The polarographic behavior of gemfibrozil is investigated in 0.2 mol L?1 KH2PO4‐Na2HPO4 (pH 5.8±0.1)‐8% ethanol supporting electrolyte in the absence and the presence of dissolved oxygen. The results demonstrate that the polarographic reduction peak at ca. ?1.17 V is a catalytic hydrogen wave after deaeration, and the enhanced reduction peak in the presence of dissolved oxygen is the so‐called parallel catalytic hydrogen wave. Based on the parallel catalytic hydrogen wave, a novel method has been developed for the determination of gemfibrozil by single sweep polarography. Calibration plot is linear in the range of 1.8×10?7–2.4×10?6 mol L?1 and detection limit is 9.0×10?8 mol L?1. The proposed method is applied to the direct determination of the gemfibrozil in pharmaceutical preparations. The proposed method is simpler, faster and more sensitive than the known methods for gemfibrozil analyses.  相似文献

Abstract

An electroanalytical methood, based on derivative chronopotentiometry of the complex of beryllium(II) with 4-[(4-diethylamino-2-hydroxy-phenyl)-azo]-5-hydroxy-naphthalene-2,7-disurphonic acid (Beryllon II) accumulated adsorptively on the surface of a hanging mercury drop electrode, has been developed for determining trace beryllium in food. The dependences of the peak height on the dt/dE vs. E curve on the pre-concentration time, preconcentration potential and the constant reducing current are discussed. In 0.15 mol/1 NHs+0.05 mol/1 NH4Cl, 4×10?7 mol/l Beryllon II, and at a preconcentration potential of -0.30 V (ve. SCE), the limit of detection and linear range are 1 × l0?10 mol/l and 3 × 10?10 -2 × l0?7 mol/l, Iwpectively. The relative standard error of the method is 2.3% for 6 × 10?8 mol/l Be(II). The method WBB applied to samples of food. The electrode procees hae been diecueeed.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A new method for the determination of ethanol is proposed based on the catalytic current of sulfate radical anion SO4 ?. In 0.1 mol/L KH2PO4–Na2HPO4 buffer (pH5.6±0.1)–1.6×10?2 mol/L K2S2O8 solution, the first order derivative peak current is proportional to ethanol concentration in the range of 1×10?4~9×10?4 (r = 0.9998). The limit of detection is 6×10?5 mol/L. The proposed method is applied to determine ethanol directly content in ardent spirits. The fundamental principle of the proposed method is that ethanol is oxidized by sulfate radical anion SO4 ? electrogenerated on the electrode surface to ethanol α-radical, and the reduction of the ethanol α-radical produces a polarographic reduction wave.  相似文献

A hemin bulk modified carbon electrode with Adeps neutralis (solid fat) as binder was developed for the determination of antimalarial endoperoxide artemisinin in plant matrix. The hemin modified electrode showed significant catalytic activity for the electrochemical reduction of artemisinin at about ?380 mV vs. Ag/AgCl in phosphate buffer solution of pH 7 by using cyclic and differential pulse voltammetry. Under optimized conditions strict linearity between artemisinin concentration and height of the cathodic catalytic current peak was observed in 4.8×10?6–7.8×10?5 M concentration range (R=0.9991) when using differential pulse voltammetry. The detection limit was calculated as 1.4×10?6 M of artemisinin. The developed electroanalytical device is suitable for the determination of artemisinin in Artemisia annua extracts.  相似文献

The mechanism of catalytic reduction of peroxydisulfate on the palladized aluminum electrode modified by Prussian blue (PB/Pd‐Al) was studied. The charge transfer‐rate limiting step as well as overall reduction reaction of S2O82? is found to be a one‐electron and two‐electron abstraction respectively. The modified electrode is exploited for the hydrodynamic amperometry of peroxydisulfate. It is found that the calibration graph is linear in the S2O82?concentration range 5×10?6–1.5×10?3 mol L?1. The detection limit of the method was 2.4×10?6 mol L?1 S2O82. The method was successfully used for the determination of S2O82? in decolorizing powders  相似文献

The electrochemical reduction behavior of 1,3,5-triazine herbicides, Atraton (AN), Prometon (PN), Secbumeton (SN), and Terbumeton (TN) at mercury electrodes was studied in aqueous Britton Robinson buffer (BR) solutions by using different voltammetric techniques. The nature of the electrode process was examined. Number of electrons involved in the reduction process of all the four compounds was evaluated and a reduction mechanism was proposed. The electrolysis products were separated and identified by IR spectra. For analytical purposes, BR buffer of pH 4.0 was chosen as working medium for all the four analytes. The detection limits were found to be 1.5 × 10?8 mol l?1, 2 × 10?8 mol l?1, 2.8 × 10?8 mol l?1, and 1 × 10?8 mol l?1 for AN, PN, SN, and TN, respectively. A differential pulse voltammetric method was developed for the determination of these compounds in agricultural formulations, water, and soil samples. The interference from the ions and other herbicides were also evaluated.  相似文献

Abstract

The reduction of luvastatin (FLV) at a hanging mercury-drop electrode (HMDE) was studied by square-wave adsorptive-stripping voltammetry (SWAdSV). FLV can be accumulated and reduced at the electrode, with a maximum peak current intensity at a potential of approximately ?1.26 V vs. AgCl/Ag, in an aqueous electrolyte solution of pH 5.25. The method shows linearity between peak current intensity and FLV concentration between 1.0 × 10?8 and 2.7 × 10?6 mol L?1. Limits of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ) were found to be 9.9 × 10?9 mol L?1 and 3.3 × 10?8 mol L?1, respectively.

Furthermore, FLV oxidation at a glassy carbon electrode surface was used for its hydrodynamic monitoring by amperometric detection in a flow-injection system. The amperometric signal was linear with FLV concentration over the range 1.0 × 10?6 to 1.0 × 10?5 mol L?1, with an LOD of 2.4 × 10?7 mol L?1 and an LOQ of 8.0 × 10?7 mol L?1. A sample rate of 50 injections per hour was achieved.

Both methods were validated and showed to be precise and accurate, being satisfactorily applied to the determination of FLV in a commercial pharmaceutical.  相似文献

A highly sensitive and selective catalytic adsorptive cathodic striping procedure for the determination of trace germanium is presented. The method is based on adsorptive accumulation of the Ge(IV)‐gallic acid (GA) complex onto a hanging mercury drop electrode, followed by reduction of the adsorbed species. The reduction current is enhanced catalytically by addition of vanadium(IV)‐EDTA. The optimal experimental conditions include the use of 0.03 mol/L HClO4 (pH1.6), 6.0×10?3 mol/L GA, 3.0×10?3 mol/L V(IV), 4.0×10?3 mol/L EDTA, an accumulation potential of ?0.10 V(vs. Ag/AgCl), an accumulation time of 120 s and a differential pulse potential scan mode. The peak current is proportional to the concentration of Ge(IV) over the range of 3.0×10?11 to 1.0×10?8 mol/L and the detection limit is 2×10?11 mol/L for a 120 s adsorption time. The relative standard deviation at 5.0×10?10 mol/L level is 3.1%. No serious interferences were found. The method was applied to the determination of germanium in ore, mineral water and vegetable samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

The determination of sildenafil citrate using differential pulse voltammetry and a cathodically pre-treated boron-doped diamond electrode is described. The obtained analytical curve is linear in the sildenafil concentration range 7.3 × 10?7 ? 7.3 × 10?6 mol L?1 in a 0.1 mol L?1 H2SO4, with a detection limit of 6.4 × 10?7 mol L?1. The proposed method, which is fast and simple to carry out, was successfully applied in the determination of sildenafil citrate in Viagra® pharmaceutical formulations, with results in close agreement (at 95% confidence level) with those obtained using a comparative HPLC method.  相似文献

Electrochemical behavior of baicalin (BA) at an electrochemically activated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) had been investigated in Britton‐Robinson (B‐R) buffer solution (pH = 2.87) by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square wave voltammetry (SWV). The experimental results suggested that the electrode exhibited an electrocatalytic activity toward the redox of BA. The electron transfer coefficient (α) and the standard rate constant (ks) of BA at the electrochemically activated glassy carbon electrode were calculated. The reaction mechanism was proposed and discussed in this work. Under the selected conditions, the reduction peak current was linearly dependent on the concentration of BA in the range of 5.0 × 10?8 to 3.0 × 10?6 mol L?1 (r = 0.9990), with a detection limit of 2.0 × 10?8 mol L?1. The relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) for five times successful determination of 1.0 × 10?6 mol L?1 baicalin were 2.9%. The proposed method was also successfully applied for the determination of BA in human blood serum.  相似文献

A new chemiluminescence system of Tb3+/K2S2O8 was developed for the determination of albumin. Some experimental conditions were examined and optimized. The linear ranges of the calibration curves are 5.0 × 10?9–5.0 × 10?6 mol/L for bovine serum albumin, 5.0 × 10?8–1.0 × 10?5 mol/L for human serum albumin and 2.5 × 10?7–1.0 × 10?5 mol/L for ovalbumin, and the corresponding detection limits are 1.9 × 10?9 mol/L, 1.5 × 10?8 mol/L, and 1.5 × 10?7 mol/L, respectively. The method was applied to the determination of albumin in human serum samples, and the results were in agreement with those obtained by the bromcresol green method. The relative errors for the analytical results were from ?2.0% to 4.3%.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A simple, highly sensitive voltammetric method for the determination of urapidil at poly(sodium4-styrenesulfonate) functionalized graphene-modified electrode (PSS-Gr/GCE) was described. Based on the PSS-Gr composites-modified glassy carbon electrode as a simple voltammetric sensor, it exhibited good conductivity and high sensitivity to urapidil. Under the optimize condition, a good linear relationship was obtained between peak currents and urapidil concentrations in the wider range of 2.0 × 10?9–8.0 × 10?8 mol L?1 and 2.0 × 10?7–2.0 × 10?5 mol L?1 with detection limit of 8 × 10?10 mol L?1 (S/N = 3). Based on the high sensitivity and good selectivity of the proposed electrode, the proposed method could apply to the detect of urapidil in urapidil sustained release tablets with satisfactory results.  相似文献

In an ammonium buffer medium at pH 8.9–9.5, hemin exhibits mimetic peroxidase activity, and has a catalytic effect on the oxidative decoloration of bromopyrogallol red (BPR) with hydrogen peroxide. On this basis and in presence of ethanol as an effect-enhancing agent, a spectrophotometric determination of hydrogen peroxide is described with an apparent molar absorptivity of 4.00×104?l?mol?1?cm?1 and a linear range from 3.2×10?7 to 3.2×10?5?mol?l?1. BPR has advantages over some of widely used chromogenic substrates in aspects of sensitivity, simplicity and detection wavelength, while hemin has better stability than peroxidase. The system can be easily coupled with a glucose oxidase-catalyzed reaction, and glucose in the concentration range of 6.0×10?7? 3.2×10?5?mol?l?1 is spectrophotometrically determined. The method has been applied to the analyses of synthetic water and human serum samples. The Michaelis parameters and the mechanism of the mimetic peroxidase reaction are also investigated.  相似文献

Abstract

A novel optical sensor (optode) is described for the determination of thiocyanate using methyltrioctylammonium chloride immobilized on triacetylcellulose membrane. The response to thiocyanate is the result of adsorption of [Co(SCN)4]2? on sensing membrane, which caused the colorless membrane to change to blue. This optode can readily be regenerated by using 0.02 mol/l sodium oxalate solution. The linear range of the method was 3.44×10?5 to 8.61×10?4 mol/l of thiocyanate with a limit of detection 1.51×10?5 mol/l. The relative standard deviation for eight replicate measurements of 8.61×10?5 and 4.30×10?4 mol/l of thiocyanate was 3.45 and 1.23%, respectively. The sensor was successfully applied for the determination of thiocyanate in saliva of smokers, nonsmokers and various water samples.  相似文献

A new electrode was developed by one-step potentiostatic electrodeposition (at ?2.0 V for 20 s) of Au/SiO2 nanoparticles on a glassy carbon electrode. The resulting electrode (nano-Au/SiO2/GCE) was characterized by scanning electronic microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electrochemical techniques. The electrochemical behavior of dihydronicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) at the nano-Au/SiO2/GCE were thoroughly investigated. Compared to the unmodified electrode, the overpotential decreased by about 300 mV, and the current response significantly increased. These changes indicated that the modified electrode showed excellent catalytic activity in the oxidation of NADH. A linear relationship was obtained in the NADH concentration range from 1.0?×?10?6 to 1.0?×?10?4 mol?L?1. In addition, amperometric sensing of ethanol at the nano-Au/SiO2/GCE in combination with alcohol dehydrogenase and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide was successfully demonstrated. A wide linear response was also found for ethanol in the range from 5.0?×?10?5 to 1.0?×?10?3 mol?L?1 and 1.0?×?10?3 to 1.0?×?10?2 mol?L?1, respectively. The method was successfully applied to determine ethanol in beer and biological samples.  相似文献

A carbon composite electrode modified with copper (II) phosphate immobilized in a polyester resin (Cu3(PO4)2-Poly) was proposed for the voltammetric determination of catechin in teas. The modified electrode allows the determination of catechin (CAT) at lower potential than that observed at an unmodified electrode. Several parameters that can influence the voltammetric response of the proposed electrode such as carbon composite composition, pH of electrolyte, and others were investigated. The peak current was proportional to the concentration of catechin in the range from 9.9 × 10?8 to 1.2 × 10?6 mol L?1, with a detection limit of 5.8 × 10?8 mol L?1. The stability and repeatability of the electrode for the determination of catechin were discussed, and the modified electrode was applied with success in the determination of catechin in teas.  相似文献

The polarographic characteristics of telmisartan have been investigated in 0.8 mol L–1 NH3.H2O–NH4Cl (pH 8.9)–0.01 mol L–1 H2O2 as supporting electrolyte. The results demonstrate that the polarographic reduction wave at ca. –1.30 V in the absence of H2O2 is a catalytic hydrogen wave, and the reduction wave enhanced by H2O2 is a so-called parallel catalytic hydrogen wave. The analytical sensitivity of the parallel catalytic hydrogen wave is ca. 60 times higher than that of the corresponding catalytic hydrogen wave. Based on the parallel catalytic hydrogen wave a novel method has been developed for determination of telmisartan by linear sweep polarography. The calibration curve is linear in the range 2.0×10–8–2.0×10–6 mol L–1 and the detection limit is 1.0×10–8 mol L–1. The precision is excellent with relative standard deviations of 2.6% at a concentration of 1.0×10–7 mol L–1 telmisartan. The proposed method has been applied to the direct determination of the telmisartan in capsule forms and biological samples. The proposed method has been proved to be advantageous over existing CZE and MEKC methods in simplicity, rapidity, and reproducibility.  相似文献

The electrochemical response of a modified-carbon nanotubes paste electrode with p-aminophenol was investigated as an electrochemical sensor for sulfite determination. The electrochemical behaviour of sulfite was studied at the surface of the modified electrode in aqueous media using cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry. It has been found that under the optimum condition (pH 7.0) in cyclic voltammetry, the oxidation of sulfite occurs at a potential about 680?mV less positive than that of an unmodified-carbon nanotubes paste electrode. Under the optimized conditions, the electrocatalytic peak current showed linear relationship with sulfite concentration in the range of 2.0?×?10?7–2.8?×?10?4?mol?L?1 with a detection limit of 9.0?×?10?8?mol?L?1 sulfite. The relative standard deviations for ten successive assays of 1.0 and 50.0?µmol?L?1 sulfite were 2.5% and 2.1%, respectively. Finally, the modified electrode was examined as a selective, simple and precise new electrochemical sensor for the determination of sulfite in water and wastewater samples.  相似文献
