This work is devoted to investigating the synchronization between two novel different hyperchaotic systems with fully unknown parameters, i.e., an uncertain hyperchaotic Lorenz system and an uncertain hyperchaotic Lü system. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, a new adaptive controller with parameter update law is designed to synchronize these two hyperchaotic systems asymptotically and globally. Numerical simulations are presented to verify the effectiveness of the synchronization scheme.  相似文献

This paper addresses problems of control and synchronization for a new modified hyperchaotic Lü system with uncertain parameters. This new modified uncertain hyperchaotic Lü system is stabilized to its unique unstable equilibrium by using adaptive control. Furthermore, an adaptive control law and a parameter estimation update law are derived to synchronize two identical modified hyperchaotic Lü systems with uncertain parameters. Numerical examples are proposed to demonstrate and verify the theoretical analysis.  相似文献

In this paper, the generalized projective synchronization of a class of hyperchaotic systems is studied. On the basis of the state observer, it is not necessary to calculate the Lyapunov exponents, which makes this scheme simpler. Hyperchaotic Lü system and hyperchaotic Rössler systems are used as examples to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper brings attention to hyperchaos anti-synchronization between two identical and different hyperchaotic systems by using adaptive control. The sufficient conditions for achieving the anti-synchronization of two hyperchaotic systems are derived based on Lyapunov stability theory. An adaptive control law and a parameter update rule for unknown parameters are introduced such that the hyperchaotic Chen system is controlled to be the hyperchaotic Lü system. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulations are shown to verify the results.  相似文献

This paper presents a 4D new hyperchaotic system which is constructed by a linear controller to a 3D Lü system. Some complex dynamical behaviors such as Hopf bifurcation, chaos and hyperchaos of the simple 4D autonomous system are investigated and analyzed. The corresponding hyperchaotic and chaotic attractor is first numerically verified through investigating phase trajectories, Lyapunove exponents, bifurcation path, analysis of power spectrum and Poincaré projections. Furthermore, the design is illustrated with both simulations and experiments. Finally, the control problem of a new hyperchaotic system is investigated using negative feedback control. Ordinary feedback control, dislocated feedback control and speed feedback control are used to suppress hyperchaos to an unstable equilibrium. Numerical simulations are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controllers.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel projective synchronization scheme called adaptive generalized function projective lag synchronization (AGFPLS) is proposed. In the AGFPLS method, the states of two different chaotic systems with fully uncertain parameters are asymptotically lag synchronized up to a desired scaling function matrix. By means of the Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive controller with corresponding parameter update rule is designed for achieving AGFPLS between two diverse chaotic systems and estimating the unknown parameters. This technique is employed to realize AGFPLS between uncertain Lü chaotic system and uncertain Liu chaotic system, and between Chen hyperchaotic system and Lorenz hyperchaotic system with fully uncertain parameters, respectively. Furthermore, AGFPLS between two different uncertain chaotic systems can still be achieved effectively with the existence of noise perturbation. The corresponding numerical simulations are performed to demonstrate the validity and robustness of the presented synchronization method.  相似文献

This paper presents a new fractional-order hyperchaotic system. The chaotic behaviors of this system in phase portraits are analyzed by the fractional calculus theory and computer simulations. Numerical results have revealed that hyperchaos does exist in the new fractional-order four-dimensional system with order less than 4 and the lowest order to have hyperchaos in this system is 3.664. The existence of two positive Lyapunov exponents further verifies our results. Furthermore, a novel modified generalized projective synchronization (MGPS) for the fractional-order chaotic systems is proposed based on the stability theory of the fractional-order system, where the states of the drive and response systems are asymptotically synchronized up to a desired scaling matrix. The unpredictability of the scaling factors in projective synchronization can additionally enhance the security of communication. Thus MGPS of the new fractional-order hyperchaotic system is applied to secure communication. Computer simulations are done to verify the proposed methods and the numerical results show that the obtained theoretic results are feasible and efficient.  相似文献

Adaptive synchronization of a hyperchaotic system with uncertain parameter   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This paper addresses the synchronization problem of two Lü hyperchaotic dynamical systems in the presence of unknown system parameters. Based on Lyapunov stability theory an adaptive control law is derived to make the states of two identical Lü hyperchaotic systems with unknown system parameters asymptotically synchronized. Numerical simulations are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed chaos synchronization schemes.  相似文献

In this paper, synchronization of two hyperchaotic oscillators via a single variable’s unidirectional coupling is studied. First, the synchronizability of the coupled hyperchaotic oscillators is proved mathematically. Then, the convergence speed of this synchronization scheme is analyzed. In order to speed up the response with a relatively large coupling strength, two kinds of chaotic coupling synchronization schemes are proposed. In terms of numerical simulations and the numerical calculation of the largest conditional Lyapunov exponent, it is shown that in a given range of coupling strengths, chaotic-coupling synchronization is quicker than the typical continuous-coupling synchronization. Furthermore, A circuit realization based on the chaotic synchronization scheme is designed and Pspice circuit simulation validates the simulated hyperchaos synchronization mechanism.  相似文献

This paper is involved with the adaptive modified function projective synchronization (MFPS) problem of hyperchaotic systems with unknown parameters. Based on the Lyapunov stability theorem and adaptive control method, adaptive controllers and parameters update laws can be presented for the MFPS not only between two identical hyperchaotic systems but particularly also between two different hyperchaotic systems with fully unknown or partially unknown parameters. Moreover, the coupling strength can be automatically adapted to a updated law. Numerical simulations are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed synchronization schemes.  相似文献

A note on phase synchronization in coupled chaotic fractional order systems   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The dynamic behaviors of fractional order systems have received increasing attention in recent years. This paper addresses the reliable phase synchronization problem between two coupled chaotic fractional order systems. An active nonlinear feedback control scheme is constructed to achieve phase synchronization between two coupled chaotic fractional order systems. We investigated the necessary conditions for fractional order Lorenz, Lü and Rössler systems to exhibit chaotic attractor similar to their integer order counterpart. Then, based on the stability results of fractional order systems, sufficient conditions for phase synchronization of the fractional models of Lorenz, Lü and Rössler systems are derived. The synchronization scheme that is simple and global enables synchronization of fractional order chaotic systems to be achieved without the computation of the conditional Lyapunov exponents. Numerical simulations are performed to assess the performance of the presented analysis.  相似文献

The single input linear feedback control for synchronizing two identical new 3D chaotic flows reported by Li et al. [X.F. Li, K.E. Chlouverakis, D.L. Xu, Nonlinear dynamics and circuit realization of a new chaotic flow: a variant of Lorenz, Chen and Lü, Nonlinear Analysis RWA 10 (4) (2009) 2357-2368] is proposed in this paper. Sufficient conditions of synchronization are obtained for both linear feedback and adaptive control approaches. The problem of adaptive synchronization between two nearly identical chaotic systems with unknown parameters is also studied. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, two kinds of single input adaptive synchronization controllers are designed and the adaptive parameter update laws are developed.  相似文献

To date, there have been many results about unidirectionally coupled synchronization of chaotic systems. However, much less work is reported on bidirectionally-coupled synchronization. In this paper, we investigate the synchronization of two bidirectionally coupled Chen hyperchaotic systems, which are coupled linearly and nonlinearly respectively. Firstly, linearly coupled synchronization of two hyperchaotic Chen systems is investigated, and a theorem on how to choose the coupling coefficients are developed to guarantee the global asymptotical synchronization of two coupled hyperchaotic systems. Analysis shows that the choice of the coupling coefficients relies on the bound of the chaotic system. Secondly, the nonlinearly coupled synchronization is studied; a sufficient condition for the locally asymptotical synchronization is derived, which is independent of the bound of the hyperchaotic system. Finally, numerical simulations are included to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the developed theorems.  相似文献

This work is involved with switched modified function projective synchronization of two identical Qi hyperchaotic systems using adaptive control method. Switched synchronization of chaotic systems in which a state variable of the drive system synchronize with a different state variable of the response system is a promising type of synchronization as it provides greater security in secure communication. Modified function projective synchronization with the unpredictability of scaling functions can enhance security. Recently formulated hyperchaotic Qi system in the hyperchaotic mode has an extremely broad frequency bandwidth of high magnitudes, verifying its unusual random nature and indicating its great potential for some relevant engineering applications such as secure communications. By Lyapunove stability theory, the adaptive control law and the parameter update law are derived to make the state of two chaotic systems modified function projective synchronized. Synchronization under the effect of noise is also considered. Numerical simulations are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive controllers.  相似文献

Topological horseshoes with two-directional expansion imply invariant sets with two positive Lyapunov exponents (LE), which are recognized as a signature of hyperchaos. However, we find such horseshoes in two piecewise linear systems and one smooth system, which all exhibit chaotic attractors with one positive LE. The three concrete systems are the simple circuit by Tamaševičius et al., the Matsumoto–Chua–Kobayashi (MCK) circuit and the linearly controlled Lorenz system, respectively. Substantial numerical evidence from these systems suggests that a hyperchaotic set can be embedded in a chaotic attractor with one positive LE, and keeps existing while the attractor becomes hyperchaotic from chaotic. This paper presents such a new scenario of the continuous chaos–hyperchaos transition.  相似文献

Some dynamical behaviors are studied in the fractional order hyperchaotic Chen system which shows hyperchaos with order less than 4. The analytical conditions for achieving synchronization in this system via linear control are investigated theoretically by using the Laplace transform theory. Routh–Hurwitz conditions and numerical simulations are used to show the agreement between the theoretical and numerical results. To the best of our knowledge this is the first example of a hyperchaotic system synchronizable just in the fractional order case, using a specific choice of controllers.  相似文献

A simple multi-scroll hyperchaotic system   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
We propose a simple autonomous hyperchaotic system that can generate multi-scroll attractors. The proposed system has a canonical structure, one control parameter, and a switching-type nonlinearity. If multiple breakpoints are added to the system nonlinearity, multi-scroll behavior can be obtained. We numerically demonstrate hyperchaotic behavior of the proposed system, under different nonlinearities, as its control parameter is changed. Furthermore, we study hyperchaos in the proposed system when it assumes a fractional order, and demonstrate that hyperchaotic behavior can be obtained in systems less than fourth order. Throughout the study, hyperchaos is verified by examining the Lyapunov spectrum, where the presence of multiple positive Lyapunov exponents in the spectrum is indicative of hyperchaos.  相似文献

Base on the stability theory of fractional order system, this work mainly investigates modified projective synchronization of two fractional order hyperchaotic systems with unknown parameters. A controller is designed for synchronization of two different fractional order hyperchaotic systems. The method is successfully applied to modified projective synchronization between fractional order Rössler hyperchaotic system and fractional order Chen hyperchaotic system, and numerical simulations illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.  相似文献

In this article, a fuzzy adaptive control scheme is designed to achieve a function vector synchronization behavior between two identical or different chaotic (or hyperchaotic) systems in the presence of unknown dynamic disturbances and input nonlinearities (dead‐zone and sector nonlinearities). This proposed synchronization scheme can be considered as a generalization of many existing projective synchronization schemes (namely the function projective synchronization, the modified projective synchronization, generalized projective synchronization, and so forth) in the sense that the master and slave outputs are assumed to be some general function vectors. To practically deal with the input nonlinearities, the adaptive fuzzy control system is designed in a variable‐structure framework. The fuzzy systems are used to appropriately approximate the uncertain nonlinear functions. A Lyapunov approach is used to prove the boundedness of all signals of the closed‐loop control system as well as the exponential convergence of the corresponding synchronization errors to an adjustable region. The synchronization between two identical systems (chaotic satellite systems) and two different systems (chaotic Chen and Lü systems) are taken as two illustrative examples to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
