The generalized Cauchy problem for singularly perturbed impulsive systems in the critical case

We construct an asymptotic expansion for solutions to nonlinear singularly perturbed systems of impulsive differential equations. We successively determine all terms of the asymptotic expansion by means of pseudoinverse matrices and orthoprojections.

脉冲输入免疫因子的HBV模型的稳定性和持久性分析

提出了一个数学模型,用于研究脉冲投放免疫因子对HBV传染病动力学的影响.通过利用脉冲微分不等式和比较定理,证明了HBV模型的无病周期解的存在性,给出了无病周期解的全局渐近稳定性和系统的持续性的充分条件.研究结果表明:短的投放周期或适当的免疫因子投放量可以导致HBV的清除.     

Stability of nonlinear variable-time impulsive differential systems with delayed impulses

This paper investigates the stability of nonlinear variable-time impulsive differential systems with delayed impulses. By using the comparison principle, the Lyapunov method and inequality techniques, some sufficient conditions for quasi-uniformly asymptotic stability and quasi-exponential stability of a given solution of variable-time impulsive differential systems with delayed impulses are established.

基于害虫的生物控制策略,分别利用Floquet乘子理论及脉冲比较定理,研究了一类具有脉冲效应的一个捕食者-两个食饵模型并进行了分析,得到害虫根除周期解的渐近稳定与系统持续生存条件.     

具非线性传染率与生物化学控制的害虫管理S-I模型

讨论了具有非线性传染率与脉冲控制的害虫管理S-I传染病模型,此模型考虑的是脉冲投放病虫和喷洒农药.不但得到了系统的所有解的一致完全有界,而且得到了害虫灭绝的边界周期解的全局渐进稳定和系统的一致持久的条件.为实际的害虫管理提供了可靠的理论依据.     

A singular approach to a class of impulsive differential equation

In this paper, a singular approach to study the solutions of an impulsive differential equation from a qualitative and quantitative point of view is proposed. In the approach, a suitable singular perturbation term is introduced and a singularly perturbed system with infinite initial values is defined, in which, the reduced problem of the singularly perturbed system is exactly the impulsive differential equation under consideration. Then the boundary layer function method is applied to construct the uniformly valid asymptotic solutions to the singularly perturbed system. Based on the continuous asymptotic solution, the discontinuous solutions of the impulsive differential equation are described and approximated. An example, namely, a classical Lotka-Volterra prey-predator model with one pulse is carried out to illustrate the main results.     

Asymptotic stability and instability with respect to part of variables for solutions to impulsive systems

We obtain sufficient conditions for asymptotic stability with respect to part of variables for the zero solution to an impulsive system with the fixed moments of impulse effects.     

Lyapunov–Razumikhin method for impulsive functional differential equations and applications to the population dynamics

The present paper deals with the investigation of the stability of the zero solution of impulsive functional differential equations. By means of piecewise continuous functions coupled with the Razumikhin technique sufficient conditions for stability, uniform stability and asymptotic stability of the zero solution of such equations are found.

The analytic and numerical stability of stiff impulsive differential equations in Banach space

In this paper, we first introduce the test problem classes with respect to the initial value problems of nonlinear stiff impulsive differential equations in Banach spaces. The stability and asymptotic stability results of the analytic solution of the above-mentioned problems are obtained. As an example of discretization methods, the numerical stability and asymptotic stability results of the implicit Euler method are also given.

Asymptotic behavior of solutions for a nonlinear differential equation with constant impulsive jumps

We investigate the asymptotic behavior of solutions to the nonlinear neutral delay differential equation (1.1) with constant impulsive jumps and forced term. By employing a new approach which is different from Lyapunov functionals and an effective technic for the constant impulsive jumps, new sufficient conditions are obtained to guarantee every non-oscillatory/oscillatory solution of the equation tends to zero as t????. Our results improve and generalize some known results in the literature.     

On a singularly perturbed initial value problem in the case of a double root of the degenerate equation

We study the initial value problem of a singularly perturbed first order ordinary differential equation in case that the degenerate equation has a double root. We construct the formal asymptotic expansion of the solution such that the boundary layer functions decay exponentially. This requires a modification of the standard procedure. The asymptotic solution will be used to construct lower and upper solutions guaranteeing the existence of a unique solution and justifying its asymptotic expansion.

OPTIMAL HARVESTING POLICY FOR INSHORE-OFFSHORE FISHERY MODEL WITH IMPULSIVE DIFFUSION

This article studies the inshore-offshore fishery model with impulsive diffusion. The existence and global asymptotic stability of both the trivial periodic solution and the positive periodic solution are obtained. The complexity of this system is also analyzed. Moreover, the optimal harvesting policy are given for the inshore subpopulation, which includes the maximum sustainable yield and the corresponding harvesting effort.
