The kinetics and thermodynamics of the liquid phase isomerization of an α- and β-pinene mixture on a Pd/C catalyst were studied. The effects of pinene concentration, catalyst particle size, stirring rate, reaction temperature (293–423 K) and hydrogen pressure (0.5–11 bar) on the rate of α- and β-pinene isomerization were investigated. The reaction rate of the α-pinene isomerization has the first order with respect to the α-pinene concentration and 0.5 order with respect to the hydrogen pressure. The thermodynamic parameters of the isomerization (Gibbs energy, reaction enthalpy and reaction entropy) and the equilibrium ratio of pinenes under the conditions studied were determined. The general scheme of the reaction mechanism of α- and β-pinene isomerization over the Pd/C catalyst was proposed.  相似文献

2-(N-Phenylamino)propanoic acid 1a and 3-(N-phenylamino)-propanoic acid 2a together with four of their aryl analogues were pyrolysed in the gas-phase. The reactions were homogeneous and free from catalytic and radical pathways. Analysis of the pyrolysate of 1 showed the elimination products to be carbon monoxide, acetaldehyde and aniline, while the pyrolysate of 2 reveals the formation of acrylic acid in addition to aniline. Theoretical study of the pyrolysis of 2 using an ab initio SCF method lend support to a reaction pathway involving a 4-membered cyclic transition state.  相似文献

Preparation of a series of cis-γ-fluorophenyl-β-phenyl-α-methylene-γ-butyrolactones is reported via ‘allylboration’ of fluorobenzaldehydes with (E)-methyl 3-phenyl-2-((4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)methyl)acrylate. The corresponding trans-γ-fluorophenyl lactones were prepared either (i) via ‘allylboration’ using the (Z)-reagents or (ii) via an indium triflate-mediated isomerization of the cis-products. The difficulty in isomerizing difluorinated cis-products confirms the probable intermediacy of carbocations. Finally, the synthesis of cis-β-fluorophenyl-γ-phenyl-α-methylene-γ-butyrolactones was achieved via an indium-catalyzed allylation–lactonization of aldehydes with (Z)-2-(bromomethyl)-3-(fluorophenyl)acrylates.  相似文献

Ti/IrO2(x) + MnO2(1-x) anodes have been fabricated by thermal decomposition of a mixed H2IrCl6 and Mn(NO3)2 hydrosolvent. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and polarization curve have been utilized to investigate the electrochemical behavior and electrocatalytic activity of Ti/IrO2(x) + MnO2(1-x) anodes in 0.5 M NaCl solution (pH = 2). Ti/IrO2+MnO2 anode with 70 mol% IrO2 content has the maximum value of q*, indicating that Ti/IrO2(0.7) + MnO2(0.3) anode has the most excellent electrocatalytic activity for the synchronal evolution of Cl2 and O2 in dilute NaCl solution. Tafel lines displayed two distinct linear regions with one of the slope close to 62 mV dec−1 in the low potential region and the other close to 295 mV dec−1 in the high potential region. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopic is employed to investigate the impedance behavior of Ti/IrO2(x) + MnO2(1-x) anodes in 0.5 M NaCl solution. It is observed that as the R ct, R s and R f values for Ti/IrO2(0.7) + MnO2(0.3) anode become smaller, electrocatalytic activity of Ti/IrO2(0.7) + MnO2(0.3) anode becomes better than that of other Ti/IrO2 + MnO2 anodes with different compositions. Ti/IrO2(0.7) + MnO2(0.3) anode fabricated at 400 °C has been observed to possess the highest service life of 225 h, whereas the accelerated life test is carried out under the anodic current of 2 A cm−2 at the temperature of 50 °C in 0.5 M NaCl solution (pH = 2).  相似文献

Abstract

Several cyclodextrin/NaCl mixtures were investigated as solid matrices for obtaining room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) and room-temperature fluorescence (RTF). The optimum experimental conditions for obtaining both RTF and RTP for the four tetrols were explored. Also, luminescence spectra, limits of detection, and linear ranges for calibration curves were acquired. This is the first report of the solid-matrix luminescence analytical figures of merit for the tetrols on cyclodextrin solid matrices.  相似文献

An efficient stereoselective preparation of the two enantiomerically pure diasteroisomers of γ-benzyloxy-S-glutamic acid was performed using trans-4-hydroxy-l-proline as a source of chirality, while the erythro and threo isomers of β-benzyloxy-S-glutamic acid were prepared starting from (R)-Garner's aldehyde. All new derivatives were tested for their inhibitory activity against excitatory amino acid transporters in a rat synaptosomal preparation and their IC50 values were compared to that of TBOA, a one carbon lower homologue commonly used as the reference blocker of glutamate transporters.  相似文献

The enthalpies of dissolution of paclitaxel in normal saline were measured using a RD496-2000 Calvet Microcalorimeter at 309.65 K under atmospheric pressure. The differential enthalpy (Δdif H m ) and molar enthalpy (Δsol H m) of dissolution of paclitaxel innormal saline were determined. The corresponding kinetic equation described the dissolution process was elucidated to be dα/dt = 10?3.57(1 ? a)1.15. Moreover, the half-life, Δsol H m , Δsol G m and Δsol S m of the dissolution process were also obtained. This work will provide a potential reference for the clinical application of paclitaxel.  相似文献

Molecular dynamics computer simulation based on the Born-Mayer-Huggins potential function has been carried out to study the effects of duster size and temperature on the nucleation rate of sodium chloride dusters in the temperature range of 580 K to 630 K. Clusters with 256 and 500 NaCl molecules have been studied and the results have been compared with those obtained from 108 molecule dusters. The melting point (MP) of the clusters were observed to increase with the size of the clusters and can be well described by a linear equation MP =1107(37)-1229(23)N^-1/3(N is the number of molecules in the duster).The nucleation rate was found to decrease with increasing the duster size or temperature. Various nucleation theories have been used to interpret the nucleation rates obtained from this molecular dynamics simulation. It is possible to use a constant diffuse interface thickness to interpret the nucleation rate from the diffuse interface theory in the temperature range of this study. However, the interfacinl free energy estimated from classical nucleation theory and diffuse interface theory increases too fast with increasing the temperature while that from Gran-Gunton theory does not change with changing temperatures.The sizes of critical nuclei estimated from all the theories are smaller than those estimated from our simulations.  相似文献

The reactivity of 2,3-dehydroproline and 2,3-dehydropipecolic acid methyl ester derivatives with S-nucleophiles in the thio-Michael addition reaction has been explored. The addition of triphenylmethanethiol and subsequent trityl cleavage led to the corresponding cis- and trans-(±)-3-mercaptoproline and pipecolic acid derivatives in good yields.  相似文献

Reactions of [3,3-(PPh3)2-3-Cl-3-H-3,1,2-closo-RuC2B9H11] (1) and its exo-nido isomer [exo-5,6,10-{Ru(Ph3P)2Cl}-5,6,10-(μ-H)3-10-H-7,8-nido-C2B9H8] (2) with NH4PF6 in methanol or ethanol solution followed by heating in the presence of an excess of phenylacetylene (3) affords a mixture of two isomeric closo species [3,3-{(1′-3′-η3):(5′,6′-η2)-ortho-C6H4PPh2CHC(Ph)CHCHPh}-8-(σ-CHCHPh)-3,1,2-closo-RuC2B9H10] (4) and [3,3-{(1′-3′-η3):(5′,6′-η2)-ortho-C6H4PPh2CHC(Ph)CHCHPh}-4-(σ-CHCHPh)-3,1,2-closo-RuC2B9H10] (5) in which boron vertexes in β- and α-sites with respect to the cage carbons bear the (E)-CHCHPh group. The X-ray diffraction study of 4 together with the multinuclear NMR data for 4 and 5 revealed that such an unusual η32-phosphacarbocyclic ligand in both isomeric complexes is formed by specific insertion of the initially metal-bound PPh3 group into the chain of two alkyne molecules coupled in a “head-to-tail” fashion around the metal vertex.  相似文献

2α- and 2β-Substituted analogs of 14-epi-previtamin D3 were synthesized and isolated after thermal isomerization of 14-epi-vitamin D3 triene at 80 °C. The VDR binding affinity and transactivation activity of osteocalcin promoter in HOS cells were tested, and the 2α-methyl-substituted analog was found to have greater genomic activity than 14-epi-previtamin D3. We found that modification at the C2 position of the seco-steroidal skeleton afforded interesting effects for biological genomic activity for the previtamin D form as well as the natural vitamin D form.  相似文献

A new expression has been obtained, using the Callaway integral equation for thermal conductivity, which relates the pressure dependence of thermal conductivities, average phonon velocities, and average Grüneisen parameters. Using this technique for the first time, we calculated the pressure dependence of the Grüneisen parameters of KCl, KI, LiF, NaCl, and RbBr at 310 K and zero pressure.  相似文献

The syntheses of both enantiomers of phaselic acid (2-O-caffeoylmalate) are described. The previously unreported acetate-protected caffeic acid anhydride was used with appropriately protected malic acid derivatives as coupling partners to provide fully protected phaselic acid. Sequential unmasking of the protecting groups afforded phaselic acid in an acceptable overall yield.
