Summary Dietary intakes of eighteen elements and 40K were estimated by Japanese subjects using a market basket study. High concentrations of most nuclides were found in 4 categories among 18 categories (nuts and seeds, bean products, seaweeds, and fishes and shellfishes). The main contributors were rice, bean products, and fishes and shellfishes. Daily intakes were estimated (in mg) as follows: sodium 3.91 . 103; potassium: 2.49 . 103; phosphorus: 1.09 . 103; calcium: 551; magnesium: 273; iron: 9.82; zinc: 9.41; manganese: 3.54; strontium: 2.52; rubidium: 2.34; copper: 1.61; barium: 0.543; chromium: 0.283; nickel: 0.172; lithium: 0.060; cadmium: 0.022; cesium: 0.0091; cobalt: 0.0095; and 40K: 89 Bq.  相似文献

In sample measurements, matrix effects are unavoidable. The matrix effects are one of the main factors affecting the accuracy of the pulsed electrolyte cathode atmospheric pressure discharge detection system. The stability of sodium, potassium, and magnesium, under optimized parameters is measured; the relative standard deviation of spectral intensity is found to be no more than 2%; and the relative standard deviation of background intensity is less than 2%. The matrix effects on the elements potassium, sodium, and magnesium were studied, and the experiments showed that high concentrations of sodium and potassium interfere with each other. A concentration of 200?mg?L?1 K+ affected the sodium signal with an enhancement of more than 120%; and the K+ intensity increased 20% in the presence of a high concentration of 200?mL?1 Na+. In high concentrations of sodium or potassium, the elemental signal for magnesium enhancement was approximately 8%. Sodium, potassium, and magnesium were quantitatively determined using a mixed calibration sample. When sodium, potassium, and magnesium are present at low concentrations in solution, there were no obvious matrix effects. The sodium, potassium, and magnesium in the calibration samples are quantitatively determined. The relative error and precision are less than 3%, and the recoveries are less than 105%. The detection limits for sodium, potassium, and magnesium were found to be 2.1, 3.4, and 92.6?µg?L?1, respectively.  相似文献

Eleven metals, namely, aluminium, calcium, cadmium, copper, iron, lead, magnesium, manganese, potassium, sodium and zinc were determined in twenty samples of Sherry brandies and twelve samples of Penedés brandies by applying atomic spectrometry techniques. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used for quantitating calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese and zinc; atomic emission spectrometry to determine potassium and sodium; and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry to analyse aluminium, cadmium and lead. A chemometric approach was followed to study the discrimination between brandies from Sherry or Penedés according to the metal profile.  相似文献

Studies on epidemics have demonstrated the relationship between coronary heart disease (CHD) and mineral substances, such as selenium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, copper, zinc, iron, manganese, and vanadium, in human bodies. In this study, instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS) were applied to evaluate the levels of selenium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, copper, zinc, and iron in healthy individuals and CHD patients. Hair samples were collected from 42 healthy participants and 28 diagnosed CHD patients. Calcium, magnesium, copper, and zinc levels in healthy individuals are significantly higher than the levels found in the patients (p < 0.01). Calcium/selenium ratio is also significantly higher in healthy individuals (p < 0.05). Based on the possible synergies and/or antagonisms of elements and their absorption and metabolism, magnesium/calcium, zinc/copper, and sodium/potassium ratios showed positive relevance (p < 0.01).  相似文献

Acidocalcisomes are acidic calcium storage compartments described initially in trypanosomatid and apicomplexan parasites, and recently found in other unicellular eukaryotes. The aim of this study was to identify the presence of acidocalcisomes in the plant trypanosomatid Phytomonas fran?ai. Electron-dense organelles of P. fran?ai were shown to contain large amounts of oxygen, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron, and zinc as determined by X-ray microanalysis, either in situ or when purified using iodixanol gradient centrifugation or by elemental mapping. The presence of iron is not common in other acidocalcisomes. In situ, but not when purified, these organelles showed an elongated shape differing from previously described acidocalcisomes. However, these organelles also possessed a vacuolar H+-pyrophosphatase (V-H+-PPase) as determined by biochemical methods and by immunofluorescence microscopy using antibodies against the enzyme. Together, these results suggest that the electron-dense organelles of P. fran?ai are homologous to the acidocalcisomes described in other trypanosomatids, although with distinct morphology and elemental content.  相似文献

建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定铸造用硅砂中Fe_2O_3、Al_2O_3、CaO、MgO、TiO_2、K_2O、Na_2O的方法。研究了溶样方法的选择优化,采用硝酸、氢氟酸溶样,冒高氯酸处理,通过元素分析线的选择,基体和共存元素影响的消除,在最佳的仪器分析条件下得出了方法的线性范围、相关系数及检出限。用硅砂3个梯度含量的标准物质的分析结果评价方法的准确度和精密度。方法的检出限Fe为0.012μg/mL、Al为0.032μg/mL、Ca为0.27μg/mL、Mg为0.003 2μg/mL、Ti为0.002 1μg/mL、K为0.16μg/mL,Na为0.000 44μg/mL。5次数据的相对标准偏差说明方法稳定性较好。方法适用于铸造用硅砂中Fe_2O_3、Al_2O_3、CaO、MgO、TiO_2、K_2O、Na_2O含量的测定。  相似文献

传统的化学分析方法分析矿石中主次量元素流程长,效率低。受干扰影响大,耗费大量人力物力,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定技术对锰矿中的主次量元素进行了研究,主要测定了铝、铜、钙、铁、钾、镁、锰、钠、镍、磷、钛、锌等13种元素的含量。仪器采用射频功率1 150W,雾化器流速为0.70L/min,辅助器流速0.50L/min,观测高度12mm的测定条件。采用硝酸、盐酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸四酸溶矿,实验表明,溶液中分别共存200mg/L以下的钾、钠、钙、镁、钒、锰,对各微量元素的测定基本没有干扰。分析方法的检出限0.0002%~0.0065%。相对标准偏差(RSD)3.7%。均符合DZ/T0130—2006地质矿产实验室测试质量管理规范中精密度和准确度的控制指标。  相似文献

An inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) method was developed for the determination of phosphorus in fertilizers. Total phosphorus, direct extraction available phosphorus (EDTA), and water-soluble phosphorus, reported as phosphorus pentoxide (P205), in 15 Magruder check fertilizers were measured by ICP-AES, and the results were compared with those obtained by the AOAC official method. Five analytical wavelengths of phosphorus, 177.499, 178.287, 213.618, 214.914, and 253.565 nm, were tested for the determination of phosphorus in fertilizers, and their detection limits were obtained. Acid effects of perchloric acid and possible matrix effects of aluminum, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium were negligible for phosphorus determination. Wavelength 213.618 nm was the best analytical wavelength for phosphorus determination by all 3 sample preparation methods for the selected Magruder fertilizers. The results demonstrated that the accuracy and precision of the ICP-AES method were comparable with those of the official methods.  相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定乳及乳制品中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、糖精钠、山梨酸和阿斯巴甜的方法。通过加入适量沉淀剂除去样品中绝大部分蛋白质后,采用C18色谱柱分离,以甲醇-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,用二极管阵列检测器于230 nm波长处检测安赛蜜、苯甲酸和山梨酸,于210 nm波长处检测糖精钠和阿斯巴甜。被测物的回收率为96.0%~103.5%,精密度(以相对标准偏差(RSD)计)为1.93%~2.76%,安赛蜜、苯甲酸、糖精钠、山梨酸和阿斯巴甜的检出限分别为1.0, 1.0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 μg/g。该方法可用于乳及乳制品中这5种添加剂的同时测定。  相似文献

为探讨血清铁、锌、钙、镁、磷在孕妇体内的水平,做好围产期孕妇的保健工作,提高孕产妇的健康水平和新生儿健康素质,抽取125例孕中期妇女空腹静脉血,采用透射比浊法测定了其血清铁、锌、钙、镁、磷的含量。结果表明,铁、锌、钙、镁、磷的异常在孕妇中有一定的发生率,其中尤以钙与锌的缺乏最为多见。提示应定期检测孕妇血清铁、锌、钙、镁、磷水平,并采取相府的防治措施.以提高孕产妇及新生儿的健康水平。  相似文献

青海地道中藏药材川西獐牙菜人工种植试验初见成效。为了对比野生与种植青海川西獐牙菜中矿物质元素的变化,分别采集野生与种植青海川西獐牙菜种子采收前后的全植株,采用原子吸收光谱仪分析测定了其钾、钠、钙、镁等矿物质元素含量。结果表明,野生川西獐牙菜中,青海玉树较四川川西地区的钠、磷元素含量高,钙、钾、镁元素含量低。种植青海川西獐牙菜在成熟种子采收后较采收前钠、镁、钙、磷等显著增加,且种植青海川西獐牙菜与青海玉树地区野生川西獐牙菜中矿物质元素含量较为接近。  相似文献

A matrix modifier composed of platinum and nickel is proposed for the determination of selenium in a wild fruit juice made from Lantingguo (Vuccinium uliginosam). Five matrix modifiers (copper/nickel, palladium/magnesium, platinum/magnesium, platinum/nickel and platinum/copper) for suppressing the interference effects of seven co-existing elements (potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc and iron) in a wild juice were studied and a matrix modifier composed fro;m 10 mug of platinum and 200 mug of nickel was found to give the best performance. Selenium in three juices was determined by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry employing the proposed matrix modifier without matrix preseparation. The relative standard deviation was 14% for 0.20 mg l(-1) of selenium. The recoveries were 95-110%. A characteristic mass was 28 pg.  相似文献

采用硝酸–高氯酸湿法消解或硝酸–双氧水微波消解植物样品,以电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定样品溶液中钾、钠、钙和镁含量。用该法测定灌木枝叶和茶叶标准样品,测定值均在标准值范围内,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.45%~4.05%(n=8)。钾、钠、钙、镁的加标回收率分别为94.4%~107.6%,92.6%~107.9%,93.7%~105.4%,92.9%~107.2%。该方法操作简便,测量精密度和准确度完全满足植物中钾、钠、钙和镁含量的测定要求。  相似文献

The use of visible (VIS) and near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) to measure the concentration of elements in Australian wines was investigated. Both white (n=32) and red (n=94) wine samples representing a wide range of varieties and regions were analysed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) for the concentrations of calcium (Ca), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), phosphorus (P), sodium (Na), sulphur (S), iron (Fe), boron (B) and manganese (Mn). Samples were scanned in transmittance mode (1mm path length) in a monochromator instrument (400-2500nm). The spectra were pre-treated by second derivative and standard normal variate (SNV) prior to developing calibration models using partial least squares (PLS) regression method with cross-validation. The highest coefficients of determination in cross-validation (R(val)(2)) and the lowest errors of cross-validation (SECV) were obtained for Ca (0.90 and 9.80mgL(-1)), Fe (0.86 and 0.65mgL(-1)) and for K (0.89 and 147.6mgL(-1)). Intermediate R(val)(2) (<0.80) and SECV were obtained for the other minerals analysed. The results showed that some macro- and microelements present in wine might be measured by VIS-NIRS spectroscopy.  相似文献

Trace metal studies of selected white wines: an alternative approach   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A number of white wines from vineyards outside the metropolitan region of Melbourne were analyzed for the trace metals copper, iron, potassium, sodium, magnesium and calcium by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The 24 wines analyzed included Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris. In addition, preliminary transmission near infrared (NIR) spectrometric analyses for these metals in the above wines indicated, using both multiple linear regression (MLR) and partial least squares (PLS), that promising results may be obtained for some metals. The squared correlation coefficients (R2) and the ratios of the standard error of cross validation (SECV) and the standard deviation (S.D.) for the calibration models for potassium, sodium, magnesium and calcium were acceptable, however those for iron and copper were not. Although, only a small number of wines were used in this study, the preliminary data indicated that NIR spectrometry may provide a suitable, rapid method for analysis for some metals in white wines, and warrants a further investigation using a larger number of white wines over a wider range of locations.  相似文献

五氧化二钒样品用盐酸分解,在稀盐酸介质中,用原子吸收分光光度计分别于248.3,766.5,589.0 nm波长处,使用空气–乙炔火焰,测量五氧化二钒中铁及氧化钾、氧化钠含量。在最佳实验条件下,铁、氧化钾、氧化钠的质量浓度分别在0.05~0.20,0.05~0.80,0.20~1.0 mg/L范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.998 6,0.994 3,0.994 2。方法检出限铁为6.7μg/L,氧化钾为1.0μg/L,氧化钠为1.4μg/L,加标回收率为95.9%~103.0%。铁、氧化钾、氧化钠测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为3.2%,4.2%,2.9%(n=6)。该方法适合五氧化二钒中铁及氧化钾、氧化钠的测定。  相似文献
