A series of o-alkylphenyl alkyl ketones 1 were synthesized by different methods. The presence of a leaving group X adjacent to the carbonyl group is the special peculiarity of these ketones. Upon irradiation the keto carbonyl group of these compounds undergoes an n-pi* excitation followed by a 1,5-hydrogen migration from the o-alkyl substituent to the carbonyl oxygen atom. The thus formed 1,4-diradicals are subject to a very rapid elimination of acid HX, giving 1,5-diradicals. We called this process spin center shift. After intersystem crossing these diradicals cyclize to 1-indanones 20 in good yields. Depending on the solvent and on substituents, o-alkoxyalkyl ketones 22 or benzo[c]furanes 21 are obtained as byproducts. The mechanism of the cyclization was elucidated by quantum chemical calculations and kinetic measurements.  相似文献

In the presence of zinc dust (1.5-2.0 equiv) and LiCl (1.5-2.0 equiv), various benzylic chlorides bearing functional groups (iodide, cyanide, ester, ketone) are smoothly converted at 25 degrees C to the corresponding zinc reagents without homo-coupling (<5%). The utility of these benzylic zinc reagents is demonstrated by a short synthesis of papaverine.  相似文献

Polyhalogenated anthraquinones such as perfluoroanthraquinone, 1,2,3,4-tetrafluoroanthraquinone, and 1,2,3,4-tetrachloroanthraquinone are photoreduced in ethanol via direct electron transfer from ethanol. A dramatic switch-over from hydrogen-atom abstraction to electron transfer is induced by mixing ofππ with nπ* states in their T1 state and the enhanced electron-accepting character of polyhalogenated anthraquinones.  相似文献

We have developed a general one-pot method to provide highly functionalized tryptamine derivatives, via a Fischer indole type pathway. In this article, we demonstrate optimal conditions for a one-pot indole synthesis, allowing for the synthesis of a broad scope of 2-methyl tryptamine derivatives and a precursor for the synthesis of the core structure of some akuammiline alkaloids. Interfacial electron transfer (IET) between a chromophore and a semiconductor nanoparticle is one of the key processes in a dye-sensitized solar cell. Theoretical simulations of the electron transfer in polyoxotitanate nanoclusters Ti(17)O(24)(OPr(i))(20) (Ti(17)) functionalized with four p-nitrophenyl acetylacetone (NPA-H) adsorbates, of which the atomic structure has been fully established by X-ray diffraction measurements, are presented. Complementary experimental information showing IET has been obtained by EPR spectroscopy. Evolution of the time-dependent photoexcited electron during the initial 5 fs after instantaneous excitation to the NPA LUMO + 1 has been evaluated. Evidence for delocalization of the excitation over multiple chromophores after excitation to the NPA LUMO + 2 state on a 15 fs time scale is also obtained. While chromophores are generally considered electronically isolated with respect to neighboring sensitizers, our calculations show that this is not necessarily the case. The present work is the most comprehensive study to date of a sensitized semiconductor nanoparticle in which the structure of the surface and the mode of molecular adsorption are precisely defined.  相似文献

A theoretical treatment of electron transfer in and between molecules is presented. The nuclei are assumed to move classically. A time-dependent electron probability density is calculated using general equations given by Nikitin. Variational methods of different kinds may be employed in these equations. In the present paper some examples are studied at the extended Hückel level for the systems H2-H 2 + , H2-O2–-H 2 + , H2-S2–-H 2 + and H2-H2-H 2 + .  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of new cap analogs containing aminoallyl linkers such as m7G[5′]pppp[5′]U-aminoallyl and m27,3′OG[5′]pppp[5′]U-aminoallyl is reported. The final cap analog has been isolated with high purity (>99.8%) after ion-exchange column purification.  相似文献

A new synthesis of 3H-pyrimidin-4-ones, characterized by four different sets of decorations, is presented. The strategy is based on the synthetic elaboration of readily available α-substituted β-ketoesters that, upon transformation into the corresponding acyl enamines, have been cyclized to give 6H-1,3-oxazin-6-ones. These reactive intermediates have been in turn cleanly converted into highly functionalized pyirimidinones, by treatment with an appropriate primary amine. An intermolecular efficient dimerization of diynes via Rh-catalyzed cycloaddition is presented. This protocol allows for the expedient synthesis of structurally diverse benzene derivatives, which retain an alkyne unit for post-functionalization to realize molecules with potential medicinal value and extended molecular complexity. The transformation is carried out in toluene and employs Rh(COD)2OTf3 as the metal source. Diversely decorated diynes tethered by nitrogen atom and ester were compatible with these conditions and furnished substituted benzenes with excellent selectivity.  相似文献

2-Amino-1,5-anhydro-2-deoxy-D-glucitol, a highly functionalized tetrahydropyran, is a versatile building unit in many natural products. A facile route to this type of synthetic building unit from the corresponding 2-aminopyranoses, as exemplified by an application to D-glucosamine, is outlined. A simple catalytic hydrogenation at C-1 of an oxazoline constructed from the corresponding 2-aminopyranose results in the desired product.  相似文献

An organocatalyzed highly regioselective synthesis of substituted tetrahydrobenzofuran-4-ones based on the ring opening followed by cyclization of epoxides with enamines of 1,3-cyclohexanediones in a domino fashion is described. It is a high yielding (74–93%) synthetic protocol tolerant to a wide range of substrates. Ambient temperature, organocatalytic approach, atom-economy, and formation of water as the only by-product are some of the attractive features of the present methodology.  相似文献

Studies of the preparation of 1,8-dihydroazocines and transannular cyclization of hydroazocines to produce functionalized pyrrolizidines are described. Results are presented which demonstrate that unsymmetrically substituted acetylenes bearing at least one electron withdrawing groups undergo efficient cycloaddition to 1 - β - styryl - 1,2 - dihydropyridine producing in a regio-selective fashion 3,4 - disubstituted - 1,8 - dihydroazocines. The dihydroazocines generated in this manner can be converted to 1 - formyl - Δ4,5 - epoxyazocines which undergo interesting rearrangement reactions to form pyrrolizidines when subjected to methoxide deformylation followed by acid treatment. In addition, 1,6,7,8 - tetrahydroazocines can be converted to pyrrolizidines under bromination conditions. The intriguing chemical process which occur under the conditions outlined above are described.  相似文献
