本文报道了钯与4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚(PAR=H_2R,下同)和四苯钟离子形成离子缔合物的化学条件,经氯仿萃取后,建立了一种测定微量钯的萃取光度法。萃取的最佳pH为4.4,络合物的化学式为[(C_6H_5)_4As~+,PdClR~-],其最大吸收峰波长为532nm,表观摩尔吸光系数e_(532)=3.3×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),10mL萃取液中钯量在0~25μg内遵守比耳定律。方法简便,选择性好,用于催化剂中钯的测定,结果满意。 相似文献

Abstract Procedures are described for the determination of serum iron and iron binding capacity using the chromogenic reagent 4-(2-pyridylazo) resorcinol (PAR). The high molar absorptivity of the iron (II) PAR complex makes possible an approximate two fold increase in sensitivity over previous methods. Abstract A spectrophotometric study of the Pd(II) complex of a reagent 2-(5-Bromo-2-Pyridylazo)-5-(diethylamino)-Phenol (5-Br-PADAP) is presented. A violet complex is formed at pH 3.53, and shows maximal absorbance at 585 nm with molar absorptivity of 3.86 × 104 1. mol?1 cm?1. Beer's law is obeyed up to 50 μ of Pd(II). The method offers the advantages of simplicity, high precision, requires no extraction and is very selective, where 5.0 mg Pt(VI) and 0.3 mg Au(III) ions do not interfere. 相似文献

在弱酸性溶液中,Fe3 -PAR络合物可发生光化学还原反应生成Fe2 -PAR络合物。研究了溶液酸度、光强度、有机酸、PAR溶液浓度对Fe3 -PAR络合物光化学还原反应的影响,并对反应机理作了初步探讨。在pH4.5HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,PAR浓度为1.8×10?4mol/L,125W高压汞灯照射15min,Fe3 -PAR络合物的光化学还原反应趋于完全。Fe2 浓度在0.12~3.2mg/L范围内符合比尔定律;检出限为0.025mg/L。 相似文献

Abstract The reactions among 4-(2-pyridylazo)resorcinol (PAR), mercury(II) and/or cyanide ion in the presence of water soluble surfactants alone or combination were systematically investigated at about pH 9. The spectrophotometric determinations of mercury(II) and cyanide ion were investigated by using the PAR-mercury(II)-HPC complex (3:2:2 molar ratio) in the presence of N-hexadecylpyridinium chloride (HPC) alone; calibration graphs were rectilinear in the ranges of 0 – 40 μg mercury(II) and 0 –10 μg cyanide ion in a final 10 ml with the apparent molar absorptivities of 5.9 × 104 for mercury(II) and 2.5 × 104 1 mol?1 cm?1 for cyanide ion at 590 nm. The proposed method had advantages—rapidity, simplicity without solvent extraction, and sensitivity in comparison with reported solvent extraction methods. The interference of foreign ions decreased 1/2–l//4-fold compared with that in the presence of non-ionic surfactant alone. 相似文献

A rapid, selective method that utilize 4-(2-Pyridylazo)-resorcinol (PAR)-modified nanometer SiO2 (nanometer SiO2–PAR) as a new solid-phase extractant for preconcentration of trace mercury (II) has been developed. The adsorption property
of nanometer SiO2–PAR for metal ions was studied by selectively extracting different metal ions from aqueous solutions. The results revealed
an excellent affinity of the nanometer SiO2–PAR for mercury (II) in presence of interfering metal ions at pH 4. The main parameters of solid-phase extraction such as
shaking time, elution and sample dilution effect were studied. The extractant shows rapid kinetic sorption, and the adsorption
equilibrium of mercury (II) on nanometer SiO2–PAR was achieved in less than 2 min. The adsorbed mercury (II) was easily eluted by 4 mL of 6 mol L−1 HCl. The maximum preconcentration factor was 50. The maximum static adsorption capacity was 276 μmol g−1 at pH 4. The detection limit (3σ) was 0.43 μg L−1 for cold vapor atomic absorption spectrometry (CVAAS), and the relative standard deviation of the eight replicate determinations
was 2.4% for the determination of 2.0 μg of Hg(II) in 100 mL water sample. The method was applied to the determination of

The ligating properties 1-(2′-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (HPAN) toward Rh(III) have been examined. The reaction of RhCl3·3H2O with HPAN in presence of excess PPh3 afforded trans-[Rh(PAN)Cl(PPh3)2]PF6 (3PF6). Intermediate cis-[Rh(PAN)Cl2(PPh3)] (4) has also been isolated. Solid state structures were authenticated by X-ray analyses revealing that monoanionic PAN is coordinated to rhodium in meridional fashion. Both the compounds were spectroscopically characterized in both solution and solid states, which include IR, NMR (1H and 31P), and optical spectra. The diamagnetic complexes show multiple CT transitions in the visible region. Low-energy transitions (λ ≈ 550–650 nm) occurred in the absorption spectra are predominantly ligand centered in nature. The rhodium(III)–PAN compounds are red emissive (λem ≈ 650 nm) at room temperature and the nature of the emission level is probably an ILCT level. Complexes are electro-active in acetonitrile and display irreversible oxidative and reductive waves and these responses are ascribed to be PAN ligand centered in character. 相似文献

Abstract Hafnium(IV) reacts with 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol in the pH range 3.3–11.0 to yield a sparingly soluble red-coloured chelate that can be dissolved with Triton X-100. Effect of initial pH of metal ion and order of addition of reagents was studied in detail. The 1:3 complex adheres to Beer's law over the concentration range 0.02–1.12 μg/ml of Hf(IV), has a molar absorptivity 1.33x105 1 mol?1cm?1, Sandell sensitivity 1.3 ng cm?2, formation constant (log K) 11.94 and the method had a relative standard deviation of ± 1.5%. Effect of 60 diverse ions on the determination of hafnium(IV) was studied. This fairly selective method is the most sensitive so far reported for the spectrophotometric determination of hafnium(IV). 相似文献

A spectrophotometric method to determine palladium(II) at trace levels is based on the extraction of palladium(II) as a binary complex with N-hydroxy-N,N′-diphenylbenzamidine (HDPBA) in chloroform at pH 5.0 ± 0.2. The complex shows maximum absorbance at 400 nm with molar absorptivity 6.4 × 103 L mol?1 cm?1. The sensitivity of the Pd(II)-HDPBA complex was enhanced by the addition of l-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (PAN). The green coloured complex shows maximum absorbance at 620 nm with molar absorptivity 1.58 × 104 L mol?1 cm?1. Sandell's sensitivity and the detection limit of the method are 0.0067 μg cm?2and 0.1 μg Pd(II) mL?1, respectively. Most common metal ions associated with palladium metal do not interfere. The effects of various analytical parameters on the extraction of the metal are discussed. 相似文献

以十二烷基硫酸钠-溴代十六烷基三甲胺(SDS-CIMAB)复合微乳液为介质,对Co(Ⅱ)-1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚的显色反应条件进行了研究.结果表明该体系的λ_(max)=580nm,ε_(580)=3.4×10~4L·mol·cm~(-1),Co(Ⅱ)测定的线性范围为0~2.40mg/L.回收率在96%~103%之间,该法选择性好,用于蔬菜中Co(Ⅱ)含量的测定,得到了满意的结果. 相似文献

An extraction-free spectrophotometric method for the determination of cationic surfactants, such as cetylpyridinium chloride, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and zephiramine is proposed, which is based on the formation of ternary complexes with Fe(III) and chrome azurol S. The molar ratio of the complex is 2:1:1 (Fe(III):chrome azurol S: cationic surfactant). The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, giving an apparent molar absorptivity of 4.5×104 L·mol?1-cm?1 and a linear range of 0.1–6.0 μmol/L cationic surfactants. The total cationic surfactant content can be determined directly in aqueous solutions by measuring the absorbance at 680 nm (pH 5.8). The method has been successfully applied to water samples. 相似文献
