介绍了FAIR项目CR超导二极铁的线圈结构。 采用有限元分析方法, 对线圈的电磁力作用进行二维计算分析, 得到了线圈的二维位移变形和应力分布规律, 同时也分析计算了线圈、 线圈盒的三维受力以及位移形变, 为线圈盒和支撑结构的优化设计提供了参考依据。 Coil structure of CR superferric dipole for FAIR is presented in this paper. Finite Element Method(FEM) is used to calculate 2d magnetic force, displacement and stress distribution. 3d magnetic force and displacement of coil and coilcase are also analyzed, which shows that the design is fit for the desire result. 介绍了Super-FRS超导二极磁铁的磁场优化和端部削斜方案,采用OPERA软件对活极头进行削斜计算,得出合理的活极头尺寸,使各场下的积分均匀度在要求范围内达到了±2×10-4。最后将计算的积分场均匀度与磁场测量的结果进行比较,结果吻合得较好,验证了这种端部活极头优化计算方法的正确性。 The end optimization of dipole magnet of Super-FRS for FAIR by OPERA 3D has been introduced in this paper. By using a complicated chamfer, the integral field homogeneity which is better than 2×10-4 can be obtained. 国际反质子与离子研究装置(FAIR)项目中的Super-FRS超导二极磁铁是一个大型温铁结构的超导磁体,由中国负责设计、研制和测试。为了研究超导线圈的性能和其设计的可靠性,前期研制了一个测试线圈。建立了一个基于ANSYS和OPERA 3D的三维失超模型,不仅将模拟结果和实验数据进行对比,更可以获得失超过程的更多细节。模型将环氧浸渍的超导线圈简化为各项异性连续介质。将ANSYS求解器用于瞬态传热过程的分析,OPERA 3D用于磁场计算,并采用ANSYS脚本语言(APDL)进行焦耳热的计算和保护电路方程的求解。模拟得到了温度、电压、电流随时间的变化曲线和失超传播过程。最后将模拟结果和测试线圈的测试结果进行了比较。 相似文献

介绍了FAIR项目Super-FRS超导二极磁铁样机的基于FPGA的失超探测系统。该失超探测系统采用平衡桥路法, 并通过两组独立桥路以消除失超探测死区。 通过NI PXI 7830R FPGA模块实现平滑滤波和失超判断算法,并给出失超触发信号。失超数据采集模块采用预采样技术, 将失超前后一段时间内的数据采集下来,以便进行后续分析。 通过测试,失超探测模块准确检测到了失超的发生, 并触发失超保护电路和失超数据采集模块工作,有效地保护了超导二极磁铁。 : The quench detection system for Super FRS super ferric dipole prototype magnet of FAIR has been designed and built. The balance bridge was used to detect quench signal. In order to avoid blind zone of quench detection, two independent bridges were used. NI PXI 7830R FPGA was used to implement filter to quench signal and algorithm of quench decision and to produce quench trigger signal. Pre sample technique was used in quench data acquisition. The data before and after quench could be recorded for analysis later. The test result indicated that the quench of the dipole’s superconducting coil could be reliably detected by the quench detection module. 相似文献

The C-type dipole prototypes in the injection beam line from a Separate Sector Cyclotron (SSC) to Cooling Storage Ring (CSR) are selected as R & D for CSR magnets fabrication, because they have large bending angle and small radius, and are very difficult to stack and fabricate. A method to obtain good field homogeneity has been attempted in the C-type dipole prototype. This method is not the enlarged dipole pole but two imbedded conductors and two small power supplies. 核磁共振成像和核磁共振谱仪是高场超导磁体的主要应用领域.高场超导磁体通常具有较高的磁场和运行电流,在运行过程中超导线会产生较高的电磁应力,其临界特性将发生退化,影响磁体的稳定性.开展高场超导磁体的电磁应力精确分析显得尤为必要.本文发展了一种快速有效的有限元分析方法,第一步,为整个超导磁体系统建立平均有限元模型,采用传统的电磁-结构耦合方法求解电磁应力,获得最大应力位置;第二步,对最大应力所在的超导线圈建立详细有限元模型,采用单积分-结构分析方法精确求解每一组分中电磁应力.基于该模型研究了500 MHz NMR超导磁体的电磁应力.该分析方法也可以用于超导磁体冷却过程中的热应力分析.为高场超导磁体设计和建造提供有益的理论依据. 相似文献

An advanced superconducting ECR ion source named SECRAL has been constructed at Institute of Modern Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences,whose superconducting magnet assembly consists of three axial solenoid coils and six sextupole coils with a cold iron structure as field booster and clamp.In order to investigate the structure of sextupole coils and to increase the structural reliabilities of the magnet system, global and local structural analysis have been performed in various operation scenarios.Winding pack and support structure design of magnet system,mechanical calculation and stress analysis are given in this paper. From the analysis results,it has been found that the magnet system is safe in the referential operation scenarios and the configuration of the magnet complies with design requirements of the SECRAL. 相似文献

High-harmonic gyro-devices with axis-encircling electron beams known as large orbit gyrotrons (LOG) represent an appealing alternative to the conventional gyrotrons. In this paper we investigate the feasibility of such device operating with low current and low energy electron beams formed by a novel electron gun with a permanent magnet system. The results from the numerical experiments indicate the possibility to excite TE41 mode at fourth harmonic of the cyclotron frequency. Simulations predict generation of microwave radiation with frequency 104 GHz and output power near 1 kW. 相似文献

In this paper, we study the finite-time stability of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) with noise perturbation. To eliminate the chaos in a PMSM and allow it to reach a steady state more quickly within a finite time, we propose a novel adaptive controller based on finite-time control theory. Finite-time stability implies optimal convergence time and better robustness. Finally, numerical simulations are performed to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of our new results. 相似文献

42 T水冷磁体是我国稳态强磁场实验室在建的设计指标最强的高场水冷磁体装置.本文聚焦于42 T水冷磁体容器在本地7级地震这一极端工况下结构强度可靠性研究.首先基于有限元分析软件对水冷磁体容器进行高压工况下的应力分析,再通过自重分析研究其20阶非零模态的固有频率;根据前20阶固有频率,获得地震水平反应谱值,再结合Response Spectrum模块模拟地震作用下42 T容器的响应谱分析.结果显示,在3 MPa水压工况下容器最大应力为115 MPa,在地震谱激励下产生的最大等效应力为1.69 MPa,最大位移为0.016 mm, 304不锈钢材料许用应力为137 MPa,故42 T水冷磁体容器设计符合7级地震工况要求. 相似文献
