This paper deals with the robust stability analysis for uncertain systems with time-varying delay. New delay-dependent robust stability criteria of uncertain time-delay systems are proposed by exploiting appropriate Lyapunov functional candidate. These developed results have advantages over some previous ones in that they have fewer matrix variables yet less conservatism, due to the introduction of a method to estimate the upper bound of the derivative of Lyapunov functional candidate without ignoring the additional useful terms. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and the advantage of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of robust reliable control for a class of uncertain switched neutral systems under asynchronous switching, where the switching instants of the controller experience delays with respect to those of the system and the parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm-bounded. A state feedback controller is proposed to guarantee exponential stability and reliability for switched neutral systems, and the dwell time approach is utilized for the stability analysis and controller design. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of exponential stabilization for a class of linear systems with time-varying delay is studied. The time delay is a continuous function belonging to a given interval, which means that the lower and upper bounds for the time-varying delay are available, but the delay function is not necessary to be differentiable. Based on the construction of improved Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals combined with Leibniz-Newton’s formula, new delay-dependent sufficient conditions for the exponential stabilization of the systems are first established in terms of LMIs. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate that the derived conditions are much less conservative than those given in the literature.  相似文献

In this paper, a new and simple approach whereby we derive several sufficient conditions on robust stabilizability for a class of uncertain dynamical systems with time delay is presented. Some analytical methods and the Bellman-Gronwall inequality are employed to investigate these sufficient conditions. The notable features of the results obtained are their simplicity in testing the stability of uncertain dynamical systems with time delay and their clarity in giving insight into system analysis. Finally, several numerical examples are given to demonstrate the utilization of the results.The authors would like to acknowledge the many helpful comments provided by the reviewer. This paper is concerned with stability analysis for uncertain systems. The systems are based on a new time-delay model proposed recently, which contains multiple successive delay components in the state. The relationship between the time-varying delay and its upper bound is taken into account when estimating the upper bound of the derivative of Lyapunov functional. As a result, some less conservative stability criteria are established for systems with two successive delay components and parameter uncertainties. Numerical examples show that the proposed criteria are effective and are an improvement over some existing results in the literature.  相似文献

This paper presents a discrete and distributed time-delays dependent simultaneous approach to deterministic and uncertain stochastic high-order neural networks. New results are proposed in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI) by exploiting a novel Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and by making use of novel techniques for time-delay systems. Some constraints of systems are removed, and new results cover some recently published works. Two numerical examples are given to show the usefulness of presented approach.  相似文献

The robust exponential stability and stabilizability problems are addressed in this paper for a class of linear parameter dependent systems with interval time-varying and constant delays. In this paper, restrictions on the derivative of the time-varying delay is not required which allows the time-delay to be a fast time-varying function. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii theory, we derive delay-dependent exponential stability and stabilizability conditions in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) which can be solved by various available algorithms. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of our theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper considers the problem of robust stabilization via dynamic output feedbackcontrollers for uncertain two-dimensional continuous systems described by the Roesser's state space model. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm-bounded appearing in all the matrices of the system model. A sufficient condition for the existence of dynamic output feedback controllers guaranteeing the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system for all admissible uncertainties is proposed. A desired dynamic output feedback controller can be constructed by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the robust stabilization problem for a class of linear uncertain stochastic systems with Markovian switching. The uncertain stochastic system with Markovian switching under consideration involves parameter uncertainties both in the system matrices and in the mode transition rates matrix. New criteria for testing the robust stability of such systems are established in terms of bi-linear matrix inequalities (BLMIs), and sufficient conditions are proposed for the design of robust state-feedback controllers. The guaranteed cost control (GCC) problem involved in decentralized robust control of a class of uncertain nonlinear large-scale stochastic systems with high-order interconnections is considered. After determining the appropriate conditions for the stochastic GCC controller, a class of decentralized local state feedback controllers is derived using the linear matrix inequality (LMI). The extension of the result of the study to the static output feedback control problem is discussed by considering the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) conditions. The issue of robustly exponential stability for uncertain neutral-type systems is considered in this paper. The uncertainties are nonlinear and the delays are time-varying. In terms of a linear matrix inequality (LMI), the new sufficient stability condition with delay dependence is presented. In this paper, the asymptotic stability analysis problem for a class of delayed genetic regulatory networks (GRNs) with linear fractional uncertainties and stochastic perturbations is studied. By employing a more effective Lyapunov functional and using a lemma to estimate the derivative of the Lyapunov functional, some new sufficient conditions for the stability problem of GRNs are derived in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). The stability and stabilization analysis problem is considered in this paper for a class of discrete-time switched fuzzy systems with known sojourn probabilities. By using Lyapunov functional, new delay-dependent sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the stability of the system. Convex combination technique is incorporated and the stability criteria are presented in terms of Linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Furthermore, the developed approach is extended to address the robust stability and stabilization analysis of the delayed discrete-time switched fuzzy systems with randomly occurring uncertainties. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and LMI technique, a new sufficient criterion, formulated in the LMI form, is established in this paper for chaos robust synchronization by linear-state-feedback approach for a class of uncertain chaotic systems with different parameters perturbation and different external disturbances on both master system and slave system. The new sufficient criterion can guarantee that the slave system will robustly synchronize to the master system at an exponential convergence rate. Meanwhile, we also provide a criterion to find out proper feedback gain matrix KK that is still a pending problem in literature [H. Zhang, X.K. Ma, Synchronization of uncertain chaotic systems with parameters perturbation via active control, Chaos, Solitons and Fractals 21 (2004) 39–47]. Finally, the effectiveness of the two criteria proposed herein is verified and illustrated by the chaotic Murali–Lakshmanan–Chua system and Lorenz systems, respectively.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of decentralized stability of switched nonlinear large-scale systems with time-varying delays in interconnections is studied. The time delays are assumed to be any continuous functions belonging to a given interval. By constructing a set of new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals, which are mainly based on the information of the lower and upper delay bounds, a new delay-dependent sufficient condition for designing switching law of exponential stability is established in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The developed method using new inequalities for lower bounding cross terms eliminate the need for overbounding and provide larger values of the admissible delay bound. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the new theory.  相似文献
