ABSTRACT A simple and sensitive method for the determination of vanadium in foods was established by using atomic absorption spectrophotometry with graphite furnace atomization. The proposed method includes formation of a chelate-complex by reacting vanadium with pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (PDCA), extracting the chelate with xylene and measurement of the extract by atomic absorption. The recoveries of added vanadium to various foods were 91.3 and 109.1%, within 7.9% of the coefficient variation. The sensitivity of this method is 10 - 50 times higher than previous methods with a detection limit of 0.01 μg/g. 相似文献

Abstract A sensitive and rapid quantitative method employing atomic absorption spectrophotometry was developed for the determination of low concentrations of Rb+ in urine, plasma and tissue. Abstract Procedures for the determination of anionic and nonionic detergents in natural waters are described. Flameless atomic absorption spectrophotometry enables reduction of the sample volume and of the number of steps in the procedure. 提出了用火焰原子吸收法测定氧化铝中钠的方法。样品在铂坩埚中用Li2CO3-H3BO3于1000℃下熔融20 m in,后加硝酸(1+ 1) 使熔融物完全溶解;在硝酸介质中,加入铯盐作为消电离剂,可消除基体及其它共存元素的干扰。可测定Al2O3中质量分数为0.01% ~1.50% 范围内的Na2O,相对标准偏差<3% (n= 11),加标回收率为98% ~102% 。 相似文献

建立石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定水中痕量可溶性钛和总钛。测量可溶性钛的样品通过0.45μm水系微孔滤膜过滤后直接测定,测量总钛的样品根据不同类型采用硝酸、过氧化氢、硫酸的不同组合进行消解。通过试验确定了最佳石墨炉程序升温工作条件和热解涂层石墨管的应用。干扰试验表明水中常见共存离子不干扰钛的测定。本方法经6家实验室验证,在0~250μg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限可溶性钛为4.0μg/L,总钛为7.0μg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于12%(n=6),加标回收率为90.0%~107%,该方法对钛标准物质测定结果的相对误差为–3.4%~2.4%。该方法准确、可靠,检出限低,干扰少,易于推广应用。 相似文献

Abstract A method for the indirect determination of the pesticide malathion by atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) is proposed and compared with the standard spectrophotometric method. A study of the influence of the different variables on the hydrolysis and extraction is carried out in order to obtain the best experimental conditions. The proposed method offers clear advantages over the standard procedure because of the instability of the Cu (II) complex formed. 建立一种微波消解–石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定露酒中铅的方法。样品蒸干后经微波消解前处理,然后用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定露酒中的铅的浓度,铅的浓度在0.0~20.0 ng/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9996,取样2.00 mL定容至25.0 mL,得方法的检出限为0.003 mg/L,方法的定量限为0.010 mg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.4%~5.5%,加标回收率为88%~104%。该法具有灵敏度高,准确度、精密度良好,检测过程快速、省力等优点,适合日常批量检测。 相似文献
