以间苯二酚为原料,经5步反应制得中间体4,4′-[4,6-双(己氧基)-1,3亚苯基]双{1-[4-(叠氮甲基)苯基]-1H-1,2,3-三氮唑}(6); 6与1,5-二乙炔基-1,4-二(己氧基)苯在高度稀释的条件下经Click反应环合制得1,2,3-三唑环蕃(7); 7与三甲基氧鎓四氟硼酸盐反应合成了全甲基化的新型1,2,3-三唑鎓环蕃,其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR和HR-ESI-MS表征。  相似文献

基于2,2'-二取代的联萘衍生物在手性构型上高度稳定的特点, 分别从光学活性的(R)-和(S)-2,2'-二乙炔基-1,1'-联萘结构模板出发, 通过Sonogashira 偶连反应导入苄基砜, 然后用二异丙基氨基锂(LDA)处理制得的联萘二砜成功地合成了一种新的螺旋环芳分子——对映异构体(R,P)-3和(S,M)-3. MS, IR, 1H和13C NMR以及元素分析表征了这些化合物.镜象特征的圆二色(CD)谱和比旋光度[α]D的测定结果清楚地反映了它们的对映异构关系.  相似文献

用密度泛函理论B3LYP方法选取6-311+G(d,p)基组对烟酸-烟酸复合物进行了量子化学计算研究, 通过在相同水平下的频率振动分析发现了势能面上存在7个极小值点, 其最稳定构型1对应一N…H—O型强氢键, 其结合能在消除基组重叠误差后为-48.3 kJ·mol-1. 通过自然键轨道(NBO)分析, 研究了电荷转移及轨道相互作用. 通过自洽反应场(SCRF)理论中的极化连续模型(PCM)在介电常数分别为1.0(真空)、2.247(苯)、10.36(二氯乙烷)、20.7(丙酮)、32.63(甲醇)、78.39(水)的不同溶剂环境下重新优化烟酸复合物势能面上最稳定构型1, 研究了溶剂对烟酸复合物几何构型及结合能的影响. 发现溶剂化作用增大了烟酸复合物分子间的结合能, 导致N…H距离减小. 当溶液介电常数在1.0-32.63范围时, 溶剂效应十分显著, 当介电常数大于32.63后, 溶剂化作用趋于稳定.  相似文献

The synthesis and X-ray crystal structure of a methylene-bridged glycoluril dimer 2 was reported.The methylene-bridged glycoluril dimer 2(C38H36Br4N8O12,Mr=1116.35) crystallizes in space group P1 with a=10.5802(6),b=16.8469(9),c=24.7673(14) ,α=98.00,β=96.263(1),γ=101.606(1)o,V=4239.3(4)3,Z=4,Dc=1.749 g/cm3,μ=3.869 mm-1 and F(000)=2224.It crystallizes in an S-shaped conformation that displays two ethoxycarbonyl groups on each face of the molecule.  相似文献

The use of smart nanocarriers that can modulate therapeutic release aided by biological cues can prevent undesirable cytotoxicity caused by the premature release of cytotoxic drugs during nanocarrier circulation. In this report, degradable nanocarriers based on pH/reduction dual-responsive nanogels were synthesized to encapsulate doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX) and specifically boost the release of DOX in conditions characteristic of the cancer microenvironment. Nanogels containing anionic monomer 2-carboxyethyl acrylate (CEA) and N,N′-bis(acryloyl)cystamine (CBA) as a degradable crosslinker have been successfully synthesized via photoinitiated free radical polymerization. The loading process was conducted after polymerization by taking advantage of the electrostatic interaction between the negatively charged nanogels and the positively charged DOX. In this case, a high drug loading capacity (DLC) of up to 27.89% was achieved. The entrapment of DOX into a nanogel network could prevent DOX from aggregating in biological media at DOX concentrations up to ~160 µg/mL. Anionic nanogels had an average hydrodynamic diameter (dH) of around 90 nm with a negative zeta (ζ) potential of around −25 mV, making them suitable for targeting cancer tissue via the enhanced permeation effect. DOX-loaded nanogels formed a stable dispersion in different biological media, including serum-enriched cell media. In the presence of glutathione (GSH) and reduced pH, drug release was enhanced, which proves dual responsivity. An in vitro study using the HCT 116 colon cancer cell line demonstrated the enhanced cytotoxic effect of the NG-CBA/DOX-1 nanogel compared to free DOX. Taken together, pH/reduction dual-responsive nanogels show promise as drug delivery systems for anticancer therapy.  相似文献

Three new cyclophane host molecules 2, 4, and 6 are prepared by connecting the oxygen atoms of two ,'–di(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1,4-diisopropylbenzene units with two di-, tetra-, and hexamethylene spacers, respectively. Solid-state structures are determined for host 2 with a hexane guest, host 4 with a toluene guest and a solvating toluene molecule, host 4 with a p-xylene guest,and host 6 with two p-xylene guests.  相似文献

A nanometer porphyrin dimer was synthesized with fumaryl chloride as a bridge-linked reagent. The characterization was carried out with elemental analyses, ^1H NMR, UV-Vis, and IR spectrometries, and then the electrochemical properties of the porphyrins were studied. The authors found that there was moderate electronic communication between the two porphyrin rings in the nanometer porphyrin dimer.  相似文献

This review focuses on the synthesis, structure, and interactions of metal ions, the detection of some weak interactions using the structure, and the construction of supramolecules of azacalixarenes that have been reported to date. Azacalixarenes are characterized by the presence of shallow or deep cavities, the simultaneous presence of a basic nitrogen atom and an acidic phenolic hydroxyl group, and the ability to introduce various side chains into the cyclic skeleton. These molecules can be given many functions by substituting groups on the benzene ring, modifying phenolic hydroxyl groups, and converting side chains. The author discusses the evidence of azacalixarene utilizing these characteristics.  相似文献

构象固定的刚性多环主体分子为构筑高级复杂的机械互锁结构提供了重要平台. 为挑战合成刚性多环主体并进一步构筑多层次机械互锁结构, 氧杂杯[4]芳烃桥连的柱[5]芳烃二聚体经过Raney Ni催化氢化还原硝基、与叔丁氧羰基(Boc)-β-丙氨酸缩合和脱去N-Boc保护基三步反应, 生成了四氨基柱[5]芳烃二聚体. X射线单晶衍射实验表明三环目标主体分子具有双桶望远镜形状, 并且构象刚性, 随取代基不同仅有微小变化. 此外, 该四氨基二聚体可作为主体与己二腈形成高稳定性的1∶2络合物. 该研究为制备复杂超分子体系提供了新的机会.  相似文献

纤维素是生产生物质燃料,精细化工品的重要原料. 热解是由纤维素解聚的重要手段之一. 了解纤维素热解的反应机理对发展高效的生物质转化技术具有重要意义. 我们利用密度泛函理论方法,以纤维素二聚体为模型,详细研究了其发生键均裂过程的热力学能量变化. 发现糖苷键和侧链C—C键的均裂相对于C—OH键和O—H键均裂在热力学上更优. 此外,我们发现不同物种的热力学稳定性与其在纤维素快速热解实验产物中的比例无关. 最后我们发现温度对反应能否自发发生具有重要的影响,为通过调节温度来改变不同类型反应的选择性提供了一条思路.  相似文献

Three stable dimers of methyl nitrate have been obtained and their geometries have been fully optimized at the HF/6‐31G,. level. Binding energies have been calculated with correction for the basis set superposition error (BSSE) and zero point energy (ZPE). The cyclic overlap‐type structure, the binding energy of which is 11.97 kJ/mol at the MP4SDTQ/6‐31G. / HF/6‐31G. level, is the most stable. No intermolecular hydrogen bond was found, and the charge transfer between two subsystems is minute. The thermodynamic properties of methyl nitrate and its dimers have been calculated based on the vibrational analysis and statistical thermodynamics.  相似文献

合成了未见报道的L-谷氨酸桥连的卟啉二联体配体及其铜的金属配合物, 并用红外光谱, 电子吸收光谱, 核磁氢谱, 元素分析和质谱等对化合物的结构加以确认, 研究了配体和金属配合物的CD, 拉曼光谱和荧光光谱的变化. 结果显示在配体中没有出现劈裂的Cotton效应, 而铜配合物中出现了劈裂的正负Cotton效应, 配体的荧光强度强于铜配合物的荧光强度, 在拉曼光谱中, 由于卟啉分子平面的对称性由D2h变为D4h群及其铜离子d轨道的电子效应, 在卟啉配体和铜配合物之间的拉曼光谱有很大差别.  相似文献

Selective recognition of nucleotides with synthetic receptors is an emerging direction to solve a series of nucleic acid-related challenges in biochemistry. Towards this goal, a new aza-cyclophane with two different dyes, naphthalimide and pyrene, connected through a triamine linker has been synthesized and studied for the ability to bind and detect nucleoside triphosphates in an aqueous solution. The receptor shows Foerster resonance energy transfer (FRET) in fluorescence spectra upon excitation in DMSO, which is diminished dramatically in the presence of water. According to binding studies, the receptor has a preference to bind ATP (adenosine triphosphate) and CTP (cytidine triphosphate) with a “turn-on” fluorescence response. Two separate emission bands of dyes allow one to detect nucleotides in a ratiometric manner in a broad concentration range of 10−5–10−3 M. Spectroscopic measurements and quantum chemical calculations suggest the formation of receptor–nucleotide complexes, which are stabilized by dispersion interactions between a nucleobase and dyes, while hydrogen bonding interactions of nucleobases with the amine linkers are responsible for selectivity.  相似文献

以4,5-二(2'-氰乙基硫基)-1,3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-硫酮为原料经甲醇钠消除一个氰乙基生成4-(2'-氰乙基硫基)-1,3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-硫酮的单钠盐, 生成的单钠盐再与1,4-二(氯甲基)苯反应生成4,4'-二(2-氰乙基硫基)-5,5'-(1,4-二亚甲基苯)-二(1,3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-硫酮). 接着在乙酸汞的作用下生成4,4'-二(2-氰乙基硫基)-5,5'-(1,4-二亚甲基苯)-二(1,3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-酮), 此化合物在亚磷酸三乙酯的作用下发生偶联反应, 生成由TTF单元和苯单元构建的新型四硫富瓦烯环蕃和另一种四硫富瓦烯衍生物. 并分别通过循环伏安法和化学氧化法对它们及其导电复合物的电化学性质和紫外光谱进行了研究. 还研究了这种新型四硫富瓦烯环蕃在金纳米颗粒表面自组装行为.  相似文献

A new macrocyclic host compound 2 having an octamethylsubstituted cyclophane structure with two intra-annular carboxylic acid functions has beensynthesized. The properties of crystalline inclusion formation are studied and X-ray crystalstructures of three inclusion complexes including acetic acid, propionic acid and acetone asthe guest molecules are reported. Inter-host channel formation with complexed guest moleculesaccommodated into the channels are typical features of the acetic acid and acetone 1 : 4 (host : guest) stoichiometric complexes being also hydrated species, while the propionicacid 1 : 2 complex is of the close packing type containing no additional water molecules.Systems of hydrogen bonds involving the host and guest functional groups are common toall structures. In the case of the acetic acid inclusion compound, a complex supramolecularhydrogen-bonded array comprising a bordering tricyclic assembly of eight molecular species exists.  相似文献
