We investigate strong exciton-plasmon coupling and plasmon-mediated hybridization between the Frenkel(F)and Wannier-Mott(WM)excitons of an organic-inorganic hybrid system consisting of a silver ring separated from a monolayer WS_2 by J-aggregates.The extinction spectra of the hybrid system calculated by employing the coupled oscillator model are consistent with the results simulated by the finite-difference time-domain method.The calculation results show that strong couplings among F excitons,WM excitons,and localized surface plasmon resonances(LSPRs) lead to the appearance of three plexciton branches in the extinction spectra.The weighting efficiencies of the F exciton,WM exciton and LSPR modes in three plexciton branches are used to analyze the exciton-polaritons in the system.Furthermore,the strong coupling between two different excitons and LSPRs is manipulated by tuning F or WM exciton resonances.  相似文献

The topic of improving the ability of quantum systems to retain non-local features and enhance the efficiency of quantum protocols continues. This study delves into the thermal investigation of quantum correlations and teleportation fidelity of a two-qubit teleported state using excess electrons in a coupled double quantum dots system as a quantum channel. The study employs three reliable quantum quantifiers to prospect the resourcefulness and non-classicality of the system. The findings suggest that preserving quantum correlations and optimizing teleportation fidelity require minimizing tunneling coupling and maximizing Coulomb interaction. The study has significant implications for quantum physics and its practical applications in quantum information processing.  相似文献

We study the electron states on lateral double quantum dots coupled in parallel. The charge stability diagrams are given in terms of the gate voltages of both dots. We discover that the two electron states translate from separated states to coupled states continuously by increasing the inter-dot coupling strength. Our results demonstrate that the parallel-quantum-dot tunability bodes well for future quantum computing applications.  相似文献

The optical properties of a composite material consisting of a thin polymer film, which is activated by semiconductor CdSe/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) and silver nanoparticles, on a transparent dielectric substrate have been investigated. It is revealed that the presence of silver nanoparticles leads to an increase in the QD absorption (by a factor of 4) and in the fluorescence intensity (by a factor of 10), whereas the fluorescence time drops by a factor of about 10. Excitation of the composite medium by a pulsed laser is found to result in narrowing of the fluorescence band and a sublinear dependence of its intensity on the pulse energy. In the absence of silver nanoparticles, the fluorescence spectrum of QDs is independent of the excitation-pulse energy density, and the fluorescence intensity depends linearly on the pulse energy in the entire range of energy densities, up to 75 mJ/cm2.  相似文献

有机聚集体中分子间相互作用决定了聚集体的光物理性质,从而显著影响基于此类材料的光伏器件性能. 分子间激子耦合(或电偶极耦合)是一种常见且重要的分子间相互作用. 本文利用瞬态吸收光谱研究了石墨烯量子点二聚体(一种大稠环芳烃的π-π堆叠二聚体)中的激子耦合作用. 发现了瞬态吸收谱随泵浦-探测延时的演化起源于二聚体激发态中激子耦合强弱的动态变化. 通过拟合瞬态光谱,进一步证实了可利用最低能量的两个振动吸收峰的瞬态吸收动力学直接表征二聚体中激子耦合强度的动态变化.  相似文献

We theoretically investigate a device consisting of two quantum dots(QDs) side-coupled to a quantum wire which has many physicalingredients of an artificial heavy fermion system. An extra parameter, the distance L between the two QDs, is introduced and it plays an important role on the competition of the Kondo temperature and magnetic coupling. Three different phases are found: antiferromagnetic phase, Kondo phase with spin S=1/2, and Kondo phase with S=1, depending on the distance L, the magnetic coupling, and the Kondo temperature. Quantum transport properties are qualitatively different for different phases: for the S=1 Kondo and the antiferromagnetic phases, the conductance tends to the unitary value 2e2/h; for the S=1/2 Kondo phase the conductance is strongly dependent on the distance.  相似文献

The influence of the electron-phonon coupling of the energy of low-lying states of the barrier D^- center,which consists of a positive ion located on the z-azis at a distance from the two-dimensional quantum dot plane and two electrons in the dot plane bound by the ion,is investigated at arbitrary strength of maguetic field by mading use of the method of few-body physics.Discontinuous ground-state energy transitions induced by the magnetic field are reported.The dependence of the binding energy of the D^- ground state on the quantum dot radius is obtained.A considerable enhancement of the binding is found for the D^- ground state,which results from the confinement of electrons and electron-phonon coupling.  相似文献

量子点具有传统有机荧光染料无可比拟的光学魅力,在生物医学及材料领域已引起广泛的兴趣,许多科学工作者在量子点用于生物学领域方面已经取得一定进展。目前,量子点最有前途的应用领域是在生物体系中作为荧光标记物。通过观察量子点标记分子与靶分子相互作用的部位,及其在活细胞内的运行轨迹,可能为信号传递的分子机制提供线索,从而为阐明细胞生长发育的调控及癌变规律提供直观依据。文章介绍了量子点研究生物大分子之间的相互作用、生物大分子荧光标记、细胞及生物组织的荧光标记与成像以及活体成像等方面的应用。并概述了纳米量子点作为生物荧光探针的应用前景以及亟待解决的问题。  相似文献

In this paper we present a thorough study of the theory of a pair of qubits, whose Hilbert space can be identified with 2 2. Given an hermitian operator of trace 1 in 2 2 we focus on the following Problems: Problem 1: Find conditions that guarantee that is a state, that is, positive semidefinite. Problem 2: Find conditions that guarantee that a given state is separable, or that is a convex combination of products of one-particle states. The language we develop for our investigation makes use of the observation that 2 2 carries representations of the special unitary group SU(2) in two dimensions and of the direct product of this group by itself. We introduce a new type of observable called Bell observable (section 5) and a new measure of entanglement called concurrence, which is closely related to the concurrence introduced by Wootters (Physical Review Letters (1998) 80, 2245–2248) (section 8). The work has been inspired by the works of Wootters (Physical Review Letters (1997) 78, 5022–5025; Physical Review Letters (1998) 80, 2245–2248) and members of the Horodecki family (cf Horodecki and Horodecki, Physical Review A (1996) 54, 1838–1843; Horodecki et al., Physics Letters A (1996a) 223, 1–8; Physics Letters A (1996b) 222, 21–25) and reproduces some of their results.  相似文献

我们提出并试验了一种制备量子点阵的新方法。利用二步法制备的阳极氧化铝上规则排列纳米洞为模板,以紫外脉冲激光(2 48nm)溅射方法将氧化物经过带纳米洞的模板溅射到单晶Si的衬底上。以荧光材料La0 .95Eu0 .0 5BaB9O16 为靶材,初步获得了Si衬底上荧光材料的点阵。  相似文献

Using the Keldysh nonequilibrium Green function and equation-of-motion technique, we have qualitatively studied the spin-dependent transport of a triple-QD system in the Kondo regime. It is shown that the Kondo resonance and Fang interference coexist, and in this system the Fang Kondo effect shows dip behaviours richer than that in the T-shaped QDs. The interdot coupling, the energy level of the side coupled QDs and the spin polarization strength greatly influence the DOS of the central quantum dot QDo. Either the increase of the coupling strength between the two QDs or that of the energy levels of the side coupled QDs enhances the Kondo resonance. Especially, the Kondo resonance is strengthened greatly when the side dot energy is fixed at the Fermi energy. Meanwhile, the Kondo resonance splits for the spin-up and spin-down configurations due to the polarization: the down-spin resonance is enhanced, and the up-spin resonance is suppressed.  相似文献

The quantum version of the Sherrington-Kirkpatrick model in a transverse field is investigated by combining the pair approximation with the discrete path-integral representation. The energy spectra of the ground state for an exciton (X) trapped by a neutral acceptor (A0) in a quantum dot with a parabolic confinement have been calculated as a function of the electron-to-hole mass ratio σ by using the hyperspherical coordinates. We find that the (A0,X) complex confined in a quantum dot has in general a larger binding energy than those in a two-dimensional quantum well and a three-dimensional bulk semiconductor, and the binding energy decreases with the increase of the electron-to-hole mass ratio.  相似文献

应变锗空穴量子点是实现超大规模量子计算最有前景的平台之一.由于锗空穴不受超精细相互作影响,有着较长的自旋弛豫时间和量子退相干时间,且锗中本征的强旋轨道耦合和空穴载流子的低有效质量,使得全电场操控空穴自旋量子比特得以实现,极大地降低了器件加工难度,增加了量子点的可扩展性.本文介绍了一种使用应变锗异质结制备重叠栅空穴双量子点器件的方法,完成了应变锗异质结性质测量,空穴双量子点器件制作,单量子点输运性质和双量子点输运性质研究,双量子点耦合可研究调节性研究,以及外磁场存在下的漏电流性质研究和泡利自旋阻塞解除机制的研究.这些工作为未来实现高质量自旋量子比特制备和高保真度量子逻辑门操控提供了实验平台和基本参数.  相似文献

Making use of the method of few-body physics, the energy spectrum of a four-electron system consisting in a vertically coupled double-layer quantum dot as a function of the strength ofa magnetic field is investigated. Discontinuous ground-state transitions induced by an external magnetic field are shown. We find that, in the strong coupling case, the ground-state transitions depend not only on the external magnetic field B but also on the distance d between double-layer quantum dots. However, in the case of weak coupling, the ground-state transitions occur in the new sequence of the values of the magic angular momentum. Hence, the interlayer separation d and electron-electron interaction strongly affect the ground state of the coupled quantum dots.  相似文献

用金属有机化学气相沉积(MOCVD)的方法在晶格失配较小的情况下制备了ZnCdSe量子点。并用原子力显微镜(AFM)和极低温度下的发光光谱确认了量子点的形成。原子力显微镜观测的形貌变化发现。随着生长后时间的增加,量子点的尺寸逐渐增大。而密度减小,这是由于熟化过程作用的结果。随着量子点生长完毕与加盖层之间间隔时间的增加,量子点的发光峰位明显红移,且由变温光谱得到的激子束缚能逐渐变小。这可以解释为随着间隔时间的增加,量子点的熟化过程导致量子点的尺寸增大,量子限域效应减弱所致。  相似文献

Both the peak position and linewidth in the photoluminescence spectrum of the InAs/GaAs quantum dots usually vary in an anomalous way with increasing temperature. Such anomalous optical behaviour is eliminated by inserting an In0.2Ga0.8As quantum well below the quantum dot layer in molecular beam epitaxy. The insensitivity of the photoluminescence spectra to temperature is explained in terms of the effective carrier redistribution between quantum dots through the In0.2Ga0.8As quantum well.  相似文献
