建立了一种专属、灵敏的同时测定黄酒和葡萄酒中安赛蜜、糖精、甜蜜素、阿斯巴甜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、甜菊糖苷、纽甜和脱氢乙酸等9种防腐剂和甜味剂的超快速液相色谱-串联质谱(UFLC-MS/MS)分析方法。不同类型的黄酒和葡萄酒经纯水稀释后,以乙腈和0.01%三氟乙酸-2.5 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液为流动相,采用梯度洗脱方式在Shim-pack XR-ODSII色谱柱(100 mm×2.0 mm, 2.2 μm)上进行分离,以电喷雾负离子多反应监测(MRM)模式进行质谱分析。实验表明,9种防腐剂和甜味剂在检测范围内均具有良好的线性关系(r2>0.998);方法的检出限(以信噪比大于3计)为0.03~15.0 μg/L,定量限(以信噪比大于10计)为0.1~50.0 μg/L;在黄酒中的回收率为96.2%~100.5%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)为0.6%~5.4%;在葡萄酒中的回收率为96.0%~104.0%, RSDs为0.7%~4.8%。同时研究了这9种防腐剂和甜味剂的二级质谱特征,阐释了其二级质谱裂解途径。本方法灵敏度高、重现性好、分析速度快,可用于黄酒和葡萄酒中防腐剂和甜味剂的快速确证检测。  相似文献

An efficient and accurate analytical method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 20 synthetic food additives, including three sweeteners,seven food colorants,nine synthetic preservatives and caffeine,by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with photodiode array detector(PDA).This method permits the detection of food additives at very low concentrations(0.005-0.150μg/mL).The applicability was verified by the determination of food additives present in various foodstuffs.  相似文献

建立了食品中6种人工合成甜味剂(甜蜜素、糖精钠、安赛蜜、阿斯巴甜、阿力甜、纽甜)的高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法。样品经甲醇-水溶液(1:1, v/v)提取,以C18柱为分离柱,0.1%(v/v)甲酸-5 mmol/L甲酸铵溶液/乙腈为流动相,经高效液相色谱分离,采用电喷雾串联四极杆质谱进行检测。结果表明,6种人工合成甜味剂在20~500 μg/L范围内定量离子对的响应峰面积和样品质量浓度之间有良好的线性关系(相关系数>0.998)。在3个添加水平下,样品平均回收率为81.3%~106.0%,相对标准偏差小于11%。该方法简单、灵敏、准确,可用于食品中6种人工合成甜味剂的同时检测。  相似文献

建立了亲水相互作用色谱-三重四极杆质谱(HILIC-MS/MS)同时测定液体食品中6种人工合成甜味剂和8种甜菊糖苷类天然甜味剂的分析方法。样品经Waters Xbridge Amide色谱柱(150 mm×5.0 mm,3.5 μm)分离,以乙腈-10 mmol/L甲酸铵溶液(65:35,v/v)为流动相,流速为0.4 mL/min,柱温为35℃,然后以电喷雾电离(ESI)源,在多反应监测(MRM)、负离子模式下进行三重四极杆质谱检测。14种甜味剂在各自的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995,检出限为0.03~0.7 mg/kg,定量限为0.1~2.2 mg/kg。在2、5和20 mg/kg添加水平下,14种甜味剂的平均回收率为80.8%~108.7%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~7.7%(n=6)。该方法样品前处理操作简单,准确度高,灵敏度高,可用于液体食品中14种甜味剂的同时测定。  相似文献

建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱快速检测食品中安赛蜜、糖精钠、甜蜜素、三氯蔗糖、阿斯巴甜、阿力甜、纽甜、甘素及新橙皮甙二氢查尔酮等9种人工合成甜味剂的方法。样品中的甜味剂经三乙胺缓冲溶液(pH 4.5)提取,采用亲水亲脂平衡填料固相萃取柱净化,经Phenomenex Knietex® F5色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.6 μm)分离,以0.1%(v/v)甲酸-5 mmol/L甲酸铵溶液和甲醇为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,以电喷雾离子源正负离子切换多反应监测(MRM)模式进行质谱检测。采用内标法定量,进一步降低样品基质效应的影响。结果表明:本方法在去除样品基质干扰方面取得良好效果,9种甜味剂的检出限和定量限分别在2~30 μg/L和6~100 μg/L之间,在各自的线性范围内线性关系良好(相关系数r2>0.999)。9种甜味剂空白样品在3个水平下的加标回收率在86.3%~106.3%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.2%~5.9%之间。本方法快捷、高效、准确可靠,可用于复杂食品基质中9种人工合成甜味剂的快速检测。  相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测仪(HPLC-ELSD)同时检测食品中安赛蜜、糖精钠、甜蜜素、三氯蔗糖和阿斯巴甜5种甜味剂的方法。甜味剂经0.1%(v/v)甲酸缓冲液提取后,利用C18固相萃取小柱净化浓缩,以3 μm C18柱为分离柱,0.1%(v/v)甲酸(氨水调节pH=3.5)-甲醇(61:39, v/v)为流动相,经高效液相色谱法分离,蒸发光散射检测器进行检测。结果表明,5种甜味剂在30~1000 mg/L的范围内,具有良好的线性关系(相关系数大于0.997);在3个添加水平下,样品的平均回收率为85.6%~109.0%,相对标准偏差小于4.0%;方法检出限(LOD,信噪比(S/N)=3)分别为安赛蜜2.5 mg/L、糖精钠3 mg/L、甜蜜素10 mg/L、三氯蔗糖2.5 mg/L及阿斯巴甜5 mg/L。该方法简单、灵敏、操作成本低,可用于不同形态食品中多种甜味剂的同时检测。  相似文献

通过简单的搅拌共混方式制备了磁性氨基功能化的金属有机骨架化合物(MOFs)材料,得到的复合材料磁性和热稳定性良好,比表面积大,被用于不同极性防腐剂(苯甲酸、山梨酸、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯和对羟基苯甲酸丁酯)的萃取。优化磁固相萃取及解吸条件后,将解吸液引入高效液相色谱-紫外检测分析仪器,采用Purospher® STAR LP C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)分离,以甲醇-10 mmol/L醋酸铵水溶液(50:50,v/v)为流动相进行梯度洗脱。结果表明,目标防腐剂的检出限为0.51~1.89 μg/L;苏打水、维生素饮料和方便面面饼中目标防腐剂的加标回收率为72.2%~109%。该方法简单快速,准确可靠,适用于饮料和食品中不同极性防腐剂的分析,为食品安全及质量监控提供了有效的技术有段。  相似文献

A micellar electrokinetic capillary method for the simultaneous determination of the sweeteners dulcin, aspartame, saccharin, and acesulfame-K and the preservatives sorbic acid; benzoic acid; sodium dehydroacetate; and methyl-, ethyl-, propyl-, isopropyl-, butyl-, and isobutyl-p-hydroxybenzoate in preserved fruits is developed. These additives are ion-paired and extracted using sonication followed by solid-phase extraction from the sample. Separation is achieved using a 57-cm fused-silica capillary with a buffer comprised of 0.05 M sodium deoxycholate, 0.02 M borate-phosphate buffer (pH 8.6), and 5% acetonitrile, and the wavelength for detection is 214 nm. The average recovery rate for all sweeteners and preservatives is approximately 90% with good reproducibility, and the detection limits range from 10 to 25 microg/g. Fifty preserved fruit samples are analyzed for the content of sweeteners and preservatives. The sweeteners found in 28 samples was aspartame (0.17-11.59 g/kg) or saccharin (0.09-5.64 g/kg). Benzoic acid (0.02-1.72 g/kg) and sorbic acid (0.27-1.15 g/kg) were found as preservatives in 29 samples.  相似文献

建立了毛细管区带电泳法测定饮料中酸性红92、专利蓝V、荧光素二钠、酸性红1、靛蓝胭脂红、亮黑、丽春红6R、日落黄、苋菜红、柠檬黄等10种人工合成色素和苯甲酸、山梨酸、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯等6种防腐剂的分析方法。考察了缓冲溶液种类、浓度、pH值及运行电压、温度等对分离的影响,确定最佳电泳条件为: 未涂层弹性石英毛细管柱(46 cm×50 μm),缓冲溶液为70 mmol/L硼酸(pH=9.5)(含体积分数为4%的乙腈),检测波长220 nm,电泳电压30 kV,进样时间5 s,电泳温度25 ℃。该法用于测定市售饮料样品得到满意结果: 在1~250 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数不小于0.9938,回收率在95.8%与108.7%之间。该法简便、准确,能够满足食品添加剂的常规检测要求。  相似文献

利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)结合凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)技术,建立了一种快速分离和测定皮革制品中7种尼泊金酯类防腐剂的分析方法。样品经超声提取、浓缩、GPC净化,甲醇-水溶液(1:1, v/v)溶解,采用Acquity UPLCBEH C18柱(50 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7 μm)分离,以甲醇和水为流动相,梯度洗脱,电喷雾负离子模式电离,采用多反应监测模式检测和外标法定量。该方法在0.1~1.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r>0.99);在添加量为0.5~3.0 mg/kg时,平均回收率为(79.44±5.67)%~(98.07±9.50)%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.24%~14.00%;方法的检出限(LOD)为4~12 μg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为13.2~39.6 μg/kg。该方法操作简便、快捷、灵敏、准确,适合皮革中多种尼泊金酯类防腐剂的确证和定量测定。  相似文献

Finger paint is a remarkable product of modern chemistry. The main components are polysaccharides of plant or semi‐synthetic origin or non‐toxic polyglycols as binders, mineral carbonates, or oxides as fillers, pigments, and/or dyes, and preservatives that delay microbiological spoilage. Since 2002 the composition has been strictly controlled under European Law especially in regard to which pigments, dyes, and preservatives are allowed. All constituents in finger paint can be regarded as safe and most of them are used in cosmetics and as food additives. In summary, finger paint is totally safe in the hands of our children.  相似文献

建立了测定葡萄酒中安赛蜜、糖精钠、甜蜜素、阿斯巴甜和纽甜等5种人工合成甜味剂的高效液相色谱-电喷雾电离串联质谱(HPLC-ESI MS/MS)分析方法。采用Ultimate C18色谱柱,对流动相的组成、柱温以及质谱的各种参数进行了优化和探讨。结果表明,以含0.1%(体积分数)甲酸的20 mmol/L甲酸铵缓冲液(pH 3.8)和甲醇为流动相,梯度洗脱,柱温为45 ℃下,可以在5 min内完成5种人工合成甜味剂的基线分离。在ESI负离子模式下,采用多反应监测模式进行测定时,安赛蜜、糖精钠、甜蜜素、阿斯巴甜和纽甜的检出限分别为0.6、5、1、0.8和0.2 μg/L,回收率为87.2%~103%,相对标准偏差不高于1.2%。该方法快捷、准确,灵敏度高,可用于葡萄酒及其他复杂基质食品中低剂量、复合甜味剂的测定。  相似文献

Today it is common to find samples with various additives from several families. This is the case of sweeteners, preservatives and antioxidants. We have selected a set of additives broadly used in foods and cosmetics with an ample variety of polarities, namely: aspartame (AS), acesulfame (AK)/saccharin (SA), metylparaben (MP), ethylparaben (EP), propylparaben (PP), butylparaben (BP), propylgallate (PG) and butylhydroxyanysole (BA). The monolithic column used as separative system is a 5 mm commercial precolumn of silica C18 coupled to a flow injection manifold working with a peristaltic pump. The mixture was separated in only 400 s with resolution factors greater than 1.1 in all cases. To achieve the separation in the FIA system we used two carriers: first, a mixture of ACN/water buffered with 10 mM pH 6.0 phosphate buffer and second, a methanol:water mixture to improve the carrier strength and speed up the more apolar analytes at 3.5 mL min−1. Detection is accomplished by means of a diode array spectrometer at the respective wavelength of each compound. The comparison of the analytical parameters obtained for this procedure with a standard HPLC method validates our new method, obtaining a method that is quick, with high repeatability and reproducibility and with good resolution between analytes. We have successfully applied the method to real food and cosmetics samples.  相似文献

The application of QuEChERS (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged and Safe) extraction procedure has recently received significant attention, particularly for quantifying food additives in complex food matrices. A reliable analytical method based on QuEChERS extraction, UV spectroscopic measurement at 200–320 nm and partial least square regression PLS1 was outlined to determine two classes of preservatives in different processed food products. Examined additives were sodium benzoate SB, potassium sorbate PS, propylparaben PP, and methylparaben MP which showed highly overlapping UV spectra. The method indicated high detection of preservatives down to 1.1–2.4 mg/kg, recoveries between 97 and 102%, and RSD ≤ 7.0%. The efficient extraction of preservatives by QuEChERS from real matrices has improved the snentivity of spectral measurement and the detection of the analytical procedure. Methylparaben, MP, was detected in most samples with levels of 24.5, 74.3 and 393.7 mg/kg in liquid drinks, corn flakes, and soya sauce, respectively. The levels of preservatives were found to be within the regulated limits in all tested items. The outlined QuEChERS along with PLS1 calibration of spectroscopic data is proved to be a suitable alternative for liquid chromatography to monitor different types of preservatives in complex food matrices. The validity of the proposed method was checked against standard liquid chromatography.  相似文献

Summary A capillary electrophoresis method for the separation and determination of five synthetic dyes used in pharmaceutical preparations, cosmetics and as food additives is described. The dyes, fluorescein, dichlorofluorescein, Rose Bengal erythrosine and eosine are well separated in less than 12 min using an electrolyte of 50 mM phosphate buffer (pH 7.5), 10 mM β-cyclodextrin and 5% (v/v) methanol. A linear relationship between concentration and peak area for each dye was obtained in the concentration range 0.3–500 μg mL−1, with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.999. Intra- and inter-day precision of about 0.2–2.6% RSD (n=11) and 4.9–9.7% RSD (n=30), respectively, were obtained. The method has been used for determining the purity of fluorescein and erythrosine in practical samples.  相似文献

Summary A paired-ion, reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the simultaneous determination of sweeteners (dulcin, saccharin-Na and acesulfame-K), preservatives (sodium dehydroacetate, sorbic acid, salicyclic acid, benzoic acid, succinic acid, methyl-para-hydroxybenzoic acid, ethylpara-hydroxybenzoic acid, n-propyl-para-hydroxybenzoic acid, isopropyl-para-hydroxybenzoic acid, n-butyl-para-hydroxybenzoic acid, and isobutyl-para-hydroxybenzoic acid), and antioxidants (3-tertiary-butyl-4-hydroxyanisole and tertiary-butyl-hydroquinone). A mobile phase of acetonitrile-50 mM aqueous -hydroxy-isobutyric acid solution (pH 4.5) (2.2 3.4 or 2.4 3.6, v/v) containing 2.5 mM hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide and a C18 column with a flow rate at 1.0 mL/min and detection at 233 nm were used. This method was found to be very reproducible with detection limits ranged from 0.15 to 3.00 g. The retention factor (k) of each additive could be affected by concentrations of hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide and -hydroxyisobutyric acid, and pH and ratio of mobile phase. The presence of additives in some food samples was determined.  相似文献

A rapid capillary electrophoresis method was developed simultaneously to determine artificial sweeteners, preservatives and colours used as additives in carbonated soft drinks. Resolution between all additives occurring together in soft drinks was successfully achieved within a 15-min run-time by employing the micellar electrokinetic chromatography mode with a 20 mM carbonate buffer at pH 9.5 as the aqueous phase and 62 mM sodium dodecyl sulfate as the micellar phase. By using a diode-array detector to monitor the UV-visible range (190-600 nm), the identity of sample components, suggested by migration time, could be confirmed by spectral matching relative to standards.  相似文献
