采用新型双路易斯酸, 三甲基氯硅烷和三氯化铟,为催化剂引发傅氏烷基化反应,实现了乙烯辛烯共聚物(POE)和聚苯乙烯(PS)共混物的原位增容。红外光谱验证了接枝物的存在。用扫描电镜观察了反应共混体系和简单物理共混物的形态, 前者分散相的尺寸小于1 μm, 后者分散相的尺寸则较大, 一般为3~4 μm。原位生成的接枝物起到相容剂的作用,增容后的样品的力学性能得到较明显的提升。如:当POE /PS 为40/60 (wt%) 时, 与相同组成的物理共混的POE/PS 相比, 其悬臂梁冲击强度由1.9 kJ/m2 增加到9.7 kJ/m2, 断裂伸长率由3.4%提高到46.3%。增容后共混物的流变性能与物理共混物相比也发生了显著的变化。  相似文献

通过甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)、聚乙烯(PE)、木粉和其它助剂的熔融挤出,实现了GMA及GMA与共单体对PE和木粉的直接反应增容.通过扫描电镜(SEM)观测了PE基木塑复合材料(WPC)的冲击断面形貌.测试了WPC经抽提后所得木粉的傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和WPC的力学性能及热变形温度(HDT).研究了共单体苯乙烯(St)和抑交联剂亚磷酸三苯酯(TPP)对反应增容的影响.结果显示,经GMA和引发剂反应增容后,有部分PE分子键合到了木粉粒子上,从而增强了木塑两相的结合力;St的加入有利于提高GMA的接枝率,导致更多PE分子键合到了木粉粒子上,而TPP的加入则使GMA的接枝率有所下降.经GMA和引发剂直接反应增容后,WPC的力学性能和HDT均明显改善;St的加入有助于抑制PE的交联,但并未造成WPC力学性能和HDT的明显劣化;同时加入St和TPP后,WPC的HDT有所下降,而断裂伸长率和冲击强度则明显提高.  相似文献

采用八环氧多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS(epoxy)8)和端羧基聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA-COOH)的开环反应,运用Graft-onto的方法合成了一种反应性杂化纳米粒子:四环氧多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷-接枝-四聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(POSS(epoxy)4-g-PMMA4).通过傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR),示差扫描量热仪(DSC),热失重分析仪(TGA),核磁共振波谱仪(1H-NMR)等对反应性杂化纳米粒子的结构进行了表征,结果表明成功合成了POSS(epoxy)4-g-PMMA4.并将上述合成的反应性杂化纳米粒子应用于聚偏氟乙烯/聚乳酸(PVDF/PLLA)不相容体系的增容,运用万能材料试验机、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其增容原理和效果进行研究,结果表明POSS(epoxy)4-g-PMMA4可以作为PVDF/PLLA不相容体系的反应性增容剂.  相似文献

采用原位插层法制备苯乙烯-马来酸酐交替共聚物/蒙脱石(SMA/MMT)纳米复合材料增容PA6/ABS共混体系,并与SMA及MMT的增容效果进行比较,运用TEM、SEM、DSC及XRD研究了增容剂SMA/MMT及MMT的增容机理.结果表明,采用SMA做增容剂,体系机械性能下降;MMT可使体系拉伸强度提高,但冲击强度下降;采用SMA/MMT纳米复合材料做为增容剂,可提高共混体系的强度及韧性.TEM、XRD、DSC及SEM研究结果表明,PA6/ABS/(SMA-MMT)体系中MMT主要分布于两相界面处,ABS及PA6分子链可进入MMT层间,形成类似于共聚物结构,起到增容剂的作用,从而降低分散相粒径,增加两相界面作用力,有利于体系力学性能的提高.PA6/ABS/MMT体系中MMT主要分布于连续相PA6中,虽然对分散相粒径影响较小,但增强了PA6相强度,使得体系力学性能提高.  相似文献

The effect of the compatibilization method (ex-situ, in-situ, cross linking) on the chemical conversion, morphological and rheological evolution of polyamide/polyolefin blends along a twin screw extruder is investigated. For this purpose, samples were quickly collected from the extruder at specific barrel locations, quenched and subsequently characterized off-line. While significant changes occur very quickly in the melting zone for the ex-situ and in-situ routes, changes of the cross linking system could be detected along all the extruder. Correlations between chemical conversion, particle size and linear viscoelastic response could be established.  相似文献

The in-situ compatibilization of PP/PA6 blend was studied in a twin screw extruder. The maleic anhydride (MA) content, peroxide concentration, shear rate and feeding order were among the variables investigated. Degree of grafting of samples collected prior to feeding of PA6 into the extruder was measured using titration combined with FTIR technique. From the SEM results it was found that the increasing of initial MA concentration led to larger PA particle size which could be related to secondary reactions between excess MA and PA. The melt linear viscoelastic measurements performed on the blend samples and the obtained relaxation time spectra showed shorter form relaxation time and interfacial relaxation time for one-step compatibilized sample compared to the sample prepared by the two-step method with the same degree of grafting. This was attributed to the stronger interfacial interaction of the one-step compatibilized blend samples which could be resulted from greater efficiency of grafting and/or compatibilization. These results were supported by SEM results which showed smaller particle size for the one-step compatibilized samples. It was demonstrated that melt linear viscoelastic measurement could provide a great insight into understanding the compatibilization process in twin screw extruder.  相似文献

研究了高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)/聚丙烯(PP)共混物在过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)存在下的熔融反应过程及其动态力学性质.HIPS在DCP存在下以聚苯乙烯(PS)的降解为主,伴随着聚丁二烯(PB)的交联和接枝,PP在DCP存在下以降解为主,HIPS/PP在DCP存在下以PP同HIPS的反应接枝为主,这种原位生成的增容剂显著地改善了HIPS/PP两组份间的相容性,其分子运动特征较前两者发生明显变化,PS的Tg下降,PB和PP的Tg升高.  相似文献

To study the efficiency of different mechanism for reactive compatibilization of polypropylene/polystyrene (PP/PS) blends main chain or terminal functionalized PP and terminal functionalized PS have been synthesized by different methods. While the in-situ block and graft copolymer formation results in finer phase morphologies compared to the corresponding non-reactive blends, the morphology development in the ternary blend system PP/PS + HBP (hyperbranched polymer) is a very complex process. HBP with carboxylic acid endgroups reacts preferably with the reactive sites of the oxazoline functionalized PS (PS-Ox) and locates mainly within the dispersed PS-Ox phase. A bimodal size distribution of the PS-Ox particles within the oxazoline modified PP (PP-Ox) matrix phase is observed with big PS-Ox particles (containing the HBP as dispersed phase) and small PS-Ox particles similar in size like the unimodal distributed particles in the non-reactive PP-Ox/PS-Ox blends. Factors influencing the morphology are discussed.  相似文献

In situ reactive compatibilization was first time applied to a low melting nylon (nylon 6 and 66 copolymer) and EPDM blend system. The effects of in situ compatibilization and concentration of compatibilizer on the morphology and mechanical properties of nylon/EPDM blends have been investigated. The influence of EPM‐g‐MA on the phase morphology was examined by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) after preferential extraction of the minor phase. The SEM micrographs were quantitatively analyzed for domain size measurements. The compatibilizer concentrations used were 0, 1, 2.5, 5, and 10 wt%. The graft copolymer (nylon‐g‐EPM) formed at the interface showed relatively high emulsifying activity. A maximum phase size reduction was observed when 2.5 wt% of compatibilizer was added to the blend system. This was followed by a leveling‐off at higher loadings indicating interfacial saturation. The conformation of the compatibilizer at the interface was deduced based on the area occupied by the compatibilizer at the blend interface. The experimental compatibilization results were compared with theoretical predictions of Noolandi and Hong. It was concluded that the molecular state of compatibilizer at interface changes with concentration. The in situ compatibilized blends showed considerable improvement in mechanical properties. Measurement of tensile properties shows increased elongation as well as enhanced modulus and strength up on compatibilization. At higher concentrations of compatibilizer, a leveling‐off of the tensile properties was observed. A good correlation has been observed between the mechanical properties and morphological parameters. Polypropylene was blended with polybutadiene in an internal mixer in order to improve its toughness. The rubber content ranged from 10 to 20 wt. % and dicumyl peroxide (DCP) was added to provide required radicals for dynamic crosslinking of polybutadiene, and for in-situ compatibilization of the phases. This was done using two sequences of mixing. In addition, zinc dimethacrylate was utilized as a co-agent to control chain scission of PP, enhance the interfacial reactions and increase compatibility of the components. In obtaining the optimum blend, the Taguchi orthogonal experimental design was applied and results of Izod impact strength test were concordantly related to crystallinity of the polypropylene, morphology of the blends and reactions that may occur. The impact strength was increased about four times at best in comparison to the neat polypropylene, showing versatility of this way of toughening which may be improved further.  相似文献
