In the crystal structure of the title compound, 4‐cyano‐N‐(4‐methoxy­benzyl­idene)­phenyl­amine N‐oxide, C15H12N2O2, the 4‐methoxy­phenyl is approximately coplanar with the nitrone moiety but significantly rotated with respect to the 4‐cyano­phenyl moiety. The extent of this rotation is significantly different for the two crystallographically independent mol­ecules of the asymmetric unit [dihedral angles of 19.4 (1) and 26.5 (1)°]. The geometry about the C=N bond is Z. The two mol­ecules are related to one another by a pseudo inversion centre.  相似文献

The title compound, a prototypical chiral molecule based on a tetraarylmethane framework, has been synthesized in five steps from (2‐pyridyl)‐(3‐pyridyl)ketone. X‐ray crystallographic analysis revealed the tetraarylmethane framework of the molecule but did not determine the positions of the nitrogen atoms because the crystal is a racemic compound and the aryl groups are disordered in the crystal. The optical resolution of the title compound was achieved by chiral HPLC with a Chiralcel OD column. The CD spectra of the two fractions in acetonitrile exhibited opposite signs as expected for a pair of enantiomers. Their CD spectra are changed in 2 M HCl due to protonation. The calculated CD curve for the target molecule based on time‐dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) reproduces the experimental result very well, thus suggesting that the first eluted fraction is the R isomer in terms of absolute configuration.  相似文献

In bis­[1‐(3‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) (the Cu atom occupies a centre of inversion), [Cu(C9H8NO2)2], (I), and bis­[1‐(4‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) methanol solvate, [Cu(C9H8NO2)2]·CH3OH, (II), the O,O′‐chelating diketonate ligands support square‐planar coordination of the metal ions [Cu—O = 1.948 (1)–1.965 (1) Å]. Weaker Cu⋯N inter­actions [2.405 (2)–2.499 (2) Å], at both axial sides, occur between symmetry‐related bis­(1‐pyridylbutane‐1,3‐dion­ato)copper(II) mol­ecules. This causes their self‐organization into two‐dimensional square‐grid frameworks, with uniform [6.48 Å for (I)] or alternating [4.72 and 6.66 Å for (II)] inter­layer separations. Guest methanol mol­ecules in (II) reside between the distal layers and form weak hydrogen bonds to coordinated O atoms [O⋯O = 3.018 (4) Å].  相似文献

Molecules of the title compound (alternative name p‐methoxybenzaldehyde 2‐pyridyl­hydrazone), C13H13N3O, adopt an E configuration about the azomethine C=N double bond. Molecules are almost planar, the dihedral angle between the pyridine and methoxy­phenyl rings being only 6.19 (12)°. Pairwise N—H⃛N hydrogen bonds [R(8) in graph‐set notation] link centrosymmetrically related mol­ecules into discrete pairs.  相似文献

The reactions of 1‐formyl‐3‐methoxycarbonylazulene ( 1 ) with acetophenones 3a‐e gave 1‐(3‐aryl‐3‐oxopropenyl)‐3‐methoxycarbonylazulenes 4a‐e which reacted with malononitrile in the presence of sodium methoxide to afford 1‐(2‐aryl‐4‐pyridyl)‐3‐methoxycarbonylazulenes 9a‐d , except for 4′‐nitro‐substituted compounds. Heating of the compounds 9a‐d in 100% phosphoric acid yielded 1‐(2‐aryl‐4‐pyridyl)azulenes 10a‐d . In a similar manner, 1‐(4‐aryl‐2‐pyridyl)azulenes 12a‐1 and 1‐[4‐(2‐furyl)‐ and 4‐(2‐thienyl)‐2‐pyridyl)]azulenes 14a,b were obtained.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, C9H8N4, comprises non‐planar mol­ecules that associate via pyrimidine N—H?N dimer R(8) hydrogen‐bonding associations [N?N 3.1870 (17) Å] and form linear hydrogen‐bonded chains via a pyrimidine N—H?N(pyridyl) interaction [N?N 3.0295 (19) Å]. The dihedral angle between the two rings is 24.57 (5)°. The structure of the 1:1 adduct with 4‐amino­benzoic acid, C9H8N4·C7H7NO2, exhibits a hydrogen‐bond­ing network involving COOH?N(pyridyl) [O?N 2.6406 (17) Å], pyrimidine N—H?N [N?N 3.0737 (19) and 3.1755 (18) Å] and acid N—H?O interactions [N?O 3.0609 (17) and 2.981 (2) Å]. The dihedral angle between the two linked rings of the base is 38.49 (6)° and the carboxyl­ic acid group binds to the stronger base group in contrast to the (less basic) complementary hydrogen‐bonding site.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, C14H12N4O3, shows that the stereochemistry about the N=N double bond of the N=N—N(H) moiety is trans. The whole mol­ecule is almost planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.0654 Å), the interplanar angle between the phenyl rings being 0.7 (1)° and the largest interplanar angle being that between the phenyl ring and the nitro group of the 4‐nitro­phenyl substituent [11.5 (2)°]. Intermolecular N—H⋯O interactions between mol­ecules related by translation give rise to chains along the [110] and [10] directions, and these chains are held together by N⋯O π–π interactions. An unequal distribution of the double‐bond character among the N atoms suggests a delocalization of π electrons over the diazo­amine group and the adjacent aryl substituents.  相似文献

The title di­sulfonyl‐stabilized pyridinium yl­ide, C5H5N+–C(SO2C6H5)2 or C18H15NO4S2, contains a near planar NCS2 core. The structure suggests that the formal negative charge of the yl­ide C atom is delocalized to the S atoms rather than the N atom. The title copper(II) complex, [Cu(C22H18N6)2](ClO4)2·2C2H3N, comprises two neutral substituted tris­(pyrazol‐1‐yl)­methane ligands bonded to a central CuII ion, which is positioned on a crystallographic inversion center. Six Cu—N bonds are arranged in a distorted octa­hedral fashion. The unsubstituted pyrazole rings on each ligand are oriented trans with respect to each other, inter­digitated with the two 3‐phenyl­pyrazole rings of the other ligand.  相似文献

One half of the mol­ecule of the title complex, [Mn(C14H13N4S)2], is related to the other half by a twofold axis passing through the Mn atom. This high‐spin Mn atom is six‐coordinated, in an octahedral geometry, by the azomethine N, the pyridyl N and the thiol­ate S atom of two planar 1‐­(pyridin‐2‐yl)­ethanone N(4)‐phenyl­thio­semicarbazone lig­ands. (Z)‐3‐(1H‐Indol‐3‐yl)‐2‐(3‐thienyl)­acrylo­nitrile, C15H10N2S, (I), and (Z)‐3‐[1‐(4‐tert‐butyl­benzyl)‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl]‐2‐(3‐thienyl)­acrylo­nitrile, C26H24N2S, (II), were prepared by base‐catalyzed reactions of the corresponding indole‐3‐carbox­aldehyde with thio­phene‐3‐aceto­nitrile. 1H/13C NMR spectral data and X‐ray crystal structures of compounds (I) and (II) are presented. The olefinic bond connecting the indole and thio­phene moieties has Z geometry in both cases, and the mol­ecules crystallize in space groups P21/c and C2/c for (I) and (II), respectively. Slight thienyl ring‐flip disorder (ca 5.6%) was observed and modeled for (I).  相似文献

Reaction of pyridoin with nickel nitrate in methanol in air gives crystals of two forms of the title compound, [Ni(C12H9N2O3)2]; a triclinic form with the Ni atom on an inversion centre and a monoclinic form with one mol­ecule in a general position in the asymmetric unit. Both forms show an octahedral nickel centre coordinated by two facial tridentate ligands with their O‐atom donors trans.  相似文献

In both 1‐(2‐cyano­ethyl)thymine [systematic name: 3‐(5‐methyl‐2,4‐dioxo‐1,2,3,4‐tetra­hydro­pyrimidin‐1‐yl)propane­nitrile], C8H9N3O2, (I), and 1‐(3‐cyano­propyl)thymine [systematic name: 4‐(5‐methyl‐2,4‐dioxo‐1,2,3,4‐tetra­hydro­pyrimidin‐1‐yl)butane­nitrile], C9H11N3O2, (II), the core of the supra­molecular structure is formed by centrosymmetric dimers generated by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Further weak hydrogen bonds of C—H⋯O and C—H⋯N types generate mol­ecular tapes and sheets that resemble those in uracil and its methyl derivatives. The steric hindrance that arises from the cyano­alkyl substituents perturbs the conformations of the tapes and sheets.  相似文献

The title compound, raloxifene hydro­chloride, C28H28NO4S+·Cl?, belongs to the benzo­thio­phene class of antiosteoporotic drugs. In the molecular cation, the 2‐phenol ring sustains a dihedral angle of 45.3 (1)° relative to the benzo­[b]­thio­phene system. The benzo­[b]­thio­phene and phenyl ring planes are twisted with respect to the carbonyl plane, with the smallest twist component occurring between the phenyl and carbonyl planes. The N atom bears the positive charge in the molecular cation and the piperidine ring adopts an almost perfect chair conformation. The Cl? anion is involved in the formation of N—H?Cl and O—H?Cl intermolecular hydrogen bonds, which lead to the formation of a layer of molecular cations.  相似文献

A new type of benzo­thia­zolinone derivative with potential pharmacological activity, viz. 6‐(3,4‐di­fluoro­benzoyl)‐3‐[2‐(4‐pyridyl)­ethyl]‐1,3‐benzo­thia­zol‐2(3H)‐one, C21H14F2N2O2S, has been prepared and studied by NMR, IR and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction techniques. The mol­ecule is not planar, the pyridine and di­fluoro­benzene moieties being located above and below the benzo­thia­zole ring system. The carbonyl O atoms are involved in an intramolecular hydrogen‐bond‐type interaction.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C7H8NO3S)2(H2O)4], has an octahedral coordination around the central Zn atom composed of two axial N atoms from the pyridine ligands and four equatorial O atoms of water mol­ecules, forming a monomeric centrosymmetric complex. The two Zn—N bond distances are 2.102 (3) Å, while the four Zn—O bond distances range from 2.114 (2) to 2.167 (2) Å. Packing is determined by hydrogen bonds formed by the water mol­ecules. In the mol­ecule of the title compound, C16H13BrO, the two benzene rings are rotated in opposite directions with respect to the central C—C=C—C part of the mol­ecule. The phenone O atom deviates from the least‐squares plane of the mol­ecule by 0.300 (3) Å. In the crystal structure, mol­ecules are paired through C—H⋯π interactions. The molecular pairs along [001] are hydrogen bonded through three translation‐related co‐operative hydrogen bonds in the `bay area', forming molecular chains, which are further hydrogen bonded through C—H⋯Br weak interactions, forming (010) molecular layers. In the third direction, there are only weak van der Waals interactions. The co‐operative hydrogen bonds in the `bay area' are discussed briefly.  相似文献
