Abstract Benzothiophene -2- carbaldehyde 1 reacted with 2-cyanoethanethioamide 2 in 1:2 molar ratios to give the corresponding 6-amino-4-(benzo[b]thiophen-2-yl)-2-thioxo-1, 2-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarbonitrile 6. The synthetic potentiality of compound 6 was investigated via its reaction with active halogen-containing reagents to afford the corresponding thieno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives 11a,b, 14, 16, and 19. Also, compound 6 reacted with hydrazine hydrate to give the pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivative 21. Compound 21 condensed with 4-(2-thienyl)benzaldehyde to afford pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivative 23. Structural elucidation of all the newly synthesized heterocyclic compounds was based on elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR, and mass spectra. Supplemental materials are available for this article. Abstract The reactions of 2-cyanomethyl-1-methyl-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine with isothiocyanates, nitroso compounds, acid chlorides, and thioglycolic acid were investigated. New imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine derivatives with various substituents in 2-position and derivatives of the new pyrrolo[2′,1′:2,3]imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine ring system were synthesized. The title compounds have been synthesized via a three-component reaction and their structures were characterized by IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal of compound 4a belongs to monoclinic, space group P121/c1 with a = 8.575(3), b = 9.590(3), c = 21.431(6)A, β = 91.172(3)°, V = 1762.1(9)A^3, Mr = 393.36, Z = 4, Dc= 1.483 g/cm^3, μ(MoKα) = 0.113 mm^-1, F(000) = 816, the final R = 0.0366 and wR = 0.0941. The crystal of compound 4b is of triclinic, space group P-1 with a = 8.6420(17), b = 9.761(2), c = 11.132(2) A, α = 97.51(3), β = 97.86(3), γ = 92.85(3)°, V = 920.1(3) A^3, Mr = 393.36, Z = 2, Dc = 1.420 g/cm^3, μ(MoKα) = 0.108 mm^-1, F(000) = 408, the final R = 0.0612 and wR = 0.1781. In each molecular structure, the naphthalene rings and pyran rings are almost coplanar with the latter in an envelope conformation. The rings formed by the N-H…O intramolecular hydrogen bonds are almost planar in these compounds. Their crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular hydrogen bonds together with C-H…π and π-π stacking interactions. 相似文献

The reaction of 4-chloro-2-methylquinolines and 1-naphthylamine under neat conditions yielded 2-methyl-N-(1-naphthyl)quinolin-4-amines. These potential intermediates on reaction with aliphatic and aromatic carboxylic acids yielded the respective 7-alkyl and -aryl substituted benzo[h]naphtho[1,2-b][1,6]naphthyridines. 以2-甲基苯甲酰甲酸甲酯为起始原料, 通过与甲氧基胺的盐酸盐、甲胺、N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)和1H-1,2,4-三氮唑钠反应合成了两个系列共计22个2-{2-[3-(取代苯基)-3-氧代-2-1,2,4-三唑-1-基-丙基]-苯基}-2-甲氧亚氨基乙酸甲酯和乙酰甲胺类的衍生物. 经IR, 1H NMR和MS对目标化合物进行了结构表征. 用浓度为 10 µg8226;mL-1的目标化合物进行了初步离体杀菌活性试验, 结果表明: Ha4, Ha5, Ha7对油菜菌核病有杀菌活性; Ha2, Hb8对小麦纹枯病有杀菌活性; Hb4对蔬菜灰霉病有杀菌活性; Hb4, Hb5对小麦赤霉病和小麦纹枯病均有杀菌活性. 相似文献

应用芳基异氰酸酯与烯基膦亚胺1的氮杂Wittig反应,得到的碳二亚胺2,再与水合肼作用得到氨基咪唑啉酮衍生物4.而后用4与芳基异氰酸酯(或酰氯)、三苯基膦、六氯乙烷和三乙胺"一锅"反应,得到4,5-二氢咪唑并[1,2-b]-1',2',4'-三唑-4-酮衍生物6或7.探讨了所合成新型稠杂环化合物的生物活性,结果表明部分化合物表现出良好的杀菌活性.如7c在50mg/L浓度时,对棉花枯萎菌、稻瘟菌、黄瓜灰霉菌和油菜菌核菌的抑制率均达100%. 相似文献
