We study decompositions of operator measures and more general sesquilinear form measures E into linear combinations of positive parts, and their diagonal vector expansions. The underlying philosophy is to represent E as a trace class valued measure of bounded variation on a new Hilbert space related to E. The choice of the auxiliary Hilbert space fixes a unique decomposition with certain properties, but this choice itself is not canonical. We consider various systematic ways of defining unbounded operator valued integrals of complex functions with respect to (mostly) positive operator measures and positive sesquilinear form measures, and investigate their relationships to each other in view of the extension theory of symmetric operators. We demonstrate the associated mathematical subtleties with a physically relevant example involving moment operators of the momentum observable of a particle confined to move on a bounded interval. 相似文献

Let n×n complex matrices R and S be nontrivial generalized reflection matrices, i.e., R∗=R=R−1≠±In, S∗=S=S−1≠±In. A complex matrix A with order n is said to be a generalized reflexive (or anti-reflexive ) matrix, if RAS=A (or RAS=−A). In this paper, the solvability conditions of the left and right inverse eigenvalue problems for generalized reflexive and anti-reflexive matrices are derived, and the general solutions are also given. In addition, the associated approximation solutions in the solution sets of the above problems are provided. The results in present paper extend some recent conclusions. 相似文献

In this paper, we extend the concept of tail subadditivity (Belles-Sampera et al., 2014a; Belles-Sampera et al., 2014b) for distortion risk measures and give sufficient and necessary conditions for a distortion risk measure to be tail subadditive. We also introduce the generalized GlueVaR risk measures, which can be used to approach any coherent distortion risk measure. To further illustrate the applications of the tail subadditivity, we propose multivariate tail distortion (MTD) risk measures and generalize the multivariate tail conditional expectation (MTCE) risk measure introduced by Landsman et al. (2016). The properties of multivariate tail distortion risk measures, such as positive homogeneity, translation invariance, monotonicity, and subadditivity, are discussed as well. Moreover, we discuss the applications of the multivariate tail distortion risk measures in capital allocations for a portfolio of risks and explore the impacts of the dependence between risks in a portfolio and extreme tail events of a risk portfolio in capital allocations. 相似文献

In this paper we consider Hankel operators = (Id – P 1) from A 2(?, |z |2) to A 2,1(?, |z |2)⊥. Here A 2(?, |z |2) denotes the Fock space A 2(?, |z |2) = {f: f is entire and ‖f ‖2 = ∫? |f (z)|2 exp (–|z |2) dλ (z) < ∞}. Furthermore A 2,1(?, |z |2) denotes the closure of the linear span of the monomials { z n : n, l ∈ ?, l ≤ 1} and the corresponding orthogonal projection is denoted by P 1. Note that we call these operators generalized Hankel operators because the projection P 1 is not the usual Bergman projection. In the introduction we give a motivation for replacing the Bergman projection by P 1. The paper analyzes boundedness and compactness of the mentioned operators. On the Fock space we show that is bounded, but not compact, and for k ≥ 3 that is not bounded. Afterwards we also consider the same situation on the Bergman space of the unit disc. Here a completely different situation appears: we have compactness for all k ≥ 1. Finally we will also consider an analogous situation in the case of several complex variables. In this study, generalized Hirota-Satsuma coupled KdV equation is solved using by two recent semi-analytic methods, differential transform method (DTM) and reduced form of differential transformation method (so called RDTM). The concepts of DTM and RDTM is briefly introduced, and their application for generalized Hirota-Satsuma coupled KdV equation is studied. The results obtained employing DTM and RDTM are compared with together and exact solution. As an important result, it is depicted that the RDTM results are more accurate in comparison with those obtained by classic DTM. The numerical results reveal that the RDTM is very effective, convenient and quite accurate to systems of nonlinear equations. It is predicted that the RDTM can be found widely applicable in engineering. 相似文献

Let be a metric space. For a probability measure on a subset of and a Vitali cover of , we introduce the notion of a -Vitali subcover , and compare the Hausdorff measures of with respect to these two collections. As an application, we consider graph directed self-similar measures and in satisfying the open set condition. Using the notion of pointwise local dimension of with respect to , we show how the Hausdorff dimension of some general multifractal sets may be computed using an appropriate stochastic process. As another application, we show that Olsen's multifractal Hausdorff measures are mutually singular.

We investigate the multiple attribute decision making problems with triangular fuzzy information. Motivated by the ideal of Choquet integral [G. Choquet, Theory of capacities, Ann. Instit. Fourier 5 (1953) 131–295] and generalized OWA operator [R.R. Yager, Generalized OWA aggregation operators, Fuzzy Optim. Dec. Making 3 (2004) 93–107], in this paper, we have developed an generalized triangular fuzzy correlated averaging (GTFCA) operator. The prominent characteristic of the operators is that they cannot only consider the importance of the elements or their ordered positions, but also reflect the correlation among the elements or their ordered positions. We have applied the GTFCA operator to multiple attribute decision making problems with triangular fuzzy information. Finally an illustrative example has been given to show the developed method. 相似文献

We investigate a generalized (3 + 1)-dimensional nonlinear wave equation, which can be used to depict many nonlinear phenomena in liquid containing gas bubbles. By employing the Hirota bilinear method, we derive its bilinear formalism and soliton solutions succinctly. Meanwhile, the first-order lump wave solution and second-order lump wave solution are well presented based on the corresponding two-soliton solution and four-soliton solution. Furthermore, two types of hybrid solutions are systematically established by using the long wave limit method. In this paper we investigate Hankel operators with anti-holomorphic symbols ∈L2(C,m|z|), where are general Fock spaces. We will show that is not continuous if the corresponding symbol is not a polynomial . For polynomial symbols we will give necessary and sufficient conditions for continuity and compactness in terms of N and m. For monomials we will give a complete characterization of the Schatten-von Neumann p-class membership for p>0. Namely in case 2k<m the Hankel operators are in the Schatten-von Neumann p-class iff p>2m/(m−2k); and in case 2k?m they are not in the Schatten-von Neumann p-class. 相似文献
