Ceramic coatings are fabricated on pure aluminium by plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) in three kinds of electrolyte systems [E1: 0.05M NaOH+0.033M Na2SiO3, E2: 0.025M NaOH+0.008M (NAPO3)6 and E3: 0.025M NaOH+0.066M Na2SiO3+0.008M (NAPO3)6]. The voltage-time responses show that the PEO process of E2 has the highest discharging voltage, which results in the biggest pores and heaviest cracks on the surfaces. X-ray diffraction results show that coatings produced in E1 and E3 are mainly composed of γ-Al2O3 and mullite, while coatings produced in E2 are mainly composed of a-Al2O3. After PEO treatment the corrosion resistance of aluminium is improved significantly and the coatings produced in E3 perform the best corrosion resistance.  相似文献

In this paper results are presented on the corrosion resistance against SO2-polluted atmospheres of ultrathin Fe layers (<2.5 nm) deposited on SiO2/Si wafers by two methods: vacuum evaporation and Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) technique. It is shown that the corrosion resistance of the evaporated films is similar to that shown by massive iron while the corrosion resistance of the LB films is remarkably higher. We also show that the corrosion resistance of iron evaporated films can be greatly enhanced by using TiN coatings. Results on the influence of the SO2 concentration, the atmospheric relative humidity and the exposure time on the corrosion behaviour of thin (30 nm) TiN layers deposited onto evaporated Fe films on SiO2/Si wafers are discussed. The ZnO films doped with 3 wt% phosphorus (P) were produced by activating phosphorus doped ZnO (ZnO:P) thin films in oxygen (O2) ambient at 600°C for 30, 60, 90 and 120 min, respectively. As-deposited films doped with phosphorus are highly conductive and n type. All the films showed p-type conduction after annealing, in an O2 ambient atmosphere. The activation energies of the phosphorus dopant in the p-type ZnO under O2 ambient gases indicate that phosphorus substitution on the O site yielded a deep level in the gap. With a further increase of the annealed durations, the crystalline quality of the ZnO:P sample is degraded. The best p-type ZnO:P film deposited at 600°C for 30 min shows a resistivity of 1.85 Ω cm and a relatively high hole concentration of 5.1 × 1017cm–3 at room temperature. The films exhibit a polycrystalline hexagonal wurtzite structure without preferred orientation. The mean grain sizes are calculated to be about 60, 72, 78, 85 and 90 nm for the p-type ZnO films prepared at 600°C for 30, 60, 90 and 120 min, respectively. Room temperature photoluminescence (PL) spectra of the ZnO film exhibit two emission bands — paramount excitonic ultraviolet (UV) emission and weak deep level visible emission. The excellent emission from the film annealed at 600°C for 30 min is attributed to the good crystalline quality of the p-type ZnO film and the low rate of formation of intrinsic defects at such short duration. The visible emission consists of two components in the green range.  相似文献

The properties of a low-pressure combined gas discharge initiated in a resonator chamber near the surface of a metal workpiece subjected to the superposition of high electromagnetic and electrostatic fields have been studied. It has been shown that, when a constant potential is applied to the workpiece, a layer forms on its surface in which positive ions or electrons (depending on the sign of the potential) accelerate to an energy as high as several hundred electronvolts. The interaction between accelerated particles and the workpiece causes the liberation of heat in the surface layer, which is sufficient for its complete melting. If the applied potential is positive, a hardening nanostructure arises on the workpiece surface. The physical parameters of the combined gas discharge have been estimated.  相似文献

Conversion electron Moessbauer spectroscopy (CEMS) is a method very suitable for the study of ion implanted iron. It is demonstrated on nitrogen and phosphorus implanted iron layers. Using this technique not the 14.4-keV-gamma-rays as in the case of the conventional Moessbauer transmission experiments but the conversion and Auger electrons are detected. These electrons have a maximum energy of 7.3 keV. The Moessbauer signal can be obtained from a surface layer of about 300 nm. But the main fraction of the signal, namely 65%, comes from the first 50 nm. This range is just interesting for ion implantation. Depending on the test conditions different iron nitrides are formed by the nitrogen implantation and the phosphorus implantation can result in both amorphization and compound formation in the implanted layer.  相似文献

Iron (Fe) films with a thickness ranging from 1.Onto to 80.Onto are deposited on silicone oil surfaces by a vapor phase deposition method. The films with a thickness old 〈 2.0 nm do not exhibit planar morphology but ramified aggregates instead. Magnetic force microscopy studies for the Fe films (10.0nm ≤d ≤ 80.0nto) show that the domain wall structure is widespread and irregularly shaped and the oscillation phase shift △θ, which records as the magnetic force image, changes from 0.29°to 0.81°. Correspondingly, the magnetic force gradient varies from 1.4 ×10^-3 to 4.0× 10^-3 N/m, respectively. In our measurement, the characteristic domain walls, such as Bloch walls, Neel walls and cross-tie walls, are not observed in the film system clearly.  相似文献

We investigate the stochastic dynamics and the hopping transfer of electrons embedded into two‐dimensional atomic layers. First we formulate the quantum statistics of general atom ‐ electron systems based on the tight‐binding approximation and express ‐ following linear response transport theory ‐ the quantum‐mechanical time correlation functions and the conductivity by means of equilibrium time correlation functions. Within the relaxation time approach an expression for the effective collision frequency is derived in Born approximation, which takes into account quantum effects and dynamic effects of the atom motion through the dynamic structure factor of the lattice and the quantum dynamics of the electrons. In the last part we derive Pauli equations for the stochastic electron dynamics including nonlinear excitations of the atomic subsystem. We carry out Monte Carlo simulations and show that mean square displacements of electrons and transport properties are in a moderate to high temperature regime strongly influenced by by soliton‐type excitations and demonstrate the existence of percolation effects (© 2011 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. 在r面蓝宝石衬底上,采用金属有机化学气相沉积(MOCVD)法高温生长了未掺杂非极性AlGaN半导体薄膜,在此基础上制备了金属-半导体-金属(MSM)结构的紫外探测器。系统研究了在AlGaN半导体薄膜表面分别磁控溅射SiO2纳米颗粒与SiO2钝化层两种钝化手段对非极性AlGaN-MSM结构的紫外探测器性能的影响。实验结果表明:磁控溅射SiO2纳米颗粒钝化或SiO2钝化层两种手段都能提升AlGaN-MSM结构紫外探测器性能。暗电流测试表明,SiO2纳米颗粒和SiO2钝化层可使器件暗电流下降1~2个数量级,达到nA量级。光谱响应测试发现,在5 V偏压下,探测器在300 nm处具有陡峭的截止边,这表明其具有很好的深紫外特性,光谱响应提高了103倍,紫外可见抑制比高达105。  相似文献

Pearlitic grey iron was treated by means of a XeCl laser to remelt only a shallow layer. This process allows to modify the heteregeneous surfaces of cast irons in order to improve their tribological behaviour. The energy density ranged from 0.3 to 3 J/cm2 and the number of shots from 4 to 40. It is shown that after laser irradiation austenite is formed in the melted layer; compressive stresses at the surface were exhibited as well as the deposition of graphite and the formation of carbides. It is shown that excimer laser processing highly decreases the coefficient of friction and the wear rate.
