Ion-association complexes of antazoline HCl [I], hydralazine HCl [II], amiloride HCl [III] and quinine sulphate [IV] with [Co(SCN)4]2– and [Co(NO2)6]3– were precipitated and the excess unreacted cobalt complex was determined. A new method using atomic emission and atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of the above drugs in pure solutions and pharmaceutical preparations is given. The drugs can be determined in the ranges 0.3–3.0, 0.19–1.96, 0.3–3.0, and 0.78–7.82 mg/25 ml solutions of I, II, III, and IV, respectively, with mean relative standard deviations of 0.65–2.03 % and recovery values of 95.76–101.2% indicating high precision and accuracy.  相似文献

The enthalpies of protonation of allyllithium (I), trans-1-propenyllithium (II), 2-propenyllithium (III), phenyllithium (IV), and ethyllithium (V) in diethyl ether have been determined calorimetrically. Abstract

A series of iminophosphoranes o-X-C6H4-N=PPh3, where X=H(I),Me (II),Et (III),OMe(IV),OEt(V) were investigated by means of dipole moments method. Because of an orientation of aromatic fragment determines intramolecular interactions in the system (benzene ring - double N=P bond), the problem of internal rotation of N-Car bond is important. Abstract

A simple, rapid and sensitive method for the determination of betamethasone (I), dexamethasone (II) and hydrocortisone (III), either in the pure form or in pharmaceutical formulations is described. The method is based on the development of a brown product with indophenoi in basic aqueous-ethanolic (50% v/v) medium. The optimum reaction conditions for the charge transfer complex formed were assessed. The absorbance measurements were made at 820, 816 and 822 nm for I, II and III respectively. The calibration graph was linear in the range 1-26, 1-32 and 1-35 μg/ml of I, II and III with slopes of 0.028, 0.021 and 0.024, respectively. For more accurate analysis, Ringbom optimum concentration ranges were 2.5-23.0, 3.0-28.5 and 3.0-33.0 μg/ml for I, II and III, respectively. The precision of the procedure was checked by calculating the relative standard deviation of ten replicate determinations on a sample containing 20 μg/ml for each drug and was found to be 1.67, 1.39 and 1.85% for I, II and III, respectively. Many common excepience and common drugs present in their dosage forms do not interfere, and the tolerable levels were evaluated. Results of analysis of pure drugs and their dosage forms by the proposed method are in good agreement with those of the British Pharmacopoeia 1993 procedure.  相似文献

The geometrical parameters and quantum mechanical force fields (QMFF's) of 3,3-dimethyl-1-(trimethylplumbyl)cyclopropene (I), 3,3-dimethyl-1-(t-butyl)cyclopropene (II), 3,3-dimethyl-1-(trimethylsilyl)cyclopropene (III), 3,3-dimethyl-1-(trimethylgermyl)cyclopropene (IV), and 3,3-dimethyl-1-(trimethylstannyl)cyclopropene (V) were calculated at the pseudopotential (HF/SDDAll) level. Analysis of the optimised geometrical parameters was performed. The set of scale factors for correction of the pseudopotential QMFF of III was determined using its earlier well-characterised vibrational spectrum. Transferral of the set of scale factors obtained for III to the QMFF's of I, II, IV and V was followed by calculation of the fundamental vibrational frequencies. Analysis of the results for these molecules revealed some peculiarities in the vibrational frequencies obtained at the pseudopotential level.  相似文献

Abstract

Silica gels, chemically modified with mono, di, tri and tetramine (I - IV), were synthesized. The monoamine (I) was produced directly via the reaction of silica gel with 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. The diamine (II), triamine (III) and tetramine (IV) were produced through the reaction of ethylenediamine (EDA), diethylenetriamine (DETA) and triethylenetetramine (TETA) with 3-chloropropyltrichloromethane modified silica gel, respectively. The sorption properties of the phases (I - IV) toward Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) and Pb(II) were investigated at different pH-values based on the batch equilibrium technique, The, metal uptake capacities (mmol/g) were determined and discussed in terms of the structure of the aliphatic amines and the increasing number of nitrogen donor atoms. The metal capacity values demonstrate the higher efficiency of phases III and IV than phases I and II for preconcentration of such metal ions. Moreover, the use of phases III and IV for selective extraction of Cu(II) and Ni(II) is promising.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Titan(III)chlorid, Titan (IV)oxyperchlorat, Vanadin(III)chlorid, Vanadin(IV)oxyperchlorat, Chrom(III)chlorid und Chrom(III)perchlorat wurden in 1,2-Propandiolcarbonat polarographisch untersucht; die Art der Grenzströme, die Diffusionsstromkonstanten, die Diffusionskoeffizienten, die Art der Abscheidungsvorgänge und die Lage der Halbwellenpotentiale, bez. auf die gesätt. wäßr. Kalomelelektrode, wurden bei 25° in 0,1M-Lösungen von Tetraäthylammoniumperchlorat bestimmt. Es wurden die Reduktionsvorgänge Ti(IV)–Ti(III), V(III)–V(II), V(IV)–V(II), Cr(III)–Cr(II) und Cr(II)–Cr(0) aufgefunden, wobei nur V(III)–V(II) reversibel verläuft.
Polarographic investigation have been carried out on titanium(III)chloride, titanium(IV)oxoperchlorate, vanadium(III)chloride, vanadium(IV)oxoperchlorate, chromium(III)chloride and chromium(III)perchlorate in 1,2-propanediol-carbonate; the nature of the limiting currents, the diffusion current constants, the diffusion coefficients, the reversibility or irreversibility of the electrode process and the half-wave potentials vs. aqueous saturated calomel electrode have been determined in 0,1M solutions of tetraethylammonium perchlorate at 25°. Reduction waves were found corresponding to Ti(IV)–Ti(III), V(III)–V(II), V(IV)–V(II), Cr(III)–Cr(II) and Cr(II)–Cr(0)

The separation and determination of Co(III), Ni(II), V(V) and Fe(III) chelates with 2-(2-benzothiazolylazo)-5-(3-sulfopropyl)aminophenol (BTASPAP) by reversed-phase ion-pair HPLC was investigated. In the presence of the oxidant potassium iodate, BTASPAP reacts with Co(III), Ni(II), V(V) and Fe(III) to form stable, negatively charged, water-soluble chelates. The chelates were separated on a C(18) siloxane bonded phase and eluted within 7 min with acetonitrile-acetate-water (36:1:63 v/v) containing 0.2 mol 1(-1) acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer (pH 3.0) and 1.0 mmol 1(-1) tetrabutylammonium bromide. The detection limits of Co(III), Ni(II), V(V) and Fe(III) at 565 nm are 0.3, 0.8, 0.3 and 1.0 ng (signal-to-noise ratio = 2), respectively. The method was applied to the determination of Co, Ni, V and Fe in four samples of standard alloys.  相似文献

Abstract

A new epoxy-urea chelating resin was synthesized from epoxy resin and used for the preconcentration and separation of trace Bi(III), In(III), Sn(IV), Zr(IV), V(V) and Ti(IV) ions from solution samples. The analyzed ions can be enriched at pH 5 at a flow rate of 1–4 ml/min, and can be also desorbed with 10 mL of 2 M HCl +0.1g NH4F solution from the resin column, with recoveries over 97%. The chelating resin reused 6 times can still adsorb quantitatively the Bi, In, Sn, Zr, V and Ti ions, and eighty to thousand-fold excesses of Ca(II), Mg(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Al(III), Sb(III), Ni(II), Mn(II) and Fe(III) cause little interference with the enrichment and determination of these ions. The RSDs of the proposed method for the determination of 500–50 ng/ml Bi, In and Sn, 50–5.0 ng/ml Zr, V and Ti were in the range of 0.4 ~ 4.0%, the enrichment factor of the resin for the ions is in the range of 10–100. The recoveries of added standard in waste water are between 96% and 100%, and the concentration of each ion in alloy steel sample determined by the method is in good agreement with the reference value analyzed by a steel plant with average error <2.8%.  相似文献

Oximidobenzotetronic acid is recommended for the separation and gravimetric determination of palladium and cobalt An ethanolic solution of the reagent quantitatively precipitates palladium(II) from solutions which are 0.75 N in acid up to pH 5.1, the complex is weighed as Pd(C9H5NO4)2. Cobalt(II) can be determined in the filtrate after the precipitation of palladium. With 0.5 N acid solutions, no interference was found from Pt(IV), Ir(IV), Rh(III), Ru(III), Os(IV), Au(III), Ag(I), Cu(II), Fe(III), Ni(II), Hg(II). Pb(II), Bi(III), Cd(II), As(V), Se(VI), Te(IV), Mo(VI), Sb(III), Al(III), Cr(III), Zn(II), Ti(IV), Zr(IV). acetate, oxalate, citrate, tartrate, phosphate and fluoride.  相似文献

A simple and rapid method is described for the gravimetric determination of ruthenium(III) with two new isomeric reagents, m-and p-phenylene-di(1-tetrazoline-5-thione). Solutions containing milligram amounts of ruthenium(III)on treatment with the acetone or alcohol solutions of the reagents at pH 5.5-7.0 give a quantitative yield of an intensely green insoluble 1:1 complex which can be easily filtered off and dried at 110-115 degrees . Amounts of ruthenium down to 0.5 mg can be determined with fairly good accuracy and precision. Even large amounts of rhodium do not cause any interference. The following cations interfere: Pd(II), Pt(IV), Au(III), Ir(IV), Bi, Fe(III), Cu(II), Hg(I), Hg(II), Pb, Cd, T1(I) and Ag.  相似文献

Poly(acryldinitrophenylamidrazone-dinitroacrylphenylhydrazine) chelating fiber was synthesized from polyacrylonitrile fiber and used for enrichment and separation for traces of Au(III), Ru(III), In(III), Bi(III), Zr(IV), V(V), Ga(III) and Ti(IV) ions from solution samples. The acidity, rate, re-use, capacity and interference on the adsorption of ions on the chelating fiber as well as the conditions of desorption of these ions from the chelating fiber were investigated by means of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. The results show that 10-100 ngml(-1) of Au(III), Ru(III), In(III), Bi(III), Zr(IV), V(V), Ga(III) and Ti(IV) ions can be quantitatively enriched by the chelating fiber at a 2 mlmin(-1) of flow rate in the range pH 4-5, and desorbed quantitatively with 20 ml of 5 M HCl for In(III), Bi(III), Zr(IV), V(V), Ga(III), Ti(IV) and 20 ml of 4 M HCl+2% CS(NH(2))(2) solution for Au(III), Ru(III) (with recovery>95%). 50- to 500- fold excesses of Fe(III), Al(III), Mg(II), Mn(II), Ca(II), Cu(II), Ni(II) ions cause little interference in the concentration and determination of analyzed ions. When the fiber was reused for 8 times, the recoveries of the above ions enriched by the fiber were still over 87%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) for the enrichment and determination of 10 ngml(-1) Au, Ru, In, Bi, Ga and 1 ngml(-1) Zr, V, Ti were lower than 3.0%. The results obtained for these ions in real solution samples by this method were basically in agreement with the given values with average errors of less than 6.3%. FT-IR spectra show that existence of NNCNHNH, OCNHNH and NO(2) functional groups are verified in chelating fiber, and Au(III) or Ru(III) is mainly combined with nitrogen (or oxygen) of the groups to form a chelate complex.  相似文献

A novel spherical macroporous epoxy-dicyandiamide chelating resin is synthesized simply and rapidly from epoxy resin and use for the preconcentration and separation of trace Ga(III), In(III), Bi(III), Sn(IV), Pb(II), V(V) and Ti(IV) ions from solution samples. The analyzed ions can be quantitatively concentrated by the resin at flow rate of 3.0 ml min(-1) at pH 3, and can also be desorbed with 10 ml of 4 M HCl+0.2 g thiourea from the resin column with recoveries of 97-100%. The chelating resin is reused for eight times, the recoveries of these ions are still over 92%, and a 100-1000 times of excess of Fe(III), Al(III),Ca(II), Mg(III), Ni(II), Mn(II), Co(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), and Cd(II) cause no interference in the determination of these ions by inductively-coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The capacities of the resin for the analytes are in the range of 0.66-4.20 mmol g(-1). The results show the relative standard deviation for the determination of 50.0 ng ml(-1) Ga(III), In(III), Bi(III), Sn(IV) and Pb(II), 5.0 ng ml(-1) V(V) and Ti(IV) are in the range of 1.2-4.0%. The recoveries of a standard added in real solution samples are between 96 and 100%, and the concentration of each ion in mineral sample detected by the method is in good agreement with the certified value.  相似文献

Styryl- and α-methylstyryldiphenylbismuth (I and II, respectively), and styryl and α-methylstyryltriphenyllead and the two corresponding tin-containing monomers (III, IV, V and VI, respectively) were synthesized. Compounds III through VI were obtained pure, but I and II contain substantial quantities of Ph3Bi and di- and tri-vinyl derivatives. Homopolymers of I, III and V, as well as copolymers with methyl acrylate were synthesized radically. Monomers III, V, and VI yielded narrow MWD polymers with anionic initiators such as the potassium salt of the α-methylstyrene dimer carbanion in THF at −80°C, while I gave a broad, bimodal MWD. Monomers II and IV did not polymerize under these conditions due to side reactions with the initiator. Glass transition temperatures, thermal stabilities and radiopacities of a number of the polymers were determined.  相似文献

A method for simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of Sb(III) and Sb(V) using multivariate calibration method is proposed. This method is based on the development of the reaction between the analytes and pyrogallol red at pH 2.00. The selection of variables was studied. A series of synthetic solutions containing different concentrations of Sb(III) and Sb(V) were used to check the prediction ability of the partial least squares model. The calibration curves were linear over the range of 0.3-3.4 and 0.3-3.0 μg ml−1 for Sb(III) and Sb(V), respectively. The detection limits were 0.177 and 0.200 μg ml−1 for Sb(III) and Sb(V), respectively.  相似文献

The use of molybdophosphoric acid as an oxidising agent for the spectrophotometric determination of four cephalosporin derivatives, viz., cefadroxil monohydrate (I), cefapirin sodium (II), ceforanide L-lysine (III) and cefuroxime sodium (IV), either in the pure form or in pharmaceutical formulations is described. Beer's law is obeyed up to 100 micrograms ml-1 for I, up to 60 micrograms ml-1 for II and IV and up to 80 micrograms ml-1 for III. The molar absorptivities were 4.58 X 10(3), 11.3 X 10(3), 9.8 X 10(3) and 10.9 X 10(3) l mol-1 cm-1 and the Sandell sensitivities were 83.3, 39.3, 53.0 and 41.0 ng cm-2 for I, II, III and IV, respectively. The slopes and intercepts of the equations of the regression line were calculated for each of these drugs with the following correlation coefficients: I, 0.9993; II, 0.9999; III, 1.000; and IV, 0.9999. These antibiotics were determined successfully both in the pure form and in pharmaceutical preparations. The results demonstrated that the proposed procedure is at least as accurate, precise and reproducible as the official methods, while being simpler and less time consuming. A statistical analysis indicated that there was no significant difference between the results obtained by the proposed procedure and those of the official methods.  相似文献

A poly(acrylamidrazone-hydrazide) chelating fiber has been synthesized from polyacrylonitrile fiber and used for enrichment-separation of traces of In(III), Sn(IV), Cr(III), VO(I) and Ti(IV) from solution samples with satisfactory results. These ions (5-250 ng/ml) can be quantitatively enriched (recovery > 95%) by the fiber at a 10 ml/min flow rate in the pH range 4-7, and desorbed quantitatively (recovery > 95%) with 10 ml of 2-5M hydrochloric acid from a fiber column at 6 ml/min flow rate. When the fiber, which had been stored in a glass bottle for about two years and then treated with strong acids (concentrated hydrochloric or nitric acid), was reused 10 times, the recoveries of the above ions by enrichment were still over 94%, and hundred-fold to thousand-fold excesses of Cu(II), Zn(II), Co(II), Ca(II), Mg(II), Fe(III) and Al(III) caused little interference in the determination of these ions by ICP-AES. The lowest concentrations for the proposed method were 50 ng/ml and In and Sn and 5 ng/ml for Cr, V and Ti. The RSD was 1.2-4.0%. The contents of these ions in real solution samples determined by this method were basically in agreement with the certified values of the samples, with average errors below 3.3%. The IR spectra of the fiber adsorbed with Cr(III) or VO(I) showed that Cr(III) or VO(I) combined mainly with nitrogen atoms in the fiber to form a coordination complex.  相似文献
