高效毛细管电泳法测定牛奶和奶粉中残留的三聚氰胺   总被引:15,自引:2,他引:13

建立了牛奶和奶粉中三聚氰胺的高效毛细管电泳-二极管阵列检测器(HPCE-DAD)检测方法。使用长度58.5 cm、内径75 μm的毛细管柱,分离电压25 kV,进样量3.5 kPa (35 mbar)×8 s,分离温度25 ℃,缓冲溶液20 mmol/L 柠檬酸-40 mmol/L 磷酸氢二钠(pH 2.6),检测波长232 nm。分析物在1~100 mg/L 范围内线性良好,r2>0.997;牛奶和奶粉的定量限分别为0.5 mg/kg和1.0 mg/kg。在添加水平为定量限浓度至50 mg/kg时的回收率为72.2%~97.3%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~3.9%。  相似文献

建立了亲水作用色谱-串联质谱同时测定液态奶中三聚氰酸和三聚氰胺的方法。液态奶样品经体积分数2.5%甲酸溶液提取、离心后乙腈稀释,亲水作用色谱柱分离,电喷雾串联四极杆质谱检测器检测,分别在负、正离子模式下测定三聚氰酸和三聚氰胺。三聚氰酸和三聚氰胺分别在0.5~100μg/L、0.1~50μg/L范围内线性关系良好。在0.25~15mg/kg、0.1~7.5mg/kg添加水平范围内,三聚氰酸平均回收率为84.5%~98.0%(RSD为2.1%~6.1%),三聚氰胺平均回收率为85.5%~88.9%(RSD为3.2~5.8%)。三聚氰酸、三聚氰胺定量限分别为0.25mg/kg、0.1mg/kg。  相似文献

采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了鸭肉中的三聚氰胺.Diamonsil C18柱,流动相:V(乙腈)∶V(4 mmol/L己烷磺酸钠水溶液)=5∶95,乙酸调pH为3.3;检测波长240 nm.在0.25~40 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.9999.方法检出限0.056 mg/kg,回收率在80%~86%之间,相对标准偏差小于2.55%.  相似文献

建立了水产品肌肉组织中三聚氰胺的高效液相紫外检测法.肌肉组织中加入三氯乙酸作为提取剂,乙酸铅沉淀蛋白,过PCX混合阳离子交换柱净化等样品处理过程;乙腈-10 mmol庚烷磺酸钠+10 mmol柠檬酸溶液 (8∶92,V/V)为流动相,紫外检测波长为240 nm.方法在0.100~10.00 mg/L浓度范围内呈线性相关,相关系数r=0.999 9.平均回收率为74.29%~ 89.04%,相对标准偏差为0.44%~9.32%,三聚氰胺在水产品肌肉中的检测限为0.1 mg/kg.方法适用于水产品肌肉组织中三聚氰胺残留量的检测.  相似文献

建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)快速测定水产品中三聚氰胺残留的方法.采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液(0.1%甲酸),流速为0.3 mL/min.采用电喷雾质谱检测,以正离子模式5 min完成质谱分析.实验结果表明,三聚氰胺在水产品中的检测限为0.05 mg/kg,在0.05~0.50 mg/kg添加水平时的加标回收率为63%~90%,测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于7.2%(n=6).  相似文献

建立了化妆品中三聚氰胺的亲水作用色谱-质谱联用(HILIC-MS/MS)检测方法。样品经三氯乙酸溶液提取(脂溶性样品再经正己烷萃取)后,用混合型阳离子交换(MCX)反相固相萃取柱富集净化,用5 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液(含0.1%甲酸)和乙腈作为流动相,以梯度洗脱方式在ZIC-HILIC色谱柱上实现分离,以电喷雾离子源正离子(ESI+)模式进行质谱分析。三聚氰胺在0.02~0.5 mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9985;方法的检出限(LOD,信噪比(S/N)≥3)为5.0 μg/kg,定量限(LOQ,S/N>10)为20.0 μg/kg;在0.01~0.1 mg/kg添加浓度范围内,三聚氰胺的平均回收率为84.7%~93.4%,相对标准偏差为4.5%~8.4%。该方法能满足化妆品中三聚氰胺残留量的检测。  相似文献

采用胶束毛细管电泳在线扫集技术分离测定了中药穿心莲中脱水穿心莲内酯和穿心莲内酯.电泳条件:以20 mmol/L H3BO310 mmol/L NaH2PO4-50mmol/L SDS(含体积分数20%甲醇,pH 2.4)为电泳运行缓冲溶液,未涂层石英毛细管(58 cm×50 μm i.d.,有效长度为41.2 cm)为分离通道,重力进样,进样高度为11 cm,-20 kV恒压,检测波长为246 nm.富集倍数可以达到200倍以上.在5.70~91.20 mg/L,和3.96~31.68 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,对两种内酯分别进行了定量分析.加标平均回收率脱水穿心莲内酯为100.80%,穿心莲内酯为98.06%.  相似文献

建立了测定宠物食品中三聚氰胺的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用ODS分离柱,以10.0 mmol/L的庚烷磺酸钠(用HCl调节pH 3.0)-乙腈(90∶10)为流动相,在236 nm波长下检测三聚氰胺含量,测定结果的平均回收率为96.5%,平均相对标准偏差为1.39%。最低定量检出浓度为2 mg/kg。本方法也可应用于其它类型动物食品中三聚氰胺的含量分析。  相似文献

建立了一种微乳毛细管电泳法同时检测脑心通胶囊中芍药苷、阿魏酸、丹酚酸B和丹参酮ⅡA 4种有效成分的含量。使用未涂层熔融石英毛细管(60cm×75μm i.d.,有效长度50cm)为分离通道,以50mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)-60mmol/LTris(含8.3%正丁醇,1.3%正己烷和15%乙腈,pH=8.8)作电解质,于230nm波长下进行检测。芍药苷、阿魏酸、丹酚酸B和丹参酮ⅡA的质量浓度分别在10~300mg/L、2.5~80mg/L、10~100mg/L和5.0~80mg/L范围与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,4种物质的检出限分别为1.5mg/L、0.5mg/L、2.0mg/L和1.0mg/L。样品加标回收率在92%~105%之间,相对标准偏差均小于3.2%。方法简便、快速,已用于实际样品的分析。  相似文献

建立了化妆品中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)测定与确证方法。样品经甲醇提取,以C18柱为分离柱,10 mmol/L乙酸铵/甲醇溶液-5 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液(80:20, v/v)为流动相分离,采用电喷雾串联四极杆质谱进行检测。欧前胡素和异欧前胡素在0.25~20 μg/L内线性良好(相关系数大于0.999);方法定量限(LOQ)为0.50 mg/kg。在0.50~10.0 mg/kg内,欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的回收率范围分别为82.2%~105%和80.0%~103%,相对标准偏差分别为2.7%~4.9%和1.8%~4.6%。该方法能够满足化妆品中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素检测的需要。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The Rh(II)-catalyzed reaction of 2-carbonyl-substituted 2H-azirines with ethyl 2-cyano-2-diazoacetate or 2-diazo-3,3,3-trifluoropropionate provides an easy access to 2H-1,3-oxazines and 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-ones. These compounds can be selectively prepared from the same starting material using temperature as the only varied parameter. The 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, a common precursor for both heterocyclic products, isomerizes into 2H-1,3-oxazine under kinetic control, while 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-one is the sole product of the reaction at elevated temperatures. According to DFT-calculations a one-atom oxazine ring contraction involving ring-opening to a 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, followed by a 1,5- and 1,2-prototropic shift leads to the consecutive formation of imidoylketene and azomethine ylide, which then further undergo cyclization to the pyrrole derivative.  相似文献

Scope of the copper catalyzed/mediated selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction has been studied for the synthesis of isoselenazolones. It is noticed that the 2-chloro, 2-bromo-, and 2-iodo-aryl amides substrates can be exploited in the selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction by employing 25-100 mol % of CuI/1,10-phenanthroline (L) and potassium carbonate as a base in DMF. Furthermore, electron rich 2-chloro-arylamides also underwent selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction to give biologically important selenium-nitrogen heterocycles. Also, copper-catalyzed selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction has been meticulously applied for the synthesis of diaryl diselenides having methoxy, amine, and amide functionality from respective aryl iodides in the presence of stoichiometric amount of succinimide as an external Se-N coupling partner.  相似文献
