采用卢瑟福背散射方法,测得了每质子能量为650 keV的H+2,H+3团簇离子在Si晶体<100>和<110>沟道条件下的质子背散射能谱.结果发现,由于H+2,H+3团簇在晶体中的库仑爆炸和团簇效应,H+2的背散射质子产额大于H +的背散射产额,而H+< 关键词: 团簇 沟道效应 库仑爆炸 背散射  相似文献

根据最稳定幻数MgO团簇的结构特点,对H2在岩盐和管状结构(MgO)9,12表面的吸附性质进行了从头计算研究.结果表明H2可以在处于团簇不同位置的Mg正离子或氧负离子上发生物理吸附;在Mg离子上H2以侧位方式吸附并向Mg转移电子,在O离子上H2以端位方式吸附并被明显极化.吸附的稳定性主要依赖于吸附离子的位置即配位数,Mg/O离子的配位数越低则吸附越强;在配位数相同时,H2在M 关键词: 团簇 MgO 2吸附')" href="#">H2吸附 DFT  相似文献

给出了优化小分子在团簇表面吸附结构的遗传算法.结合经验势函数,搜寻了水分子在(TiO2)n(n=3—6)团簇上可能的吸附方式;利用B3LYP/6-31G**方法对各种吸附结构进行了优化.结果表明水分子主要通过O原子以非解离方式吸附到团簇中配位数较低或位置比较凸出的Ti原子上.分子轨道分析表明,水分子与团簇之间的成键主要来自吸附位Ti原子3s3p轨道的贡献,水分子的轨道保持了气相水分子中的基本特征,但离域化程度增大 关键词: 2团簇')" href="#">TiO2团簇 2O吸附')" href="#">H2O吸附 遗传算法 DFT  相似文献

从分子离子H+3及其氘化同位素分子离子D+3和HD+2与超薄固体膜相互作用发生库仑爆炸为基础,分析讨论了H+3,D+3和HD+2三种分子离子的形成机理,根据产物能谱分布,利用库仑爆炸技术确定了同位素分子离子HD+2的结构形式,给出具体核间距数值.并确定在实验中不存在线状结构的HD+2.提出一种三原子分子离子和固体相互作用中尾流效应的处理方式,通过和实验结果做比较发现这是一种非常理想的处理三体尾流效应的模式,并用之进一步确认了HD+2的结构形状.文章对H+3,D+3和HD+2三种分子离子的实验结果做了对比和讨论. 关键词: +2')" href="#">微团簇HD+2 +3和D+3')" href="#">H+3和D+3 库仑爆炸 三体尾流势 团簇结构  相似文献

利用密度泛函理论(DFT)对GanN-(n=2—8)和GanN-2 (n=1—7)阴离子团簇的结构及稳定性进行了研究.在B3LYP/6-31G*水平上进行了结构优化和频率分析,得到了GanN-(n=2—8)和GanN-2(n=1—7)阴离子团簇的基态结构.在这些团簇中,原子总数小于等于6的团簇的几何结构为平面结构,原子总数大于6的团簇的几何结构为立体结构;在所研究的团簇中,Ga4N-,Ga6N-,Ga4N-2和Ga5N-2的基态结构较稳定. 关键词: nN-m团簇')" href="#">GanN-m团簇 密度泛函理论(DFT) 几何结构  相似文献

利用静电加速器提供的0.6—1.8MeV的H+,H+2,H+3离子,轰击不同厚度的碳膜,分别测量这些离子通过碳膜后各种产物的产额. 得到了不同能量的H+通过碳膜后中性原子H和负离子H-的产额随入射质子速度的变化关系;分别得到能量为1.2MeV,1.8MeV的H+2,H+3团簇离子通过不同厚度碳膜的透射产额及其与团簇离子在碳膜中驻留时间的关系;对结果进行了理论分析与讨论. 关键词: 团簇离子 电荷交换  相似文献

利用高精度从头计算方法研究了H2分子在Al7-阴离子团簇上的吸附及解离过程, 确定了分子吸附及解离吸附的稳定结构,并分析了各结构的光电子能谱. 计算表明H2在Al7-上为弱的物理吸附,吸附能约为0.02 eV;解离过程的能垒约为0.75 eV. 对团簇及解离吸附结构的态密度与实验得到的光电子能谱的比较表明二者能够很好地符合, 确定H2与激光烧蚀产生的团簇直接反应时能在Al7-上发生解离. 关键词: 7-')" href="#">Al7- 2')" href="#">H2 解离吸附 从头计算  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论对CO吸附在镍团簇表面进行了系统研究.结果表明,NinCO团簇的最低能量结构是在Nin团簇最低能量结构的基础上吸附CO生长而成,CO的吸附没有改变Nin团簇的结构;CO分子在Nin团簇表面发生的是非解离性吸附,与优化的CO键长(0.1138?nm)相比,吸附后C—O键长变长(0.1180—0.1214?nm),表明吸附后C—O键被削弱,CO分子被活化.自然键轨道分析表明,CO分子只与最近邻的Ni原子发生相互作用;CO分子与Ni原子相互作用的本质是CO分子内的杂化轨道与Ni原子3d, 4s, 4p轨道相互作用的结果. 关键词nCO团簇')" href="#">NinCO团簇 n团簇')" href="#">Nin团簇 平衡结构 电子性质  相似文献

报道了H+5的实验结果.分析讨论了H+5的形成和分解途径.根据理论分析,以稳定的H+3为核心与一个或多个氢分子结合可能形成稳定的H+n氢团簇离子.另一方面,在高频离子源中, 有发生H+3与H2反应的条件.实验中,从高频离子源引出的离子束被静电加速器加速,然后用90°磁分析器选择质量数为5的离子,再将这些离子偏转20°,最后在20°方向测量它们的能谱.从能谱发现,在高频离子源中可能通过H+3与H2的离子-分子反应形成了H+5团簇离子;并且在H+5的分解产物中还发现可能存在H3和H4等中性团簇产物.  相似文献

Signals from ions forming in a supersonic molecular beam consisting of an argon-water vapor mixture are measured as functions of the exciting electron energy in the range to 120 eV. The thresholds of electron impact excitation of (H2O) n − 1H+ and Ar n (H2O m + clusters are determined for the first time. It is found that the proton-hydroxyl group binding energy decreases considerably both in the case of water molecule clustering and when mixed Ar n (H2O) m clusters arise.  相似文献

Slow ion production cross sections for collisions of H+3 and D+3 ions with H2 and D2 have been measured at collision energies between 100 eV and 500 eV. The values vary from 2 × 10-17 cm2 to 6 × 10-17 cm2. The smaller cross sections for D3 projectiles may be explained as an internal energy effect.  相似文献

TOF spectra of scattered primary and surface recoiled neutrals and ions for 3 keV Ar+ bombardment of clean La and Yb and H2, O2, and H2O saturated La surfaces are presented. The spectra are analyzed in terms of single (SS) and multiple (MS) scattering of the primary ions and surface recoiling (SR) of adsorbate atoms. Measurement of spectra of neutrals + ions and neutrals alone allows determination of scattered ion fractions Y. The Y values for the SS event are high for clean La (37%) and lower for adsorbate covered La (32% for H2, 13% for O2, and 8% for H2O); Yb exhibits a similar behavior, i.e. 16% for clean Yb and 5% for O2 + H2O covered Yb. Photon emission accompanying the scattering collision has been observed from clean La and Yb and adsorbate covered La. A preferential inelastic energy loss of 15 ± 3 eV for the SS event has been observed for scattered neutrals as opposed to ions for La and H2 saturated La at 135°. These results are interpreted within the models for Auger and resonant electronic charge exchange transitions during approach or departure of an ion with a surface and the electron promotions occuring during close atomic encounters where the electron shells are interpenetrating.  相似文献

The pyroelectric coefficient p3 in 3La(IO3)3.HIO3.7H2O has an average value 2.0×10-5 Cm-2 in the temperature range 152 to 240 K. The resistivity decreases from 1012 to 1010 ohm-cm between 258 and 338 K. At 298 K, the piezoelectric coefficient d33  19×10-12CN-1. Positive polarity is generated on (001) by increasing temperature or tensile stress. A displacement toward (001) by La3+ or H3O+ ions of 1×10-4 Å per K or 106Nm-2, or rotation of the water molecule or iodate ion dipoles by about 5 arc minutes per K or 106Nm-2, produces the observed polarity.  相似文献

利用辉光放电技术采用等离子体质谱诊断的方法研究了不同工作 压强下H2/C4H8混合气体等离子体中 主要正离子成分及其能量的变化规律, 并分析了压强对H2/C4H8混合气体的离解机理以及主要正离子形成过程的影响. 结果表明: 随着工作压强的增加, 碳氢碎片离子的浓度和能量均逐渐减小. 当工作压强为5 Pa时, H2/C4H8混合气体等离子体中C3H5+相对浓度最大; 压强为10 Pa时, C3H3+相对浓度最大; 压强为15, 20 Pa时, C2H5+相对浓度最大; 压强为25 Pa时, C4H9+相对浓度最大. 对H2/C4H8等离子体中的主要组分及其能量分布所进行的定性分析, 将为H2/C4H8混合气体辉光放电聚合物涂层的工艺参数优化提供参考技术基础. 关键词: 辉光放电技术 等离子体质谱诊断 工作压强  相似文献

Infrared spectra of H+(H2O)nβ″ alumina show than the dehydrated samples contain H3O+ ions as dominant species while the hydrated ones consists mainly of H3O+ and H5O+2 entities. Oxonium ions can occupy many different positions more or less distant form the ideal prismatic sites. This structural disorder in the conductivity plane is believed to be the main factor responsible for the high conductivity of the material.  相似文献

The competition between ion–water electrostatic interactions and water–water hydrogen bonding in cluster ions depends on several factors, including charge density of the ion and temperature of the system. Infrared photodissociation spectra of Rb+(H2O)n=2–5 and Rb+(H2O)n=1–5Ar are presented here and compared to previous experiments involving potassium and cesium. The temperature, or internal energy, of hydrated rubidium cluster ions is controlled by varying the evaporative path available for cluster formation. Warmer clusters (with effective temperatures of 250–500 K) are formed by the evaporation of water, while colder clusters (40–120 K) can be formed by argon evaporation. Colder cluster ions tend to favor conformers with more hydrogen bonds compared to those cluster ions at warmer temperatures. Previous work from this laboratory has shown significant and dramatic differences between the spectra of hydrated potassium and cesium ions. With a charge density intermediate between that of K+ and Cs+, Rb+ plays an important role in bridging the gap in our previous studies.  相似文献

We measured the optical emission of H2O and D2O ices in visible region (300-500 nm) induced by energetic hydrogen ions (H+, H2+, and H3+) irradiation. Our analysis of the data of ion-stimulated luminescence (ISL) shows that all spectra of ISL emission are identical, independent of projectile. We show that all lines in the ISL emission spectrum may be assigned to decays from excited particles and/or fragments of H, H2, OH, and H2O. From the independence of emission spectrum on projectile we conclude that the final process causing the emissions may be attributed to the interaction between H+ (and/or H) and the water molecules.  相似文献
