The paper investigates the synchronization and state estimation for singular complex dynamical networks with time-varying delays. Firstly, a modified Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional is constructed by employing the more general decomposition approach, the novel delay-dependent synchronization conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities, which can be easily solved by various convex optimization algorithms. Secondly, the state estimation problem is then studied for the same complex networks, where the purpose is to design a state estimator to estimate the network states through available output measurement, a delay-dependent asymptotically stability condition is established for the system of the estimation error. Some numerical examples are exploited to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed synchronization and state estimation conditions.  相似文献

This paper studies delay-dependent robust stability problem for neutral system with mixed time-varying delays. The uncertainties under consideration are nonlinear time-varying parameter perturbations and norm-bounded uncertainties, respectively. Based on Lyapunov functional approach and linear matrix inequality technology, some improved delay-dependent stability conditions are derived by introducing free-weighting matrices. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and less conservativeness of the proposed methods.  相似文献

The synchronization problem for a class of complex dynamical networks with stochastic disturbances and probabilistic interval time-varying delays is investigated. Based on the stochastic analysis techniques and properties of the Kronecker product, some delay-dependent asymptotical synchronization stability criteria are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The solvability of derived conditions depends not only on the size of the delay, but also on the probability of Bernoulli stochastic variables. A numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

The synchronization stability problem of general complex dynamical networks with non-delayed and delayed coupling is investigated based on a piecewise analysis method, the variation interval of the time delay is firstly divided into several subintervals, by checking the variation of derivative of a Lyapunov functional in every subinterval, several new delay-dependent synchronization stability conditions are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities, which are easy to be verified by the LMI toolbox. Some numerical examples show that, when the number of the divided subintervals increases, the corresponding criteria can provide much less conservative results.  相似文献

In this paper, an integral sliding mode control approach is presented to study the projective synchronization for different chaotic time-delayed neural networks. A sliding mode surface is appropriately constructed and a sliding mode controller is synthesized to guarantee the reachability of the specified sliding surface. The global asymptotic stability of the error dynamical system in the specified switching surface is investigated with the Lyapunov–Krasovskii (L–K) functional method. A delay-dependent sufficient condition is derived and the maximum time-delay value is obtained by means of the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique. A simulation example is finally exploited to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach, verify the conservativeness of L–K method and LMI technique, and exhibit the relationship between the convergence velocity of error system and the gain matrix.  相似文献

In this paper, the problems of determining the robust exponential stability and estimating the exponential convergence rate for neural networks with parametric uncertainties and time delay are studied. Based on Lyapunov–Krasovskii stability theory for functional differential equations and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, some delay-dependent criteria are derived to guarantee global robust exponential stability. Local and global synchronization of complex dynamical networks are studied in this paper. Some simple yet generic criteria ensuring delay-independent and delay-dependent synchronization are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be verified easily via interior-point algorithm. The assumption that the coupling configuration matrix is symmetric and irreducible, which is frequently used in other literatures, is removed. A network with a fixed delay and a special coupling scheme is given as an example to illustrate the theoretical results and the effectiveness of the proposed synchronization scheme.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of stability of neutral systems with interval time-varying delays and nonlinear perturbations. Both time-varying delays in the network couplings and time-varying delays in the dynamical nodes are considered. The delays considered in this paper are assumed to vary in an interval, where the lower and upper bounds are known. Based on a piecewise analysis method, the variation interval of the time delay is firstly divided into several subintervals, by checking the variation of the derivative of a Lyapunov function in every subinterval, then the convexity of matrix function method and the free weighting matrix method are fully used in this paper. Some new delay-dependent synchronization stability criteria are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities. Two numerical examples show that our method can lead to much less conservative results than those in the existing references.  相似文献

The global robust asymptotic stability of bi-directional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with constant or time-varying delays and impulse is studied. An approach combining the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional with the linear matrix inequality (LMI) is taken to study the problem. Some a criteria for the global robust asymptotic stability, which gives information on the delay-dependent property, are derived.
