A new dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) polymer [Cu2(bipy)2(Hbtc)2(H2O)2]·(H2O)1/2 1 (bipy=2,2'-bipyridine, H3btc = benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid) was obtained by the hydrothermal single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and identified using elemental analysis and IR spectrum.The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.2880(5), b =18.4778(13), c = 13.5465(10)(A), β = 95.9580(10)°, C19H14.50CuN2O7.25, Mr = 450.37, V= 1814.4(2)(A)3, Z=4, Dc = 1.649 g/cm3, μ = 1.253 mm-1, F(000) = 918, Rint = 0.0185, the final R = 0.0271and wR = 0.0710 for 2773 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). The crystal belongs to the monoclinie system, space group P21/c,with a = 11.962(2), b = 6.5552(13), c = 12.673(3) A, β = 91.72(3)°, V= 993.3(3) A3,Z = 2, Mr=590.68, Dc = 1.975 g/cm3,μ=1.059 mm-1, F(000) = 592, the final R = 0.0211 and wR = 0.0454. In the crystal the Pd(Ⅱ) ion adopts a distorted four-coordinated square-planar geometry and bonds to two bidentate 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylate molecules through caronyl oxygen and pyridine nitrogen atoms. A newcoordination polymer [Cd(bimc)2]n was obtained by the reaction of Hbimc with Cd(NO3)2·4H2O in NaOH solution,and characterized by elemental analysis,IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a = 12.533(4),b = 15.705(5), c = 15.200(5) (A), V= 2991.8(15) (A)3, Mr = 434.68, Z = 8, Dc = 1.930 g/cm3, F(000) =1712, μ(MoKa) = 1.492 mm-1, the final R = 0.0410 and wR = 0.0804 for 166l observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). The Cd atom exhibits a distorted six-coordinate CdN2O4 octahedral coordination geometry. The complex molecules are linked by both μ2-(η2-O, O-), Nl and μ2-(η2-O, O-), N3 coordination modes of ligands to form cross-like wave (4, 4) layer structures which are further stacked through interlayer hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions in an offset fashion to form a 3D supramolecular structure. 相似文献

One novel complex [Ni(phen)3],(C8H12O4)·(H2O)14 with hexane dicarboxylic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 2.3475(5), b = 1.2208(2), c = 1.9499(4) nm, β= 114.682(3)°, V = 5.0778(16) nm^3, Dc = 1.339 g/cm^3, Z = 4,μ(MoKa) = 0.458 mm^-1, F(000) = 2168, GOOF = 1.014, R = 0.0401 and wR = 0.0961. The nickel(H) center in the title complex is coordinated with six nitrogen atoms of three 1,10-phenanthroline molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. However, the nickel(Ⅱ) ion does not coordinate to the hexane dicarboxylic acid. The complex molecules form a 3D structure through hydrogen bonds. TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable below 240.0 ℃. 相似文献

The crystal structure of [CoCl(C7H5N2CH2COPh)4]Br has been determined by means of X-ray crystallography. The molecular structure consists of a discrete [CoCl(C7H5N2CH2COPh)4] cation and one Br- anion. In the [CoCl(C7H5N2CH2COPh)4] cation, the coordination geometry of the central Co atom is square-pyramidal with four tertiary N atoms of benzimidazole from four α-(benzimidazol-1-yl)-hypnone ligands in the basal position and one chloride anion in the apical position. In the solid state, [CoCl(C7H5N2CH2COPh)4] and Br- anion possess intermolecular and intramolecular interactions, which stabilize the crystal structure. The characterization of the title compound were also carried out by using elemeutal analysis, FTIR, UV spectrometries and TG-DSC. 相似文献

A one-dimensional chain coordination polymer [Co(Ⅱ)(C6H5CH--CHCOOH)2(4,4'- bipy)(H20)5]n has been synthesized with cinnamylic acid, 4,4'-bipy and cobaltous chloride as raw materials. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 1.1481(3), b = 1.1230(2), c = 1.1759(3) nm, β = 97.054(4)^o, V= 1.5046(6) nm^3, Mr= 617.50, Dc = 1.363 g/cm^3, Z = 2, ,u(MoKa) = 0.627 mm^-1, F(000) = 646, S = 1.062, R 0.0443 and wR = 0.1178. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring cobalt(ID ions are linked together by one 4,4'-bipy, and the whole complex molecule adopts a one-dimensional chain structure. Each cobalt(H) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from two 4,4'-bipy molecules and four oxygen atoms from four water molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The electrochemical properties were analyzed by combining with the crystal structure. 相似文献

X-ray diffraction analysis reveals the fused rings of benzo[4,5]furo[3,2-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidin-5(1H) -one system are nearly coplanar. The reactions of Co(C1O4)2·6H2O and Co(NO3)2.6H2O with the di-Schiff base ligand N,N'-bis-(1-benzimidazo-2-yl-ethylidene)-ethane-1,2-diamine (LA) in ethanol have been investigated. The reactions of LA with excess amount of cobalt salts yield the six-coordinate complexes [CoL2](ClO4)E·H2O 1 and [CoL2](NO3)E·H2O 2 as isolatable products (L= N-(1- benzimidazo-2-yl-ethylidene)-ethane-1,2-diamine), where L is a tri-dentate mono-Schiff base ligand, resulting from the hydrolysis of the precursor di-Schiff base LA. Both complexes were characterized by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data for complex 1: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 11.9214(10), b = 23.5828(17), c = 14.0387(12)A, β = 135.219(4)°, C22H30Cl2CoN8O9, Mr = 680.37, V = 2780.1(4) A^3 ,Z = 4, Dc = 1.625 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 0.876 mm^-1, F(000) = 1404, the final R = 0.0725 and wR = 0.1530 for 5726 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Crystal data for complex 2: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 18.2162(16), b = 10.0610(6), c = 18.593(2)A, β = 130.099(3)°, C22H30CoN10O7, Mr = 605.49, V = 2606.5(4) A3 Z = 4, Dc = 1.543 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 0.722 mm^-1, F(000) = 1260, the final R = 0.0619 and wR = 0.1429 for 5194 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that each cobalt atom in the two complexes is chelated by six nitrogen atoms from two tridentate iigands L, exhibiting a slightly distorted octahedral coordination sphere. In both complexes, the strong hydrogen-bonding interactions between the lattice waters and N-H groups of the ligands result in 1D chains which are further connected by ClO4^- (or NO3^-) groups to form a 3D framework. One dinuclear complex [Cu2Cl2(HEMDP) 2]·THF 1(H2EMDP = 2-[(2-hydroxyethylimino)-methyl]-4,6-diiodo-phenol,THF = tetrahydrofuran) has been designed and synthesized by H2EMDP with CuCl2·2H2O in THF solvent. Complex 1 was characterized by UV,IR,ESI-MS,and elemental analyses. 1 was characterized by X-ray crystallography. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a = 27.886(3) ,b = 8.6890(12) ,c = 26.698(2) ,β = 105.521(2) o,V = 6233.1(12) 3,Z = 8,Mr = 1102.01,μ = 5.533 mm-1,Dc = 2.349 Mg/m3,F(000) = 4112,the final R = 0.0486 and wR = 0.1175(I > 2σ(I)) . In addition,further investigation revealed that the central copper(Ⅱ) atom in the complex is five-coordinated by one nitrogen atom and two oxygen atoms from H2EMDP and two chlorine atoms from chlorid. The 3,5-diiodosalicylaldehyde Schiff base acts as a tridentate ligand. H2EMDP and 1 were assayed for antibacterial(B. subtilis,S. aureus,S. faecalis,P. aeruginosa,E. coli and E. cloacae) activities by MTT(3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl trtrazolium bromide) method. 1 showed the most favorable antimicrobial activity with MICs of 3.125,6.25,6.25,12.5,3.125 and 6.25 μg/mL against B. subtilis,S. aureus,S. faecalis,P. aeruginosa,E. coli and E.cloacae,respectively. 相似文献
