A novel zinc diphosphonate, Zn[HO3PCH2(C6H4)CH2PO3H] (1) was synthesized from tetraethyl para-xylylenediphosphonate, Et2O3PCH2C6H4CH2PO3Et2, and Zn (AcO)2·2H2O under solvothermal conditions. The structure of compound 1 was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, which reveals that the structure crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c (No. 15), with a = 22.4844(19) Å, b = 6.4361(5) Å, c = 8.1194(7) Å, β = 102.595(2)°, V = 1146.70(16) Å3, T = 298(2) K, Z = 8. The novel three-dimensional (3D) construction is simply built up from linear inorganic chains of corner-sharing four-rings of tetrahedral [ZnO4] and [PO3C] which connected adjacent chains by the organophosphorus ligand para-xylylenediphosphonate. The framework has 10 Å × 4 Å (containing the van der Waals radii of atoms) channels running along the b-axis.  相似文献

An unusual two-dimensional zinc phosphate with pendant phosphate groups, projecting into the inter-lamellar space between the layers, has been synthesized and is shown to transform into a three-dimensional structure with 16-membered bifurcated channels, giving evidence for the building up process in the formation of open-framework structures.  相似文献

A novel organic/inorganic hybrid molybdenum phosphate, [NH3(CH2CH2)2NH3]3[NH3(CH2CH2)2NH2]Na5-[Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3]2·4H2O (1), involving molybdenum presented in V oxidation, has been hydrothermally prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, i.r., u.v.–vis., x.p.s., t.g. and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure of the title compound (1) may be considered to consist of two [Mo6O12(OH)3(PO4)(HPO4)3] units bonded together with NaO6 octahedra, forming dimers. Further, these dimers connect with each other through four Na+ cations as bridges, giving rise to novel one-dimensional chain-like skeleton. Piperazines exist among inorganic chains acting as charge balancing cations.  相似文献

New ethylenediphosphonates of molybdenum, A[Mo2O5(O3PCH2CH2PO3)] (A = NH4 (1), Tl (2), Cs (3), Rb (4)), and K(H3O)[Mo2O5(O3PCH2CH2PO3)] (5), have been synthesized by a hydrothermal method and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction, spectroscopic, and thermal studies. These compounds consist of pillared anionic layers [Mo2O5(O3PCH2CH2PO3)]2-, with A+, K+, and H3O+ ions in the interlayer region as well as in the cavities within the anionic layers. Single-crystal X-ray structures of compounds 1 and 5 have been determined. They crystallize in the orthorhombic space group Cmca with Z = 8 and have the following unit cell parameters. For 1, a = 25.60(1), b = 10.016(4), and c = 9.635(3) angstroms and for 5, a = 25.63(1), b = 10.007(2), and c = 9.512(1) angstroms.  相似文献

The first organically templated gallium oxalatophosphonate has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis. The structure consists of GaO(6) octahedra and GaO(4) tetrahedra connected by methylphosphonate and bis-bidentate oxalate anions to form anionic sheets in the ab plane with the charge-compensating propylenediammonium cations and water molecules between the sheets. The methyl groups of the phosphonate ligands extend from both sides of the layers into the interlamellar region. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n (No. 14), a = 8.8514(4) A, b = 16.3030(7) A, c = 15.0816(7) A, beta = 97.539(1) degrees, and Z = 4.  相似文献

Cis-dioxo-catecholatotungsten(Ⅴ) complex (NH2CH2CH2NH3)4[WO2(OC6H4O)2]2(NH3CH2CH2NH3)·H2O (1) was synthesized at room temperature by the reaction of tetrabutyl ammonium decatungstate with catechol in the mixed solvent of CH3OH, CH3CN and NH2CH2CH2NH2. The crystal structure of complex was determined by X-ray diffraction structural analysis. The results show that complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c,a=0.712 8(3) nm, b=3.082 3(11) nm, c=0.982 8(4) nm, β=102.639(6)°, V=2.106 8(14) nm3, Z=2, R1=0.062 8, wR2=0.183 7. Compared the complex with its analogous complexes (NH2CH2CH2NH3)3[MoO2(OC6H4O)2], it is found that the coordination structure of W have no changes in the processing of electron transfer of tungsten-containing enzymes from the result of the similarity of the EPR spectra of the complexes and flavoenzyme from milk. 利用水热法首次合成了具有两种配位环境Cd原子的新型杂多蓝化合物[NH3(CH2)2NH3]5[Cd(H2O)][CdMoV12O30(HPO4)6(H2PO4)2]·5H2O.通过元素分析、ICP、TG和X射线单晶衍射确定了其组成,使用IR和EPR进行了结构表征.通过N2吸附脱附测定了比表面积和孔径,为催化研究提供了基础数据.结果表明:该晶体为三斜晶系,P-1空间群;晶胞参数a=1.200 2(2)nm,b=1.465 1(3)nm,c=2.119 2(4)nm,V=3.5642(12)nm3,β=83.01(3)°,Z=2,F(000)=293 2,R1=0.0300,wR3=0.071 6.  相似文献

采用等温溶解法测定了偏钒酸铵(NH4VO3)在NH4H2PO4-H2O和(NH4)3PO4-H2O体系中T = 298.15-328.15 K时的溶解度以及溶液的密度和pH值。结果表明, NH4VO3的溶解度随着(NH4)3PO4或NH4H2PO4溶液浓度的增大,先降低后升高,这是由于同离子效应、化学反应平衡及离子活度的共同作用。比较T = 298.15K时, NH4VO3分别在NH4H2PO4-H2O、(NH4)2HPO4-H2O和(NH4)3PO4-H2O体系中溶解度,发现在相同的磷酸盐浓度下, NH4VO3的溶解度在NH4H2PO4-H2O体系中最大,在(NH4)3PO4-H2O体系中居中,在(NH4)2HPO4-H2O体系中最小。进一步地,在T = 298.15 K和磷酸盐浓度C = 0.5 mol·kg-1时,结合pH值和反应溶度积常数KSP等计算三个体系中的平均离子活度系数(γ±),发现γ±值在(NH4)2HPO4-H2O体系中最大,在(NH4)3PO4-H2O体系中居中,在NH4H2PO4-H2O体系中最小,与溶解度规律一致。  相似文献

A hydrothermal reaction of iron acetylacetonate, phosphoric acid, HF, N, N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine and water at 150 °C gave rise to a new iron phosphate, [H3N(CH2)3NH2(CH2)2NH2(CH2)3NH3][Fe3F6(HPO4)2(PO4)] · 3H2O ( I ). The structure consists of Fe(1)O4F2, Fe(2)O3F3 octahedral and P(1)O3(OH) and P(2)O4 tetrahedral building units connected through their vertices to form fragments of tancoite‐type units. The tancoite‐type units are linked through the phosphate tetrahedra forming an unusual iron phosphate with a hitherto unknown low‐dimensional structure with three‐iron center.Magnetic studies indicate a complex behavior at low temperature and the high‐temperature data (150 — 300 K) has a Curie‐Weiss behavior. The calculated room temperature magnetic moment is 6 μB per Fe atom, and the Neel temperature, TN = 46K. The structure of the title compound, ammineaquadi‐μ5‐phosphato‐trizinc(II), [Zn3(PO4)2(H2O)0.8(NH3)1.2], consists of two parts: (i) PO4 and ZnO4 vertex‐sharing tetrahedra arranged in layers parallel to (100) and (ii) ZnO2(N/O)2 tetrahedra located between the layers. Elemental analysis establishes the ammine‐to‐water ratio as 3:2. ZnO2(N/O)2 tetrahedra are located at special position 4e (site symmetry 2) in C2/c. The two O atoms of ZnO2(N/O)2 are bonded to neighbouring P atoms, forming two Zn—O—P linkages and connecting ZnO2(N/O)2 tetrahedra with two adjacent bc plane layers. A noteworthy feature of the structure is the presence of NH3 and H2O at the same crystallographic position and, consequently, qualitative changes in the pattern of hydrogen bonding and weaker N/O—H...O electrostatic interactions, as compared to two closely related structures.  相似文献

FT IR and FT Raman spectra of Ag3(PO2NH), (Compound 1), Na3(PO2NH)3 x H2O (Compound II), Na3(PO2NH)3 x 4H2O (Compound III), [C(NH2)3]3(PO2NH)3 x H2O (Compound IV) and (NH4)4(PO2NH)4 x 4H2O (Compound V) are recorded and analyzed on the basis of the anions, cations and water molecules present in each of them. The PO2NH- anion ring in compound I is distorted due to the influence of Ag+ cation. Wide variation in the hydrogen bond lengths in compound III is indicated by the splitting of the v2 and v3 modes of vibration of water molecules. The NH4 ion in compound V occupies lower site symmetry and exhibits hindered rotation in the lattice. The correlations between the symmetric and asymmetric stretching vibrations of P-N-P bridge and the P-N-P bond angle have also been discussed.  相似文献

Cis-dioxo-tungsten(Ⅵ) complex, (NH2CH2CH2NH2)[(NH2CH2CH2NH3)2WO2(NHC6H4NH)2]2·H2O is synthesized at room temperature by the reaction of sodium tungstate with o-phenylenediamine. The crystal structure of complex was determined by X-ray diffraction structural analysis. The results show that complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/ c, a=0.712 8(2) nm, b=3.081 1(10) nm, c=0.981 9(3) nm, β=102.615(4)°, V=2.104 4(11) nm3, Z=2, μ=55.26 cm-1, F(000)=1 176. Compared the complex with its analogous biomimetic complexes of the cofactor of molybdoenzymes and tungstoenzymses, it is found that the variance of the coordination atoms and the metal ions center have no influence on the coordination feature, and exhibits distored octahedral coordination with cis-dioxo o-phenylenediamine. Two framework scandium methylphosphonates have been prepared hydrothermally and their structures solved. ScF(H(2)O)CH(3)PO(3) is a non-porous solid built up from -ScF- chains linked by methylphosphonate groups. The ScO(4)F(2) octahedra are completed by a coordinated water molecule. NaSc(CH(3)PO(3))(2).0.5H(2)O was solved ab initio from high-resolution synchrotron X-ray powder diffraction data. It has a fully connected, negatively charged scandium phosphonate framework where ScO(6) octahedra share vertices with PO(3)CH(3) groups. The solid contains charge balancing sodium cations, coordinated by a water molecule, which may be reversibly removed and adsorbed. The structure of the perdeuterated, dehydrated solid has been refined against neutron powder diffraction data collected at 2.5 K, showing the CD(3) groups in a fully staggered orientation with respect to the phosphonate oxygen atoms.  相似文献
