The vaporization of the NaI-PrI3 quasi-binary system was studied by high-temperature mass spectrometry over the whole concentration range. At 623–994 K, saturated vapor contained not only (NaI) n and (PrI3) n molecules (n = 1, 2) and Na+(NaI) n (n = 0–4) and I?(PrI3) n (n = 1–2) ions but also mixed molecular and ionic associates recorded for the first time (NaPrI4, Na2PrI5, NaPrI 3 + , Na2PrI 4 + , Na3PrI 5 + , Na4PrI 6 + , NaPrI 5 ? , and NaPr2I 8 ? ). The partial vapor pressures of molecules were calculated, and the equilibrium constants of the dissociation of neutral and charged associates were measured. The enthalpies of molecular and ion-molecular reactions were determined, and the enthalpies of formation of gaseous molecules and ions were obtained.  相似文献

Recurrent equations A(x + k) = aA(x) + b were shown to be applicable to the approximation not only of virtually arbitrary properties of organic compounds (A) in homologous series (A = n C, k = 1 or 2) but also of the dependences of chromatographic retention parameters on the number of carbon atoms in homologue molecules (A = t R). The same equations described the temperature dependences of retention times of arbitrary compounds under isothermal separation conditions in gas chromatography (x = T, k = ΔT = const) and the dependences of retention times on the concentration of an organic solvent as an eluent component (x = C, k = ΔC = const) under isocratic separation conditions in high performance liquid chromatography.  相似文献

Electron density distribution in n-alkyl radicals (from ethyl to n-octyl) was studied by the B3LYP/6-311++G(3df,3pd) DFT method. The theory of atoms in molecules was used to show that the inductive effect of a free valence extends to two neighboring CH2 groups. The electronegativities χ(C?H2) > χ(CH3) > χ(CH2) of groups and χ(C?) > χ(H) > χ(C) atoms were qualitatively determined. The group method for calculating the enthalpies of formation of n-alkyl radicals Δf H°(n-C n H2n+ 1, n > 5) was substantiated.  相似文献

In the problem of the production silver nanoparticles, mass spectrometry allows one to identify nanoclusters as nuclei or intermediates in the synthesis of nanoparticles and to understand the mechanisms of their formation. Using low-temperature secondary emission mass spectrometry, we determined the cluster composition of a system formed in the microwave treatment of a solution of AgNO3 in ethylene glycol (M). Along with silver ion–ethylene glycol associates М m ? Ag+ (m = 1–5) and small silver clusters AgM n + (n = 1–9), unusual silver clusters with one hydrogen atom [Ag n H]+ (n = 2, 4) were observed. Possible pathways for the formation of silver nanoparticles taking into account hydrogen-containing cluster intermediates are discussed.  相似文献

The molar heat capacity C p of the methanol-n-heptane system was measured at low concentrations of n-heptane and 298.15 K. The dynamic viscosity η of the system at 298.15 K was calculated from data on the molar heat capacity of methanol-n-heptane solutions within the framework of the Flory theory and the theory of free volume with regard to the molecular association. Based on the experimental data and calculation results, it was concluded that the viscosity of the methanol-n-heptane system exhibits an anomalous behavior.  相似文献

The densities, viscosities and refractive indices of N,N /-ethylene-bis(salicylideneiminato)-diaquochromium(III) chloride, [Cr(salen)(H2O)2]Cl, in aqueous dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) with different mass fractions (w 2 = 0.20, 0.40, 0.60, 0.80 and 1.00) of DMSO were determined at 298.15, 308.15 and 318.15 K under atmospheric pressure. From measured densities, viscosities and refractive indices the apparent molar volumes (V φ ), standard partial molar volume (V φ 0 ), the slope (S V * ), standard isobaric partial molar expansibility (φ E 0 ) and its temperature dependence (?φ E 0 /?T) p , the viscosity B-coefficient, its temperature dependence (?B/?T), solvation number (S n ) and apparent molar refractivity (R D φ ), etc., were calculated and discussed on the basis of ion–ion and ion–solvent interactions. These results revealed that the solutions are characterized by ion–solvent interactions rather than by ion–ion interactions and the complex behaves as a long range structure maker. Thermodynamics of viscous flow was discussed in terms of transition state theory.  相似文献

A DFT method with the B3LYP functional and the 6-311++G(d,p) diffuse basis set is used to predict geometries, relative stabilities, electronic structures, and the bonding of closo- and nido-GamBnmH n 2? , GemBnmH n m?2 , and AsmBnmH n 2 m?2 (n = 10, 12 and m = 1, 2) Clusters are obtained by replacing BH with isolobal GaH, GeH+, and AsH2+ fragments, keeping the same skeleton electron pairs (SEP). Based on the polyhedral skeletal electron pairs theory (PSEPT), closo and nido structures are predicted and can be of significant interest for experimentalists working in the field of heteroboranes. Different cluster stabilities are studied according to Gimarc′s and Williams′ rules, where our calculations show that the monosubstituted clusters deviate from these rules, giving rise to open structures. As2B8H n 2+ as 10-vertex structures lead to nido-type clusters, however, GemBnmH n m?2 (n = 10, 12 and m = 1, 2) give rise to closo isomers with close energies. All optimized structures exhibit large HOMO–LUMO gaps suggesting a good kinetic stability, thus predicting their isolation and characterization.  相似文献

The structural features of 38 mononuclear d 2-Re(V) octahedral monooxo complexes (I–XXXVIII) with oxygen atoms of bidentate-chelating (O, P) ligands (L n ) are considered. The atoms O(L n ) are mostly in trans positions to O(oxo) ligands. In three compounds of general formula [ReO(Lmono)(L n )2] (XXXVI–XXXVIII), the O atoms of two L n ligands occupy both trans and cis positions to oxo ligands. In one complex, namely, in [ReO(L n )(L tri 11 )], n = 3 (XXXV), the atom O(L3) is in the cis position to the oxo ligand; the trans position to O(oxo) is occupied by the atom O(L tri 11 ).  相似文献

Heteroassociation of the antitumor antibiotic daunomycin (DAU) with flavin mononucleotide (FMN) has been investigated by one-and two-dimensional 1H NMR spectroscopy (500 MHz) in a water solution to determine the molecular mechanism of the combined action of the antibiotic and vitamin in the FMN-DAU system. The equilibrium constants of the reactions, induced proton chemical shifts, and thermodynamic parameters (ΔH, ΔS) of heteroassociation were determined from the concentration and temperature dependences of the proton chemical shifts in the interacting aromatic molecules. Analysis of the results indicate that heterocomplexes of riboflavin mononucleotide and daunomycin are formed due to stacking interactions between aromatic chromophores. The most probable spatial structure of the 1:1 DAU-FMN heterocomplex was determined by the molecular dynamics method using the X-PLOR program and the results of the analysis of the induced proton chemical shifts in molecules. Calculation of the relative content of self-and hetero-complexes of daunomycin for different values of the ratio (r) between the concentrations of flavin mononucleotide and daunomycin demonstrated that for r > 3, the contribution of DAU-FMN heterocomplexes to the equilibrium distribution of associates in aqueous solution is dominant. It is concluded that the aromatic molecules of vitamins, in particular, riboflavin, can form energetically strong heteroassociates with antitumor antibiotics in water solution and can thereby affect their medical and biological activity.  相似文献

The potential functions of braked internal rotation V(?) in n-alkanes (ethane, propane, butane, n-pentane, n-hexane, n-heptane) were calculated by ab initio and DFT methods with the 6-311++G(3df,3pd) basis set. The functions were approximated as a series of six cosines. The dependences of V(?) on the length of the hydrocarbon chain in n-alkanes were analyzed. The heights of the trans-cis and trans-gauche barriers and the differences between the energies of the trans and gauche conformers were calculated and compared with the experimental data. From the calculated geometric parameters and V(?), the contributions of the braked internal rotation to the enthalpy, entropy, heat capacity, and Gibbs free energy at 298 K were determined. The contributions of internal rotations are transferable within the framework of additive approaches. The generalized function V av(?) for n-alkanes and averaged contributions of internal rotation of the C-C bonds and CH3- and -CH2- tops to the thermodynamic properties were suggested.  相似文献

The ionization potentials and dissociation energies of diatomic molecules are determined as functions of bond length, and the atomization energies of metals and crystalline compounds are determined as E = a/d n functions. In most cases, n ≥ 1; but for a number of metals and compounds, n < 1, as distinct from all known types of interatomic interactions. It is shown that the ratios of the bond energies and bond lengths of Group 1A and 1B metals to the respective molecular parameters have similar values, proving the identical valence states of the atoms of these metals in crystal structures.  相似文献

The results of positron spectroscopy and molecular light scattering studies, the data on radiationchemical yields and optical absorption spectra of solvated electrons formed under the action of ionizing radiation, and the data on the concentration dependences of viscosity, adiabatic compressibility, the velocity of sound, and partial molar volume were used to determine the structure of water-n-propanol mixtures. The conclusion was drawn that the insertion of alcohol molecules into water network voids over the range of alcohol mole fractions 0 < x 2 < 0.05 strengthened the structure of water. A further increase in the concentration of the alcohol caused the destruction of the aqueous component and solution homogenization. At 0.01 < x 2 < 0.3, mixtures resembled an emulsion of alcohol “nanodrops” suspended in water. At 0.3 < x 2 < 0.9, the system again became homogeneous. Lastly, when water was added to pure n-propanol (1 > x 2 > 0.9), its molecules combined into nanodrops.  相似文献

The thermochemistry of the reaction of the microsolvated Na+ such as [Na(H2O) n ; n?=?1?6]+, [Na(NH3) n ; n?=?1?6]+ and [Na(H2O) n (NH3) m ; n?+?m?=?2?6]+ with thymine (Thy), as an example of a reaction in the microcosmic environment, have been studied in this work, theoretically. It was found that the increase of the number of solvent molecules in the structure of microsolvated Na+ is accompanied by the decrease of the standard enthalpy (\(\Delta H_{r}^{^\circ }\)) and Gibbs free (\(\Delta G_{r}^{^\circ }\)) energies of the reaction (Thy?+?[Na(X) n ]+→Thy-Na(X) n + ; X?=?solvent molecule). Also, the calculations showed that the electronic intermolecular interaction (?Eint) between the Thy and microslovated Na+ decreased with the increase of solvent molecules. For the interaction of the [Na(H2O) n ; n?=?4, 5 and 6]+ ions with the Thy, there was the probability of forming of the hydrogen bond between water molecules in the structure of solvated Na+ and the Thy. The gas phase infrared (IR) spectra of the complexes of the microsolvated Na+ with the Thy for different values of n were calculated and compared with each other to follow the change in the frequency of the stretching vibration of the interaction path between the C=O group of the Thy and Na (O…Na) with n. Using the calculated values of \(\Delta G_{r}^{^\circ }\) of the reactions, the mole fractions of the complexes of microsolvated Na+ ions with the Thy were calculated at different humidity.  相似文献

Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) is applied to study Al-, Sc-, In-, and Nb-doped KTiOAsO4 (KTA) crystals. Paramagnetic hole centers O? are observed after ionizing irradiation of KTA crystals. These centers are, as a rule, unstable at room temperature and are slowly annealed for about two weeks. Oxygen ions are bridging two cations in KTA. Near the impurity, two p-orbitals of oxygen atoms participate in covalent bonding with cations, whereas the third p-orbital remains free and under the radiation effect captures the hole thus forming the paramagnetic center of M n+-O?-M(n?1)+ (here M n+ is the lattice cation and M(n?1)+ is the impurity cation of Al, In, Sc, or Nb). In the centers investigated the specific principal direction of the g-factor g ~ 2 is normal to the M n+-O?-M(n?1)+ plane, and the main value of g max falls in this plane. The direction of the O?-M(n?1)+ bond is close to the selected direction of the hyperfine interaction with the impurity ion. The models of six hole centers and the found parameters of EPR spectra are discussed.  相似文献

The crystal structure of an antimony(III) fluoride complex of the composition (C5H12NO2)SbF4·H2O (I) involving a cation of α-amino isovaleric acid (DL-valine, Val) is determined. Crystals are monoclinic: a = 12.2024(2) Å, b = 6.1636(1) Å, c = 15.5167(3) Å, Z = 4, space group P21/c. The structure is formed of DL-valinium (C5H12NO2)+ cations, complex [SbF4]nn? anions having a polymeric chain structure, and crystallization water molecules. The [SbF4]nn? complex anions consist of trigonal SbF4E bipyramids joined together by asymmetric bridging Sb–F(3)···Sb bonds. The structural units are organized into a threedimensional framework via N–H···F, N–H···O, and O–H···F hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Attempts of the synthesis in air of complex oxides Sr3RhMnOx and Sr4Rh1.5Mn1.5Ox resulted in revealing formation of a new oxide phase Sr6.3Rh2.35Mn2.35O9 related to quasi-unidimensional family A3n+3m A′ n B3m+n O9m+6n at n = 1 and m = 1. Its structural characteristics and magnetic properties are studied. X-ray data of the obtained phase is indicated on the basis of trigonal cell (spatial group P321) with the parameters: a 9.6239(4) Å; c 1 4.1130(4) Å, c 2 2.4946(2) Å. Manganese and rhodium exist in the compound as the cations Mn4+, Rh3+ and Rh4+, as follows from the data of measuring of magnetic susceptibility in the range 2–300 K.  相似文献

The structures and properties of asymmetric heterocycles (HBrBN3) n (n = 1-4) are systematically studied at the B3LYP/6-31G* level. The molecules (HBrBN3) n (n = 2-4) have the core structures of a 2n-membered ring with alternating boron and α-nitrogen atoms. The relationships between geometrical parameters and oligomerization degree n are discussed. The calculated IR spectra have four main characteristic regions. Trends in thermodynamic properties with temperature and oligomerization degree n are discussed. Thermodynamic analysis of the gas-phase oligomerizations shows that formation of the most stable heterocycles (HBrBN3) n (n = 2-4) is enthalpy driven in the range of 200-800 K.  相似文献

The spectroscopic properties and liquid structure of pure tri-n-butyl phosphate (TBP) and FeCl3/TBP solutions have been investigated by Uv–Vis and Raman spectroscopies, X-ray diffraction and conductometry. Uv–Vis and Raman spectra, supported by conductometric measurements, consistently indicate that the solubilized salt is present mostly as TBP n [FeCl3???n ] n+ and FeCl4 ? complex ions due to specific interaction with the TBP phosphate group. Thanks to this interaction, a high amount of salt (up to 13 % w/w) can be dissolved despite the relatively low dielectric constant of TBP. The X-ray diffractogram of pure TBP has been interpreted in terms of three main contributions which can be attributed to spatial pair correlations between atoms of interacting TBP molecules. In the presence of increasing FeCl3 amounts, it has been observed a progressive structuring effect, exerted by the dissolved salt, on the layers of opportunely oriented TBP molecules due to the formation of the complex ionic species. By simple treatment with NaBH4, the synthesis of Fe nanoparticles has been achieved. The absence of water, the easiness of preparation, the high amount of salt which can be suspended and the peculiar physico-chemical properties of such systems are all elements worth of note for the fields of nanoparticle synthesis and for specialized technological applications.  相似文献

The structure (CIF file CCDC No. 1401886) of the hexaaqua-hexakis(2-thiobarbiturato)-disamarium [Sm2(H2O)6(HTBA)6] n polymeric complex (I), where H2ТВА is 2-thiobarbituric acid, is determined; its thermal decomposition and IR spectrum are studied. The crystals of I are monoclinic: a = 14.072(1) Å, b = 10.0842(6) Å, c = 15.323(1) Å, β = 110.408(2)°, V = 2037.9(2) Å3, space group P2/n, Z = 2. All three independent thiobarbiturate anions HTBA coordinate to Sm3+ through oxygen atoms. To one of independent Sm3+ ions six (two terminal and four bridging) HTBA ions and two water molecules are coordinated; the second is bonded with four bridging HTBA and four water molecules, forming square antiprisms. The bridging HТВА–anions arrange antiprisms in layers. The structure is stabilized by hydrogen bonds and a π–π interaction between the HТВА ions. The topology of the polymer network of I is analyzed.  相似文献
