Abstract

High performance liquid chromatography has been used to separate testosterone from its oxidative metabolites (7α-, 16α -and 6 β-hydroxytestosterone and androstenedione) following in vitro incubation with rat liver microsomes. The separation was accomplished in less than 18 minutes on a radially compressed C18 reverse-phase column using isocratic elution with tetra-hydrofuran: water (24/76, v/v).  相似文献

Metal Sulfur Nitrogen Compounds. 20. Reaction Products of PdCl2 and Pd(CN)2 with S7NH. Preparation and Structure of the Complexes [Ph6P2N][Pd(S3N)(S5)] and X[Pd(S3N)(CN)2] X = [Me4N]+, [Ph4P]+ With PdCl2 and [Ph6P2N]OH S7NH forms the complex salt [Ph6P2N][Pd(S3N)(S5)], which could be isolated in two modifications (α- and β-form). The α-form is triclinic, a = 9.347(4), b = 14.410(8), c = 15.440(11) Å, α = 76.27°(5), β = 77.06°(4), γ = 76.61α(4), Z = 2, space group P1 . The β-form is orthorhombic, a = 9.333(2), b = 17.659(4), c = 23.950(6) Å, Z = 4. The structure of the metal complex is the same in the two modifications. One S3N? and one S52? are coordinate as chelate ligands to Pd. From S7NH, Pd(CN)2, and XOH X = [(CH3)4N]+ and [(C6H5)4P]+ the salts X[Pd(S3N)(CN)2] were formed. The (CH3)4N-salt is isomorphous with the analogous Ni compound described earlier, the (C6H5)4P-salt is triclinic, a = 9.372(4), b = 10.202(5), c = 13.638(6) Å, α = 86.36α(4), β = 85.66°(4), γ = 88.71°(4), Z = 2, space group P1 . One S3N? chelate ligand and two CN? ions are bound to Pd. In all these complexes the coordination of Pd is nearly square planar.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

N-glycosylation of 2,4-bis-O-(trimethylsilyl)-pyrimidine bases with 2-deoxy-2-fluoro-3,5-di-O-benzoyl-1-(Br, OBz)-α-d-arabinose derivatives are reported. 1-Bromo-arabinose provides high yield and a favorable anomeric ratio (β/α) of pyrimidine nucleoside in either MeCN or CH2Cl?CH2Cl. This method should be suitable for the synthesis of 2′-deoxy-2′-[18F]fluoro-1-β-d-arabinofuranosyluracil derivatives.  相似文献

Preparation and Structures of Chlorostannates(II). I. Some New Trichlorostannates of Monovalent Cations KSnCl3 · 1/2 CH3CN is obtained by recrystallizing KSnC13 from acetonitrile. The compound forms monoclinic crystals, space group P21/c (a = 4.525(6), b = 20.34(2), c = 8.061(7) Å, β = 90.93(9)°). [Cu(CH3CN)3]SnCl3 is prepared by reacting equimolar amounts of CuCl and SnCl2 in acetonitrile. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n (a = 7.984(9), b = 20.77(2), c = 8.34(2) Å, β = 101.6(1)°). Whereas in KSnCl3 · l/2 CH3CN there is a three dimensional connection of the SnCl3? ions, in which the potassium ions participate, the trichlorostannate ions in [Cu(CH3CN)3]SnCl3 are linked to one dimensional chains by Sn…?Cl bridges.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the new cluster complex (Et4N)2[Mo3S7Cl6] · CH3CN · H2O (I) was determined. Heating of a solution of I in CH3CN under solvothermal conditions (120°C) induces replacement of one Cl ligand by CH3CN to give (Et4N)[Mo3S7Cl5(CH3CN)] (II). The product was also studied by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Chemical investigation on CH2Cl2 extract of the marine sponge Leucetta chagosensis, collected from the South China Sea, afforded two new 5,6-epoxysterols, 5α,6α-epoxycholesta-8(14),22(E)-diene-3β,7α-diol (1) and (24R)-24-ethyl-5α,6α-epoxycholesta-8(14),22(E)-diene-3β,7α-diol (2) along with ten known related steroid analogs (312). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR spectroscopic analyses, and comparison with the literature. All isolates were tested for cytotoxicity against three tumor cell lines only known compounds 11 and 12 exhibited notable cytotoxic activity against A549 (IC50: 3.0 and 5.6?μM), PC9 (2.0 and 15.6?μM), and MCF-7 (9.4 and 11.8?μM) cell lines, respectively.  相似文献

The reaction of [(η5-C9H7)Ru(η2-dppe)Cl] (1) with monodentate nitriles, (L) in the presence of NH4PF6 afforded the complexes [(η5-C9H7)Ru(η2-dppe)(L)]PF6, with L?=?CH3CN (2a), CH3CH=CHCN (2b), NCC6H4CN (2c), C6H5CH2CN (2d), respectively. However, reaction of 1 with NH4PF6 in methanol yielded an amine complex of the type [(η5-C9H7) Ru(η2-dppe)(NH3)]PF6 (3a). The complexes were fully characterized by spectroscopy and analytical data. The molecular structures of the complexes [(η5-C9H7)Ru(η2-dppe) (CH3CN)]PF6 (2a) and [(η5-C9H7)Ru(η2-dppe)(NH3)]PF6 (3a) have been determined by single crystal X-ray analyses.  相似文献

Synthesis and Coordination Chemistry of Disocyanomethane Disocyanomethane ( 1 ) was synthesized starting from bis(formylamido)methane by the Ugi method. 1 decomposes vigourously above its melting point (−15 °C) into a brown insoluble solid. The isocyanide can be stabilized by coordination to a transition metal complex fragment. The complexes (CO)5Cr(CN‐CH2‐NC) ( 2 ), (CO)5Cr(CN‐CH2‐NC)Cr(CO)5 ( 3 ), CpMn(CO)2(CN‐CH2‐NC) ( 4 ), CpMn(CO)2(CN‐CH2‐NC)(CO)2MnCp ( 5 ), CpMn(CO)2‐(CN‐CH2‐NC)Cr(CO)5 ( 6 ), CpMn(CO)2(CN‐CH2‐NC)Cu(pz*)3BH ( 7 ) and (CO)5Cr(CN‐CH2‐NC)Cu(pz*)3BH ( 8 ) (pz* = 3, 5‐dimethylpyrazolyl) were synthesized and characterized spectroscopically. ABSTRACT

The equilibrium of calcein, an H6L type fluorescent ligand, with lanthanide(III) ions, Ln(III), was studied spectrofluorimetrically in aqueous solution at constant ionic strength =0.1 (KC1), pH 8.0 and 25.0±0.1°C. Application of the mole ratio and continuous variation methods reveals the formation of 1:1 complexes. The conditional stability constants (β') were calculated from the analysis of the observed fluorescence vs. [Ln(III)]/[calcein] mole ratio data by using an iterative non-linear least-squares computer program. The values obtained for β' are in the range 5.24×106-5.77×107 The thermodynamic stability constant (β) were estimated by calculating the sidereaction coefficients (α) fro lanthanides and calcein. The β values obtained were from 3.2×1012 to 3.6×1013  相似文献

Abstract

The investigation of the stem essential oil of Laggera pterodonta (DC.) Sch. Bip. ex Oliv. (Asteraceae) from Côte d’Ivoire was carried out, using a combination of chromatographic (GC-RI, CC, pc-GC) and spectroscopic (GC-MS, 13C NMR) techniques. This study led to the identification of fifty constituents of which two new natural compounds 7β,11β-epoxy-eudesman-4α-ol and 7α,11α-epoxy-eudesman-4α-ol. Their structures were elucidated by 1?D and 2?D NMR spectroscopy after pc-GC purifying. Finally, 98.9% of the whole composition of the oil was identified with a high amount of 2,5-dimethoxy-p-cymene (78.9%). The other significant components were α-humulene (6.2%), (E)-β-caryophyllene (1.7%), thymyl methyl oxide (1.7%), α-phellandrene (1.5%), p-cymene (1.2%), (3αH,4βH,6αH,1αMe)-1,6-epoxy-3-hydroxycarvotanacetone angelic acid ester (1.1%) and 10-epi-γ-eudesmol (1.0%).  相似文献

The reaction of KCN with Al(CH3)3 to form K[Al(CH3)3CN] is greatly facilitated by the presence of an aromatic solvent: for p-xylene a solid complex, K[Al(CH3)3CN]·C6H4(CH3)2, has been isolated. The crystal structure of potassium cyanotrimethylaluminate has been determined from three-dimensional X-ray data measured by counter methods. K[Al(CH3)3CN] crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with cell dimensions a = 19.902(7), b = 9.211(4), c = 9.615(4) Å, β = 107.74(5)°, and pcalcd. = 1.09 g cm?1 for Z = 8. Least squares refinement gave a conventional weighted R factor of 4.9% for 807 independent reflections. The monomeric [Al(CH3)3CN]? units possess no crystallographic symmetry, and the packing in the unit cell is such that the nitrogen atoms on three such units approach the potassium atom to within 3.11 Å. The average aluminum-methyl carbon bond distance is 1.971 (7) Å, while the aluminum-cyano carbon distance is 2.047 (7) Å. This significant lengthening is attributed to partial electron deficiency in the aluminum-cyano carbon bond.  相似文献

Syntheses, Single-Crystal X-Ray Analyses and Solid-State 29Si NMR Studies of a Zwitterionic λ5-Spirosilicate and a Cage-like Octa(silasesquioxane) The zwitterionic λ5-spirosilicate bis[2,3-naphthalenediolato(2 ?)][2-(dimethylammonio)phenyl]silicate ( 1 ; isolated as 1 · 1/2 CH3CN) was synthesized by reaction of the [2-(dimethylamino)phenyl]dimethoxyorganosilanes 5, 6 and 7 [2-(Me2N)C6H4Si(OMe)2R: R = Ph ( 5 ), cyclo? C6H11 ( 6 ), Me ( 7 )] with 2,3-dihydroxynaphthalene in acetonitrile at room temperature. Reaction of 1 · 1/2 CH3CN or [2-(dimethylamino)phenyl]trimethoxysilane ( 3 ) with water in acetonitrile yielded the cage-like octa{[2-(dimethylamino)phenyl]silasesquioxane} ( 2 ). The crystal structures of 1 · 1/2 CH3CN and 2 were studied by X-ray diffraction. In addition, 1 · 1/2 CH3CN and 2 were characterized by solid-state (29Si CP/MAS) and solution NMR studies (1H, 13C, 29Si).  相似文献

ABSTRACT

To investigate the specificity of various influenza virus strains we have prepared polyacrylic type conjugates of undecasaccharide (Neu5Acα2-6Galβ1-4GlcNAcβ1-2Manα1)2-3,6Manβ1-4GlcNAcβ1-4GlcNAc (YDS), and trisaccharides 6‵-sialyl-N-acetyllactosamine (6‵SLN), 6‵-sialyllactose (6‵SL), and 3‵-sialyllactose (3‵SL). Free oligosaccharides were transformed to glycosylamine-1-N-glycyl derivatives by sequential action of NH4HCO3, chloroacetic anhydride, and aqueous NH3. The known derivatization protocol has been optimized for these sialooligosaccharides. Coupling of obtained amino-spacered derivatives with poly(4-nitrophenyl acrylate) gave rise to two types of conjugates, namely with polyacrylic acid and polyacrylamide backbones; the conversion proceeded quantitatively and without destruction of the oligosaccharides. The content of oligosaccharides in the conjugates was 10, 20, and 30% mol for 3‵SL, 6‵SL, 6‵SLN, and 2, 5 and 10% mol for YDS. Free oligosaccharides and the glycoconjugates were tested as inhibitors of influenza virus adhesion, and also as blockers of virus infectivity in MDCK cell culture. Biantennary YDS demonstrated similar activity to trisaccharide 6‵SLN both as the free form and neoglycoconjugate.  相似文献

Four aluminum alkyl compounds, [CH{(CH3)CN‐2,4,6‐MeC6H2}2AlMe2] ( 1 ), [CH{(CH3)CN‐2,4,6‐MeC6H2}2AlEt2] ( 2 ), [CH{(CH3)CN‐2‐iPrC6H4}2AlMe2] ( 3 ), and [CH{(CH3)CN‐2‐iPrC6H4}2AlEt2] ( 4 ), bearing β‐diketiminate ligands [CH{(Me)CN‐2,4,6‐MeC6H2}]2 (L1H) and [CH{(Me)CN‐2‐iPrC6H4}]2 (L2H) were obtained from the reactions of trimethylaluminum, triethylaluminum with the corresponding β‐diketiminate, respectively. All compounds were characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray structural analysis, and elemental analysis. Compounds 1 – 4 were found to catalyze the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of ε‐caprolactone (ε‐CL) with good activity.  相似文献

Two new Ni(II) complexes of 2,6-bis[1-(2,6-diethylphenylimino)ethyl]pyridine (L1), 2,6-bis[1-(4-methylphenylimino)ethyl]pyridine (L2 ) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Complex Ni(L1)Cl2?·?CH3CN (1), exhibits a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, whereas complex Ni(L1)(CH3CN)Cl2 (2), is six-coordinate with a geometry that can best be described as distorted octahedral. The catalytic activities of complexes 1, 2, Ni{2,6-bis[1-(2,6-diisopropyl-phenylimino)ethyl]pyridine} Cl2?·?CH3CN (3), and Ni{2,6-bis[1-(2,6-dimethylphenylimino) ethyl]pyridine}Cl2?·?CH3CN (4), for ethylene polymerization were studied under activation with MAO.  相似文献

Abstract

This communication deals with a simple method for preparation of X-phosphorylated sugars by the reaction of trivalent phosphorus derivatives with 1-α,β-azides of 2,3,4,5-tetraacetylated and 2,3,4,6-tetra(trimethyl)silylated glycose. It has been established that ohosphimine derivatives, obtained as a result of the Staudinger reaction, can be easily hydrolyzed to give derivatives of acetylated glucosaminphosphoric acids. It has been discovered that susceptibility to hydrolysis depends on the phosphorus suhstituents. When using esters of trivalent phosphorus the rate of hydrolysis for compounds with alkyl substituents decreases in order

C3H7 > C2H5O >> CH3O

Abstract

Individual E/Z isomers of the C-methyl ester 1 of α-(hydroxyimino)phosphonoacetic acid (“troika acid”) were recently prepared as dicyclohexylammonium salts and found to be stable at neutral pH.1 On alkaline demethylation followed by pH adjustment to 6–7, E?1 and Z?1 stereospecifically undergo P-Cαand Cα-Cβ cleavage, respectively.1 Herein we report synthesis of the corresponding P-methyl ester from trimethyl phos-phonoacetate 2. The product was isolated as its bis-DCHA+ salt E-3, with stereochemistry assigned by NMR.2  相似文献

Two new alkaloids, Septonine (C35H44N2O9) and Septontrionine (C25H39NO6) were isolated from the roots of Aconitum septentrionale K. According to the 1H and 13C NMR, IR, and mass spectra, Septonin and Septontrionin were assigned the structures of 20-ethyl-7-hydroxy-1α,14α,16β-trimethoxy-6-oxo-17(7→8)abeoaconitan-4-ylmethyl 2-(2,5-dioxopyrrolidin-l-yl)benzoate and 20-ethyl-7-hydroxy-1α,14α,16β-trimethoxy-4-methoxymethyl-17(7→8)abeoaconitan-6-one, respectively.  相似文献

Abstract

Halogenophosphoranes catPX3 (X = C1, Br) (3), catPBr2Y [Y = CHF2CF2CH2(4), F(5), OCH=CBr2 (6), CN (7), cat = C6H4O2-o] react with aldehydes containing electron-withdrawing groups (CZ3CHO, Z = C1, Br) in solvent to form the products of insertion in P-X bond. The structure of compounds (12–15) and their diastereomeric composition were determined by the NMR 1H, 13C, and 31P spectroscopy. Phosphoranes (8–11) disproportionate to PX3 and cat2POCHXCZ3 (X, 2 = Br, Br; C1, Br) (16, 17). Dibromophosphoranes (4–7) and monobromophosphorane (3) are also added to the carbonyl group of CZ3CHO to form unsymmetric P(V) derivatives catPBr(OCHBrCZ3)Y (18, 19) and (16, 17, 20–25).
