The two-photon absorption (TPA), TPA-induced frequency up-conversion emission, and two-photon pumped (TPP) frequency up-conversion lasing properties of a new synthesized dye Trans-4-[p-(N,N-diethylamino)styryl]-N-methylpyridinium iodide (DEASPI) were experimentally studied. This new dye has a moderate TPA cross-section of σ2=6.9×10-48 cm4*s/photon at 1064 nm, but exhibits a high lasing efficiency. The overall superradiant lasing conversion efficiency is as high as 10.7% at the pump energy of 2.14 mJ.  相似文献

Two-step two-photon absorption on a photochromic layer with coherent photons was simulated by the Monte-Carlo method. 利用飞秒激光Z-扫描与泵浦-探测技术,研究了室温下ZnO/ZnS与ZnO/ZnS/Ag核-壳胶体量子点的双光子吸收效应.研究发现:ZnO基核-壳量子点的本征双光子吸收系数比ZnO体材料增大了3个数量级;测量得到的660 nm处的ZnO/ZnS核-壳量子点双光子吸收截面约为4.3×10-44 cm4·s·photon-1,比相应的ZnS、ZnSe及 CdS量子点大2个数量级;当ZnO/ZnS核-壳量子点镶嵌了银纳米点时,非线性吸收有所增强.ZnO基复合纳米结构的双光子吸收增强可归因于量子限域与局域场效应.  相似文献

在密度泛函理论理论水平上,采用响应理论方法计算了一系列2,6-donor-acceptor 二噻吩并磷杂茂衍生物分子的单、双光子吸收性质. 理论计算结果表明该系列分子都具有较大的双光子吸收截面,并且分子中心的磷原子无论被氧化还是金属配合,其双光子吸收截面几乎保持不变. 此外,还考虑了溶剂效应对分子光学性质的影响,研究表明分子能级发生了溶剂化蓝移,并且分子的单光子和双光子吸收性质随着溶剂极性表现出非单调变化.  相似文献

在含时密度泛函理论的水平上,利用响应场理论方法研究了以芘为中心系列衍生物的单光子和双光子吸收特性. 研究结果表明,在低能量范围内,每个分子有多个电荷转移态. 单光子吸收性质与实验结果符合较好. 随着分子尺寸的增加,分子的最大双光子吸收截面显著增加,其中具有四分枝结构分子的最大双光子吸收截面是单枝结构分子的5.6倍. 同时,分子的双光子吸收截面与分子结构的对称性有关.其中对称结构分子具有较大的双光子吸收截面.  相似文献

本文报道以皮秒脉冲激光抽运的光参量放大器为宽带可调谐激发光源,直接测量非线性光学材料的双光子吸收谱的方法。光参量放大器不但可调谐谱带很宽,而且可用一对尼科尔棱镜很容易地实现全波段功率足够强和相等,使此方法的测量结果准确可靠。用此方法研究了一个新有机化合物的双光子吸收谱。实验结果表明所测的新有机化合物在很宽的波长范围内呈现出很大的双光子吸收截面。  相似文献

以一维不对称π共轭分子体系(DBASVP分子)为介质,在双光子共振条件下,从双光子面积定理和严格数值求解Maxwell-Bloch方程两方面出发,分别研究超短脉冲激光在该有机分子介质中的传播过程,从而探讨双光子面积的演化规律,并分析双光子面积定理的适用性.提出了一种数值模拟分子介质光限幅特性的理论方法.分子的电子结构和电偶极矩是基于密度泛函理论利用从头计算方法得到的.研究结果表明,基于慢变幅和慢变相近似以及单模场条件下的双光子面积定理不能很好地描述超短脉冲的双光子面积在该分子介质中的演化规律.基于双光子吸收的分子光限幅特性与分子介质的厚度有关. 关键词: 双光子吸收 光限幅效应 双光子面积定理 超短脉冲激光  相似文献

Trans-4-[p-(pyrrolidinyl)styryl]-N-methylpyridinium iodide (abbreviated as PSPI thereafter) is a two-photon absorption (TPA) dye newly synthesized by our research group. It possesses much larger TPA cross-section and much stronger upconversion fluorescence emission than those of common organic dye (such as rhodamine) when excited with near infrared (IR) radiation. TPA spectrum and upconversion efficiency spectrum of HEASPI solution at various wavelengths were measured. There is 34 nm blue shift for the central wavelength of the TPA induced absorption peak compared with two times of the linear absorption peak. The biggest molecular TPA cross-section σ2 is 2.85×10−47 cm4 s/photon at 930 nm. At 1064 nm, σ2 is 3.12×10−48 cm4 s/photon. The highest efficiency is 3.9% at 1010 nm, whereas 2.9% at 1064 nm. Its optical power limiting properties at 930 nm have also been illustrated.  相似文献

根据光整流效应,利用超快激光脉冲泵浦GaSe晶体实现了0.2~2.5 THz的宽带太赫兹辐射输出。禁带中的电子在两个800 nm光子的作用下激发到导带中形成自由载流子,进而吸收所产生的太赫兹辐射,最终导致太赫兹的输出随泵浦功率的增加而趋于饱和。为了研究双光子吸收对太赫兹输出的影响,测量了800 nm处的GaSe晶体的双光子吸收系数,结果为 0.165 cm/GW。通过对太赫兹输出实验数据的拟合,得到GaSe晶体中自由载流子对太赫兹输出的吸收截面为1×10-15 cm2。本文的研究结果可用于优化GaSe晶体在强激光泵浦下的太赫兹转换效率。  相似文献

采用激发波长800 nm、脉宽50 fs、重复频率1 kHz的Ti:sapphire放大飞秒激光器作为激发光源,利用开孔Z扫描技术研究了不同粒径的CdTe:Mn量子点的非线性吸收性质。理论计算结果表明,同一生长时间CdTe:Mn量子点的双光子吸收系数是CdTe量子点的1.1倍,其双光子吸收系数随量子点尺寸的减小而增大,这是由于CdTe:Mn量子点非线性吸收属于反饱和吸收,掺杂了Mn元素,减小了表面缺陷浓度,表明掺杂量子点具有很好的双光子吸收现象。  相似文献

利用皮秒Nd:YAG脉冲激光器作为激发光源,测量出光子能量介于1.36 μm (0.912 eV)—1.80 μm (0.689 eV)之间的硅间接跃迁双光子吸收系数谱.尽管此波段范围内的激光光子能量小于硅间接带隙,但当激光辐照在硅基光电二极管受光面时,在二极管两电极端仍然探测到了显著的脉冲光伏信号.光伏信号峰值强度与入射光强呈二次幂函数关系,表明其是双光子吸收过程.采用pn结等效结电容充放电模型,将光伏响应信号峰值与入射光强相关联,从中提取出硅的间接跃迁双光子吸收系数,改变入射波长得到系数谱.研究表明:  相似文献

Two schemes for unconditionally generating two-mode motional entanglement for two ions trapped in a cavity have been proposed. The first scheme is: the vibrational mode of the first ion is coupled to the cavity field via a linear-mixing interaction and the vibrational mode of the second ion is coupled to the cavity field via an effective parametric interaction respectively. The two ions can evolve into a steady-state two-mode entangled Gaussian state, which is a mixed state. The second scheme is. the two ions are trapped in a bimodal cavity, through choosing the frequency and intensity of the driven lasers, the two ions can evolve into a two-mode entangled state, which is a pure state.  相似文献

We theoretically investigate the features of two-photon absorption in a coherently driven four-level atomic system with closed-loop configuration. It is found that two-photon absorption can be completely suppressed just by properly adjusting the relative phase of four coherent low-intensity driving fields and the atomic system becomes trans- parent against two-photon absorption. From a physical point of view, we explicitly explain these results in terms of quantum interference induced by two different two-photon excitation channels.  相似文献

We investigate the influence of the vacuum-induced coherence on one- and two-photon absorption of the transient process in a four-level Y-type atomic system. We find that the one- and two-photon transient absorption and amplification properties are quite sensitive to the vacuum-induced coherence. It is also shown that the one- and two-photon absorption spectra of the transient process can be dramatically affected by modulating the relative phase of the applied fields. By appropriately choosing the relative phase, the amplification of the probe field can be achieved.  相似文献

设计合成了一种A-π-D-π-A型的双光子荧光染料3,6-双(4-乙烯基苯腈)-9-乙基咔唑,测试了其在二氯甲烷(DCM)、乙酸乙酯(EA)、乙醇(Et OH)、乙腈(ACN)、二甲亚砜(DMSO)和磷酸缓冲盐溶液(PBS)等不同溶剂中的紫外吸收光谱、单光子及双光子荧光光谱。化合物3,6-双(4-乙烯基苯腈)-9-乙基咔唑在紫外吸收光谱中存在两个相似的特征吸收带并呈现出复杂的溶剂化效应,在DMSO中具有最大荧光量子产率(86.02%),其相应的活性吸收截面为12.56 GM。在双光子荧光成像方面,染料分子具有优良的细胞膜通透性并且在双光子荧光显微镜下呈现出明亮的绿色荧光,表现出较好的双光子荧光成像性能。这些数据表明,化合物3,6-双(4-乙烯基苯腈)-9-乙基咔唑可用作一种较为理想的双光子荧光标记染料。  相似文献

利用稳态和时间分辨瞬态光谱研究了有机盐trans-4-[p-(N-ethyl-N-(hydroxyethyl)amino)phenylstyryl]-N-(hydroxyethyl)pyridinium iodide (ASPI)掺杂聚合物PVK(聚乙烯咔唑)薄膜体系的光致发光和能量转移特性. 在ASPI:PVK掺杂薄膜体系中,PVK的荧光强度与寿命随掺杂浓度的升高而降低,表明两者存在有效的Forster能量转移. 通过在相对低浓度的掺杂体系中加入适量高量子效率的Alq3作为能量转移过渡体,形成能量转移级 关键词: 有机染料盐 荧光光谱 荧光寿命 能量转移  相似文献
