Sorption properties of ammonium humates with respect to Fe(III), Cu(II), Al(III), Ni(II), Pb(II), and Zn(II) are studied. The effect of the metal ion concentration on the ammonium humate consumption is examined and the corresponding dependences are analyzed using regression equations. The IR spectra of brown coal humic acids, ammonium humates, as well as Fe, Cu, Ni, Zn, Pb, and Al humates are presented.  相似文献

Abstract

The radiotracers Mo(VI), Sc(III), Ce(III), Eu(III), Tm(III). Fe(III), Hg(II), Cd(II), Zn(II), Cu(II) and Co (II) could be separated from each others using a hydrophobic celite column coated with Adogen-381 together with the mobile phases hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, potassium thiocyanate, ammonium acetate or water. The elution behaviour was satisfactorilly interpreted. The effect of the flow rate (50–300 ul/min) and temperature (26–70°C) on the column performance of Co(II) was also studied.  相似文献

Summary The thin-layer chromatographic behavior of 49 inorganic ions on polyethyleneimine (PEI) cellulose, a weakly basic anion-exchanger, has been systematically studied in sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate media (both 0.01–1.0 moldm−3). The sorption on the cellulose decreases with increasing concentration of the acid or sulfate for most of the ions and to a lesser extent for Hg(II), Bi(III), Th(IV), Nb(V), and U(VI). The Rf values of Pd(II), Ru(III), Au(III), Pt(IV), and Ta(V) are extremely low in both systems. Ba(II), Pb(II), Sb(III), Mo(VI), and W(VI) are also strongly retained on the layer. Oxy-anions such as As(III) and Se(VI) are not adsorbed on the cellulose to any great extent, but Re(VII) distributes on the plate with a Rf value of about 0.5. The characteristic retention on PEI-cellulose layer of several polyvalent ions, which form anionic sulfato complexes, can be observed in ammonium sulfate media. Possibilities for separations of analytical interest are also demonstrated in both systems.  相似文献

合成并表征了新型水溶性手性Salen 配体(R,R)-N,N’-二{4-[2-(三甲胺基)乙氧基]水杨醛}-1,2-环己二胺二高氯酸盐(L)及金属配合物ML [M=Zn(II), Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), Fe(III), Mn(III)]. 讨论了手性配体L及配合物ZnL的电子光谱和圆二色光谱性质, 用UV-Vis光谱滴定和CD光谱滴定法研究了ZnL对手性氨基酸对映异构体的分子识别. 测定了主体ZnL与客体氨基酸轴向配位反应的配位数(n)、缔合常数(K)及热力学函数 测得缔合常数的大小顺序为KPhe>KVal>KThr. 研究发现反应是放热、熵减小的过程. 用凝胶电泳的方法初步研究了此类手性金属配合物在H2O2存在下对DNA的裂解作用.  相似文献

Summary The cation-exchange behaviour of Mn(II), Cd(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Cu(II), Fe(III), Sc(III), Y(III), Eu(III), Dy(III), Ho(III), Yb(III), Ti(IV) and Nb(V) in malate media at various concentrations and pH, was studied with Dowex 50 WX8 resin (200–400 mesh) in the ammonium form. Separation of Fe(III)/Cu(II), Fe(III)/Cu(II)/Zn(II), Fe(III)/Co(II)/Mn(II), Cu(II)/Ni(II)/Mn(II), Fe(III)/Cu(II)/Co(II)/Mn(II), Fe(III)/Cu(II)/Ni(II)/Cd(II), Yb(III)/Eu(III), Sc(III)/Y(III),Sc(III)/Yb(III)/Dy(III) and Nb(V)/Yb(III)/Ho(III) has been achieved, among others.This work was supported by C.N.R. of Italy.  相似文献

The tetracyanoplatinate(II) (TCP) ion forms insoluble fluorescent compounds with many metal ions. This property has not hitherto been exploited for analytical use. The soluble sodium TCP salt has been applied as a reagent for metal ion detection. Fluorescent precipitates useful for detection of the metal ions were obtained with Y(III), Zr(IV), Ag(I), Zn(II), Cd(II), Hg(I), Hg(II), A1(III), Pb(II), La(III) and Th(IV). Limits of detection ranged from 5 to 200 ppm. With ammonium acetate as a masking agent, selective detection of 10 ppm of silver was achieved in the presence of the other metal ions. As little as 20 ppm of zirconium can be detected in the presence of hafnium, which yields a non-fluorescent precipitate.  相似文献

Summary Thin-layers of an intermediately acidic cation exchanger, cellulose phosphate (P-cellulose), have systematically been used to study the chromatographic behavior of 58 inorganic ions in both hydrochloric acid and acid ammonium thiocyanate media (0.01–2.0 mol dm−3). In both solvent systems, the R f values of many bivalent cations increase with increasing concentration of the acid and thiocyanate. Polyvalent metal ions including beryllium (II) and the others are strongly retained on the P-cellulose in the acid and thiocyanate systems tested. Palladium(II), mercury(II), ruthenium(III), rhenium(VII), arsenic(III), selenium(IV) and tellurium(IV) are not adsorbed on P-cellulose to any great extent. For silver(I), indium(III), gold(III), and platinum(IV), there are marked differences in the chromatographic behavior between hydrochloric acid and acid ammonium thiocyanate systems. Multicomponent separations conducted on P-cellulose plates with these eluents are presented.  相似文献

Extension of the reaction time of benzoin (I) with anthranilamide (II) gave 2,3,5,6-tetraphenyl-pyrazine (IV) in addition to the expected benzamide III. Condensation of I with II in the presence of ammonium acetate or ammonium formate yielded IV, and IV with 4-quinazolinone (VII), respectively. Reaction of I with ammonium acetate only led to IV and 2,3,5,6-tetraphenylpyrrole (VIII). When I was heated with 2-aminothiazole, benzil, desoxybenzoin, and VIII were formed. A mechanism has been extended to explain the formation of IV and VIII.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive method for the determination of trace amounts of nickel(II) is described. The method is based on the adsorptive enrichment of nickel(II) as the complex with quinoxaline-2,3-dithiol using a finely divided anion-exchange resin, collection of the resin on a membrane filter by filtration, and direct measurement of the absorbance of the resultant circular thin layer by reflective spectrophotometry at 605 nm. In the presence of interfering cations such as copper(II) and cobalt(II) a sample solution is first filtered, after the addition of ammonium thiocyanate and Zephiramine, to extract these cations onto a membrane filter as the ion-pair precipitate formed between the metal-thiocyanate complex anions and Zephiramine cations, then nickel(II) in the filtrate is determined. Interferences from iron(III), silver(I), bismuth(III), cadmium(II), mercury(II), indium(III), palladium(II), platinum(IV), tin(IV), and zinc(II) can also be eliminated. The proposed method was applied to the determination of nickel in white wine. The concentrations of nickel found in 5-ml aliquots of 10 different wine samples were in the range 16.1-68.0 ng ml−1.  相似文献

The separation behavior of mercury by a flotation system consisting of ammonium sulfate, ammonium thiocyanate and ethyl violet, and the conditions for the separation of Hg(II) with other common metal ions have been studied. The studies show that in aqueous solutions, Hg(II) combines with NH4SCN and ethyl violet(EV) into dissoluble ternary ion‐association complex [Hg(SCN)42?]?(EV)2. In the presence of ammonium sulfate, the precipitate is floats well on the surface of the water phase and separates from water thoroughly. It shows that Hg(II) can be separated completely from Cd(II), Fe(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Mn(II) and Al(III) by flotation at pH1.0. The flotation mechanism of Hg(II) is described in this paper.  相似文献

Extraction of zinc(II) and cadmium(II) from ammonium thiocyanate solutions has been studied in benzene in the presence of pyridine. The effect of such variables as the pH of aqueous phase and concentration of metal, thiocyanate and pyridine on extraction has been investigated and the extracting species identified. Extraction behaviour of silver(I), manganese(II), cobalt(II), mercury(II) and thallium(III) has also been studied under identical conditions and some binary metal ion separations of analytical and radiochemical importance are reported.  相似文献

An accurate method is described for determining the amount of active oxygen in manganese ores, based on the oxidation-reduction reaction between the ore and arsenic(III) in presence of ammonium molybdate, followed by the back-titration of excess of arsenic(III) with cerium(IV), using osmium tetroxide as catalyst and Disulphine Blue V as indicator. A survey has been made of the applicability of this method to various pyrolusite ores containing less than 0.2% phosphorus. Aluminium(III), copper(II), iron(III), manganese(II), and molybdenum(VI) do not interfere. Up to 30% phosphorus(V) causes no interference.  相似文献

A sensitive and simple separation-enrichment technique for the determination of trace amounts of Cu(II), Co(II), Cd(II), Fe(III) and Mn(II) was described. Metal ions were complexed with 1-nitroso-2-naphthol at pH 9. Following solid-phase extraction on Diaion HP-20 resin, metals were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The effect of the matrix ions were investigated. The recoveries of metal ions were greater than 95%. The detection limits of the analyte ions ( k = 3, N = 21) were varying 0.18 µg/l for Cd(II) to 0.44 µg/l for Fe(III). The method was applied to a stream sediment standard reference material (GBW7309), some ammonium salts and industrial fertilizer samples for the determination of copper, cobalt, cadmium, iron and manganese. The relative standard deviations (RSD) of the determinations for analyte ions at µg/g levels varied from 1 to 10%.  相似文献

A functional microcapsule was prepared by encapsulating the fine crystalline ammonium tungstophosphate(AWP) in calcium alginate polymer(CaALG).The characterization of AWP-CaALG microcapsule was examined by SEM and EPMA.The adsorption behavior of Cs(I),Rb(I),Sr(II),Pd(II),Ru(III),Rh(III),La(III),Ce(III),Dy(III) and Zr(IV) was investigated by the batch method.The batch experiments were carried out by varying the shaking times,HNO 3 concentration,and initial concentration of metal ions.Relatively large K d values above 10 5 cm 3 /g for Cs(I) were obtained in the range of 0.1-5 M HNO 3,resulting in a separation factor of Cs/Rb exceeding 10 2.In contrast,the K d values of Sr(II),Pd(II),Ru(III),La(III),Dy(III),Ce(III) and Zr(IV) were considerably lower than 50 cm 3 /g.The K d value of Cs(I) decreased in the order of the coexisting ions,H + > Na + >> NH 4 +,and a linear relationship with a slop of about 1 was obtained between log K d and log [NH 4 + ]([NH 4 + ] > 0.01 M).The adsorption of Cs(I) was found to be controlled by chemisorption mechanism,and followed a Langmuir-type adsorption equation.A high uptake percentage of 99.4% for Cs(I) was obtained by using the dissolved solutions of spent fuel from FBR-JOYO(JAEA).  相似文献

In this media most of the ions distribute chromatographically on the layer. Ag(I), Hg(II), Pd(II), Au(III), Bi(III), Ru(III), Pt(IV), Nb(V), Ta(V), Mo(VI), and W(VI) are strongly retained, while alkali earths(II), Mg(II), As(III), Ti(IV), and Te(VI) are not absorbed to any great extent in this system. An interesting correlation was found between the Rf values on PEI-cellulose in the thiocyanate media and the paramagnetic moment of the rare earths(III). An oddeven fluctuation against the atomic number is also found for the heavy rare earths(III). Chromatographic separation of many inorganic ions of analytical interest is demonstrated in this system.  相似文献

The radionuclides phosphorus-32, arsenic-74, iron-59 and molybdenum-99 were used to determine the effect-of arsenate and some transition-metal ions on the precipitation of phosphorus as ammonium 12-molybdophosphate. Under the conditions necessary for the quantitative precipitation of phosphorus, arsenic is also precipitated by ammonium molybdate. The presence of iron(III) nitrate inhibits the precipitation of phosphorus and, particularly, arsenic, although the precipitates contain more molybdenum, and are heavier, than when iron is absent. Chromium (111) nitrate, nickel(II) nitrate and manganese(II) nitrate do not inhibit the precipitation of phosphorus and arsenic to the same extent as iron (III) nitrate.  相似文献

An ion-pair Chromatographic system for the separation of copper(II), palladium(II), iron(III) and cobalt(III) as ion-associates of their l-nitroso-2-naphthol-6-sulphonate and 2-nitroso-l-naphthol-6-sulphonate anionic complexes with organic ammonium compounds and inorganic cations has been studied. Isocratic and gradient elution methods were used, and the effects of column material, organic and aqueous modifiers, and pH of the eluent on the retention were examined. The elution time for the metal complex anions depends on the eluent, the proportion of organic solvent in the mobile phase, the pH of the eluent and the extraction coefficient of the compounds. The compounds were identified photometrically with a diode-array detector at wavelengths of 229, 254, 260, 298, 320 and 400 nm. The detection limits for the metals are at the ng/ml level.  相似文献

The analysis of seawater for trace metals is important for pollution monitoring and better understanding of marine systems. The present paper describes an efficient preconcentration method for the determination of trace metals in seawater. Trace metals [Ni(II), Cu(II), Ga(III), Cd(II), Pb(II), and Bi(III)] in 1,000 mL of seawater sample were complexed with ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate and sorbed onto silica particles covered with cetyltrimethylammonium chloride. After the addition of sodium dodecyl sulfate, the particles were floated to the solution surface by bubbling and then collected by suction. The trace metals were desorbed with dilute nitric acid and determined by inductively coupled plasma–mass spectrometry. The rapid 200-fold preconcentration was demonstrated with certified seawater samples.  相似文献

Summary Coordination of oxyphosphorus ligands to pentaamminechromium(III) lowers the ligand field strength of the ammines to a much greater extent than trichloroacetate. Ion-exchange sorption of palladium(II) from both concentrated aqueous hydrochloric acid solution containing Fe(III), Sn(II), Zn(II), and Cu(II) and weakly acidic concentrated aqueous ammonium chloride solution containing Zn(II) and Cu(II) was studied. The Purolite S920, Purolite S924, and Purolite S984 macroporous resins with the thiourea, thiol, and polyethylenepolyamine functional groups, respectively, were used as sorbents. Strongly basic Purolite A500 anion exchanger was also tested. The desorption of palladium(II) with aqueous ammonia, hydrochloric acid, and acidified aqueous thiourea was examined.  相似文献
