positions of the isoindolinone system have little influence on the molecular dimensions of the resulting compounds. 相似文献

Starting from 1H‐pyrazol, a wide number of 1‐alkyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl and 1‐alkyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐ylboronic acids and their pinacol esters were synthesized and characterized. The key step in the described methodology is the regioselective lithiation of the pyrazole ring. The synthesized pinacolates are stable under prolonged storage and can be used as convenient reagents in organic synthesis. 相似文献

Reduction of the Michael addition products of anions of nitro compounds to dimethyl maleate led to the spontaneous formation of the respective 2‐alkyl‐5‐oxopyrrolidine‐3‐carboxylic acid methyl esters. Conventional hydrolysis of the later gave the desired compounds. 相似文献

The X‐ray crystal structure of the title compound, [Zn(C2H5)(C24H40BN6)], or TptBu,MeZnEt [TptBu,Me is tris(3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐methylpyrazolyl)hydridoborate], reveals a distorted tetrahedral geometry around the Zn atom. The Zn center is coordinated by three N atoms of the borate ligand and by one C atom of the ethyl group. The present structure and other tetrahedral Tp zinc alkyl complexes are compared with similar Ttz ligands (Ttz is 1,2,4‐triazolylborate), but no major differences in the structures are noted, and it can be assumed that variation of the substitution pattern of Tp or Ttz ligands has little or no influence on the geometry of alkylzinc complexes. Refinement of the structure is complicated by a combination of metric pseudosymmetry and twinning. The metrics of the structure could also be represented in a double‐volume C‐centered orthorhombic unit cell, and the structure is twinned by one of the orthorhombic symmetry operators not present in the actual structure. The twinning lies on the borderline between pseudomerohedral and nonmerohedral. The data were refined as being nonmerohedrally twinned, pseudomerohedrally twinned and untwinned. None of the approaches yielded results that were unambiguously better than any of the others: the best fit between structural model and data was observed using the nonmerohedral approach which also yielded the best structure quality indicators, but the data set is less than 80% complete due to rejected data. The pseudomerohedral and the untwinned structures are complete, but relatively large residual electron densities that are not close to the metal center are found with values up to three times higher than in the nonmerohedral approach. 相似文献

Facile and efficient methods for the synthesis of 3‐benzylquinoxalin‐2(1H)‐ones and thiazolo[3,4‐a]quinoxalin‐4(5H)‐ones by the reaction of the readily available 3‐(α‐chlorobenzyl)quinoxalin‐2(1H)‐ones and thiourea have been developed, with multiple roles of the latter. Possible mechanisms are discussed. These two‐step sequences can be performed in a one‐pot manner to produce the desired products in moderate to high yields. 相似文献

The 1H and 13C nmr spectra of the rotational isomers 3a and 3b of 6‐N‐methyl‐N‐formylaminomefhyl)‐thioquinanthrene were completely assigned with a combination of 1D and 2D nmr techniques. The key‐parts of this methodology were long‐range proton‐carbon correlations and NOE experiments with N‐methyl‐N‐formylaminomethyl substituent. The X‐ray study of 4‐methyl‐2‐N‐methyl‐N‐formylaminomethyl)quinoline 4a as well as 1H and 13C nmr spectra show that N‐methyl‐N‐formylaminomethyl substituent in 4a and 4b has a different steric arrangement than the same substituent in 3a and 3b . 相似文献

In the title compound, C15H20N2O, the bond distances and angles are consistent with the presence of the hydroxy tautomer. This tautomer was unambiguously determined by the clear presence of a H atom bonded to oxygen, as well as the total absence of any residual electron density around the N atom in the heterocycle, thus precluding any possibility of desmotropism. 相似文献

The polymerization of α‐N‐(α′‐methylbenzyl) β‐ethyl itaconamate derived from racemic α‐methylbenzylamine (RS‐MBEI) by initiation with dimethyl 2,2′‐azobisisobutyrate (MAIB) was studied in methanol kinetically and with ESR spectroscopy. The overall activation energy of polymerization was calculated to be 47 kJ/mol, a very low value. The polymerization rate (Rp ) at 60 °C was expressed by Rp = k[MAIB]0.5±0.05[RS‐MBEI]2.9±0.1. The rate constants of propagation (kp ) and termination (kt ) were determined by ESR. kp was very low, ranging from 0.3 to 0.8 L/mol s, and increased with the monomer concentration, whereas kt (4–17 × l04 L/mol s) decreased with the monomer concentration. Such behaviors of kp and kt were responsible for the high dependence of Rp on the monomer concentration. Rp depended considerably on the solvent used. S‐MBEI, derived from (S)‐α‐methylbenzylamine, showed somewhat lower homopolymerizability than RS‐MBEI. The kp value of RS‐MBEI at 60 °C in benzene was 1.5 times that of S‐MBEI. Reaction of (4E)‐4‐arylmethylene‐3,4‐dihydro‐1‐benzothiepin‐5(2H)‐ones 3a‐e with nitrilimines (generated in situ via triethylamine dehydrohalogenation of the corresponding hydrazonoyl chlorides 4a, b ) in refluxing benzene, afforded 2′,4′,5′‐triaryl‐2,2′,3,4′‐tetrahydro‐spiro[1‐benzothiepine‐4(5H),3′(3H)‐pyrazol]‐5‐ones 5a‐i and not the isomeric forms spiro[1‐benzothiepine‐4(5H),4′(4H)‐pyrazol]‐5‐ones 6 in high regioselective manner.
