In this paper, a singular approach to study the solutions of an impulsive differential equation from a qualitative and quantitative point of view is proposed. In the approach, a suitable singular perturbation term is introduced and a singularly perturbed system with infinite initial values is defined, in which, the reduced problem of the singularly perturbed system is exactly the impulsive differential equation under consideration. Then the boundary layer function method is applied to construct the uniformly valid asymptotic solutions to the singularly perturbed system. Based on the continuous asymptotic solution, the discontinuous solutions of the impulsive differential equation are described and approximated. An example, namely, a classical Lotka-Volterra prey-predator model with one pulse is carried out to illustrate the main results.  相似文献

In this paper, we first introduce the test problem classes with respect to the initial value problems of nonlinear stiff impulsive differential equations in Banach spaces. The stability and asymptotic stability results of the analytic solution of the above-mentioned problems are obtained. We investigate the asymptotic behavior of solutions to the nonlinear neutral delay differential equation (1.1) with constant impulsive jumps and forced term. By employing a new approach which is different from Lyapunov functionals and an effective technic for the constant impulsive jumps, new sufficient conditions are obtained to guarantee every non-oscillatory/oscillatory solution of the equation tends to zero as t????. We study the initial value problem of a singularly perturbed first order ordinary differential equation in case that the degenerate equation has a double root. We construct the formal asymptotic expansion of the solution such that the boundary layer functions decay exponentially. This requires a modification of the standard procedure. The asymptotic solution will be used to construct lower and upper solutions guaranteeing the existence of a unique solution and justifying its asymptotic expansion.  相似文献

This article studies the inshore-offshore fishery model with impulsive diffusion. The existence and global asymptotic stability of both the trivial periodic solution and the positive periodic solution are obtained. The complexity of this system is also analyzed. Moreover, the optimal harvesting policy are given for the inshore subpopulation, which includes the maximum sustainable yield and the corresponding harvesting effort.  相似文献
