Treatment of the bulky iminophosphine ligand [Ph2PCH2C(Ph)N(2,6-Me2C6H3)] (L) with [M(CH3CN)2(ligand)]+n, where for M = Pd(II): ligand = η3-allyl, n = 1, and for M = Rh(I), ligand: 2(C2H4), 2(CO) or cod, n = 0, yields the mono-cationic iminophosphine complexes [Pd(η3-C3H5)(L)][BF4] (1), [Rh(cod)(L)][BF4] (2), [Rh(CO)(CH3CN)(L)][BF4] (3), and cis-[Rh(L)2][BF4] (4). All the new complexes have been characterised by NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 shows moderate activity in the copolymerisation of CO and ethene but is inactive towards Heck coupling of 4-bromoacetophenone and n-butyl acrylate.  相似文献

A series of heterobinuclear ferrocene-ruthenium complexes Fc(CHCH)nRuCl(CO)(PMe3)3 (n = 1, 3; n = 2, 12), Fc(CHCH)RuCl(CO)(Py)(PPh3)2 (4), and trimetallic Fc(CHCH)RuCl(CO)(PPh3)2(Py-E-(CHCH)Fc) (6) have been prepared. The length of the molecular rods is extended by successive insertion of CHCH spacers in the bridging ligands or the ancillary ligands. The respective products have been fully characterized and the structures of 3 and 12 have been established by X-ray crystallography. Electrochemical studies have revealed that ethenyl heterobimetallic complexes display two successive one-electron processes, and that intermetallic electronic communication between the two endgroups is attenuated with the increase of the length of the conjugated bridge. The electrochemical behavior of the trimetallic complex reveals strong electronic communication between ruthenium and ferrocene transmitted through the ethenyl bridge, however, it also reveals a very weak interaction between ruthenium and ferrocene transmitted through the (E)-CHCH-Py bridge.  相似文献

Oxidative addition of methyl iodide to platinum (II) compounds [PtMe2{(Me2NCH2CH2NCH)Ar}] (Ar = phenanthryl or anthryl) produced the corresponding platinum (IV) compounds. Processes aimed at reducing the steric crowding at the coordination sphere of the platinum (IV) centre such as C-C restricted rotation of the pendant part of the ligand leading to rotamers and isomerisation of the CN moiety have been detected in solution. The obtained platinum (IV) compounds were characterised by elemental analyses, mass spectrometry and NMR spectroscopy. According to the crystallographic characterisation, the anthracene derivative gave an E conformer while a Z conformation was obtained for the phenanthrene derivative. In order to rationalize the experimental results, DFT calculations have been performed.  相似文献

Four new coordination polymers of cadmium(II) with hexamethylenetetramine (htm) have been synthesized and characterized by routine physicochemical techniques as well as by X-ray single crystal structure analysis. They are [CdBr(htm)(SCN)(H2O)2·CH3OH]n (1), [CdI(htm)(SCN)(H2O)2·0.5(CH3OH)]n (2), [Cd2(htm)3(SCN)4(H2O)]n·nH2O (3) and [Cd3Br6(htm)2(H2O)5·(htm)(H2O)6]n (4). Complexes 1, 2 and 3 exhibit 1D polymeric structure and complex 4 shows a 2D undulated layered arrangement, containing Cd6(htm)6 hexagonal units as building block, which extended to a 3D supramolecular architecture through hydrogen bonding. Thorough thermal investigation suggest that as far as the thermal stability of Cd(II)-htm bond is concerned it attains the maximum in complex 1 and minimum in complex 4. In case of complex 3 the thermal study inferred that CdS end product was obtained at ∼730 °C, whereas in case of other complexes the thermally stable end product remained unidentified. Solid state fluorescence study shows that all the complexes are luminescent at room temperature except complex 3.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of As, Mn, S, phen (phen=1,10-phenanthroline), and en (en=ethylenediamine) yield two manganese As(III) and As(V) thioarsenates, [Mn2(phen)(AsIII2S5)]n (1) and [Mn3(phen)3(AsVS4)2]n·nH2O (2), respectively. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that compound 1 is a two-dimensional (2D) layer of (6,3) topology. The 18-membered rings within the 2D porous layers are formed by corner-, edge-, and face-sharing cubane-like [Mn2As2S4] units along the [100] direction. Whereas compound 2 is a one-dimensional (1D) chain structure. They are both characterized by IR, elemental analysis, EDS, and X-ray powder diffraction. The thermogravimetric analysis of 1 and 2 are discussed. Both the compounds are semiconductors with the band gap of Eg (compound 1)=2.01 eV (617 nm) and Eg (compound 2)=1.97 eV (629 nm), respectively. In addition, the variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility data suggest weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the Mn2+ ions in these two compounds.  相似文献

Single crystals of the title compounds were prepared by solid state reactions from barium carbonate and ruthenium metal using a BaBr2 flux and investigated by X-ray diffraction method using Mo(Kα) radiation and a Charge Coupled Device (CCD) detector. A structural model for the term n=2, Ba5Ru2Br2O9 (1) was established in the hexagonal symmetry, space group P63/mmc, a=5.8344(2) Å, c=25.637(2) Å, Z=2. Combined refinement and maximum-entropy method (MEM) unambiguously show the presence of CO32− ions in the three other compounds (2, 3, 4). Their crystal structures were solved and refined in the trigonal symmetry, space group , a=5.8381(1) Å, c=15.3083(6) Å for the term n=3, Ba6Ru3Br1.54(CO3)0.23O12 (2), and space group , a=5.7992(1) Å, c=52.866(2) Å and a=5.7900(1) Å, c=59.819(2) Å for the terms n=4, Ba7Ru4Br1.46(CO3)0.27O15 (3), and n=5, Ba8Ru5Br1.64(CO3)0.18O18 (4), respectively. The structures are formed by the periodic stacking along [0 0 1] of (n+1) hexagonal close-packed [BaO3] layers separated by a double layer of composition [Ba2Br2−2x(CO3)x]. The ruthenium atoms occupy the n octahedral interstices created in the hexagonal perovskite slabs and constitute isolated dimers Ru2O9 of face-shared octahedra (FSO) in 1 and isolated trimers Ru3O12 of FSO in 2. In 3 and 4, the Ru2O9 units are connected by corners either directly (3) or through a slab of isolated RuO6 octahedra (4) to form a bidimensional arrangement of RuO6 octahedra. These four oxybromocarbonates belong to the family of compounds formulated [Ba2Br2−2x(CO3)x][Ban+1RunO3n+3] where n represents the thickness of the octahedral string in hexagonal perovskite slabs. These compounds are compared to the oxychloride series.  相似文献

Four copper(I) cyanide coordination polymers containing 2-(n-pyridyl)benzimidazole ligands, namely [Cu2(CN)(2-PyBIm)]n (1), [Cu2(CN)2(3-PyHBIm)]n (2), {[Cu3(CN)3(4-PyHBIm)4] · 2H2O}n (3) and [Cu5(CN)3(4-PyBIm)2]n (4), have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 is a one-dimension coordination polymer in which 2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazole is deprotonated and adopts a bridging tridentate coordination mode. Complex 2 has ladder-like structure in which 2-(3-pyridyl)benzimidazole does not deprotonate and acts as a bidentate bridge. Complex 3 displays a saddle-shaped helical chain constructed through μ2-cyanide group and the outstretched neutral 2-(4-pyridyl)benzimidazole monodentate ligand. Complex 4 shows two-dimension layer polymeric structure in which deprotonated 2-(4-pyridyl)benzimidazole acts as a tridentate bridging ligand. The cyanide groups in four complexes all act as bidentate bridging ligands. These complexes are thermal stable and display luminescence in the solid states.  相似文献

Bi2O3-MoO3 system shows a large panoply of phases depending on Bi/Mo ratio, among them, the low temperature phases of the homologous series Bi2(n+2)MonO6(n+1) with n=3, 4, 5 and 6. They exhibit, alike most of the phases of this system, strong fluorite sub-network. Nevertheless, a multitechnique approach has been followed in order to solve the crystal structure of the n=3 member, i.e. Bi10Mo3O24. From ab initio indexing X-ray powder pattern cell parameters were derived. It belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2, with cell parameters: a=23.7282(2) Å, b=5.64906(6) Å, c=8.68173(9) Å, β=95.8668(7)° with Z=2. The matrix relating this cell with the fluorite one is 4 0 1/0 1 0/ 0  and a cationic localization was derived. HRTEM allowed the cationic Bi and Mo order to be modified and specified, as well as to build up a full structural ab initio model on the basis of crystal chemistry considerations. Simultaneous Rietveld refinement of multipattern X-ray and neutron powder diffraction data taking advantage of the neutron scattering length for O location have been performed. The goodness of the model was ascertained by low reliability factors, weighted Rb=4.97% and Rf=3.21%. This complex Bi10Mo3O24 structure, with 5Bi, 2Mo and 13O in different crystallographic positions of the asymmetric unit, shows good agreement between observed and calculated patterns within the data resolution. Moreover, the determination of this structure sets the basis for the crystallographic characterization of the complete family Bi2(n+2)MonO6(n+1), whose guidelines are also evidenced in this paper.  相似文献

Using biprotonated dabco (1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane) or pipz (piperazine) as counter cations, mixed-ligand fluoromanganates(III) with dimeric anions could be prepared from hydrofluoric acid solutions. The crystal structures were determined by X-ray diffraction on single crystals: dabcoH2[Mn2F8(H2O)2]·2H2O (1), space group P21, Z = 2, a = 6.944(1), b = 14.689(3), c = 7.307(1) Å, β = 93.75(3)°, R1 = 0.0240; pipzH2[Mn2F8(H2O)2]·2H2O (2), space group , Z = 2, a = 6.977(1), b = 8.760(2), c = 12.584(3) Å, α = 83.79(3), β = 74.25(3), γ = 71.20(3)°, R1 = 0.0451; (dabcoH2)2[Mn2F8(H2PO4)2] (3), space group P21/n, Z = 4, a = 9.3447(4), b = 12.5208(4), c = 9.7591(6) Å, β = 94.392(8)°, R1 = 0.0280. All three compounds show dimeric anions formed by [MnF5O] octahedra (O from oxo ligands) sharing a common edge, with strongly asymmetric double fluorine bridges. In contrast to analogous dimeric anions of Al or Fe(III), the oxo ligands (H2O (1,2) or phosphate (3)) are in equatorial trans-positions within the bridging plane. The strong pseudo-Jahn-Teller effect of octahedral Mn(III) complexes is documented in a huge elongation of an octahedral axis, namely that including the long bridging Mn-F bond and the Mn-O bond. In spite of different charge of the anion in the fluoride phosphate, the octahedral geometry is almost the same as in the aqua-fluoro compounds. The strong distortion is reflected also in the ligand field spectra.  相似文献

[Cu(SRaaiNR′)(PPh3)X] complexes are synthesized by the reaction of CuX (X = Cl, Br, I), triphenylphosphine and 1-alkyl-2-[(o-thioalkyl)phenylazo]imidazole (SRaaiNR′). The single crystal X-ray structure of [Cu(SEtaaiNH)(PPh3)I] (SEtaaiNH = 2-[(o-thioethyl)phenylazo]imidazole) shows a distorted tetrahedral geometry of the copper center with bidentate, N(azo), N(imidazole) chelation of SEtaaiNH and coordination from PPh3 and iodine. These complexes show a trans-to-cis isomerization upon irradiation with UV light. The reverse transformation, cis-to-trans isomerization, is very slow with visible light irradiation and is thermally accessible. The quantum yields (?t→c) of the trans-to-cis isomerization of [Cu(SRaaiNR′)(PPh3)X] are lower than the free ligand values. This is due to the increased mass and rotor volume of the complexes compared to the free ligand data. The rate of isomerization follows the order: [Cu(SRaaiNR′)(PPh3)Cl] < [Cu(SRaaiNR′)(PPh3)Br] < [Cu(SRaaiNR′)(PPh3)I]. The activation energy (Ea) of the cis-to-trans isomerization is calculated by a controlled temperature reaction. DFT computation of representative complexes has been used to determine the composition and energy of the molecular levels.  相似文献

The syntheses and structures of a series of new lanthanide complexes supported by a chelating diamide ligand N,N′-bis(trimethylsilyl)-o-phenylenediamine are described. Anhydrous LnCl3 reacts with Li2[o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4], followed by treatment of NaC5H4Me in 1:1:2 molar ratio to afford the corresponding anionic complexes: {[o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4]Ln(MeC5H4)2}{Li(DME)3} [Ln = Yb (1), Sm (2), Nd(3)] in high yield. These complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR. The molecular structures of 1 and 2 were further determined by X-ray diffraction techniques to be an ion-pair complex composed by an anion [o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4]Ln(MeC5H4)2] and a cation [Li(DME)3]. Complexes 1-3 showed high catalytic activity for the polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) at r.t., giving the syndiotactic-rich polymers with relatively narrow molecular weight distributions (Mw/Mn = 1.64-1.82).  相似文献

Crystalline [Li{N(SiMe2OMe)C(tBu)C(H)(SiMe3)}]2 (5), [Li{N(SiMe2OMe)C(Ph)C(H)(SiMe3)}]2 (6), [C(C6H3Me2-2,5)C(H)(SiMe3)}(TMEDA)](7), [Li{N(SiMe(OMe)2)C(tBu)C(H)(SiMe3)}(THF)]2 (8), Li{N(SiMe(OMe)2)C(Ph)C(H)(SiMe3)}(TMEDA) (9) and [Li{N(SiMe2OMe)C(tBu)C(H)(SiMe2OMe)}]2 (10) were readily obtained at ambient temperature from (i) [Li{CH(SiMe3)(SiMe2OMe)}]8 (1) and an equivalent portion of RCN (R=tBu (5), Ph (6) or 2,5-Me2C6H3 (7)); (ii) [Li{CH(SiMe3)(SiMe(OMe)2)}] (2) and an equivalent portion of tBuCN (8) or PhCN (9); and (iii) [Li{CH(SiMe2OMe)2}] (3) and one equivalent of tBuCN (10). Reactions (i) and (ii) were regiospecific with SiMe3−n(OMe)n>SiMe3 in 1,3-migration from C (in 1 or 2)→N. The 1-azaallyl ligand was bound to the lithium atom as a terminally bound κ1-enamide (8 and 10), a bridging η3-1-azaallyl (6), or a bridging κ1-enamide (5). The stereochemistry about the CC bond was Z for 5, 8 and 10 and E for 7. X-ray data are provided for 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 and multinuclear NMR spectra data in C6D6 or C6D5CD3 for each of 5-10.  相似文献

The 'caged NO' reagent, RuCl3NO(H2O)2, has been studied by n.m.r. and i.r. methods with imidazole, histidine, histamine, and N-methyliminodiacetate as complexing ligands. These ligands are representative of cellular donors that would be encountered as RuCl3NO(H2O)2 migrates through biological cells. [RuCl3NO(imH)(H2O)], [RuCl3(NO)(imH)2] and [RuCl2(NO)(imH)3]+ complexes (imH = imidazole) have been detected by 1H-n.m.r. and i.r. and electrospray mass spectrometry (e.s.i.–m.s.) methods. Based upon the effect of cis ligand addition on the (NO) frequency causing a decrease in frequency, the 1:1 and 1:2 complexes have the imidazole donors in the plane cis to the NO+ moiety, whereas the 1:3 species has the third imidazole trans to the NO+. The trans imidazole donor causes 'trans-strengthening' of the N–O bond of the {RuNO}6 chromophore. 1H-n.m.r. shows that the monodentate imidazole donor(s) is (are) in rapid exchange with free imidazole in solution for each of the n = 1–3 species. Histidine and histamine make kinetically more stable 1:1 complexes with the major isomer having an axially-coordinated histidine imidazole donor, but in-plane donation for histamine. The carboxylate of coordinated histidine remains pendant according to i.r. and 13C-n.m.r. data. From syntheses carried out at pH ca. 5, the amino donor is H-bonded to an in-plane H2O in the major species (ca. 75%) and coordinated with displacement of the in-plane H2O in the lesser isomer (25%). By contrast, the histamine ligand binds with an in-plane bound imidazole and a pendant protonated amino group (94%). The remaining 6% has an in-plane chelated histamine, analogous to the bis imidazole species and the known fac, cis-[RuCl3NO(en)] complex. N-Methyliminodiacetate is observed to form one main [RuCl(NO)(mida)(H2O)] complex (85%) with two chelated glycinato donor groups with RuCl3NO(H2O)2, one glycinato group chelated 'in-plane' with the central amine donor and one axial coordinated glycinato donor. A second [RuCl(NO)(mida)(H2O)] complex (the remaining 15%) has the amine donor trans to NO+ and chelated glycinato groups which coordinate in the RuClO2(OH2) plane, either cis or trans to each other, in a 60:40 split (ca. 9% and 6%). The presence of one Cl and one H2O in the [RuCl(NO)(mida)(H2O)] complexes was established by e.s.i.–m.s. These results show that RuCl3NO(H2O)2 is likely to be freely mobile within a cellular environment, forming stable complexes via bidentate chelation with 'two-point' nitrogen donors (en, his, etc).  相似文献

Novel mononuclear, trinuclear, and hetero-trinuclear supermolecular complexes, [Co(phen)2(H2O)(HTST)]·2H2O (1), [Co3(phen)6(H2O)2(TST)2]·7H2O (2), and [Co2Cu(phen)6(H2O)2(TST)2]·10H2O (3), have been synthesized by the reactions of a new tri-sulfonate ligand (2,4,6-tris(4-sulfophenylamino)-1,3,5-triazine, H3TST) with the M2+ (M=Co, Cu) and the second ligand 1,10-phenanthroline (phen). Complex 1 contains a cis-Co(II)(phen)2 building block and an HTST as monodentate ligand; complex 2 consists of two TST as bidentate ligands connecting one trans- and two cis-Co(II)(phen)2 building blocks; complex 3 is formed by replacing the trans-Co(II)(phen)2 in 2 with a trans-Cu(II)(phen)2, which is the first reported hetero-trinuclear supramolecular complex containing both the Co(II)(phen)2 and Cu(II)(phen)2 as building blocks. The study shows the flexible multifunctional self-assembly capability of the H3TST ligands presenting in these supramolecular complexes through coordinative, H-bonding and even π-π stacking interactions. The photoluminescent optical properties of these complexes are also investigated and discussed as well as the second-order nonlinear optical properties of 1.  相似文献

Cadmium(II) complexes of 3-hydroxypicolinic acid, namely [CdI(3-OHpic)(3-OHpicH)(H2O)]2 (1), [Cd(3-OHpic)2(H2O)2] (2) and [Cd(3-OHpic)2]n (3) were prepared and characterized by spectroscopic methods (IR, NMR) and their molecular and crystal structures were determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis. Complexes 1 and 2 were prepared in similar reaction conditions using different cadmium(II) salts: cadmium(II) iodide and cadmium(II) acetate dihydrate, respectively, while 3 was prepared by recrystallization of 2 from N,N-dimethylformamide solution. Various coordination modes of 3-OHpicH in 13 were established in the solid state: bidentate N,O-chelated mode in 1 and 2, monodentate mode through the carboxylate O atom from zwitterionic ligand in 1 and bidentate N,O-chelated and bridging mode in 3. In the DMF solution of all prepared complexes, only monodentate mode of 3-OHpicH binding to cadmium(II) through the carboxylate O atom was established by 1H, 13C, 15N and 113Cd NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The complexes of the type (ArCH2)2SnO were catalytic-oxygenated by Ag+ and yielded mixed-ligand organotin(IV) complexes (ArCH2)(2-C5H4NCO2)2(ArCOO)tin(IV) (Ar = C6H5 (1), 2-ClC6H4 (2), 2-CNC6H4 (3), 4-ClC6H4 (4), 4-CNC6H4 (5), 2-FC6H4 (6)). The complexes 1-6 are characterized by elemental analyses, IR and NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) spectroscopies. Single X-ray crystal structure analysis has been determined, which reveals that the center tin atom of complex 2 is seven-coordinated geometry.  相似文献

The triphenyltin(IV) complexes of 4-[((E)-1-{2-hydroxy-5-[(E)-2-(2-carboxyphenyl)-1-diazenyl]phenyl}methylidene)amino]aryls (aryls = 4-CH3, 4-Br, 4-Cl, 4-OCH3) have been synthesized and characterized by 1H-, 13C-, 119Sn-NMR, ESI mass spectrometry, IR and 119mSn Mössbauer spectroscopic techniques in combination with elemental analysis. The crystal structures of a representative carboxylate ligand (aryl = 4-CH3) and three Sn complexes, viz., polymeric (Ph3Sn[O2CC6H4{NN(C6H3-4-OH(C(H)NC6H4X-4))}-o])n (X = Me (1) and Br (2)) and dimeric (Ph3Sn[O2CC6H4{NN(C6H3-4-OH(C(H)NC6H4X-4))}-o])2 (X = OMe (4)) complexes are reported. The coordination environment in each complex is trigonal bipyramidal trans-Ph3SnO2. A single zwitterionic carboxylate ligand bridges adjacent Sn atoms via the carboxylate and phenoxide O atoms.  相似文献

A series of novel octahedral nickel(II) dithiocarbamate complexes involving bidentate nitrogen-donor ligands (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) or a tetradentate ligand (cyclam = 1,4,8,11-tetraazacycloteradecane) of the composition [Ni(BzMetdtc)(phen)2]ClO4 (1), [Ni(Pe2dtc)(phen)2]ClO4 (2), [Ni(Bzppzdtc)(phen)2]ClO4 · CHCl3 (3), [Ni(Bzppzdtc)(phen)2](SCN) (4), [Ni(BzMetdtc)(bpy)2]ClO4 · 2H2O (5), [Ni(Pe2dtc)(cyclam)]ClO4 (6), [Ni(BzMetdtc)2(cyclam)] (7), [Ni(Bz2dtc)2(cyclam)] (8) and [Ni(Bz2dtc)2(phen)] (9) (BzMetdtc = N,N-benzyl-methyldithiocarbamate(1-) anion, Pe2dtc = N,N-dipentyldithiocarbamate(1-) anion, Bz2dtc = N,N-dibenzyldithiocarbamate(1-) anion, Bzppzdtc = 4-benzylpiperazinedithiocarbamate(1-) anion), have been synthesized. Spectroscopic (electronic and infrared), magnetic moment and molar conductivity data, and thermal behaviour of the complexes are discussed. Single crystal X-ray analysis of 3 and 8 confirmed a distorted octahedral arrangement in the vicinity of the nickel atom with a N4S2 donor set. They represent the first X-ray structures of such type complexes. The catalytic influence of complexes 2, 3, 6, and 7 on graphite oxidation was studied and discussed.  相似文献
