Peculiarities of [8+2] cycloaddition of acetylenes to indolizines are reviewed. Especially mentioned are indolizines with leaving groups at positions 3 and 5. Cycloaddition to aza- and benzo derivatives are reviewed, as well as 1,10-cyclizations and processes leading to cyclazines where indolizines are intermediates. The organocatalytic properties of unnatural α‐amino acids are reviewed. Post‐translational derivatives of natural α‐amino acids include 4‐hydroxy‐l ‐proline and 4‐amino‐l ‐proline scaffolds, and also proline homologues. The activity of synthetic unnatural α‐amino acid‐based organocatalysts, such as β‐alkyl alanines, alanine‐based phosphines, and tert‐leucine derivatives, are reviewed herein. The organocatalytic properties of unnatural monocyclic, bicyclic, and tricyclic proline derivatives are also reviewed. Several families of these organocatalysts permit the efficient and stereoselective synthesis of complex natural products. Most of the reviewed organocatalysts accelerate the reported reactions through covalent interactions that raise the HOMO (enamine intermediates) or lower the LUMO (iminium intermediates).  相似文献

The syntheses and biosyntheses of the paraherquamide and brevianamide families of prenylated indole-derived alkaloids are reviewed. It has been proposed that the unique bicyclo[2.2.2]diazaoctan ring system that is common to this family of natural products, arises by a biological intramolecular Diels-Alder cycloaddition reaction. Both synthetic approaches and total syntheses of several members of this family of natural products are reviewed. The biosynthesis of these alkaloids has also constituted an active area of research and the current state of knowledge on the biosynthesis of these natural products are reviewed.  相似文献

Recent advances in chemical oxygen-iodine lasers (COIL) are reviewed. In this paper, developments of the COIL as a unique chemical device, whose product is not a chemical substance but coherent photons is emphasized. The key component of a COIL is the singlet oxygen generator (SOG). The unique principles of modern SOGs are reviewed. For high-efficiency operation, rapid mixing of oxygen and iodine is of primarly importance. The latest mixing enhancement techniques are reviewed. Applications of ultrahigh-power COILs are presented. This article reviews the development, characterization and application of soluble ionic polymeric materials as pseudo-stationary phases for electrokinetic chromatography and as stationary phases for electrochromatography since 1997. Polymeric pseudo-stationary phases for electrokinetic chromatography, including cationic polymers, anionic siloxane and acrylamide polymers, polymerized surfactants (micelle polymers), and chiral polymers are reviewed. Also reviewed are suspended molecularly imprinted polymer micro-particles. Application of polymeric pseudo-stationary phases with electrospray ionization mass spectrometric detection is presented. Recent progress in the development and characterization of physically adsorbed stationary phases for electrochromatography using polymers of the same or similar chemistry is also reviewed.  相似文献
