Three new chromanone derivatives, calopolyanic acid ( 1 ), isocalopolyanic acid ( 2 ), and isorecedensic acid ( 3 ), were isolated from the pericarps of Calophyllum polyanthum Wall . ex Choisy , along with seven known compounds, apetalic acid, blancoic acid, chapelieric acid, methyl isoapetalate, isoapetalic acid, isocalolongic acid, and recedensic acid. All of these compounds were reported from C. polyanthum for the first time. The structures of 1 – 3 were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

A new 3-benzylphthalide, scorzoveratrin 4'-O-β-glucoside (1), together with the known 3-benzylphthalides, scorzoveratrin (2) and scorzoveratrozit (3), the caffeoyl derivatives, chlorogenic acid methyl ester (4), 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid (5), 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid methyl ester (6), 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid (7) and caffeic acid (8) were isolated from the subaerial parts of Scorzonera latifolia (Fisch. & Mey.) DC. All secondary metabolites were assigned using physicochemical and spectroscopic data. The known compounds 2-8 were isolated for the first time from this species.  相似文献

Twelve compounds were isolated from Winged Sumac (Rhus copallinum) fruit and their structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR and mass spectral data. The isolates included a new galloyl derivative, (R)-galloyl malic acid dimethyl ester (1), and eleven known compounds, gallic acid (2), methyl gallate (3), glucogallin (4), methyl m-digallate (5), methyl p-digallate (6), quercetin (7), myricetin (8), rhamnazin (9), kaempferol (10), betulinic acid (11), and oleanolic acid (12). All of the compounds were evaluated for antiproliferative effects against human colon tumorigenic (HCT-116, Caco-2) and nontumorigenic (CCD18-Co) cell lines.  相似文献

Four new secoiridiod glucosides, p‐hydroxyphenethyl 7‐β‐D ‐glucosideelenolic acid ester ( 1 ), 6′‐elenolylnicotiflorine ( 2 ), 6′′′‐acetylnicotiflorine ( 3 ), and oleoside 7‐ethyl 11‐methyl ester ( 4 ), as well as six known glucosides, nuezhenide ( 5 ), Gl‐3 ( 6 ), nicotiflorine ( 7 ), isonuezhenide ( 8 ), neonuezhenide ( 9 ), and oleoside 11‐methyl ester ( 10 ) were isolated from the fruits of Ligustrum lucidum. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Compound 4 was an artifact produced during extraction.  相似文献

From the aerial parts of Phlomis longifolia var. longifolia four iridoid glucosides, shanzhiside methyl ester (1), 5-deoxypulchelloside I (2), lamalbide (3), phlomiol (4) and three phenylethanoid glycosides, verbascoside (5), forsythoside B (6), leucosceptoside A (7) along with the caffeic acid ester, chlorogenic acid (8) were isolated. The structures of the isolated compounds were established by spectroscopic (UV, IR, 1D- and 2D-NMR, FABMS) and chemical evidence. The structure elucidation of the iridoid compounds 2 and 3 are discussed in detail.  相似文献

A chemical investigation of the fruit juice of Flacourtia inermis furnished five caffeoylquinic acid derivatives: methyl chlorogenate (1), methyl 5-O-caffeoylquinate (2), methyl 4-O-caffeoylquinate (3), n-butyl chlorogenate (4), n-butyl 5-O-caffeoylquinate (5) and a rare phenolic glucoside (rel)-6α-benzoyloxy-1α,2α-dihydroxy-5-oxocyclohex-3-enecarboxylic acid 2-(6-O-benzoyl-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-5-hydroxybenzyl ester (6), together with quinic acid (7) and malic acid (8). Compounds 1, 2, 4 and 5 showed strong radical scavenging properties towards the 2,2'-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical.  相似文献

Two new melampolide-type sesquiterpene lactones, 8beta-epoxyangeloyloxy-9alpha-ethoxy-14-oxo-acanthospermolide (1) and 8beta-angeloyloxy-9alpha-ethoxy-14-oxo-acanthospermolide (2), were isolated from the leaves of yacon [Smallanthus sonchifolia (POEPP. et ENDL.) H. Robinson] along with eleven known melampolides, allo-schkuhriolide (3), enhydrin (4), polymatin A (5), fluctuanin (6), 8beta-angeloyloxy-9alpha-acetoxy-14-oxo-acanthospermolide (7), 8beta-angeloyloxy-14-oxo-acanthospermolide (8), 8beta-methacryloyloxymelampolid-14-oic acid methyl ester (9), uvedalin (10), polymatin B (11), 8beta-tigloyloxymelampolid-14-oic acid methyl ester (12), and sonchifolin (13). Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic evidence including 1D- and 2D-NMR experiments. All isolates were evaluated for inhibition of LPS-induced nitric oxide production in murine macrophage RAW 264.7 cells.  相似文献

Four new aromatic allenic ethers, (7E)-3-(4-buta-2,3-dienyloxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)-acrylic acid methyl ester (1), (7E)-3-[4-(4-buta-2,3-dienyloxy-benzyloxy)-phenyl]-acrylic acid methyl ester (2), 4-(4-buta-2,3-dienyloxy-benzyloxy)-benzoic acid methyl ester (3), (7E)-3-[4-(4-buta-2,3- dienyloxy-benzyloxy)-3-methoxy-phenyl]-acrylic acid methyl ester (4) were isolated from the fungus Xylaria sp. No. 2508. The structures of those compounds were determined by analysis of spectroscopic data, mainly 2D NMR experiments.  相似文献

在氢氧化锂存在下, 脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯(1a)发生空气氧化和重排反应, 经盐酸酸化和重氮甲烷甲基化, 得到由紫红素-7三甲酯(2)、紫红素-18甲酯(3)、卟吩-p6三甲酯(4)、地质卟啉衍生物(5)和3-环氧乙基-3-去乙烯基紫红素-18甲酯(6)所组成的混合物. 用相同的方法处理焦脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯(1b), 则分离出132-氧代焦脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯(7)、15-甲酰基紫红素-5二甲酯(8)、紫红素-18甲酯(3)和3-环氧乙基-3-去乙烯基紫红素-18甲酯(6). 所得新叶绿素衍生物5, 68的化学结构均经UV, IR, 1H NMR及元素分析得以证实, 并对相应的反应提出可能的反应机理.  相似文献

After anaerobic incubation of abrusin 2'-O-beta-D-apioside (1) with a human fecal suspension, five metabolites were isolated and identified as abrusin (2), 1-(2',6'-dihydroxy-3',4'-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)propan-1- one (5), 5,6-dimethoxybenzene-1,3-diol (6), 3-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)propionic acid (7) and 3-phenylpropionic acid (8). However, methyl ether derivatives of abrusin (4'-O-methylabrusin and 4'-O-, 5-O-dimethylabrusin) resisted degradation under the same conditions.  相似文献

Three new oleanolic acid 3,28-O-bisdesmosides, scaberosides B7, B8 and B9, were isolated as minor saponins from the root of Aster scaber THUNB. (Compositae), and their structures were determined based on spectral and chemical evidence as follows. Scaberoside B7 is 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyluronic acid oleanolic acid 28-[O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1----3)-[O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1---- 4)-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] ester, scaberoside B8, 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-[O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1----4)-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-a lpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] ester, and scaberoside B9, 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyluronic acid oleanolic acid 28-[O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----2)-[O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1----6)] -beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester. Scaberosides B7 and B9 were obtained as their methyl esters.  相似文献

The title compounds, 7a and its 9-chloro analog 7b , were prepared in three steps from methyl N-phenylanthranilates. Thus, methyl N-phenylanthranilate ( 3a ) was treated with oxalyl chloride to yield 2-[(2-chloro-1, 2-dioxoethyl) phenylamino]benzoic acid methyl ester ( 4a ). Treatment of 4a with methylhydrazine gave 2-([2-(1-methylhydrazino)-1,2-dioxoethyl]phenylamino) benzoic acid methyl ester ( 6a ), which was cyclized with sodium hydride in dimethylformamide to produce 7a . Alkylation of 7a and 7b with iodomethane afforded the respective 5-methyl derivatives 8a and 8b . A survey of the known literature benzotriazocines is presented.  相似文献

Five new phenolic glycosides, 2-beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy-5-hydroxyphenylacetic acid methyl ester (4), 4-hydroxy-2-[3-hydroxy-3-methylbutyl]-5-methylphenyl beta-D-glucopyranoside (5), 4-hydroxy-2-[(E)-4-hydroxy-3-methyl-2-butenyl]-5-methylphenyl beta-D-glucopyranoside (7), 4-hydroxy-2-[(2E,6Z)-8-beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy-3,7-dimethylocta-2,6-dien-1-yl]-5-methylphenyl beta-D-glucopyranoside (8), and 2,7-dimethyl-1,4-dihydronaphthalene-5,8-diol 5-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (10), were isolated from the whole plants of Pyrola japonica (Pyrolaceae), together with androsin, (-)-syringaresinol glucoside, homoarbutin, pirolatin, hyperin, monotropein and chimaphilin.  相似文献

Seed of Litchi chinensis Sonn. is a traditional Chinese medicine, having curative effects on gastric disease, diabetes,and relieving pain.[1] Two new compounds 4-O-p-coumaroylquinic acid butyl ester (1) and 3-O-p-coumaroylquinic acid butyl ester (2), along with five known compounds: 5-O-p-coumaroylquinic acid butyl ester (3),[2] 3-O-p-coumaroylquinic acid methyl ester (4),[3] n-butyl-1-β-D-fructopyranoside (5),[4] D-1-O-methylmyo-inositol (6)[5] and 1H-imidazole-2,3-dihydro-2-oxo-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester (7)[5] were isolated and purified from the ethanol extracts of the seed of L.chinensis Sonn. Their structures, shown in Figure 1, were elucidated by ESI-MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR, including 2DNMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Two new iridoid glucosides of 10-O-caffeoyl scandoside methyl ester (3), and 6-methoxy scandoside methyl ester (4) besides the known compounds of scandoside methyl ester (1), methyl deacetyl asperulosidate (2), 10-O-caffeoyl daphylloside (5), phytol (6), and ursolic acid (7) were isolated from the leaves of Wendlandia formosana. Structure elucidation of the new iridoid glucosides was based on interpretation of high-resolution 1D and 2D NMR spectral data and chemical conversions. A series of antitumor compounds with indolecarbazole structure modified by amino acid and piperidine were designed and synthesized. The indolecarbazole parent nucleus was firstly synthesized, condensed with bromine substituted amino acid methyl ester, then hydrolyzed and condensed with piperidine to produce the target compounds. In vitro cytotoxin activity test was performed against 7 target compounds with methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide(MTT), and the results showed that compounds CZ-2, CZ-3 and CZ-5 have higher activity against human colon cancers(HT-29) and(HCT-8), hepatocellular carcinoma(Bel-7402), NSCLC(A549) and breast cancer(MCF-7) cells as compared with the positive control JDC-108.  相似文献

The solvatochromism in 8-hydroxy-1,6-naphthyridin-5(6H)-one-7-carboxylic acid methyl ester (1), 5-hydroxy-1,7-naphthyridin-8(7H)-one-6-carboxylic acid methyl ester (2), and 4-hydroxy-2-methyl-1(2H)-isoquinolone-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester (3), has been studied in solvents of different polarity and hydrogen bond donor (HBD) and hydrogen bond acceptor (HBA) ability. The relative stabilities of isomers for these naphthyridine derivatives and their interaction with the solvent are reported. Two intramolecular hydrogen-bonded structures contribute to the ground state of compound 1. Temperature effects on the absorption bands were recorded to analyse the possible equilibrium between covalent and zwitterionic forms. The formation of zwitterionic species was observed only in HBD solvents, from which is inferred the solvent assistance in the proton transference. AM1 and PM3 semi-empirical calculations were used in support of the proposed interpretations.  相似文献

Treatment of 2-isocyanatobenzoyl chloride ( 4 ) with 5-aminotetrazole (5-AT) gave 3-(5-tetrazolyl)quinazoline-2,4(1H,3H)-dione ( 1 ) directly. Treatment of 2-carbomethoxyphenyl isocyanate ( 5 ) with 5-AT gave 2-[((5-amino-1H-tetrazol-1-yl)carbonyl)amino]benzoic acid methyl ester ( 6 ) as a kinetic product, which was thermally isomerized to 2-[((1H-tetrazol-5-ylamino)carbonyl)amino]benzoic acid methyl ester ( 7 ), the thermodynamically more stable urea. Cyclization of 7 with polyphosphoric acid gave 2-(1H-tetrazol-5-ylamino)-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-4-one ( 2 ). Urea 6 was quite labile in solution, as shown by nmr, and readily reacted with methanol to give 2-[(methoxycarbonyl)amino]benzoic acid methyl ester ( 10 ).  相似文献
